MR. SWEEPER SALES & REPAIRS: what do users think?
Anthony Schiavo: I’ve always had great service here! They were very helpful when I was buying a vacuum.
Margaret Merrell: Mr. Sweeper is great! Recently I went because something got stuck in my vacuum hose. They fixed it right on the spot, with no charge! Wow! That's wonderful service. Another time my vacuum hose broke. They didn't try to sell me a whole new vacuum cleaner, they went to the back, found a used hose and sold it to me for a very reasonable price. I am so impressed with how they work to keep old machines going. This place is the best!
Julia Dias: Mr. Sweeper is one of the places I recommend to anyone in the cleaning industry. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner and his son who now is in charge of the store. Derek, the son, has great knowledge with vacuum's and the repairs he offers. His services is quick and they have great customer service.
Lauren Abbott: Came here with clog in our vacuum. Well they were amazing took our vacuum right away and unclogged it in under 10 minutes! Amazing place ❤️ Scott thank you so much 😊
Mikaela Araujo: Went to Mr sweeper for the first time today to fix my vacuum. Derek provided knowledge and fast service and earned me as a customer!
Alejandro Hernandez: My girlfriend and I went to Mr Sweeper to get our first real vacuum for our new home. The owners Son, Derek, was incredibly knowledgeable and let us try out a bunch of different machines and thoroughly explained the differences. We went with the Sebo D4 based on his recommendation and he gave us a generous trade in discount on our old shark. I highly recommend this family owned business for all your cleaning needs due to their friendly and personalized service. Shop local!
Elizabeth Edwards: I sought and received excellent advice about purchasing a sewing machine. It’s been several years, and I still love the machine I bought.
Joe Faillace: Great vacuum cleaner store!
Lori V: Was so impressed with the knowledge of the staff here!! They were extremely efficient and definitely customer service orientated!!
Jessica Breare: I have an older dyson animal that I brought in because I had taken it apart to clean and couldn’t get one of the parts back on correctly. Had to leave it overnight which was fine. The next morning Mike called me and told me a part was missing and he couldn’t fix it without the part. No part was missing. Went and picked up my machine. No charge. I spent less than 10 minutes on utube to find a video demonstrating how to fix it. Did it myself and it now runs great!! Should have done that before I went to Mr. Sweeper. I would have paid him for his labor. All he had to do was look up the schematic to see no part was missing. Mustn’t want to spend time on older vacuums? Who knows. Oh well, I gave him a chance.
Bruce Perry: They repaired my vacuum on time and for the estimated price.
Diana F: I notice my review has been removed, so I’m attempting to remember details to repost. Essentially, this business wants to sell you their products, not repair them. They strung me along for months by keeping my sewing machine while I thought they were repairing it. They had excuses every time I called! They then told me that they had some nice sewing machines that I could buy, but I just wanted my older machines repaired. I wouldn’t give these people the time of day, much less give them my business. I ended up getting back my two machines and having them repaired in four days at another place closer to where I live.
K Engdahl: I brought my Kenmore sewing machine in to Mike and didn't think he had the bobbin mechanism I needed. He went down to his storage area and I was delighted when he returned with the part. I'm back in business for only $14.95.
HCX: Fast service. Friendly. Support local small businesses.
Ehren Foss: Pointed out I was just using the vacuum incorrectly, instead of needing a repair. In and out in 10 seconds. Highly appreciated!
Susan Daly: Mike was very helpful, curious, and professional. I dropped off my old Brother machine that I had bought 15 years ago from them. He called and told me that it would cost more to have it fixed than to buy a new one. He explained exactly what was broken, and I agreed with his analysis. I will be buying a new one from them soon!
Eve Tyler:
Elbert m. Sharpe jr: Great staffing and knowledgeable on the vacuum industry. The way bussinesses used to be before the Giant reatale.
Lex Light: Owner was super-helpful and did only the work needed without tacking on or pushing extra services, and he made sure that my vacuum was in perfect working order before I left.
