UNTUCKit: what do users think?
Thomas B (Batts): Wasn’t floored with the in-store selection and their sizes are pretty restrictive; however, the gent working there who supported me was polite and very helpful.
No Outlet For all my stuff: Helpful staff, clean store and great shirts!
Yvonne Koziol: Great store (both called and visited in person, purchased bunch of shirts), sales staff extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable, taking pride of their job and expertise. Definitely one of the best examples of best sales practices. Will go back again as needed.
john hotz: Easy to shop! Great service. Simple.
R Lee (MochiFM): I found my shopping experience to be thoroughly unpleasant at this store, right when I entered the doorway. I saw the store associate behind the counter and he didn't greet me. Instead, the young man decided to turn a 90 degree while avoiding eye contact, and proceeded to continue talking on his phone. He then talked on his phone in a storage room at the back of the store. While I was browsing the different shirts, which I found long sleeve shirts to be lacking in the design factor, the associate began to get very irate. He was almost screaming on the phone, really giving an earful to the person on the other end. At this point my shopping mood crashed and burned, and I left the store. I'll find somewhere else to spend my money.
Susan Joyce: No sizes ever available and when they are they are not true to size
marilyn parker: Nice store. Customer service was awesome.
lizzie anderson: I had a lovely experience with Victoria while shopping for my fiancé at the store. She was very helpful with showing new lines, along with prints she might think he might like. She was very helpful when figuring out which size would work best. The performance fit is the one I went with and he was so happy. I’m happy Victoria helped me out that day.
Daniel T: Skylar was super helpful in finding me a bunch of new shirts!
Lando: Great store, great associates... without a doubt the best customer service I have ever received in a clothing store and it was all because of Skylar... She actually cut her lunch short, had me try on a fee sizes and even made some great suggestions! Skylar is definitely an asset to your company. Thanks for everything Skylar, you turned me into a customer of untuckit for life!
Stephane Faucher: VERY Nice
Cassie Warren: Very Knowledgeable Salespersons. Quality Clothing.
Frederick Wright: So many things I like about this store - the uniform, standardized sizing of all their clothes is a huge win for guys who hate shopping. You try on one of their 'sample' shirts to determine your size, and then you never have to try anything on again. The tailoring is perfect for different body types, as a heavily muscled guy I can't easily buy off-the-rack, but here it is no problem at all, especially with their performance series which has a little stretch to the fabric. The colors and patterns are subdued and roughly interchangeable so nearly everything is easy to coordinate. And I really like the patient, authentic, and helpful service from the staff. Of course, you're going to be paying quite a bit more than Primark or Marshalls. But the difference in quality is worth the expense.
Federico Stoppato: Tempio del lusso bostoniano
niccy ohlin: all shirts are designed to be worn untucked. untuckit doesn't have a brand.
Dumisani Zondo: Beautiful
Peter Bellanton: Thank you! I missed the dry cleaners before I went out to dinner with my wife we were staying in Boston for the night I had no shirt to wear out for dinner the cashier was so nice she even steamed my shirt for me thanks for being in Boston. Open more stores please
Kyle Richard: UNTUCKit has the perfect business model with exceptional quality clothing. The staff are very attentive and are happy to guide you thru the UNTUCKit shopping experience (Tip: Ask them about the complimentary bourbon tasting!). I wish all men's clothing stores provided this level of value and at ease shopping experience.
Paul Coles: Great store. They are very helpful and once you find your shirt size it makes it so easy to pick your shirt. Easy for people to buy you a gift and get the correct size
Elizabeth Liriano: Amazing store and staff you should go visit!
David Marcillo: Great fashion on shirts, jackets, etc...

Macy's: what do users think?
Heidy Baret: Nice
Ajay Lokhande: Good experience of shopping, huge variety of all items
Emily Rose: Clean but it looked more like a discount store on the second floor. Didn't feel like macys
Abhijeet Bhandari: Easily accessible from the T. Parking can be a concern though.
dada maisha: Disorganised and no staff to help. Why are the stores understaffed
Petunia: This should be the place with the best price, many discounts and few people. The experience is very good
Kelly Chamblee: Friendly and helpful
Nimish Bendre: Great store and sweet staff!!!!
Veska Minkova: Голям магазин от известната верига.Много добре зареден с качествени стоки ,разнообразие от артикули за всеки вкус.Има и изгодни разпродажби
Christine Vargas: Very pleased with the associated talk to me with my purchase as well as finding quality and good price items
Rico Schiekel: Huge selection and decent prices. 👍
PJ Dias: Had an amazing time being helped by Peter in the watches Department. Knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, will definitely be back to get another Citizens watch.
Kelvin: Bought cologne, sales associate very helpful (could have included more samples). Store was a little mucky, could use some attention to detail.
Samin Pro: The workers were nice and they had decent stuff.
Sidney Fernández de Castro Tudela: you'll always find something you must buy, and what you're looking for.
David Paula: Upscale shopping at Macy's however great designer clothing can be found on a particular sale's rack, especially for ladies and a few things for men.
Gary Perry: I wish I could give 0 stars. The men’s restroom was the worst. Absolutely disgusting. Almost unusable.
Seth M: It's just a department store whose prices have gone up dramatically but their quality has not.
