Glen Dalton: Annie was very informative and patient.
Bob M: Went to Burlington to purchase a seat cushion and met Annie. She was extremely delightful and knowledgeable. Annie answered all of my questions with authority, it is obvious that she knew what she was talking about.Well I left the store with the seat cushion in addition to two Anatomical pillows. Annie explained all of the benefits of the pillows without being aggressive in trying to make the sale. Very pleasant shopping experience.

Luckily, I decided to look at the RTB website, because they’re local. The prices were virtually identical. That was the first pleasant surprise.I made it to the store with only 5 minutes to spare. I wanted to test the back rollers out and assured the store associate that I was aware of the time and that I’ll only be a minute or two. he said “no problem, stay as long as you’d like”. I’m used to associates trying to get out as soon as the clock ticks closing time, if not before. This was my second of many pleasant surprises.I got talking to the associate and learned his name. It is Jullian Coleman. This is where my experience began to far exceed what I could have possibly expected. I was just buying an inexpensive back roller. Jullian clearly loves what he does and is very knowledgeable. I was there because my back hurt and wanted relief; Jullian seemed to be empathetic to that.It’s now after closing time. He asks me if I’ve ever tried a zero-gravity chair. I said no. He got me set up in one and it was the best my back has felt in over a month. Like I said, he loves what he does and it shows. We talked all about the chairs, the company, back relief tips and before I knew it, we were talking about our families and where we live. To make a long story at least a little short, I stayed until past 7 PM! The store closed at 6! I felt as good or better than I do after a PT session.I made sure to get Jullian’s card, because I couldn’t wait to write this glowing review. The products are superior, the prices are the same as Amazon and I was able to take it home that day. The best part, by far though, was Jullian himself. He loves what he does, is personable, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. When I left an hour after closing, he was still there working. I can’t say enough about Jullian. I feel like I made a friend and RTB earned a customer for life.

The woman on the phone (receipt says her name is Kat) offered to personally deliver the product on her way home from work (out of her way) that day. This was not a very expensive item either. That is unbelievable service and empathy for the customer. I am absolutely amazed. The world needs more people like Kat.

Miiz Studley: For the price you think they would be more accommodating and polite. Called daily for a week about changing the delivery time, where I had a funeral. The guy was very rude and they can't help you until the day before delivery date, which means making you have to wait another week for your couch. So now I have to find someone to sit at my house all day. If they could have changed it when I first called, it would not be an issue cas I could have moved it back a day. Even then..that wouldn't be so bad if the employee wasn't so rude, even hung up on us. For the money you spend, you think you would get better service. The gentleman who sold me the couch was nice but the guy who answered the phone, everytime, was really rude and hung up when asked his name and to speak to a manager. A Shame to allow your employees to behave like this. Esp to an elderly woman.

One year later, the exact same metal frame is poking through the fabric and I'm on hold again....it's been 38 minutes so far and I'm sure it'll be many more. I will never purchase anything from Lazyboy again.

First thing after picking out a set they informed us that they wanted $2000 down payment we instructed them we had opened a credit purchase through their company from their sales advertisements And was pretty much told to beat it unless you had 33% down. At that time in now we could have easily provided that but it was the deceptive advertisement practices that was very unsettling. So I thought maybe because they were in trouble financially they were looking to try to get a third down so I waited three for five months and tried to contact them

I went to the Lazy Boy Gallery in Saugus, MA where I met a wonderful associate named Christian. Christian listened with interest to what I was looking for and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for and I added a few bells and whistles! Now I just have to wait for it to be delivered! So I highly recommend that if you need some comfort take a ride to Saugus and I’m sure Christian will help you find exactly what you are looking for!

Darwinsom: Everything I saw was in excellent to new condition. Despite being sold as previously rented furniture. We were told it was all steam sanitized which is the only treatment for bedbugs. We were told that this is why they can sell "used" mattresses.The prices were quite reasonable until you check online sources such as Wayfair. Yet here you can try things out. Like Home Goods etc. Can't say anything was comfortable except for one OMG chair.This would be a perfect place to stage a condo.My friend was highly motivated to buy a loveseat and liked the idea of being able to sit on it.The salesman was very nice greeting us but with each question he was casually difident responding that "he didn't know." this despite his being told that she had a specific possible maximum length. Questions about all other measurements were also answered with "I don't know" until we finally asked if he had a tape measure.During the entire time of our visit no other customers were present. Another employee could be seen hard at work at a desk & our salesman kept returning to his high work space do something.Moving is a fixed price of a low $120.00. Delighted he pointed out that that was for a whole living room set or to our loveseat. Well ok....didn't help us that was true.While my over motivated friend kept asking about the one (really poorly built loveseat. No tags showing where it was constructed, no warning labels, no measurements) and delivery time etc. at no moment did the salesman venture to help past jokes.I asked if I could take some photos to put online before we started shopping. I tried my best to take representative ones attached.Wouldn't go back.

Siddharth Parasnis: Javon provided the best customer service. When my house mate moved out we needed to replace a couch. I placed an order online but saw that there was a coupon I could have used. Javon was able to retroactively get me a significant amount of store credit for a sale happening on the site after I had already placed my order. It ended up being a complicated process but he was very helpful every step of the way to get me the most value for my purchase. This was all during a literal pandemic so it was completely online and over the phone. If you need furniture that is completely clean and serviceable but don't want to buy something new, this is the place.

So why 4 stars instead of 5 you ask.... well I received a mattress and a box spring set from here and it has a musty odor to it..I've checked for stains & bugs which I found none and I still have the original plastic on it but theres a lingering musty odor like smell to it... maybe it's the materials used to make it. I've recently purchased and encasement mattress cover hoping that'll helpOther than that their furniture is awesome. Very classy and well maintained

Sheila MacArthur: I came exactly five mins before closing, saw someone standing inside, but they had already locked the door, and no one came to the door. That’s awful. Like 90% of people, I start shopping online — and so I knew what I wanted and was ready to buy. Shame on whoever has no desire to sell.

Lauren Gerrish: Our original experience at this store in November was great, but that’s where it ended. They ordered the wrong arm couch for us, which we didn’t realize until it was delivered in December. We requested a reorder to make the order right four months ago, and we still do not have the right couch. I have called the store and when they were supposed to call me back they never did. I tried to work through customer service to get this fixed, they also called the store on my behalf and we never heard from the store. This is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. If you make a mistake you make it right, ignoring your customers and not calling them back is not right. We still don’t know if we will ever get our order right and I’m very upset and it makes me question the integrity of the La-z-boy brand.

lilys amore: Extremely unprofessional, no customer service after sale. 2 months after we bought the chair, they finally delivered a chair with broken base and defective mechanism. After 3 days trying to talk to a human being, because at the store they will not do anything to help you , I was able to talk to someone, 3 weeks later the technician came in to evaluate. Now I received an email telling me it will take at least a month to get parts and the technician back. I was not consulted or offered an apology. I want a full refund, this is unacceptable . They delivered a broken product, they make sure you have no possibility to do a return even if it’s their fault. Worse furniture we ever bought, horrible customer service.