Peter Bottéas: Excellent small business. Store manager Mike is extremely knowledgeable about his products and gave me honest guidance in my choice of a vacuum cleaner according to my needs. Prices easily match or beat the Internet. Some of there friendliest and most helpful sales help I’ve encountered in Boston. Support this independent merchant! I’m moving out of Boston, but would gladly drive back in if ever I needed another vacuum cleaner, an accessory, or one of the other products that he sells. (BTW, great selection of sewing machines.)
Holly Dobbs: Mike helped me unclog my Dyson in minutes, and said it was complimentary. Thanks you are the best!

MR. SWEEPER SALES & REPAIRS: what do users think?
Yaroslav Rykal: Very pleasant and fast service. Definitely will return and recommend this place!
Rach L: Had a really great experience here! My vacuum broke and they provided a very reasonable repair estimate, fixed it fast, and it works great again! Super friendly and polite staff. Nothing but positive things to say.
Ramon Martin: Took an older model Miele vacuum in because of an obstruction that I could not clear. The salesperson had two other customers, but he took the time to figure out and clear the blockage. He did not charge me for this. I was quite impressed. Thanks!
sue lee: Recently my vacuum cleaner seemed to lose suction power. Changing the bag didn't help it. Looked into the hose and saw it was clogged up. I called Mr. Sweeper and was informed that they could unclog the vacuum. The young man who took care of my vacuum was very courteous and helpful, he unclogged the hose in less than 5 minutes, checked to see that the vacuum had regained suction (which it had), and then informed me there was no charge for this service. I highly recommend Mr. Sweeper, they were polite, efficient and thorough!
Mike Hines: Had to travel to find a vaccuum cleaner service center that would handle a warranty concern on a Meile canister vaccum for someone who had not purchaased from them. The level of customer service blew me away as before I even had the vaccuum all the way in the store 2 associates greated me on the customer facing side of the counter. I demonstrated the concern, left the vaccum and was called 2 days later to say that it was ready for pick up. The concern, in my eyes, wasn't really a warranty concern but they addressed it free of charge. If I have the need in the future I won't look for another solution Ill just drive the 45 miles to Mr Sweeper. Thanks again,Mike H
Allison Pelosi: I wouldn’t trust my sewing machine to anyone else! The team at the Waltham store is the absolute best! They were able to troubleshoot my machine today and the kind and knowledgeable repairman not only touched up my machine but gave me tips along the way. This is my “go to” for all of my sewing machine needs.
Jennifer Perry: Called at 4 p.m (they close at 5) to make sure they sold seeing thread for Andreas I needed to be hemmed for a wedding tomorrow. The gentleman was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable.Got there at 4:30 and I will admit I was surprised at just how impressed I was with his professionalism, given he was younger than I had expectedHe sat and helped me out, with a smile. Even though he was well aware that the sale wouldn't be over $6-8.He also answered questions about the vacuum models and I was just so impressed with his knowledge about each product in the storeDefinitely went above and beyond and explimfies small business personalized service.Derek was a rock star
Sebastian Lena: Quick and easy repair of a clog we had in our vacuum. Staff was awesome and super friendly and was able to help us right away.
Karla Giakoumis: I don’t use my sewing machine on regular base just few time a year . I did pay $130.00 for a tune up and same noise my machine had . The noise continues call to complain nothing happened. Customer service very poor .
Jacqueline Goldman: My vacuum wasn’t working, so I brought it here, and now it really sucks! Five stars.
Robin Capello: I was in recently and happy to meet another Son. I was informed of my options and I tested them on my type of floor with different debris. They took in my old machine to part it out for the repair shop and I received a compensation. My new machine is powerful, compact and light weight. Shop local.
Eran Livneh: I took a blind lady to get a new vacuum cleaner for her apartment. Derek was extremely helpful and helped her find a vacuum cleaner that would do a good job cleaning and would be easy for her to operate. They even exchanged her old vacuum cleaner for a generous credit and some freebies. Great experience most importantly, she’s extremely happy with the purchase. Good to see a local shop that can still provide this kind of personalized service.