Katherine Horn: I looked online before I went shopping sat Macy's. I'm glad I did. I was easily able to find a nice Calvin Klein suit for an event. The prices are very reasonable here. There is limited help----that is why prices are low and why it was useful to figure out what I wanted before I entered the store. The woman who helped with with shoes was friendly and quick.
Giuseppe Tamilia: Grandi brand ma ottimi prezzi

State & Liberty Clothing Co.: what do users think?
Zach Schiffman: I wanted to share with you our experience Saturday in your Boston store in hopes it can help your staff be better to their customers in the future.I’d never heard of State and Liberty, but always looking for new brands. I was in Boston for a wedding this past weekend with my girlfriend, and as someone who recently lost 40 pounds and feeling really confident in my appearance, I wanted a new fitted button down for the wedding on Sunday. We browsed Newbury street and I was caught by the mannequin outside with the "feel my fabric" sign on it. The advertising worked, we went in.Loving the style of the clothing, I was excited to try some shirts on. We picked out one to try, with the help of your team. The fit was a little tight but the associate geared us towards the other style which might fit better. It did, but unfortunately there was nothing in that size in white in stock. It was at that time I noticed my girlfriends demeanor had changed, and she wanted to leave and said we should keep looking elsewhere.Your staff gave me your card if I wanted to order anything for free shipping via the store. My full intention was to place an order when we got home. After we left, i asked my girlfriend why she rushed us out. It was then that she filled me in that while I was in the fitting room, the male associate was speaking to two female associates, not knowing my girlfriend was behind them waiting for me. They were discussing how they, and I quote "couldn't believe that someone like her was with someone like me"....and that "he is gross".This absolutely crushed her. And while I wish she never told me about this interaction, she did, and it hurt me to my core as someone who has tried so hard to change my body in the past 6 months, and have.I really hope you train your staff to be better than this. You operate a tiny store and voices travel...and for your staff to treat their customers this way while they are walking around the store is beyond disgusting. Had you been in the store that day, I would have went right back to pull you aside.I operate a small business myself, and would never in a 1000 years treat a customer of mine that way...no matter how I felt on the inside or out.
Rich Kelleher: Just had a great experience, what a great team over there and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re considered top in the “class.” Great vibe in there and I am really happy with my suit - excited to have a place in the city to rely on.
Sara Destin: Came there with my bf. The manager was aggressive and annoying the whole time. Very weird energy from the staff.
Chris Ronzello: Super friendly!
Gregory Brown: I found State & Liberty when I googled “best fitting suits” and realized that we had a local Boston store, so I made an appointment for a fitting & went to check them out. William helped me out at the Boston store & set me up with an order of 3 suits(black, heathered gray, & dark blue pin stripe). The delivery took just 4 days to get, shipped from Ann Arbor, MI. the suits are absolutely AMAZING! Best fitting & feeling suits that money can buy. I guess I can return my stiff & heavy wool suit that I bought at Men’s Warehouse. Definitely worth the money to buy a suit from S&L, no dry cleaning, no ironing. I pulled the suits straight out of the box & no wrinkles. They are truly amazing suits!
john boyce: Miguel and Bianca were absolutely fabulous - the best service in Boston, by far - great team!
Lit Tyler: Great experience. Thanks, Will!
Ian “Subtlephoto” B: Will was the man. The whole team was wonderful but Will helped me find some great fits.
Robert Florentino: Got fitted for a suit for a friends wedding, the entire staff was super helpful. Buying all my suits here from now on.
Richard Robbie: Had a great experience at the location on Newbury. Will and Brian were great getting the wedding party fitted up with some fantastic suits!
julia Tantare: 10 out of 10 Customer Service! I am really happy I popped in here!
Eoin Kenny: This place is a bit snobby and they don't put much work into getting you a suit that fits particularly well.
p buchanan: WOW.. what more can I say. Customer service Brian and Miguel fabulous , attentive, patient and knows what they are doing. Shopping for my son's wedding suit and will come back for more !!! This is a must if you need suits for the athletic fit and most fashionable. Just an amazing store with the best customer service 5 Stars !!!
Dean Jackman: Best experience getting a suit in my life and extremely affordable. 100% will be back multiple times.
Curtis Griffin: Amazing clothing and amazing customer service!!! 10/10 recommend
james coen: Had a great experience at S&L, clothes fit great and staff was very friendly and helpful. Will helped me out mainly to find what I was looking for and he did a perfect job. Definitely going back in the future.
Greg Sweetman: Words cannot describe how happy I am with State and Liberty Newbury Street.I’m on custom suit number 5 along with multiple dress shirts and there’s no way I’ll go somewhere else. Brian and everyone are always nice, professional, helpful and they’ve pulled through multiple times in a pinch for me with suits that not only look great, but fit amazing.I’d recommend Brian and the store to anyone who will listen and I guarantee you’ll be happy with them too.
Gavin Antal: Unbearable staff. Aggressive and akward.
Amanda Silver: Great experience getting a suit. Will and Katie were great.
Mike Hanson: Best place to get a suit in Back Bay. The staff was extremely thoughtful and helpful, and the product is awesome. I love the custom suit I got from them.I went to almost every men's suit shop on Newbury Street and most places just wanted to sell me what they had, but State and Liberty listened to me and sold me exactly what I wanted after showing me all the options of fabrics, patterns and styles. They also facilitate tailoring. When I went in for my final measurements, my suit was tailored within 24 hours. Every step along the way, they were ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations. I'm going to shop there again.
