She doesn't have great customer service skills the way she talk to me, you would think that she thought I was stealing. I am way too educated to be taking things that does not belong to me. A person should never look at someone because of context of their skin.

V: I have been shopping at this specific location for 10+ years. They have a wide variety of shoes for both men and women. It’s always organized & the staff are friendly. FIRST FLOOR: Men & Women sneakers. SECOND FLOOR: womens heels, boots & Clarence section. If the escalator going down to first floor isn’t working. There is an elevator & stairs to lead you back down. I ordered a pair of boots online for pickup at this location for the first time and wanted to ask a few questions regarding the pickup. I made three different phone calls. The first one was put on hold forever (10 mins+) and never heard back. The next two calls got picked up and hung up immediately without saying anything. This is super rude. I totally understand that they are busy. They can just leave ignore the calls in the first place. So, I didn't have to wait for them.Anyhow, due to its prime location, I will probably shop here again.

David Danner: This store is a totally different store from the other one up the street. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. It’s also very small store. You can quickly see every thing they have. The set up of the store is awesome. The people are awesome even if you don’t like Adidas, I would recommend just taking a walk through something by jump out at you. The staff was extremely personable and willing to help with any question you might have. I wish I would’ve taken some pictures. My apologies, but go check it out. It’ll be well worth it.

I was in town for the weekend, bought a pair of shoes, had them for one day and I couldn’t exchange them because I wore them out of the store and walked 50 feet to the hotel in them. I wanted to exchange - not return - and was still denied. This is the first time I bought shoes from a retail store in years. I mostly buy online but wanted to support the local economy. It’s too bad stores adopt these antiquated policies when online shops are much easier for returns. I will not shop at a physical Clarke’s again. Much easier to get it through Zappos and not have some sales lady give you a hard time when you want to upgrade your boots.

Luke Golden: Horrible customer service. I am a manager for a company that prides itself on customer service and this stores employees made me realize how much bad employees can effect a business. The staff member who assisted me was hostile and obviously didn’t care. He brought me out the completely wrong shoe in the wrong size and just dropped them in front of me and walked off. He was extremely rude when I asked for help. So I decided to go to another store where the employees were friendly and helpful. I witnessed the employee doing this to every customer. Never coming here again or recommending it.
Tanya McKeever: If I could give this place a million negative stars I would. I never leave reviews however, I felt the need to here. The young man trying to wait on people was as rude as they come. I asked about a certain shoe and he said nothing on that wall will fit you. Wait don’t you need to know what size shoe I wear? Then I asked for another shoe is a certain size and he had the nerve to rudely ask is that the size you are wearing now? I think I know what size I want. I would never give this shop my business and will be calling in a complaint to corporate. This man lost you a lot of money that day because it was packed in there and everyone walked out because of him.
David Elizondo: Staff was impolite and offensive. Came in at 5:40 knowing that they were closing for the day at 6pm, and needed to choose a pair of running shoes along with shorts and a jersey. They were unwilling to help and rushing me out. Even one of the members said: “you have two minutes…”, I couldn’t believe it. I was set to spend 200+ on my running gear and was totally discouraged to make my purchase. Walked out the door and took my business elsewhere. Outraged.

The thin and black-skin young staff told me he doesn’t have 9.5 but he might have a pair in 10, then I told him I might still want to try. Then he was quite rude and start criticising me about why I could fit a 10 - a few times when I am trying. And, when I tried the left one and feels gd so I asked to try the other one too, he becomes not friendly again and said “then I have to lace it up for you” (don’t really know why he said so TBH). End up I still bought the shoes I want but it might be the last pair of new balance shoes I will get.*** I am not racist here I am just talking about service standard here ***

One of the staff was so rude to me that I decided to leave in the middle of trying shoes I was interested in. He was very aggressive for no reason and specifically toward me. ANA Fishing: The worst customer service, which will ruin the Brand. We came in the store for a while and no staff took care of us at all, which was fine as they maybe too busy. Then my wife tried on a pair of display shoes by ourselves, and one staff , called KJ, jump to us and blamed us for trying display shoes, and ‘educated us’ of their store rules. He also pointed out how customers feel if they purchased a pair of shoes that was tried on by other customers. It is very interesting, and I am curious if new balance sell customer display shoes or all their stock shoes were never be tried on? You are not only showed us how unprofessional yourself, but also how bad of new balance evaluate their salesman. I highly recommend the new balance flagstore though. Thank you for ruin my day, and good luck for your career.

Arturo: An employee straight up stole my shoes. I ordered online and it came from this store. Now, I work in shipping for a living so I know exactly how this scheme works and exactly what happened but the company won't admit to it and probably wont fire the person who did it.The order was supposed to arrive to me 2 days after it was placed. The tracking says a shipping label was created, and 2 weeks later it never updated. The other employees at the store are telling me they shipped it out while FedEx is telling me they never received it. Do you know what that means? I know exactly what it means.It means someone processed my order, created the shipping label, put my shoes in the box with the shipping label and marked the order as shipped. They then either took the box home with them, or took my shoes out of the box and sold them to another customer. That is literally the ONLY way to lose a package between label creation and FedEx pickup.Their customer support is absolutely useless. They take 3 days to respond and tell you something you already knew. There is no chat feature on their website, just an annoying, useless bot. The only way to get an answer today, is to call and sit on hold for 2 hours. You can tell they are lazy because they wont do the bare minimum for you. They could have asked the shipper directly, checked the cameras, contacted FedEx with proof that they shipped it.... Literally anything. These people suck.

Siddique Copeland-Imasuen: The salespeople even though young, were very thoughtful and considerate. Shop very organized and alot of sales. Only downside is wish I could have caught the sale prices on the items I purchased online.

felicia cuartas: I get it was right before close but we waited in line for half hour....when we got in the associate lied saying they couldn't do returns/exchange for a few weeks.... i had called corporate before going and they said they could do both. I just won't go back to that one and bring my $$ somewhere else. The whole exchange took 5 mins at another location and I also asked that associate. Like why lie and lose business...