Madeline McNeely: This store is fabulous! Derek unclogged my vacuum hose and was so kind and knowledgeable.
Walter van Dusen: Derek was amazing to work with in our purchase of the amazing and German made Miele Complete C3 PowerLine. We got lucky that the two customers ahead of us purchased the same model so we heard the options. Having in stock is huge plus family owned since 1984. Extremely suggest Mr Sweeper if you are in the market for well vacuums and repair in house.
John Parkinson: I have had the pleasure of dealing with such knowledgeable staff at Mr. Sweeper. I have the Nellie mop and it works incredible on my hardwoods and tile. I also have The Miele tri flex. The Miele is extremely powerful for being compact and transitions from floors to carpet.Great customer service and friendly staff!!
Alex Brander: I walked in last weekend and immediately received help setting up my sewing machine! Very helpful and a pleasure working with the staff. Will definitely be back!
Emily Rodrigues: The service at mr. sweeper is unmatched, the staff staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! They ensured me the sebo d4 is worth the value and I couldn’t agree more! The soft brush is great for hardwood floors and the top handle pulls off into an upholstery tool perfect for the couch and small corners. I’ve always had an upright and I would never go back after having a canister style, i’ve never had a vacuum work so well. We since added the miele tri flex to our collection and mounted it to the wall with the kit it comes with making charging it, vacuuming with it and re mounting it a one handed process. I can’t say enough good things about mr. sweeper waltham! 10/10 you guys rock!I never thought I’d actually enjoy vacuuming! It feels good to have a clean house and even better to shop local!
Lori V: The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable and service was fantastic!! I would highly recommend this store!!!
lisa snyder: Mr. Sweeper never said “hi” to me. Really hurt my feelings.
Liz McNenny: Recently I've had the pleasure of dealing with Derek and Alvaro, staff members at Mr. Sweeper.I wanted to see if an old, much used and loved Riccar, an all-metal, very heavy, sewing machine could be restored to service. Derek helped tremendously by coming out to my car to carry my machine from the parking lot into Mr. Sweeper headquarters. From the time my machine was brought into Mr. Sweeper until I got the call from Alvaro who examined, tuned, oiled, and patiently reviewed pointers designed to optimize operation and results, I have experienced customer service which many might think is a relic of the past.I heartily recommend a visit to Mr. Sweeper, not only for repair needs, but also to survey an extensive inventory of sewing machines and vacuum cleaners, reasonably priced, and experience knowledgeable customer service. Not sure why Google posted a 4.4 star rating when I gave a 5 star rating to Mr. Sweeper; maybe Google will address that oversight ;-)
SidbreDeRuhles: Super nice people very knowledgeable I bought a vacuum cleaner from them years ago I’m going right back to them tomorrow. They have they are very hard to find mm bag type vacuum cleaners

The Goodwill Store: what do users think?
X Z: I love goodwill but this location has an awful smell when I walked in on Saturday. Had to leave after 2 mins. Plus, they don’t take donations rn.
Ariel Sokolovsky: A lot of great bargains every day. Polite, helpful staff.
Chris S: Saw Chaim Bloom shopping for pitchers here
Honey Brown: Stephen, you ROCK. YOU made my 1st time visit into this Goodwill an I can't wait to return to this Goodwill. Thank you Stephen for being so helpful...Just visitng Boston .... Beale st awaits your return, Stephen
Janet Cook: Steven is the greatest, my best experience was because of him.Thank YouFrom Memphis.
Eneida Barros: My favorite Goodwill store; always has good stuff and high end goods. Lately, carts are super scarce so good luck. I really like their selection of kitchen wares and purses. If you like to thrift, this location does not disappoint. Good luck!
