Boston Dog Company: what do users think?
Jake Rother: Convenient locations and most staff seemed solid and caring however, other staff members seemed indifferent or not caring at all about dogs. Charged me $40 for 2 hours when the hourly sign clearly stated otherwise. Was told dogs were taken on walks and outside often however, upon picking my dogs up they clearly hadn't been out at all as they rushed to the nearest tree to pee as soon as possible. No pictures or updates on dogs and you can't even call the individual locations to get updates? We have been to various dog daycare places around the country with our 2 dogs. This has been our worst experience yet, will be looking elsewhere.
Elissa Harel Ryan: Staff here extremely unfriendly. Needed to come THREE times and PAY to have our dog approved. We have moved many times and our dog has been to many daycares - I fully agree with an interview process - but ONE is sufficient. Three is excessive and inconvenient. They are inflexible, not nice, and discourage the dogs from playing and barking. We went there once when we moved to the neighborhood, had a terrible experience and never went back in 4 years despite living around the corner. I have never had such a terrible doggie daycare experience.
Rob Winter: We used Boston Dog for daycare for almost a year, and their boarding service once. This was our experience:- No information given when we picked up our dog each day. No reports on behavior, or photos- They advertise being next to the park, and that each dog receives walks every day. I know for a fact that most dogs use the restroom in their play area, and are not taken outside- No training, whatsoever. Training is advertised here; however it was never offered- After a year, our dog had an “incident” and was “no longer welcome”, we tried and failed to receive a single report on what happened, and were denied any photo or video of the incident- During boarding, received zero updates or information whatsoever- Over one year, we saw the staff turn over 100% three times- The only positive here is the convenient location.
Abduala Ben Mahmoud: Unfriendly staff
Justin Chapman: Professional, caring, and dedicated! Love this place, and all those that work there!
Jeansun Lee: I moved to East Cambridge about 6 months and felt very lucky at the time that Boston Dog Company was so close. Each of my experiences at this place has been pretty bad, unfortunately. When I first entered the store, I asked about their walking services and a staff member told me she didn't know and to go to the website - who does this!?!? TRAIN YOUR STAFF or at least put in the effort to learn what the company you work for offers. And another thing - this has happened to me so many times I can't even count - every time I went in to purchase treats for my dog the prices of the said treats would change drastically and different staff members would charge me different rates for the item. For example, I told staff that what she charged me $3.50 for a treat last week was suddenly marked $9.99. This is just one example - this happens far too often. I feel like the staff here are not trained well nor engaged with their work. To top it off, everyone is on a different page. I am super disappointed with this place, and I don't even board my dog here for daycare!
nanette ciano: Went in to by a dog harness and was treated to friendly and expert service.
Sophie Miller: Definitely for calm dogs who aren’t really trying to play much or get energy out so wasn’t a fit for my high energy golden. But super nice staff and would be good for low energy dogs
Alexander Brown: Great daycare but sub-par rules, our dog passed all of their socialization tests but we were required to bring her 4 times a month. So after moving and getting new jobs, we missed a couple times so they said we had to make the missed visits up next month! They are too strict.
Jeff Rodowicz: Bailey always comes home happy and exhausted! We are so happy we found this place!
Tom Crowley: Our dog is happy to go there in the morning, safe when she is there and tired when she comes home. Could not recommend it more.
Dan S: Awesome staff!!!
Kevin Lin: I have used Boston Dog Company for months now, and my 1 year old hound LOVES it there. The staff is AMAZING and whenever I have any questions about food, exercise or even my dogs health they are always there to answer my questions. Vader my dog goes to daycare about 4 days a week and loves to play with all of the other dogs whether big or small. The play area is very well monitored and there is always someone in the pen with them, staff is always interacting with them, and adjusting to make sure that none of the dogs get hurt. I would highly recommend this day care to anyone who is looking for a safe, reliable place to send they're dog during the day.Like I said the staff is great they are all extremely knowledgeable about foods, treats, toys, vitamins and supplements, as well as many other products that they carry in store. They have a great selection of high quality food for both dogs and cats. They also offer boarding, and are extremely fairly priced. Staff here is great, they listen, answer all of your questions, and take pride in making sure all of the dogs are well taken care of
A GOOGLE USER: Excellent facility...My Dog enjoyed his visit. Love the atmosphere. They are friendly and helpful, they offer all the services I need at good prices, my dog is always happy when she comes home. Thank you!!
Deepika K: I am sure they are wonderful but do we have to pay and how much?
Guido Stein: I have been using Boston dog for a couple of months. I bring my poodle mix there at 7am and pick up around 6 pm. When my guy arrives there are smiles all around and he's happy as a clam right away. The few minutes after drop off, watching my guy greet the other dogs and staff fill me with great joy and pride.Anyhow, it's a great, clean, and friendly place where dogs play all day.I love that they post photos of dogs on Facebook daily. The cost is comparable to other places in the area with the same amenities. The location is very convenient for people commuting from Somerville to lynn. The staff is friendly, although setting up the initial interview required a little persistence on my part.I highly recommend this place.

Boston Paws: what do users think?
O M: Call me before you shave my dogs hair off entirely to confirm
Yennifer A: I've been taking my dog for years to this place, so I thought strongly before writing this review but it must said. From the minute, I dropped my dog off, I was concerned. As a loyal customer of YEARS, there was not even so much as a "Hello" given back (on the street since owners can no longer enter the space). I can appreciate that dog owners might be demanding and there needs to be patience given in both directions, but the absence of good customer service entirely felt unacceptable. This was after I had been spoken to sarcastically by the man on the phone, who made inappropriate jokes and could no longer commit to a timeframe that had been previously agreed upon.In any case, this isn't even the main issue. Despite my dog being matted, he was trimmed so short that his pink skin was showing and has been irritated ever since. For more than 3 days, he has been shaking non-stop resulting in a vet visit and needing anxiety medication. Not only was the grooming costly, but it led to unnecessary medical expenses.I have no clue what happened to my dog, but there was clearly abuse at the hands of the groomer and/or other dogs in the room. He has NEVER been this way after a grooming, and now, he can't even hear the sound of keys without shaking compulsively. In addition to waiting for his hair to grow back and his skin to heal, we are concerned about when he will go back to his old self. I will not be returning to this establishment, but do hope, they can reevaluate and go back to the way they used to care for both clients and pets.