Steven Gorski: Hands down the most enjoyable shopping experience! I have been to a few different locations but Boston is still my favourite. Every one is very pleasant and laid back with good taste in style!

UNIQLO: what do users think?
Tiffany Chen: The most unfriendly return policy I've ever encountered in the U.S. I bought the shirt in the store a week ago, and I decided to return it because the fit is a little weird. I head to the store on my way home from work, so I didn't have the receipt with me. I thought it would be ok since I have my bank statement that shows the address of the store where the purchase was made, and the tag is still on the shirt. To my surprised, they said no. They explained that it's because they can't be sure that I bought the shirt at this particular location. You can't return things you bought at a different Uniqlo location??? That is absurd. I told them I have the bank statement with their store name and address on it. They still said no because I don't have the receipt. Uniqlo is not worth this hassle and wasting your money if you can't return it.
Frank Fretzel: The second-floor customer service was disappointing. I felt treated like a scammer when returning an item I bought recently. Despite providing the original receipt, I was told I needed the original hangtag, which was inconvenient. The frustration really came when the representative interrogated me about the item's condition, pointing out a faded color. When I explained it was already present when I purchased it, the representative called over colleagues to confirm if the item had been worn. I felt uncomfortable and doubted, as if they were gathering evidence against me for simply following their return policies. While I acknowledge the importance of adhering to company policies, the way the customer service representatives acted towards me made me feel upset and uncomfortable.
Hanan Alkuwaiti: رائع واسعاره في متناول الجميع وخامة المنتجات اكثر من رائعه
Joel Shor: Related to company policy. Left an item in the changing room, I tried calling. The number on their website went to an international call center. They claimed they couldn't get in touch with their own store, then kept me on the phone for 30 minutes while they kept trying. This could've been a 30 second conversation
William Sparks: It's super organized, laid out first by type, then by color. My wife got a really pretty 100% wool turtle neck for $40. That's insane. Checkout was a breeze.Isles are a little small, but I'm a big dude. In that same vein, they'll likely not have sizes beyond XL, so keep that in mind.
Armin Heinfling: Expensive and just too Japanese
George Garcia: I am glad that I found a website that is helpful, has affordable prices, and friendly staff who answer my questions quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely be back again!
Kevin Wz: A beautiful store I'd never heard of before but my spouse told me about it and we visited while in Boston. Such a great range of product and really helped me add some great colour to my wardrobe 😊💚💜
Theresa Poon: Customer satisfaction is not met. Employees rather lose a sale due to being “only a display for mannequin” rather than selling a Uniqlo item to a customer. Where as other uniqlo’s have gone above and beyond and just printed a ticket for an item to be sold. Customers don’t matter in this industry apparently displayed by their managers Florence and Chloe.
Axel Lago: Me encanta la ropa de esta marca! Muy buenos precios por la calidad que ofrece
Victoria Kulieva: Found everything we needed. Clean and nice inside. Staff was great.
Gabriel Estrada: Awesome uniqlo store with friendly staff
Sam Elki: The worst exchange and return policies....see other people's reviews with one star going over many years. All with the same issues and they don't care.
Albert Tsai: Don’t trust the reviews. They don’t let you return merchandise and they don’t have size for you to exchange.
Clare Huang: Impolite staff suspecting customer stealing clothes with no reason.
Najaam P Lee: Awesome store!!
Harvey Talwar: The security guard said I couldn’t enter the store with coffee cup. I told him it’s empty and there’s nothing inside the cup and I was just holding it until I came across a bin.Told me I can’t enter and to leave it on the opposite side of the road. There’s no bin opposite. He refused to let me in, just pathetic!
Ronny Doering: Always a great shopping experience at UNIQLO.Staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to assist you.Thanks.
Raviv M-G: Terrible return process. You can't return items you pick up at the store at a store... You need to pay $7 to return items you got at the store by mailing them back.
Poornachandra Kongara: Most happening place in Boston
Jessica Acosta: One of our favorite stores since we learned about it. Especially with now living on the east coast.

Urban Outfitters: what do users think?
Dave Cersosimo: Interesting encounter I had at the store today. I'm partially deaf and wear an earing aid device. I sat by the window and one of the girls working there ( for identification purposes: she is Afro-American with long curly black hair, they said her name is Alicia) in an extremely rude way told me: "you don't sit by the window" she had to repeat it 3 times as I was trying to read her lips and at the same time trying to understand why she was being condescending for absolutely no reason. She then proceeded to make fun of me with her colleague as they were both laughing like children. Needless to say that I had my wife drop every piece of clothing she was going to buy because of what just happen. If you're reading this young lady, learn some respect, you work in retail not in prison
itsjustmeg: Unfriendly staff
Joe Tatar: Under construction
Gemma: This employee just yelled at me for no reasons. Better hire someone who is not unleashing their misery on customer.
Isabelle: Extremely rude staff. The door was stuck from both ways- one customer was trying to open it from the inside and couldn't get it open, and us from the outside. A worker (young girl) pushed open the door rudely, and then laughed with her coworker about how the girl trying to open the door was stupid so they will "respond with being rude bc it's 2023🤪🤪". We almost turned around and left. So rude. One of the girls was named Alicia, I think. Get better employees
Sean Snelders: Not a lot of product on the shelf, and store was super dirty.... floors, stairs, windows.