Daniel Moore: The store itself is great, but 9/10 that I try to go I can't because the neighboring club has 90%+ of the parking spaces tow-reserved at all hours whether there's a show or not. You can circle the block of for half an hour and never find a space between the club and the BU police who seemingly have reserved every other space within a 3 block radius. I guess the city of brookline just doesn't want people to be able to patronize goodwill, or raising canes, or el jefes, or the smoke shop, or the bank. Must be nice to be part of the local parking elite. If your one of us peasants, I still recommend the store, just know you likely won't be able to find a spot because the cops and the club have them all reserved for no one in particular at some time in the future, despite them being empty most of the time
Sandy 2: Why does the petite foreign woman at the register still have a job? She has been there for years. She is beyond rude. She over charges for items and then acts like food is coming out of her grandchildren's mouths, when she is questioned. Prices are posted. This is the third time she has overcharged me. It’s not the money, it’s the point.
Govinda Raut: I believe that Goodwill store is a model of social business where people can donate thier cloths and other household stuffs. Needy one can buy at cheap price. All walks of people visit this store. Hope you too love it and replicate at your place.
Jasmine Stewart: They have very good quality of products on display. They got the most amazing price !!!!!
Staphanie Bakar: It's been a while since I shopped there, Spring 2016 but what I bought I'm still wearing. Great selection, quality and pricing of clothes. People are shocked when I tell them I got it at Goodwill! Glad I found you.
Grace Z: Very big goodwill rack store. Nice selection of women’s clothes, kids clothes and miscellaneous items
Ryan Glick: Honestly, I had a blast.
Ada Rivas: Muy mal fui agredida por una empleada bracileña y discriminada
Kjax: While i was console and game hunting on my vacation in Cambridge/Boston area, I visited this Goodwill. Books and dvds were misplaced in random areas, there were clothes on the floor, and many of the video games had been stolen out of their cases. it was utter chaos.
Owen Pullman: Love this place - they have great designer clothing for such a steal.
Jennifer Quintal: Clean, Bright, Well Organized store with Super Helpful Staff!
Cameron Bennett: One of the best thrift stores I’ve been to! great finds and great prices.
Suzanne Locke: I’ve found a ton of name brand clothes in great condition at this thrift store! Definitely recommend!
Flynn Suvia: This is the best Goodwill location in town. Definitely visit around the end of a BU semester - you'll find some incredible stuff.
Blakely Blaine: The lady working the cashier is extremely rude. I tried to give her the benefit of doubt the first time it happened, but every single time I’ve been to this Goodwill she has been rude to me along with other customers. If you don’t want to interact with people, don’t work in customer service. There is no need to have an attitude with every single person checking out.

Boomerangs Jamaica Plain: what do users think?
Jillian Arkin-Burns: I love this store!!! I stop by more or less weekly, and it's always filled with treasures (the home goods section is unmatched). The staff really couldn't be more wonderful: super friendly, they'll have a conversation with you at the register, and remember you if you visit often. Really fantastic spot!!!!!
Jann Elaine Eleodinmuo: Staff is almost always rude with a "can't be bothered" attitude and frequently has loud, TMI discussions.Music is often explicit. Can't come here with kids in tow.The selection of items is actually fun, which is why I keep coming back.
Camerone: My daughter just purchased a beautiful coffee table today but we couldn't take right away and we picked it up later today and someone helped us out into my car. The store is wonderful and so is the staff. This was our first time going to this store but we will be back
Rachel Becker: My absolute favorite thrift store of all time. You can find amazing stuff here and the staff are great as well.
Vincent S: Hostile, pushy staff. If you miss a sign and drop a donation off in the wrong place, god help you. I can’t remember the last time someone spoke to me in such a rude and condescending manner because of an honest mistake.
Wilfredo f. Rivera y Ramos: Very pricey
Genna: Always love to stop here when we are in town 💓
Alexander Ostrow: The employees tend to be rude and unprofessional. Among other things, I saw one customer ask if he could check out with a specific employee and the employee he asked became offended, passive aggressive and forced him to work with her.