Alex Benedict: Efficient and kind. Missed two nails while clipping. A little hard to schedule but they are trying
Winona Glascock: Love this place. Have been using them since September and haven't had 1 issue. They have been incredibly easy to communicate with and accommodating with our puppy. He's always happy to go to day care and comes home happy and sleepy.
jamie cannan: After just one visit the groomer remembered my pups quirks and now that we go frequently, my pup while still nervous is so much calmer being handed over to her.
Robert Barrett: I'm a local to Rozzie and was happy to find such an amazing place with friendly staff to watch over my pooch as I work. So happy to have found a place for my girl Lucy to hang out with furry friends!
Yyyi D: Called to inquire about the place, prices, times, process etc. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude . I had to say”ok sorry for calling “ and hung up. I can’t even get myself to try again in hopes of speaking to someone else. My pup doesn’t deserve to be in a place with someone like him.
Basic Info: Update: as you can see, the owner has responded, and this is why I would never want to give feedback. I appreciate local, family-owned businesses, but it clearly turned into a lecture instead of an invite to communicate via phone or respond to what the concerns are. Again--I ask the owner NOT to respond in the platform, but it's turning into "attack on me" syndrome. Thank you for your support and professional courtesy not responding, and please take this in the spirit of constructive criticism--better yet, simply an area of concentrated improvement (let's take the criticism out to make it more digestible).A Bit More Professional Response from the Owner?I read Robert's review, and I was disheartened at the owner's response. I don't know Robert personally, and if, indeed, that is NOT his name, can you blame him? Look at the unprofessional, curt response of the Boston Paws owner. What happened to "Dear Robert. While we do not have a client on file by that name, we are sorry if this was your actual experience. We pride ourselves in . . . please contact us at so that we can discuss the incident, etc." Sometimes, companies get beyond themselves and become privileged when they get a stream of positive feedbacks, but wait a minute: there is always room to improve.Well, our dog utilized Boston Paws doggie daycare service, and the experience was discouraging to us. While for some it may be good, we did NOT have a good experience. Now, I would request that the owner NOT respond to my review like that; in fact, do not respond at all if it is not going to be professional and respectful. Do not devalue a customer's experience to the point that you can't identify areas of improvement. I would not recommend someone to a place where the owner(s) take feedback or an experience personal to the point where they attack a reviewer publicly. #humblecustomerservice #respectforcustomers #donttakeitpersonal #betterservice #betterresponse
Vaughn Henry: I went to Boston Paws for my dogs 11am nail clipping appointment. While i was sanitizing my hands at the door (there's a sign that says sanitize before touching door knob) a women open the door and said "can i help you?" I say I have an 11 O'clock appointment while sanitizing one hand and holding my Yorkshire terrier in the other hand. She said "We called all our appointments today" Confused I say my dog has an 11 o'clock nail clipping. She says "didn't we leave you a message?" (while looking at me like she didn't want me there anyway because I am the wrong color) Still confused because I never received any call or message I ask a message about what? She pauses and looks at me again and says "Well the groomer is in the hospital" I just walk away because i recognize the look I was getting from her.
Lauren Hasson: Our pup loves going to Boston Paws! She attends daycare and also boarded with them while we went on a week-long trip. Every time we pull up to Boston Paws, she can't wait to get out of the car and in the front door. It's her favorite place and we completely trust Gil, Rachael and everyone else at their facility! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!
pikle boot: I used my credit card and lost all funds in my account, must have been A mgr issue
Carlin Dacey: I had a great experience at Boston Paws! My dog is normally not a fan of nail trimming, and often needs more than one person to get the job done. Ariel (Ari for short) had him in and out in less than ten minutes. She was calm, confident, kind - and did a great job with his nails! Best experience I've ever had with nail trimming, and would highly recommend.
Meg Barhite: Boston Paws is the best! Everyone on staff is incredibly kind and show genuine affection for our pup. They remember him and greet him with hugs and pets no matter how long it's been since our last visit. Boston Paws truly feels like family to us. They do a fantastic job with grooming and their rates are competitive for the area. We are so grateful for Boston Paws, and feel calm and confident leaving our beloved pup with them anytime!
Eric Morgenlender: Boston Paws is the best! Our dog has been going there for doggy daycare and grooming for a few years now, and the experience is always top notch. The moment we pull up to the store front, our dog starts getting super excited and he always sprints to the door once we are out of the car! Additionally, the grooming experience is always top notch, and our pup comes back with an adorable haircut.
Megan Prock McGrath: I cannot say enough good things about Boston Paws! Our dogs have used every service and we have been thoroughly pleased. They are always full of wiggles and happy tails when we drop them off for daycare and boarding and come home zonked from all of their play time with friends. The pup taxi has dropped them at our home (pre-COVID), a feature that saved us more than once when stuck at the office or attending after work events. Ari has groomed our Irish Terrier, which involves the laborious process of hand stripping. He not only looks great, but she goes the extra mile to make sure the process isn't too taxing on the little babe. She is thorough and patient and even adhered to our ridiculous requests to leave his mohawk intact and beard extra long (definitely not the standard cut). Rachel, Gil and team are flexible, kind and trustworthy and we feel so great every time we leave our pups in their care.
Mark Barash: these folks are absolutely spectacular. we are talking dog whispers who truly get our doggies and connect with them, and also have the skill and ability to do whatever grooming you have in mind. our dog is a rescue with serious anxiety issues but who quickly came to love the folks at Boston paws. As do we!
MizukiGPO: Treated my little princess with love and kindness also made her look wonderful
Kate Daher: Hi all, I've thought long and hard about posting this in here but ultimately my heart is saying it's necessary. Especially after speaking with other owners who have had a similar experience. I always condone supporting local business which is what I've always done - but in this case I would proceed with caution. After doing some research on local doggie daycares, I stumbled across Boston Paws. I spoke directly with the owner (prior to dropping my dog off) about what I was seeking and specifically what my dog would need. My dog is older and has a pinned knee so I wanted a place that would separate him with the smaller dogs and monitor him so he didn't become anxious or have a run in with larger more playful dogs. After being assured that this would be the case and he would be completely safe I decided to give them a try. Needless to say, without getting into all the details my dog was NEVER separated and his health and safety were put at risk. My dog could barely walk for three days and was in significant pain - he also came home with a dark marking under his neck...not sure if from another dog biting him or something being put around his neck. I was also overcharged twice with no apology or offer for reimbursement. When I requested to speak with the owner he refused to call me about my concerns. If you are an owner with an older dog please don't let your dog go here! In addition, this place does not limit dogs (unlike Lux Pet Resort which does) and there could be up to 100 dogs in that room at any given time which in my opinion is a safety risk. I felt that this information should be known and I'm happy to go into details if anyone wants to speak offline. From one owner to another please please do your research!