Ahmad Ehsan: Nice selection and good service
E L: It's Urban Outfitters!Cool stuff complimented with Cool staff 😎
Shinta Rosari: clothes are great but the worker there was very rude. when i went to the fitting room she kicked the door open and when i return the shirt she throw the hanger away infront of me. OMG!! i never saw any employee of any other clothing store that behave this way. i was shocked! she was this black curly teen girl. she absolutely need training!! or replace her with somebody else please with a better personality!
Peter Emery: Space store, won't go back
Mohammad Apagarthi: 0 stars I was shopping for myself when a group teenager of boys attacked me i tried to get away but they didn’t stop hitting me the security didn’t care less and the sale Girl didn’t care thankfully I didn’t get hurt but I hate you urbanThe didn’t even call the cops it was at 8:45 pm me and my mom and sister I hope you boys see this I just want to say I hope the worst for you and for your family to die
Ronald de Meester: Prima voor dochter lief....
edythe copeland: No disability access. Too many stairs for a disabled person. Asked if the store had an elevator and young man said no.
Pamela John: WTH?
Ana Hebert: Upon checking out, the blonde girl at the register just balled up all my clothes & shoved them into my bag… neatly placing clothes into a bag is the bare minimum. The security guard roving the store is actually more friendly and helpful than the designated UO sales employees, go figure!
Hazel Sun: I frequent UO, maybe too often. This is a good store in terms of the friendly staff members. But the stock here lacks diversity in general, both sizes and items.
Timothy Meeker: Despite the store being blanketed in signs advertising a sale, employees didn't know what was actually on sale and were generally unhelpful. Prices are obnoxious given the quality as most Urban Outfitters, but this store also mislabeled the prices on multiple items.
Pearse Hillock: Overpriced clothing but the saving grace is that they are good quality, offer a variety of sizes including size 31 waist for men and have some trendy clothing. Not my first choice, but it's worth a visit. 👍
Barbara Higgins: Very expensive store. I was kind of shocked but maybe it was because it was in Boston. Pretty large, eclectic selection. You had to go in on one end of the store, climb to the second floor, that was where the majority of the store was and then go back down to the first floor at the other end of the store to pay.
d wray: Not much typical urban outfitters inventory. Nice staff
Liam McDermott: They used to sell cool clothes. Now they just sell weird clothes.

Bonobos - Back Bay: what do users think?
Aaron Dandy: Nice helpful staff and a nice shop.
G F: Nice men's formal/dress wear. They had a variety of styles, colors, sizes, and fits to try on. Super friendly staff who were helpful but not pushy. Can't wait for my shirts to arrive.
Zachary Marcou: Yvan is a personable and professional sales associate; and was able to pick up on/tolerate my dry, deadpan humor and whimsical demeanor. Yvan educated me and my partner on several measurement/fitting intricacies, and helped me find a wedding outfit that fits my disproportionate body(!) I would hire Yvan in a heartbeat—thank you for your amazing customer service!
Carlos T.: Renata Da Silva was such a great help and really friendly and patient when I went to get fitted in July. Thank you Renata!
Tom Spellman: Very helpful staff. Small area though.
Jakehana1596: I had to get a suit delivered to this location and I couldn't pick it up until the day before the wedding I was going to, and Moises was wonderful in assisting me. He offered me something to drink when I arrived, he steamed the suit while I tried on some other items, and even directed me to a local tailor that they work with to get the pants hemmed! He was very polite and personable and I'm glad I picked my suit up here. The tailor was also very quick and efficient, Daniel over at Raymond Personal Tailor got me in and out within 20 min.
Rob Whitten: Made an appointment. Drove 30 min into Boston. Paid $20 to park in Seaport. Spent 45 min finding the right suit. Drove home and waited. Got delayed for weeks so I couldn’t wear it for the event I bought it for. They just shipped the pants. They canceled the jacket. Why the heck would I want $200 suit pants without the matching jacket?
Quyen “Q” Nguyen: Caroline was awesome! She helped me from A to Z and listened to every concerns I had. Being a skinny 5'2" dude never had I put on an adult shirt that fits me perfectly w/o tailoring before I came to this store. The whole experience was just wonderful! They may not have every design you see online but it is worth visiting to just try things out and receive advice. Now that I found my favorite store I will definitely come back!
Anna Mengdan Dai: Cute stuff but customer service left a lot to be desired. Employee ignored us entirely and didn't even offer to help. There were very few styles / sizes / colors and only single items on the floor so we were super confused how to shop here? Maybe it's a pop up and typically an online store? Did not seem conducive to getting customers to actually buy anything in store.
Michael Brinkofski: Great customer service. Employee spend an hour with me taking their time to ensure I was in the size and clothes I wanted even though it took several tries to get it right. I was very pleased and highly recommend
Jason Hayes: One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Aaron was super knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to work with.
Logan Thompson: The main guy in charge, older, slightly heavyset. It’s just plain rude. Talks to customers and his staff like they are beneath him.
Abraham Galindo: I was very impressed with the service! Aaron McNeeley was very perceptive and great in helping me find my fit, some great shirts, and creating a smooth process. He left me confident with my purchase which included three shirts.