Vicky Chase: Friendly staff and ever changing stock. I usually find something i need here.
Maylee Austin: Cool finds! Excellent customer service!
John Ovesen: Small place and I didn't really see anything amazing in here.
Honestly: Awesome experience!
Tracy Perry: Staff is always helpful.
Elizabeth Caruso: Dropped off some donations, then browsed the aisles. Friendly staff, well arranged merch., good prices.
Anbotz91: Used to be a huge fan of this place. It’s gone downhill significantly over the past year. They used to have a great selection, now they have a sub par selection at best. The few good pieces are wayyy to expensive to even consider. Considering this is predominantly donation based, the pricing is nuts. Sad because I want to support the mission, but just not worth it.
Miriam: I have been a customer for at least 20 years. Love the mission and goid selection of clothes. Recently treated rudely by employees which I suspect is based in ageism ( I gave grey hate). I will not gecreturnjng.
Elijah White: AWESOME place with an AWESOME mission! Shopping here feels like feeding the soul!! Not only do I find really cool clothes and home goods here, but I always leave here feeling great that the money I spend goes directly towards supporting my community! Not to mention, customer service is always friendly and energetic!
Zenaida Peterson: The staff are so friendly, so helpful.I love boomerangs! Such a fun quirky city thrift store. A gay positive environment.Bring back Kpop wednesdays !
Aaron Geisel: Varied selection of items from clothes, to books, to DVDs. Pricing can be inconsistent, but overall acceptable. Staff are always super nice, plus you're supporting a good cause.
Stella Kakulu: Love the place. Shelves not overly crowded. I went there to get a photo frame but didn't find my choice. Made some books donations. ❤❤❤
Mariana Daly: Found so many cool pieces

The Goodwill Store: what do users think?
Gianna Barletta: So let me get this straight - the fitting rooms are closed but they don’t accept returns or exchanges, so there’s no way to see if clothes fit or not?? how they get any customers at all escapes me
Jay M. Cronin: Great selection. Always changing.
Sincere Yemaya: I went in this evening only to be insulted and baffled by the actions of your employer over the intercom kicking people out extremely unprofessional very unacceptable behavior I will not be going back there the young man with the Dread's and sparkly nails
Sara Perkins: Would be great except the clothes are not organized by size whatsoever.
Z Peverill-Conti: I LOVE GOODWILL. WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. SO MANY COLORS AND TEXTURES TO LOOK AT. VERY CLOSE TO JP LICKS TOO, ANOTHER EXCELLENT ACTIVITY! PUT THEM TOGETHER AND YOU HAVE JUST THE DANDIEST OR DAYS!
John Ovesen: Good store with good deals. Got a pair of Under Armour work pants in here for cheap. All thrift stores have a deal or two. I like this a lot more than Boomerangs nearby.
Emily McLean: Nice selection but FYI dressing rooms are still closed due to COVID, which is a drawback when shopping secondhand
Aaron Geisel: Store is mostly clothes. Occasionally has some toys/games. Prices are reasonable.
Hamlet Batista: Estuvo bien se encuentran cosas buenas de oportunidad si sabes buscar
Derek McDermott: Nice small store thats clean and organized.
Maria B: If looking for an extensive variety of second-hand clothes for the family, this is your place. Disappointed with limited inventory of household goods.
Maylee Austin: Great finds!
lito ramirez: Nice clean
Sonia Molina: Esta limpio , y muy ordenado toda la mercancía
Cheryl Dickey: I liked it but IVE seen BETTER GOODWILLS
Linda R: Found some great diamonds in the rough here!! Staff are Always so friendly and nice, which isn’t always the case elsewhere. Well done!
genaro beltran: It's a great store for second hand if ur in a budget
Clementine Hess: Tons of clothing! This store always smells bad.Staff is friendly and helpful.
Chelsea King: Not consistently great, but there are some phenomenal finds at times and the staff is fantastic
Shivika Nayyar: Love to donate here and also found some great finds. You can buy lots of linens to use for crafts or sewing projects for cheap.