Theresa Gately: Fabulous business and crew, you would think that the staff has known us for years, when it has not even been 2 months. They are super attentive and caring.....
Laurie Long: My dog starts to cry with excitement the minute we turn onto Belgrade Ave and practically pulls my arm out of the socket busting a move into Boston Paws - he loves it! And he comes home totally exhausted - I love that! Rachel and crew are awesome. Worth every penny!
Natanya Auerbach: My dog has been going to Boston Paws for daycare for a couple years and loves it. The staff are really invested in the dogs. The facility is indoor-only (they take the dogs outside on leash for bathroom breaks several times a day), so if your dog gets easily overwhelmed surrounded by lots of other dogs in one space it may not be the best fit.

The Urban Hound Hotel & Daycare: what do users think?
Curt Echo: Extremely expensive and unorganized
Aron Wagnr: Never answered phone or returned a message after several calls.
Jamie Lynn: Vicky, Angela, and their grooming team always deliver a top-notch experience!
Kate Schade: The Urban Hound Hotel was the perfect place to board our dog during our Boston wedding. We live out of state and planned to include Beau in the ceremony but needed to board him for the rest of the wedding weekend due to hotel pet polices, etc. The Urban Hound worked with our specific wedding timeline to allow for Beau to be present when we needed him and coordinated with our hired dog handler for pick up and drop off on the wedding day. We are super thankful for their customer service and will always board Beau here whenever we're in MA in the future. Thank you!
Jennifer Guild: I cannot say enough great things about this place or the staff- absolutely above and beyond in so many ways. We left our dog for the week while away on vacation and he struggled with some anxiety being the first time away from us for that long. They were incredibly attentive and picked up on his anxiety, and made accommodations to truly make his stay a more relaxing one. Sarah treated him like her own, Rebecca and Abby sent me updates throughout the week, and I can’t thank them all enough.
Ed Vena: The best people for your dogs!
Cherish Dixon: Wow just wow!!! Thank you, Jeremy!! My sweet multipoo, Kobe went in this morning completely matted. Like a whole HOT MESS. Kobe looks amazing now!! I don't know how or what they did but clearly the Urban Hound hires magicians!!! Not only did they do an amazing job, Jeremy game me instructions on how to best care for Kobe's grooming in the future since my sweet baby has anxiety. Thank you, Urban Hound!!
Jacob V: We have used The Urban Hound for daycare and boarding for our 7 month old puppy, and couldn't be happier. Every time we pick him up, he tries to turn around and go back inside the front door. While it's slightly more expensive than some other places, you absolutely get what you pay for and worth every cent. The facility, staff, and care are seriously top notch.
Zak Knudson: Great facilities in a good location in the south end. However, be aware that they specialize in high priced training programs as a pre-requisite for their day care services. I took my pup for a “trail run” day care day and he was denied entry for “not responding to other dogs cues”. I found this odd because he has regularly attended two other day care services in the area with zero issues. He is a small dog that is not aggressive. Upon denying my dog entry, they then tried to up-sell me into a $2K training program with a 4 month waiting list. I’ve since found several other day care programs nearby that have been much more welcoming for those not willing to commit to a highly expensive training boot camp.
Shila and Dario Gonzalez-Sharifi: I can not express how great our experience has been in The urban hound. My old little boy Diezel is a 10 year old Maltese and has been going to Urban-hound for Grooming , Daycare , training and boarding at hotel since 2011 .My second pupstar Pebbles ( chunky brown Havanese ) joined him in 2018.Grooming department is amazingThey keep up w the latest innovation and trends . They use all delicious Doggo friendly products to JOOJ the Doggos. It is a true spa Day for them . Viki and her team would always give Diezel and Pebbles breed special hair cuts and would change their looks season to season .And after each grooming my little floofs would walk out of the Spa in their brand new season appropriate bandana smelling and looking heavenly.Rebeca the owner is an amazing lady , who truly loves all her doggo students and she chooses her staff accordingly. The Urban hound has been a second home to my fur babies for all their life , they have made many friends both doggo and human at the the urban hound. It’s the placed that when I leave my dogs I know they are as loved and protected that they would be at home with us .
Anna Moreva: I have never written a review before and I am not sure how exactly to write it. I have a dog, and her name is Layla (she is Cavachon) - the most adorable and friendly dog. She is 3 years old now and when she was just about 6 months, I sent her to a groomer - I wish I have never sent her there because her hair cut was so bad - I didn’t even recognize my dog. I became very skeptical about grooming because it is my first dog. Soon enough I was referred to Urban Hound by my neighbors, and I still was skeptical - but, I gave it a shot. Layla’s groomer’s name at Urban Hound is Angela. All I have to say, pure perfection, my dog looks like a teddy bear after every cut and we are booked for 12 months in advance. Excellent service and communication with the groomer is simple and transparent. Just like you don’t change your favorite hairdresser, you don’t change your dog’s groomer ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Thank you. Anna
Alexandra S: Brought my French Bulldog in today for a grooming appointment and was very disappointed. We had used Urban Hound based on a recommendation and were very happy with our first appointment but this one was a bust. I tried calling to express my disappointment and the man who answered, I think his name was Alan, was very rude. I would have gone back to them again if I wasn't met with his hostility on the phone. My concern was that he had poop on his butt when we got him back which they denied. The photo down below shows the remnants left behind from his butt on the car ride home. His nails were not cut properly as seen in the photo. And third, the most important part of taking a Frenchie is the ear cleaning and as you can see from the photo this was not properly done either. There is even more deeper in the ear canal but you cannot see it in the photo. To their credit, they said we could bring him back for another cleaning which I appreciate. But it was the attitude on the phone that will make me never want to bring my puppy back there again.
Taylor Worthy: Great groomers for my goldendoodle! Love the customer experience with online booking, and text communication. My dog always is excited to go and leaves happy.
James D'Ambrosio: Friendly service
Michelle Ai: Always so great with my pet. They keep the place clean, and charge a reasonable amount for daycare. Their grooming service in the south end is also very good. The st Francis downtown location includes walks in the common.