Ryan Karg: These guys are crazy good. No better store for formal wear. So knowledgable and helpful.
Adador: Guy showed me around and got me some pants that fit. Kinda pricy stuff but service was good.
Kevin Bonham: Quick and easy. No pressure to buy in person after fitting - they just sent me an email with the things I'd looked at and encouraged me to shop around.
Bob Gregor: Alex was friendly and helpful. Wish they had more in stock for same day shopping, but delivery was fast!
Lance Milbouer: This store is too good to be true. I am ecstatic that I have found a purveyor who cares about the perfect fit, the perfect fabric and the perfect service. I know I sound like an advertisement but these clothes not only complement and enhance my recent weight loss, but fit me like they were genetically designed to know what I am becoming. I've never been happier with a clothing store.
Michael Tarselli: Helpful clothier with trendy, knowledgeable staff.
Evan Moulson: Bonobos sells things (almost) exclusively online, but their guideshops let you try on something before you order it, return something without having to go through a cumbersome online process, and just browse through their excellent selection of clothes. I've never had a bad experience at one, and this was no different: the "ninja" who helped me out was totally understanding of the fact that I had neglected to get a well fitting warm weather suit two days before a wedding (😬) and helped me find something within my price range that looks fantastic. It arrived today, with plenty of time to spare.
Teddy Cleveland: This store is awesome. The people here were really helpful and nice, and the clothes are amazing.

Brooks Brothers: what do users think?
Jingle Huang: My favorite work clothing store now. Please stock women oxford shirts with similar shade logos or on the hem.
Michael Feinstein: Went here today to buy a suit for my son. They did not have his size in stock. Store has low inventory on many items. Sales person and tailor were very helpful though.
Asher Mayerson: Had the best customer experience I could ever ask for last Sunday. Was able to return an item that another store in another state had put me in a difficult situation on. The kindest staff that just wanted to help!
Will C: Don't Buy From unless you want your suit to arrive 2 days within Event, and enjoy not being able to call their store.TL;DR (Tailoring will take over a month to complete and will finish within 2 days from your event (so best to lie and say your event a week earlier to allow for adjustments). Their phone number does not work so you will always have to physically go to their store rather than call. Suits in-store are marketed-up so best to order on their website online)I went to Brooks Brothers to purchase a suit for a wedding event a month away.Only pro was employee there helped me find a nice suit and I was able to pay for the suit. The rest are cons of the store. For starters, the suit that was purchased in store appeared nice but was definitely overpriced for the quality (the online sale of this suit on their website was cheaper, and to get my refund I would need to purchase the suit online from their website and then cancel the one being tailored physically)Next negative, the suit tailoring took more than a month to finish tailoring. THEY FINISHED 2 DAYS WITHIN THE WEDDING DATE WHEN THEY HAD OVER A MONTH OF TIME. This is not because of busy schedule; this is because Brooks Brothers will move your slot of tailoring to be closest to the date of your expected event so that they would not re adjust / re tailor your suit if they happen to mess up. And even if they had to fix their mistake there would not be enough time to tailor again (this is a morally disgusting)Last their phone service does not work and it is better to get the number of one of the employees there. When you call the number, the line verifies and hangs immediately within 5 seconds (probably auto-set this way). Either this or you have to physically enter store to ask if your suit is ready.
David Logan: Do NOT shop here. Seriously. Spend the extra time to check out the one in Chestnut Hill or hopefully the Assembly Row one will reopen soon. Been a fan of Brooks Brothers for over a decade. I go to them for casual and business wear. We live in the Boston area and this is easily the closest store to us. This is the third time I’ve shopped here and I won’t ever be coming back. The service is terrible. Employees are straight up rude and condescending. Mostly dealt with upstairs in the men’s section. The one employee helping us was rude, slow, and uninterested. I wish we’d just been left alone instead of being “helped.” Saw another customer in the changing room be abandoned by the (condescending) employee who was helping him. The customer had to come out and wander the store looking for the employee who said they’d come back with different sizes and never did. My wife he and he shared a laugh about how ridiculous it all was. Didn’t help the situation that the service seemed (perhaps) to be driven by customers looked. The customer abandoned in the changing room was a young black man in jeans. I’m a young white man who looks even younger than I am and was wearing a t-shirt (a BB one!). My wife saw the same employee who’d abandoned the one customer cheerily helping another customer, this one an older white man in a suit. Who knows what accounts for differences in service—but it wasn’t a good look. Checking out, we tried to use a coupon we’d received from BB in the mail. Wouldn’t be active for a few days so my wife and I debated whether to wait and come back. The cashier literally rolled her eyes as if folks who use a coupon or try to get a deal shouldn’t be shopping there. Sad because BB clothes are still great. But the folks at this store aren’t.
John Dickson: The store has Very poor customer service. The associates have an unprofessional appearance at the Boston Newbury Street store. The men are not wearing suits and do not have a savvy professional understanding of the standard of the community within the locale of the store and the well dressed man. No bathroom for the handicapped and people with urinary medical issues. Told to use Starbucks and that’s what associates are to utilize also. The associates are rude and have unbelievably uncaring remarks. I got the same answer about the plumbing problem every time I went into this store for over a year about the restrooms. It’s unsatisfactory. I had to dash down to the Newbury Hotel formerly The Boston Ritz to use the Men’s room. I was embarrassed. Every time I mentioned a suggestive comment, the response was ok-ok- ok and ok. The associates walked away and I was ignored. Not going to happen again ever. I’m— Not returning ever again to Brooks Brother’s Newbury Street Boston. I have been a Customer since 1991.