Brandon Istenes: The other best store in Boston. Boston is too expensive. Except this store, and Boomerang next door.

Machine Age: what do users think?
Daniel de Riva: Fantastic showroom with beautiful pieces. Varied selection. A true gem in Boston. Store is run by very polite and professional people.
henry utter: Great collection!
Jacques Li: Great & interesting selection of mid-century modern furniture and objects for sale, curated by veritable fan of the style !
Mitchell Baker Thom Egan: Just, wow. Machine-Age is truly a one-of-a-kind store. Indeed, there are numerous antique and collectable furniture stores in our area, but nobody in my experience has the eye that Normand has. Machine-Age is incredibly well curated; everything inside is worthwhile and in fine condition. My husband and I recently completed our once-in-a-life home remodel. Previously, we were fans of discount furniture for the "bargain" and "value". As we were packing up our home to prepare for the remodel, our bargain furniture showed not only it's age, but the style of the furniture just looked tired and dated and everything was in bad shape. We gave EVERYTHING away. This time around, we wanted furniture that not only looks good and is comfortable, but also will stand the test of time. In other words, we want things that appreciate with time as opposed to depreciate and basically degrade into trash. It's a cliche, but true, that they simply do not make things like they used to. However, any shop is only as good as the people who run it. I have personally dealt with Normand on two visits, and have spoken extensively with Alicia over email. They both are charming to deal with, and seem to truly enjoy what they do. The combination of the personalities of the owners, combined with the personality of all the pieces they carry make shopping here a pleasure. If you enjoy classic furniture and home accents, this is basically a mini museum for early and mid-century design. We are so thrilled to have found them, and we have our eyes on a couple more things; you better get there fast! You will not regret it.
Jacopo Foti: Top store for hard to find exquisite pieces of furniture.

Urban Renewals: what do users think?
Samuel Henry: Love this place. One of my favorite thrift stores since it was in Allston
Mo Mst: Love this place. It’s huge and overwhelming, lots of clothes to look through so I suggest bringing a snack or water with you on your shopping trip. Also, they don’t provide bags at the checkout, so be sure to bring one with you. Ended up spending an extra fiver on a duffel but I’m not mad at it lol
Aoife Devine: My favorite thrift store! It's huge, has good prices and good stock.
Dilendy Paredes S: Excellent place! All the clothes are cheap and very pretty, there are also good brand clothes.
Tracey Christie: Ok,but you have to have cash on hand
Miguel A. Rivera (Yoryi Primero): Me parece bien
shannon pellerin: I found out about this place through a YouTuber, decided to check it out. Love the prices and the color tags 50%. Now this is actual thrifting prices. Would give 5 star if clothes were separated by size because it's a lot to go through but still a nice store, found some good brands for good prices
Abner Gerome: Great customer service...great quality of merchandise..
Ellen S: I brought a lot of kids's clothes to the store again. When it was located in Brighton-Allston area I was there almost every weekend because of making very little money I still managed to dress nicely thanks to the store. And very nice people work there. It's not a store for middle class, it's a store for students, for people with low income.
Joseph Chow: Ticket required for bag check when browsing the store. Cash only. Stickers prices yellow, blue or green. ATM inside. Public restrooms are on the back of the store.
Grace Z: Very large thrift store. Very well organized. The sections were a little confusing, but there were lots of employees around available to help. Something for everyone here.
Francine Means: Urban Renuel thrift shop is a nice place to shop, great deals, and prices are very nice, people are nice as well, please make a day of it
Alana Boucher: BEST PLACE EVAAA 333
Jackee Santiago: I go to the store at least three times per week I like the store I just don't like that when it's name brand stuff that it's so expensive and ping tags are never on sale
Luz Solano: Frugality, excellent merchandise, toys, furniture, linen, clothing, footwear and beauty in one place, highly recommended!