Michael Katz: If you live in the South End, there aren't too many options within walking distance for dog grooming and day care, but that's just fine, because Urban Hound is a quality spot! Their dog groomers, Vicki is amazing, are fantastic and care about how your dog looks. Their day care is great and offers some indoor and outdoor fun to keep your child happy and active. The people at the front desk are great and if you've never been before, stop by and ask for a tour and they are more than happy to show you around and give you the personal tour. Be warned that they are very finicky about your dogs health and will make sure they have all their shots and inspections. Before you drop your child off for daycare, contact them and get a list of what's needed and visit your vet. I'm grateful to have Urban Hound close by and it's nice to know your fur baby is in good hands.
Bob: Clean and caring
Dominik Altheimer: Our pup can't get enough
James Carrico: BAD BOARDING EXPERIENCE. We left our greyhound here for a long weekend (four nights). When we returned, he had a two inch gash in his left knee, a bleeding toe, and sore paws. UH did not say ANYTHING when we picked him up (we did not notice until we walked him home). Have called UH for three days in a row trying to get an explanation, and they have yet to pick up the phone so I am not sure if they were oblivious to the whole thing or if they were hoping we wouldn't notice (as if). I don't know what else to say but we will never go near this place again.
Stanley Taylor: I've used The Urban Guys for many years. Each and every time the care they provide my dog is excellent.
James Faucher: I have had my dog groomed at Urban Hound several times. Yesterday I need to have him stay there for the day. I was assured he would be in an area with similar size dogs. Mac is a 20 Lakeland Terrier. He ha stayed at many other day cares and has always had a great time.Apparently, when my husband picked him up he was told by some young lady," Mac almost failed day care." She said, "He sat in a corner and shivered all day."I spoke to someone when I got home and was told there was a person in the room with the dogs and that the other dogs had been coming a long time. I have a real sense that who ever was in the room with the dog Was just sitting on his phone.Mac is a sweet friendly dog. He is great with people and other dogs. If this moron who was in the room made an effort to engage him, he might have had a better day.I would never send any of my dogs there again. I would never recommend it to any of the dog owners on Beacon Hill.

Pawsh Dog Boutique: what do users think?
Evan Taylor: Really fantastic job on grooming without any instructions. Seriously, thank you for not trimming away the pretty tufts of fire on her hind legs. Will always groom with you guys.
Minela Dale: I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Pawsh. The owner Mike and team are all fabulous. Jordan consistently does a fantastic job with our dog Henry! We’ve tried many groomers (in multiple states) and no one comes close to Pawsh. Thank you for always taking such good care of us!
Adil: I have tried a few different dog groomers in Boston for my cockapoo and Pawsh is by far the best. I have been more than satisfied Each time I take him there. The staff is very professional and friendly and they do an excellent job at grooming. 100% recommended.
Tara Martorano: We cannot say enough good things about Pawsh, and especially our groomer, Jenny!A++ customer service. There is always someone there to answer the phone, and I am consistently kept aware of my pup's progress. I have never once had to call for an update; they always tell me.My dog is always ready on time and I am always alerted when she is finishing up, so that I can be there when she's done.My dog is always happy and healthy when she comes home. I know she is safe when she is at Pawsh. And most importantly, she always looks AMAZING. Jenny always listens to exactly what I want and my dog always comes out looking stellar.
Emily Cohen: We just brought my golden there for the first time and had the most positive experience!! My dog is quite fearful of dryers and hates baths and they were not phased by this and had many tools to help make her more comfortable. We havent had great grooming experiences in the past and they did everything exactly as I asked and when I picked my dog up I could tell she wasn’t totally traumatized by the experience. Pawsh was amazing, professional, and they did the most amazing grooming job. She looks so beautiful it actually hurts to look at her. We will be moving away soon and will be making the trip to Boston for her grooming at Pawsh because they are the best!!!
Scott Campbell: Tup’s favorite spa. Great staff makes every dog feel comfortable.
Tainah Soares: Pawsh is handsdown the best! They’ve been grooming Bella for over 8 years now and we absolutely love them! Thanks Mike & Nancy!
Hermann Spicker: I love this store! They are so kind to dogs of all breeds and sizes and have incredible selection of clothing and trendy treats 💚
Jennifer Ziobro: Jordan is amazing! My fiancé and I were nervous for our sweet, one year old golden retriever, George, to receive his first grooming. Jordan was so patient and amazing listening to our grooming requests. We have never been anywhere/with anyone else! Jordan does an amazing job and I have recommended so many dog owners to Pawsh, especially golden retriever owners. George is also always so excited to go for his grooming. Jordan does the best show dog cut! Thank you for always taking the best care of George!
Avery Russell: I've been taking Mickey to Pawsh since he was a puppy and have always been very happy with his grooming. He's six now and I can't imagine going to any other groomer. Mike is a wonderful owner and Jenny always gives Mickey the best cuts. Everyone there is so nice and the dogs always look adorable. Their boutique also offers a lot of great products and Mickey and I usually leave with a snack or a toy for him. I highly recommend getting Jenny as a groomer - she does a fantastic job! Thanks Pawsh!
Jimmy: Grooming service with Brian is unparalleled. Any groomer can give your dog a companion cut you’d probably be perfectly happy with. However, Pawsh grooming with Brian is next level grooming for those who have a keen eye for what a well-groomed dog should look like. Pawsh is where you take your dog if you want more than just a cute pup with a cute cut. This is where you go if you’re looking for a true professional with talent that grooms to the breed standard. This is where you go if you want precision grooming akin to the technical talent and standards you’d want from your own hair stylist or barber. If you’ve ever been asked whether your dog’s current cut is the result of your own grooming experimentation, Pawsh should be your next stop. If you’re the type of person who notices any of the following after your dog has been to your usual groomer, then Pawsh should be your next stop: jaggedly trimmed ears, hairy and odorous inner ears, choppy limbs, hairy paws, disproportionate trunk-to-limb ratio, inconvenient amount of hair in the private areas, nicks. Pawsh should be your next stop if you’ve ever found yourself constantly reminding your groomer to make tweaks to your dog’s cut because they seem to just miss the mark—Brian doesn’t miss the mark. Pawsh should be your next stop if you’ve ever Googled images of your dog’s breed and wondered why your dog doesn’t quite look like those images; it takes a lot of talent and knowledge to achieve that look. Brian trained under the best groomers for my breed of dog. After having taken my dog to other groomers, I can confidently attest to Brian’s technical skillset, and I hope others will have the privilege of having him as their dog’s groomer. I’ve also had good experiences so far when it comes to professionalism and good communication. This may sound generic, but I’ve been to a few groomers in the Boston area to know that these qualities are not a given. Please note that grooming services are in high demand all over Boston. So there may be a long waitlist at Pawsh, or they may not even offer a waitlist. It took me many attempts to get an appointment, but if you’re persistent, you may find yourself in a lucky position to get an appointment.