Perry Papp: Brooks Brothers has slid so badly in recent years it is so sad. The best traditional clothing store with the best service that I remember has become an example of retail incompetence and indifference. Whoever bought this soon to be dinosaur (Nautica i think?) get your act together FAST!
Mehdi Rizvi: Excellent products
Jialan Zhang: The suits are fine, but the customer service especially the tailoring staff is very unprofessional. The tailor in the store was rude and said things to me very discriminating only because I didn’t choose her to do the tailoring (3 weeks waiting time at least). Also, they forgot to take the locks off from our suits. We had to go back and have them off. It was time wasting, but the staffs in the store were not sorry at all for their mistakes. If you are not in a rush to buy a suit, avoid this place. Expensive clothes with terrible customer service.
Chris: Be careful with their suit department. Don't use the tailor or expect quick and coherent service. I purchased a nice suit in December for my own wedding. The sales person initially told me that the tailoring is included and no extra charge. I came back in a few months to see if there are any tailoring size changes from the measurements initially taken. I came back end of February and after waiting a while, the tailor spent no time and said it was the same but also seemed confused by some of his own stuff he wrote down or forgot to write down. The same sales person then charged me for tailoring since I was getting the legs tapered, okay fine, would of been nice to know that when I first purchased the suit rather then tell me it was included when you knew the legs were being tapered. I paid for tailoring and it was 3 weeks later and supposed to be ready on the 21st Monday which is the earliest the tailor said he could make it ready by. I got no phone call. I called on Monday and they said they would need to get back to me, but no call back. I call back (Tuesday) and the same woman answered and said she forgot to call me back as she got busy the other day. She then tells me that they can't find the suit in the store. I tell her my wedding is in a few days. She then tells me the suit was already marked as picked up by someone, and am I really sure that no one came to pick it up for me? Are you telling me my $1000 suit was lost? Then I call back some hours later and am told there was a mix up and they have found my suit, but needs to confirm with what happened and when I can pick up. Finally the tailor/assistant manager calls me and tells me they have the suit but it was "not in the right place" so they never tailored it. They wil rush it for the next day for Wednesday. I need this for my own wedding so it's unbelievable. The good news is the suit was really nice, but the service at this store with the tailor was bad. They did refund the tailoring fee after due to the circumstances.
Richard Greensted: I love this place. Very friendly staff. Beautiful building, inside and out. Lots of lovely clothes but I was looking for their wonderful men's handkerchiefs, and they were out of stock.
Brandon Sharp: Frankly, the worst consumer service of any retail store I’ve visited in a while. They won’t help you no matter how bad you are trying to buy something.
M1225 Decemberist: Tried to call this particular store on Newbury Street numerous times and dates to ask if they had an item in stock . No one picks up. The store must be closed permanently.
Jared Schultz: This Brooks brothers store should be avoided if you can go to another location. The organization for finding sizes is poor. And the staff cannot be bothered to provide customer service. This store has a sense of pretentiousness in it.
Jonathan Wang: Extremely friendly and helpful staff made the shopping experience seamless.
Amelia Bedelia: My husband and I had a good shopping experience, other than learning that Brooks Brothers is ending its women’s line of clothing. There weren’t many options left for me since they didn’t seem to be restocking any of the womenswear.
Ryan Milgrim: I had a suit tailored here, I figured I would call and ask if it was ready since I had not heard from the store in 5 weeks. Ralph picked up the phone and instantly put the phone on the counter while helping other customers so I had to wait while overhearing their entire checkout conversation. Once this was over I tried to give Ralph my name and ask if my suit was ready, but this proved to long of a task and Ralph again put the phone down to check out more customers. At this point I had been waiting for 15 minutes to ask if they had my suit. Obviously he was too busy to help me so I asked for somebody else. To this, Ralph told me that was not necessary because he was the store's manager, then confirmed he was too busy to help me, and hung up the phone. 30 minutes later I received a call from ralph telling me my suit was ready for pick up by saying "Hey this is the new friend you just made" in a sarcastically rude tone of voice. That was the most unprofessional employee I have ever interacted with in my life, despite the fact that I was picking up a golden fleece suit from their own store.
Venkata Krishnan C: If you want to buy a suit, Brooks brothers has great material and selection. But if you can avoid this location it will save you a lot of trouble. If there is a location that's 6 hours away with the same choices, i would have chosen that over this location. The staff were not very helpful in helping me select a suit. I was not even acknowledged for the first 30 mins and I was invisible to them. And they gave me very little recommendations or suggestions through the process. I had been to the Brooks Brothers at an outlet mall and received great customer service before visiting this store location. They didn't have the size that would fit me and recommended I order something bigger. When they went to order it they got it in the wrong color. Their inefficiency and mistakes cost me a week and 6 hours of driving to and from the store. Having a need to call them for information or help is not something i would wish on my worst enemy. I was trying to track down my suit and see when it would be ready. But after 3 days and 30 attempts of calling them and leaving multiple messages i got no response and no call back.So in short, choose Brooks Brothers but avoid this location. Will save you a lot of time and heart burn and save you some money and time.