MB: Great thrift store. They have everything. And there sales are great 👍
Lellie Sosa: I went shopping there today for my children's clothes and was so impressed with the prices. It is very affordable. I am very happy with my purchases.
Manolita Molina: Nos divertimos nos falto más tiempo
R S s: I've loved this place since they were on Brighton Ave. If my aunt hadn't told me they moved, I'd be losing out! The location has lots of parking, not a worry, and the stock is plenty, Color combined racks, styles, all organized. I always go out with filled arms. BYOB, or they may have an extra one, or box.
Sab Nice: Great "hidden gems" found
Kandice Ko: Amazing finds! Great prices, quality stuff. Do not miss.

The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center: what do users think?
Jason Bordeaux: Employee/volunteer working the dock and taking donations was rude and dismissive to everyone.
Elena A: We bought a microwave here and only later realized that it was completely broken. They should be ashamed of themselves, selling appliances without checking them thoroughly to make sure they work.
Ana Mejia: $WONDERFUL DEALS EVERY DAY THEY HAVE TWO COLORS HALF PRICE CLOTHES AND ONE COLOR $0.99 CENT. TUESDAY SENIORS SPECIALS. SATURDAY'S SPECIALS. Open HoursMONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY10:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
Joseph Chow: They sell used toys, games, books, clothes, home decor and more. Perfect for waiting the 89 bus.
Phillip Reeves: Amazing finds, devoted staff. Go there first before you go anywhere else for amazing and incredibly cheap finds! Then go to Goodwill :) I got a magic trick kit and a vivitar telescope for $5 each - need I say more? My only recommendation would be to get some baskets for customers because the carts are too bulky and difficult to navigate along those tiny aisles and besides most people just want a few small items. Keep up the great work!
Alexandra Ingano: Smells and is messy
Alex Lewin: Painless drop off. Big parking lot. They helped me unload a large piece of furniture.
P B: They claim they are in desperate need of specific items. When you show up with those items they turn you away stating they can’t resell any of those items. They Lost all my future donations to savers as they take everything without hesitation.
Jim A: Good selection of clothing, pants generally labeled and sorted by waist (mens), kitchen ware and games.
Jose Silva: Very Nice
Robson Brum: Bom 👍
MIla Carvalho: Amazing
Mr. Gumby: I frequent this store several times a year. Ay my last visit - about 10:30 am on a Saturday morning- it was seriously understaffed. It took several minutes to find the lone worker at the donation area, and I had to wait in line several minutes at the check out, primarily as customers tried to bargain with the sales clerk over the prices. One couple bought $19.40 worth of clothes and a small tricycle and tried to bargain it down to $15! Really??!!! Where can you buy a dozen blouses and a tricycle for your kid for about $20? And you want to bargain it down further? The Salvation Army uses the money raised as their thrift stores to fund their social programs. Don't try to talk them down.
Domingas Barbosa: Its very nice store and helpful save money 💰
Sophie Campbell: Please donate to Goodwill or Global Thrift or other thrift stores instead, because this is a fundamentalist religious organization. They believe in separating parents and children because of sexual orientation.
Mimi love: The workers are always so friendly and nice.
Bruce Gibbs: Really nice people working there
Jennifer Difusco: Lots of treasures to discover in this location!! Friendly staff!!
j v: unable to find open/closed status on website or main number recording.
Bonnie Walsh: Great selection of clothes, books, holiday stuff, and a friendly staff, I only wish it were closer to me, so I could visit more often. The prices are ok, not super cheap, that's why I'm giving 4 stars. They even have a loyalty program where they give u a stamp when you spend over $20.
Samantha Sheehy: Absolutely killer purchase at Salvation Army today. Entire shop was 50% off for Columbus Day! I got a Liz Claiborne dress, two Ann Taylor petite dress pants/skirts and a brand new Banana Republic shirt and silk tank top. And I found a fancy dish from France that sells in Ebay for $20, a nice soup bowl and a sea glass owl ornament.