Kayla Hilkert: My dog (and I) LOVE Pawsh and all of their staff. They have great toys, treats, and other pet products but their customer service is why we keep coming back. My dog is scared around new people and they have been extremely kind and helpful in giving her positive exposure to humans. As someone who adopted a pandemic puppy, I had a lot of questions and sought suggestions for treats or other things from the staff here many times and they've always been happy to make recommendations or give ideas. Best dog boutique around!
Sarah Stankowicz: While a fun place to shop, when my dog went missing a couple blocks from this store, they wouldn't let me put up a sign. And that speaks volumes.Edit: Not surprised it didn't make an impression on you, but glad you know that it mattered to me.
Ashley Drach: Pawsh did a wonderful job with our golden retriever, and we have gotten so many compliments on his style since our initial appointment. They were even able to work on evening out his fur after a shaving incident with a previous groomer. We would highly recommend Pawsh!
Kimberly Morain: Amazing groomers and all-around fantastic service. They genuinely care and it shows!
Jason O'Connell: Pawsh is the best place to have your dog groomed downtown. A+ experience.
Lilli M: Professional, clean and friendly spot with top-notch grooming and a great selection of high-quality toys, treats and gear
Jennifer Denise (Lulu bell): Hay doggy lovers try a pretty spot for your pets a++ sweet to your babys great prices a must see...nice spot 5 min walk👣 from nu 1 bus stop mass ave ..u might be lucky get a parking but a great location...❤ my puppy walk away with nails done , treat in mouth an wagging tail we will be back. 🤗😁 32 Gloucester street 1st first floor ...🐕🐶🐩🐱
C.Dianne Sloan: Please support Pawsh and Mike. Such a super dog boutique with owner, employees and groomers who are friendly and care!
K Y: They treat every dog that walks in like a million bucks. They have tons and tons of toys, locally-sourced treats, as well as all the good food brands and lots of collars, leashes and apparel. The staff are super helpful in fitting things, and they will order anything you want!
Kate Elisabeth: Simply put, the best you could ask for in a dog store and groomer! THE place to shop for anything dog-related in Boston. Everyone who works there is so kind, they immediately remember not only the dog's name and face but the owner's as well, and they sell the best products at reasonable prices. I have been in Pawsh dozens of times and have never once had an experience that wasn't amazing. Both my and my mom's dogs get groomed there -- two completely different breeds -- and they come out looking amazing every time.

Loyal Companion: what do users think?
K Davis: Check your receipt before you leave! Many items are not priced and if you ask for a price check they will include it in your charge even after confirming they will take it off. They try to rush you out of the store after your purchase, but take your time to review your receipt. Additionally, some items that are actually priced at a dollar over what the price listed on their website is.
Jennifer Ortiz: Thank you for always taking care of my baby's and doing an outstanding job Melina I wouldn't trade YOU FOR THE WORLD!!!! YOUR THE BEST!! I would refer her to everyone but then you will try to steal her from me and I can't let that happen!! Just Kidding lol
Leila Semedo: My favorite spot now 😁People are scared of my dog because she’s big, but not here . The employees treat her so good & their customer service is excellent . Thank you guys ❤️Look how cute and fresh Jocelyn got her looking 😍
Salma Tag: Jocelyn is a wonderful groomer! My dog was so relaxed during his grooming appointment that he fell asleep during his haricut! See you in a couple of months.
Jeff Amazan: I love this place everyone is so polite and helpful, they recommend me to few things i should get my dog. They also do a great job with their daycare center. My dog love this place .
Akou Diabakhate: If could write a book about how this place is AMAZING I would. First of all they always take care of my Belle for all her services she gets there from grooming to spa day and food. My Belle just had a 1 year Birthday parteyyyy and the gift bag that Amari got for my friends dog were the talk of the party. I can’t thank you guys enough for being in this neighborhood and being such a community store who really care about dogs and their owners. Customer service is 10/10 they groomers 10/10 everything. Thank you thank and I will see in couple of weeks for another appointment.
Skittlez P: Great selection of cat items. I do wish they had more options for dry cat food. As someone who is not really a dog person it was nice to meet the new store manager with her baby kitten.
Jennifer Hill: Clean, organized and the staff is lovely. I can tell that they truly love their jobs!
Darnell Spike: Had such a great first experience. The manager and assistant manager (sorry i forgot their names) are so helpful and nice. My puppy has some digestive issues and they gave great advice. I will definitely be coming back.
Carol Pernice: I had heard negative reviews due to a lot of turnover but I wanted to give Loyal Companion a chance. After not getting a call that my puppy evaluation was cancelled to super rude customer service from the manager when I went the second time to get the evaluation, I've decided this is NOT the place for me. I would not recommend this store. I am not someone who typically writes reviews but since this is dealing with our fur babies I thought it was necessary!
Ashley D: Local alternative to Amazon and Chewy. Great rewards program.I prefer to buy my dog's food here versus a larger warehouse. He also loves the food, and doesn't have any issues with it. I can trust the food is safe for him to eat.
Emily Coleman: the doggy day care is way too overcrowded, the dogs are often kept in crates, and that's to say nothing of the smell in the room. It's also a TINY room for doggy day care. It seems to me the people that staff the doggy day care are not well trained in dealing with dogs, as there have been incidents where dogs were bitten. I definitely do not recommend loyal companion for doggy daycare unless you want your dog in a tiny, smelly room where they spend a lot of time in a crate!
Robert Veneziano: Trying to set up dog care here has been a nightmare. I tried last year, with staffing changes the communication was awful - last minute cancellations, rebooking for 2-3 weeks out, phone calls not returned, etc. I tried again, sending them paperwork in on 6/10, asking to confirm receipt. No reply. I called about three weeks later to check in if they received my email (is a simple reply in email too much to ask?), I was told I would get a call back, nothing. I called again on 7/12 to check in. Amari was robotic, and not friendly at all. I asked her if my docs were received, and her reply was they could see me this week for a temperment test. Great, but that's not what I asked. I said I was not ready for that yet, as my schedule this week did not allow, but asked a second and then third time, were my docs received via email and she finally confirmed. Told her I would call back to schedule a temperment test another time when my schedule allowed and she practically hung up on me. There are so many other options in town for daycare with better customer service. Not sure why I kept trying these folks again....and again. I should have given up after the first attempt and took it as s sign! Go elsewhere for a place that only specializes in daycare - my guess is it's way better run and a much larger space for dogs to run around.