Lawrence O'Connor: They’re still the best for quality suits that fit perfectly.
Sheb Shumar: Great store Great price’s especially on Newbury Street and on line
Joe Celusta: More Fashionable, less classic

Urban Outfitters: what do users think?
Nora E. Tague: Sale area is worth picking through and they have great earrings. I’ve lived in my UA hoops!
Christina Filep: Well stocked store, lots of stuff for all genders and fun little gift choices too. The only improvement would be more staff to help move the clothes from the dressing room back to the floor.
Rhavee Wright: Loved it!
Jingle Huang: Got cute acrylic beanies in several seasonal colors and gum. Nice friendly folks at the checkout.
Bandita Joarder: A bit funky and pricey. Men's styles were confusing. Customer service was excellent though.
Enrique de Lima: Products wrongly offered in discount. Wanted to buy a shirt that was marked down in price and when I arrived at the register twice I didn’t get the discount.
Ginger Vano: So many people working but only 1 cashier. Obviously do not care about customer service. Awful experience
Sarah Louise: don’t expect anything that is in stock online to be available in this store!
atom tarragon: The regular-priced items are always a bit overpriced, as Urban Outfitters typically is - a vintage-style, distressed T-shirt cost $25-30, when it should really be about $15-20 max. And pants were a bit ridiculous at $80 a pop for cords! But the sale prices were great, the styles are reliably solid with a few fresh choices, and at 40% off, it's surprising how much variety there was to choose from. Nice quirky home goods selection at this location also, appealing to mostly teens and college students, fun to shop and reminisce. The layout is a bit confusing, what with clothing both upstairs and down and I wasn't sure what the differentiation was. But as I'm not the target demographic (anymore), I can't say if that makes sense or not.
Kayla Kaczowski: Was fun to pop in and look around, but this store is entirely too expensive for me.
K Y: My friends had an extremely unpleasant experience at this UO store caused by a very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. There were no indication that the fitting room was closed so they went in to try on clothes. This staff later came and told them to leave coz the fitting room was closed, which is fine but how would customers know this if no staff was at the fitting room?? And then she said my friends “looked like thieves”? This kind of accusation is completely uncalled for and made my friends think it was targeted because they’re Asian (which is funny considering the staff herself was a POC) Customers came in to the store to SHOP not to get berated and humiliated. They left the store with no apology from the staff herself. I do not recommend fellow Asians to visit this store because you might be accused of stealing and harassed for no reason. Not to mention the extremely messy and dirty environment with trash laying around.
Kohi: Got extremely rude service during our visit, will never want to come back to this store
Yusi Chen: This urban outfitter was very horrible!!!!! They accused of the customers as thieves!!!!!
INGRID ZHANG: This urban outfitter was very horrible!!!!! They accused of the customers as thieves!!!!! we went into the fitting room that did not have the close sign out. And after me and my friends go out, the shop assistant came and asked us to leave in a very rude way. We did not know that the fitting room was closed at all and the assistant claimed that they put the sign all day. And the assistant asked us to either check out the clothes or give them to her and asked us to leave right away. And the shop assistant claimed that “you guys look like thieves” and she was racial discriminating us simply because we are Asian. The shop assistant kept asking us to go out and the manager came in after 5 min and said that the assistant will not apologize to us and there is no solution to this unfair situation to us. This place was just so disorganized and dirty and drinks left by other people are everywhere on the shelves. DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!!
Anthony: They usually have what I need. However, some of there products are overpriced in my opinion.
Aaliya Aga: Ordered some clothes online and they canceled everything once I got to the store.
Nirvana Ragland: This urban had several moldy drinks that were left by shoppers. The upkeep of the store was lacking in several areas and when I notified management the response was lackluster. Who wants to buy items by moldy milk drinks?
Mei: To the girl who helped me into a fitting room and was wearing platform Dr Martens sandals: You are a god and I love you so much. Thank you for complimenting my laces. As Urbans go, this one is pretty mediocre. Regular clothes, some stuff you wouldn't see on the website/app. My only complaint is the sizing of UO (again, god), because a small and medium skirt on me fit the same and the jeans aren't consistent. There's always a gap on the waist and the thigh area feels to constricted. Some employees felt cold, though. Like they were judging us from afar. But if you ignore that, it's a pretty good store. Solid sale section.
Vinny LaPorta: Worst Urban I've ever been in! Not only are employees either clueless about their own products/inventory but they also don't communicate properly with each other. Had a question about potentially ordering some shoes to the store for pickup (a feature on their website btw) and not only did they say they can't do it (after 2 other employees told me they could) but then flat out said it could never happen anyways, and that theyd only ship to my home! (idk if the employees just aren't trained properly or whatever, but the quality of this particular Urban has dropped considerably over the years). Never going to shop at this location again ✌🏻
Valerie Alleyne (May): No one asks if you need help. BUT person at the register was very helpful and nice.
S G: Amazing

Bonobos - Prudential Center: what do users think?
dhruv pande: They Claim to have best fitting sizes but they don't... Customer service is horrible call them, email them, chat with them nothing is available everyone gives random answers and does not provide a clear answer. Please avoid the hassle and don't buy from this pathetic organization.
