Greg forg: Took me an hour and a half in holiday traffic to reach the store at 4:50 PM. It was the only store at the Natick Mall that was closed. Vivian Richard: My grandmother, who mind you is 85 years old, went to buy a new shirt for my grandfather's 86th birthday party in a week. He absolutely adores the Tommy Bahama brand. I brought her to help her out, and when I tell you, I was absolutely appalled. I've spent hours trying to write this review because I could not believe it. The girl who assisted us, Amanda, seemed like she didn't even care to help us at all. I felt like such a bother I didn't even know what to do. I used to work in retail and for someone to be rude like that to a customer, I could not believe it. On top of all of that, I'm pretty sure she was intoxicated. I could smell alcohol everytime she spoke even though she had a mask on! And maybe I'm crazy but I could have sworn I smelled weed. We will come back again because my grandmother can only make it to this store now but for shame Tommy Bahama. This shouldn't be acceptable. Whoever Amanda is, fire her before she ruins the quality of your store.

Sadiyah Archibald: I’ve called this store numerous times to try to get a hold of someone, and no one could direct me to the department I needed. Every one I had spoken to either hung up on me or never transferred the call. Once I finally got a hold of someone, they seemed reluctant to even check and see if the item i wanted was in stock. After telling me what was in stock, they abruptly said ‘bye bye’ and hung up with out any thing else being said.

Sabej Tahan: This isn’t the first time i’ve had a bad experience here, first was the Chanel Beauty inside the Saks store, I went to see what foundation I wanted but I wanted to try a sample of it to make sure it’s my shade but the lady said they couldn’t do samples so i bought the shade she colour matched me. Tried it at home, it wasn’t my colour so I went back to return it and it was the same lady that sold me the foundation, she seemed very upset and just grabbed the receipt out of my hand and then just shooed me away, Now the second time I went to buy a twilly at the Dior store, was greeted nicely but once i went back to return it they told me to go away and couldn’t return it because it was “used” even though the sales associate wrapped it in around my bag. Don’t know but I think this store is very racist because i kept getting looks up and down and judged because i was struggling with my english pronunciation. Very disappointed. Won’t ever be coming in again
Nhung Nguyen: Do not recommend this department store! Terrible service! I bought a bottle of perfume and got it shipped to my house in NH. The associate claimed it would take 3-5 days to recieve and even 6 days later, I heard nothing from thr store regard my order. Sak’s online system does not connect to the store purchase which I could not track my order because there is no order number on the store receipt! Too much complications to chase cat tails, manager to manager that we have called 3 time and no one resposible for my order, even the lady on fragrance section who sold it to me shave it off. I was really upset. The assc also forced me to open a credit card to receive 10% off instea of just sign up for my email online.

Franty Cleophat: DON’T order online. You will Never get your item. I ordered from them on December 27th and delivery date expected on January 3rd. Shipping label created on December 28th for next day delivery. Now January 6, and you guessed it right; i never received my order. Mind you it was supposed to be a gift. I ended up putting a claimed for my money and now I have to wait 10 days for my refund. For a big company like this, they need to revisit their service because they have none. You can get better service from Dots then them. Don’t waste your time and money shopping there. Horrible experience.

Yimeng Wang: purchased a YSL Nikki from Saks last year and found out that the YSL head quarter weren't able to authenticate that, resulting in me not able to receive any warranty or other after service. This is very bad and disappointing plus surprising situation, but Saks continue to refuse to provide ANY solution, not a refund, nothing. They just kept telling me they are authorized retailer regardless my email from YSL saying they were not able to authenticate that. Makes me question the quality of all other items they sell.
Liz: Awful experience with their customer service at 1st floor. I received a wrong item from them so went there in person to get refund. I let them know that the item I ordered was different and is now out of stock- the staff scoffed at me saying it looks “almost” the same.Well clearly it was different belt (w/different code number) from what I ordered which I explained. He almost mockingly smiled which I found very rude.

I then tried to to make a return and they said that I would’ve had to wait more than an hour because their “phone lines were busy” and recommended I ship back my item myself. How hard could it be for them to help me return something, especially when I was already at the store ??

Peter Lakov: Refused a return for a jacket and a sweater ($600 total) because the labels were not attached to the items. Of course they won't be, as I bought them for presents, and I didn't want the price tags to show - even though they could check and find them in their system. If you're going to shop there, proceed with caution, and read very (VERY) carefully their small print - don't expect the common courtesy of typical stores.

I am writing this particular review to express my appreciation for my “brick and mortar” Macy’s, located in the Burlington Mall, Massachusetts.A couple of weeks ago I made the trip to Macy’s because I wanted some guidance in ordering a new sofa. On-line shopping has many advantages, but it does not have a Sales Associate named Jean! Jean was terrific: attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. I didn’t have much time, but Jean made my trip well worth while! She suggested a couch I would not have considered on my own, and after trying it out I decided to place the order (I somehow just trusted her!).Unfortunately, the color I wanted was not immediately available, but I decided I could wait until March for delivery. To my surprise, Jean called me last week to say my sofa was available, and it was delivered with white gloves last Friday (literally 11 days from the date of purchase!). I don’t know if the “under promise and over deliver” strategy is part of Macy's corporate culture, but I am one very satisfied customer!And Jean? 100 gold stars to her for her outstanding service and expertise. I love the sofa and I love Macy’s! Keep up the great work!