Chester Leonard: Courteous and helpful employees a pleasure 😀 doing business
Al K: To all black people beware of he discrimination in this store . They will discriminate for even being there
Katherine Mize: REALLY slow grooms--they kept my (well behaved) dog for over 5 hours last time we took him without the opportunity for a restroom break. Unimpressed with the quality of the groom and unimpressed with the service. I also placed an order online and it turned out that 2/3 of what I ordered was actually out of stock.
Becki Warshow: Expensive and not particularly.good customer service. Quality products though.
Liani Wang: The staff are the best people and animal lovers, ever. My puppy's tail got slammed by the door and started to bleed. The staff immediately came over with cleaning solution and helped stop the bleeding. They were so reassuring to me and my pup. They recommended I call my vet and patiently let me wait in the store while I figured out where to take him. They even recommended a nearby animal hospital to take him. They provided me with all the information and everything I needed to get him the vet care he needed. They are SO kind and compassionate. I am so grateful!
Jessie James: I found out about all their training services and other services available it was very helpful and very insightful. They were recommended by Petco on Washington Street in Boston. Thank you for the recommendation Petco.
Henry Ung: The folks here really know how to take care of us and our doggo
Sam Wagner: The groomers do a great job and the staff is super friendly, but beware - they are super busy! As in will potentially charge you for added services but not actually have time to do them, like teeth brushing.

Neponset Pet Center & Animal Hospital: what do users think?
denna gilot: Horrible service, general manager has nasty attitude and refusing to admit his staff do not know policies and procedures. The MOST RACIST FACILITY!!!!!!!!! POC BEWARE!!!Continual mixed messages and no one knows what they are doing. Spent a lot here and when they are called out for doing things incorrectly they cannot handle it. They can never keep staff and I was warned not to come here and now I know why. This is why I stick with the best in Dorchester and this place is not it. Look at the continual reviews below. They speak for themselves. Horrible DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Mimi Owin: I've been going to Neponset Pet Center for over 20 years ! They have the Best Technicians & Veterinarys ever ( gentle & kind ) they will care for your pet , because they love pets here & they will discuss the cost before & the best way to work out your pets care this has been my experience. For Nubbie & I they are family 😊 Thanks
solo solo: went to get my little French bull dogs nails trimmed ....did it get done ? nòoò.....they said they couldn't hold him still ....I'm from out of state...my pup gets his nails trimmed every month since birth (he's 1 year old ) by different groomers.....I don't think the kids working are competent / lac experience
Meredith Gustafson: I do not recommend this place in the least.
kevin english: Service was fast and good, vet was thorough. It is a private hospital though so a little pricey but very smooth experience overall. Would do 4.5 if I could.
Craig Drayton: "Microaggressions are defined as the everyday, subtle, intentional — and oftentimes unintentional — interactions or behaviors that communicate some sort of bias toward historically marginalized groups." Another words, black people beware. The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff and doctors are helpful and caring. HOWEVER, I've experienced on a couple of occasions when I wasn't given full informational care governing my pets needs and remedies. For example, my dog was diagnosed with having cataracts. I was instructed on helpful ways to deal with the situation has the process would eventually lead to my pets blindness. Some what devastating news but so be it. Fortunately my son (being just 17 years old) looked into the matter which prompted me to find that there's surgery for dogs with cataracts that could prevent blindness! Why wasn't I given this information initially? It's my opinion that people of color (primarily Black people) aren't considered financially viable or stable enough to pursue costly medical procedures. THIS IS NOT always the case. Make sure during your visit, that all cost information (even the costly ones) are presented to you with regards to your pets medical care. Don't allow anyone to assume how much you are willing to pay for your pets needs.
Antone Bufford: Great service!
Roxanne Vento: This is my first time using the Pet center and I am extremely pleased with my visit today. I recently rescued two kittens and needed a check up for both, a few vaccines and had just general questions. The staff is extremely kind and friendly and the actual Veterinarian himself was amazing. Our vet tech was great and was super helpful and knowledgeable. We have had our kittens for 2 weeks and they handle the cats with care and we’re very gentle. I’m very thankful for this choice!
Viktoriya Minasova: Groomer does an amazing job with my cat's haircut.
Erik Robateau: Dr Hamilton was amazing, walked me through all the test and showed me X-rays on my cat
Michael Lee: Dropped my dog off for grooming and nails at 8:30. Called after 1 and was told she wasn’t ready yet, but would get a call as soon as she was. Called back just before 5 and they said she had been ready for hours, and they had tried calling and even left a voicemail. Outright lie, I had my phone on me all day. And come to find out they never clipped her nails.
Michael Webster: This place is great! They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment, everything from arrival to check-out was great. Staff is very professional and friendly. Lucked out finding this spot.
Jamie Zoba: The ladies that helped us were extremely kind and make you and your pet very comfortable.
lemon: Be warned, all locations & related services will pray on your desperation to save your dying animal. Prices vary on greed, and are not willing to work with your budget. Yes, I'm aware how capitalism works. If you want to live, if you want your pet to live. You need money. They promised to be low cost yet would charge us and drain us dry, had we stayed with them we would never have afforded the surgery by the time they were done. They don't show sympathy at all.
Carolin Greene: Friendly staff and very clean.
Liz Marie: First time bringing my dog here for his physical and they were quick and super helpful. Everyone was extremely kind! Definitely will continue to come here 😁
kam Bumpus: They are always double booked. You need to schedule things weeks out. If your animal is ever in trouble they will not help. They do good work if you can get it, but I would basically recommend any other place as you can never rely on them when your animal needs it most.
Scott Busier: Impossible to get a timely appointment. No urgent care concerns what so ever. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 14 years with multiple pets. They have really gone down hill! Service your patient list and know when to stop new patients. I’m very disappointed with the current status of this operation. I’m taking my fur baby’s some where more reliable.
Beth Stovall: My cat received amazing care for many years until she passed. We continue to appreciate everything the team at Neponset Pet Center does for our new puppy!
Vanessa Hollaway: Nice small animal hospital with good staff and good variety of pet products
Patrice Verrochi: I worked there a decade ago and I think it's a good hospital.

Toureen Pet Resort and Spa: what do users think?
Derek O'Brien: Great people, great facility. Our dog is always happy spending time there, and we rest assured while he’s there.
Louanne C: Best care for my dog.attentive to animalsBeen going here for years!. Great doggy daycare and overnight stays. Good atmosphere.