Carlos Javier Montañez: Short-staffed, and do not understand the point if there are not a variety of sizes to try on to understand sizing for purchasing online.
Aaron Maloy: Sent pair of gloves that were 2 different sizes and 2 frays on one glove. I explicitly communicated an expectation to send gloves without frays. I don't have time to be inconvenienced with the hassle of their return process. Their mistake not mine. So they get a fair review.
Dietrich W: I'm a long time Bonobos regular. Everything I've bought from them has been great, BUT..... I would recommend NOT purchasing from them at the moment. The store told me delivery would be 3-5 business days, and it turns out ALL orders are taking 2-3 weeks to arrive. I found this out after chatting with their customer service team online.Edit: it’s now half a year and my shirt still hasn’t arrived…
Conor Doyle: Lederica was very helpful. Great experience. Kudos to your service, keep up the excellent work!
Cole Thompson: I’ve been here many times now, and each times I’ve had exceptional help from extremely friendly employees. Kyle, Cam, and Kehlani we’re all fantastic!
Ryan Robinett: I walked in and was immediately served by an employee named Renata. I was a cis male getting fitted for a tux for my wedding, and I was overwhelmed with all of the possible options I had. That being said, Renata made the process understandable and helped me narrow down options quickly based on my budget and my (vaguely defined) fashion preferences. This was easily the most efficient and helpful visits I've ever made to a men's clothing store. Would definitely recommend.
Michael Hogan: The other reviews look great, if you're buying a suit. I needed to buy a new, more casual wardrobe for a new job and got no assistance. One woman was helping a customer with a suit, and 3 people where at the desk. It's unclear if any/all worked there - they were loud, made eye contact and ignore me, were leaned on the table while drinking (Starbucks?). I bought shirts at Faherty, Marine Layer, and Madewell. I'll stick with them - one of the worst service experiences I can recall.
Chockalingam: Unbelievably good customer service
Don Kirker: I needed a suit for a wedding that was approaching in a couple weeks. The staff were super helpful and assured me it would arrive on time before the wedding date. I get an update in an email that my suit would be delayed and now I have to find a suit within two days of the wedding. Go somewhere else if you need a suit within 3 weeks time.
Scott Gaddis: Friendly helpful staff.
Atlas Shrugged: My very first customer experience ever in store and I’ve never made a purchase from you before.I walked into the Prudential Center location just shortly after opening. Surprised to see three employees on the floor especially for a store that is just a show room. I was approached by a very nice young man named Cam. This was today October 21. I explain to him what I was looking for after he heard me out without interrupting he made several suggestions. I tried on both of his suggestions and ended up buying both. I tried on my size and the jeans that I bought were the best fitting pair of jeans I’ve ever worn. I told him that he’s ruined me for Levi’s and it’s all his fault. LOL.Hey seriously nice merchandise not your average Jean colors and everything comes in four or five different sizes and shapes and colors. I have a 35 waist try and find that in Macy’s you won’t. You will at bonobo’s. Yes you may pay a little bit more especially for the premium jeans at $149 a pair but the quality the material the dyes used everything is better. I think you get what you pay for. So two thumbs up for this location and the merchandise I was very impressed and I will be back soon.
Michael Musto: Fantastic service by Cameron and Allison. Purchased entire fall wardrobe. Super friendly and accommodating despite my many requests to find the right fit. Highly recommend Bonobos especially working with these two individuals.
Jesus Ortiz: Customer service is close to non-existent. If you buy an item online and it is defective or doesn't fit - good luck.
Logan: Bro Darren my man he is the best he helped me with everything told me every single deal I recommend go to Bonobos on the Prudential
Jeff Scola: Swung by while waiting for my wife to finish up at Sephora across the hall and glad I did. Was greeted by Darren who quickly helped find the best fit for me. Rather than try to upsell me, he first went to their Last Call items first to see what I might like from there. The whole experience took about 10 minutes and I walked out with 5 total shirts, 2 of which had to ship but arrived within 72 hours with regular progress updates. All around great experience topped off by email follow-up from Darren to ensure I was happy with everything. Would highly recommend.
antonio gamero: The star is for a young woman that helped me, she is great, very polite, helpful. Unfortunately the bonobos system is bad. You can only buy at the store whatever (very few items) is marked “last call”. What ever else you like even if it’s your size and fits you well... you can not buy it right there, everything you like you have to try on some other item “to get your perfect size” then you have to pick the color you’d like on an IPad and they would mail the items to your house. (It is much worse that buying clothing online). The delivery date was changed two times7 item a had selected, ordered and paid at the store but were delivered to my house a week later so after few days I had them I had to go back to the store to return 5 of the 7 items because they did not fit at all. Wouldn’t shop there again.
Kevin Sinclair: Ryan was the best. Helped me choose a suit for my wedding and was very knowledgeable
Chen Chen: I've been there couple of times, the staff are always unprofessional, just sitting behind the counter. They dont even let you to try on the specific color you want, you can only try the similar model. If you can't try the clothes you want then what's the point of trying out?
Michael Ross: Great experience. Knowledgeable reps that worked with me to find the best fit and best price. Special thanks Jordan who went out of his way to make sure everything was right!
Patrick Luo: Unhelpful and unprofessional staff who just sit at the counter. Ended up getting wrong items that look similar. Going to return all.