Emily Hames: My dog loves this place :)
Sarah Daniels: We love toureen! They take excellent care of our pup while we are away. He loves day care there and we can trust that he is in good hands. He is always so excited to go visit his friends there!
Michal Biletzki: We LOVE Toureen! Grizzly gets so excited going there for daycare here and there and for boarding! Great team and great care!
Alex M: Second grooming visit my dog had. He is a maltese. They cut him extremely short, which is not what i asked for. My dog came home after grooming with cuts on his leg, and chest. He has not been eating and in pain until I noticed what was going on. He came back from the vet 2 days ago. I absolutely will never recommend taking your pet here to groom.
Nate Lewis: I have a pretty reactive Akita that we thought was unboardable. They took her on and have been boarding and working with her for over a year. Fantastic staff!
Lucy Ponce: Great service
Christine Nunziato-Bonenfant: I have a strong negative reaction to receiving any medical information in a public open seated area where everyone is within earshot of the conversation. I also don’t like not being invited into the exam room. Covid is no longer an excuse. It’s just plain rude. When I asked to have the conversation about my pets’ results in a more private area, the technician looked at me with distain but complied. The Vet, however, proceeded to talk to us in the waiting area listing all details about our two animals. Why aren’t people more bothered by this?
Cort Crump: Overpriced
Shayan Jalali: Amazing place for our puppy’s daycare and boarding need!
Fred Riley: Great staff, and she out like a light sleeps through the night 🌙 😴
Christopher Williams: Our pup loves it here! And the staff is amazing!
vargoal: This is a great doggie day care!
Mercadez Porto: Horrible place! THEY DO NOT TAKE PROPER CARE FOR ANYONES PETS!! I DONT RECOMMEND!!!
scott moulton: All of the dogs look extremely happy!
M Munford: It's a good place to bring your dog, seems like they're well taken care of. My biggest gripe is that it is so wildly expensive. It cost 200 dollars to board my dog for two nights, they charged me for a full day of daycare for picking him up 2 hrs after the noon checkout (could not be avoided, I had to travel all day from out of state.) It's highway robbery, would be nice if they had an hourly or even half day rate for those circumstances. They also charge a "peak" fee during summer which is more than their already-exorbitant rate.
Kyle Ames: Toureen is awesome. My dog is always excited to come here and comes home happy and tuckered out. The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient.
Tim Armstrong: My son Mango always has a great time here, and comes back happy and tired!
Deborah Cynn: We left our precious dog in this place’s care for a few hours while we attended my graduation. They apparently sent him home with another person and tried to give us some one else’s dog when we returned for pick up. While they did call and sort out the dogs, this level of carelessness and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. Almost had a heart attack. I will never ever entrust my dog to this place again.Update 5 days after our pickup: our dog came home and has been throwing up and unable to eat for the last few days. We did not change anything to his diet so our only assumption is that he caught something here or the stranger who they sent our dog home with may have fed him something that they should not have. Our pup needed to go to the vet and get an IV and medication. Our bill was 5X boarding costs here. Never again….
Emma Popowski: They take great care of our sweet pup every time with great prices, highly recommend :)

VCA Brookline Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Calvin Krogh: No complaints
James Weis: They charge me $50 for five dollars worth of medication. As an out of towner in need of medication for my dog, I felt they took advantage of the situation.
Suzanne Pavone: We love VCA Brookline Animal Hospital and Dr Groper. We’ve gone 30+ years and had always had Dr Groper. He was always so caring and direct about all our pets issues. As we’ve gone through different pets with them we have appreciate their caring attitude even at the times that are difficult and sad as when it’s time to let go. Thank you VCA BAH and Dr Groper. The Pavones
Justine Sullivan: Dr groper is the best. Took great care of my matey girl who has crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge.
Audra White: The most important thing for other pet owners to know *** DR FELDMAN DID NOT TELL US when Judo reached end stage kidney disease and OUR SENIOR DOG NEEDED END OF LIFE CARE***JUDO’s DEATH would have been a PAINFUL SURPRISE if had we not sought out a care from a Non-VCA Vet — which improved the quality and length of his life.I regret ever trusting Dr. Feldman and the entire VA Brookline Staff with the care and well being of my Judo. As the person responsible for Judo’s care and wellbeing I feel sad, and guilty, and angry for trusting VCA-BROOKLINE Staff and FAILING to PROVIDE JUDO with ADEQUATE veterinary CARE.After taking Judo to a Non-VCA Vet, I now know that I expressed concern about my senior dog to VCA Brookline staff and DR FELDMAN they IGNORED RED FLAGS instead of having him evaluated for basic veterinary care.[June’22 - August’22] I called VCA Brookline multiple times expressionist concern about Judo showing signs of lethargy, intermittent vomiting, and NOT DRINKING or EATING at times.Dr. Feldman and VCA Brookline Veterinary Technicians dismissed my concerns by saying:“He’s an old dog, and the summer heat is hitting him extra hard this year. Just try to get him to drink more water”I knew my Judo was not okay — AFTER BEING DISREGARDED BY VCA STAFF — made an appointment with a Non-VCA Vet Specialist. The waitlist was very long, and Judo wasn’t seen until October’22.The Non-VCA Vet IMMEDIATELY KNEW JUDO was very ill and NEEDED TO BE HOSPITALIZED to be treated for CRONIC DEHYDRATION and VOMITING.From the New Vet I learned that during Judo’s August’22 physical(1) DR FELDMAN actively WITHHELD DETAILS of the PROGRESSION of JUDO’s Chronic Kidney DISEASE — notably when Judo’s labs indicated that he reached End Stage Kidney Disease;(2) being uninformed PREVENTED me from making WELL INFORMED DECISIONS about Judo’s care and well being;(3) DR FELDMAN FAILED TO DIAGNOSE a very symptomatic Judo with PANCREATITIS;(4) DR FELDMAN FAILED to TREAT Judo’s KIDNEY DISEASE according to professional guidelines: [1]Provide adequate and appropriate nutritional support [2] Slow the disease's progression with renoprotective therapy [3] Correct fluid deficits and excesses, acid-base imbalance, and electrolyte abnormalities [4] Ameliorate clinical signs of chronic kidney disease. It’s amazing that Judo lived with pancreatitis for months, and miracle that Judo continued to go on adventures while maintaining a very friendly and gentile disposition. If there’s a happy ending, it’s that — DESPITE DR FELDMAN LACK OF EFFORT — Judo made a full recovery from Pancreatitis AND shared a very special Xmas and NYE’23 with his family.
gal shalev: Before relocating to Europe, I brought my cat there because their vets were USDA certified, and I needed to get his paperwork done. After about 10 min of checking him, the vet diagnosed him with a heart murmur and told me that flying him would basically kill him. After explaining to her that there's no way I'm leaving him behind, she reluctantly signed the paperwork. I left the place panicked, distraught, and confused. It has now been two months since I moved, and my cat is very much ALIVE and happy! And guess what?? I took him to two different vets, and he doesn't have a heart murmur!!So, to make a long story short, don't go there! Also, no parking!
Yevgeny Gavrilova: What is it going to take for VCA corporate to recognize that Dr Groper should have his license revoked for being such a terrible human being with THE worst attitude, confirmed time and again by the actual, legitimate, real reviews. What is it going to take for VCA to step up and remove the office manager Sarah for conduct so detrimental to her staff that they’re completely mentally checked out, making egregious errors to customers constantly, and being among the most unprofessional individuals we’ve ever had the displeasure to encounter?STEP UP VCA, NOW.
Daniel Lira Amaral: good morning! I want to thank TAMI G for their patience and cordiality, who received me in an incredible way, soon realized that ru does not speak very well in English and offered me to speak in Spanish which was the turning point so that I could take my pet ( nina ) until then, called me, sent me an email and made an appointment super fast. everyone is super loving and goes out of their way to help you best veterinary clinic in Massachusetts thanks again for everything the world needs more Tami G look her up she is the best do for the love of pets.
Brit Maeda, MPH: Dr. Groper has the ugliest, meanest, harshest, most awful personality I’ve ever had the unfortunate displeasure to experience. Nori is likewise flippant, annoying, and wildly unlikable. Sarah is about as terrible of a leader as one could ever possibly imagine. I’ve had much greater experiences at other vets who take better care of your companion animals, speak to humans with dignity and respect, make much more accurate diagnoses, and have managers who give a hoot. If you could just take the incredible Dr Mani and put her elsewhere, dreams would come true.
Gracyn Allen-Ingle: The customer service here from the pharmacy is horrible. They refused to work with me when I need a certain prescription. Over charge for all services and medication.
Alyssa: The staff here was extremely helpful and did everything they could to try and calm my dog down while she was getting her vaccines. She isn’t an easy pup to handle by any means, but eventually they were able to give her her shots and send us on our way. The staff was extremely informative, and Dr. Mani was very personable and understanding. I highly recommend this location.
Ray Liu: Dr Groper is one of the rudest, most unprofessional health care providers of any sort I‘ve ever interacted with. This practice is all about money. Find better care for your pet.
Tyler Jay: Very unhappy. The doctor was rude and insincere. The office manager was also not nice or empathetic in any way. I feel bad for the front staff that were nice and seemed oppressed by the unpleasant senior staff.I came here previously for health certificates for my dogs to travel home to Hawaii with me. Last year no issues but this year they charged $700+ for 2 health certs. I debated the price as I never paid that much previously. The doctor said he would “rip up the forms and I can go somewhere else.” This was after already administering flea and tick prevention so I actually had no choice to go somewhere else or I would have. I had to painfully beg for a reasonable price and they took $99 off the total. This is basically theft. They did 30 min of work and made over $600 to fill out 2 single page forms.I’m so frustrated with this result. Definitely not going back here and hope others avoid this costly mistake of a vet.Learned the doctor we used to see there is no longer with them. Seems like a slippery downhill slope for this business unfortunately.Screw you guys honestly this has ruined my visit home. Just spent more at the vet for healthy animals than on the flights for them…so lame.
D K: Frighteningly similar experience to Nicole Dwyer's review below. Dog had eye infection. Saw Groper. He gave us meds. They did nothing for us. We come back 1 week later. Things got worse. He then told us to go find a dog ophthalmologist, but also told us "good luck finding one"2 total visits. $700+ bill in total. 2 weeks of useless treatment. Go to Angell right down the street.Note: VCA please don't reply to this asking me to send in a formal complaint to your complaints email. All the details you need to improve your operations are all public on your google reviews page.
Andy: We love this vet office, we moved to Massachusetts one month ago and it was hard to find someone who was great with our big dog, it is a 134 pounds Neapolitan mastiff. They have a good appointment system with the app and you can receive the studies in your email. Only thing that I dislike is not be able to go inside with my dog during the vet appointment.
Kirsten Davison: We have tried to ignore VCA's egregious prices, largely because we didn't have the energy to find another vet. But we can't any longer. You can expect to pay $500-$700 for pretty basic care. We just paid $700 for our cat's constipation (which basically involved removing a stool plug). Blood work is regularly added in, which btw will cost you $200. Consider yourself warned.
V M: Whatever you do, do NOT try to park here. This location is a nightmare to visit. I brought my cat one time, and the vet tried to sell me expensive treatments that were not needed (several thousand dollars worth). I also didn't get to go back with my cat for the appointment. I will find another vet for future appointments.
Sara Bator: More of a veterinary industry rather than care
A: I would not recommend this clinic. Let me begin with, when I spoke with the nurse over the phone she assured me I would be able to enter the room with my cat under the condition I wore a mask, but once I arrived they did not allow me to enter the room (per Dr. Gropers orders). I made it clear that my cat does not get along well with others outside the home, but they did not care. Once my cat was taken into the back by the nurse to see Dr. Groper I could hear her cries and whines from the lobby. I even noticed Dr. Groper discreetly come grab a cone for my cat without even saying anything about it, as if they didn't want me to know! At that moment, I made it clear to the nurse at the front desk that I did not feel comfortable with the situation and that I've had previous bad experiences with the vet. The nurse tried to reassure by stating "don't worry I work here, nothing bad will happen". To be clear that was not reassuring at all, as I had never met her, and I could CLEARLY hear my cats cries from the back room. Furthermore, I will never be returning to this clinic and will have my pets paper work transferred to a different vet. From my experience, this clinic doesn't work for the benefit of the animal or the animals caretakers. If they truly cared they would allow people to enter the rooms with their animals... If I could, I would've stopped myself from ever placing that appointment. It is truly heartbreaking to have to hear my cat cry from the lobby; I could only wonder what had truly gone on in that back room. After the appointment Dr. Groper came out to speak with me and was condescending in his words. If you truly care for your animals you wont bring them here.
Paige Hart: god i love everyone here they’re so helpful and kind
Hunter Foote: This veterinarian office was very courteous and prompt in their communication. I am very pleased with their service and look forward to working with them in the future.
