Oleana: what do users think?
Ignacio Perez: Great venue with a very high standard of service and food, while still being very relaxed. Love the unique wine selection.
Mel: Oleana is one of my favorite restaurants in Boston. Every dish is bursting with flavor and very creative. The waitstaff is always super nice and helpful, and while it may seem expensive, I think it's quite reasonable for what you get (especially when compared to other places in the area). We ALWAYS order the topik, fatteh, and sultans delight, but everything I've ever had here has been delicious. I couldn't speak more highly of Oleana - definitely go here!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. At least 50% of the menu is vegetarian or can be made vegetarian.
Anthony Maiorana: Everything about our experience here felt amazing. Our reservation was at 8 and we got seated relatively quickly even though we were a bit early. We had a cozy little table in the bar area.We did two tasting menus plus cocktails and a couple of other dishes and the vegetarian creativity at this restaurant absolutely blew us away. We felt so lucky for getting to eat here. Definitely worth going and spending some time here
Tim Lapinskas: Recommended dishes Sultan's Delight, Hot Meze, Turkish Style Profiteroles, Lamb GyroMore
Linfei Li: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Larry Slate: Great flavors. Portion sizes small as advised.
shrinidhi navale: Nice for a one time experience. The cold dishes were good. The baked alaska was extremely sweet for my taste.Really pricey for tiny portions.Parking available on street and in a lot across the restaurant.
Arthur Athanas: Wonderful dining experienceParking: Tricky but doable. Pay attention to the trafficWheelchair accessibility: Seemed to be fine. Entrance was a ramp
Ahmed Kamal: Hands down my favorite restaurant in Boston. Gives that “finally, something new” taste after every other run-of-the-mill restaurant. Great taste and texture to every dish I’ve tried. Also a good variety of dishes without deviating much from the cuisine.I tried their peer restaurant, Sarma, and it was really underwhelming. If you have to pick one, make sure it’s Oleana.
Max P: Came here on a double date and we shared a whole bunch of plates family-style. I don’t think there was a single plate that we didn’t enjoy. Will definitely be back!
Aude-Marie Alem: My fav restaurant in Cambridge so far.And I did plenty!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Joe Lillis: Wonderful restaurant!
Lauren Summers: The Moussaka was rolled up in the eggplant instead of like a lasagna. So flavorful and hard to make. Also loved the Fatteh. Haven't tried that dish before. Cozy bar and ambiance. Great wines too!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Fatteh …More
Geno Castro: Easily one of the best restaurants in Boston. Great selection of mezas, and drink menu. Presentation of food is spectacular. 10/10 recommend.
Namratha Subhash: Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Sultan's Delight, Turkish Style Profiteroles, Fatteh, Sundae-Turkish Coffee Ice CreamMore
Lamia Youseff: Good food and ambiance.. desert to die for. Make reservation ahead of time though... same day reservation are hard to come by.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Icy Kendrick: First time at a Turkish restaurant and it was great. Lamb was a little salty though. I got a negroni and it was fine but I think a red wine would have gone better with the meal. We'll try it again when we get back in the area.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Za'Atar Bread, Fatteh …More
William Lane: Incredible dining experience as always. Incredible food and service.Recommended dishes Baked Alaska, Whipped Feta, Sultan's Delight, Topik …More
Gail Stewart: I highly recommend Oleana. The food was exceptionally good due to interesting flavors and beautiful presentation. The service we received was terrific. The staff were friendly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Deviled Eggs, Sultan's Delight, Hot Meze, Lemon Chicken Za'Atar Turkish Cheese Pancake …More
Zhe Gong: Made reservation more than three weeks ahead of time and went there for birthday dinner on a Thursday night at 830pm. The restaurant is small (elbow-to-elbow dining) and extremely noisy. The dishes we ordered were not bad (three spinach falafels, two quail meat bites, a few braised beef bites, lamb and cabbage bites, whipped feta, and baklava), however definitely not worth the price (three falafels for $14???), nor the hype. The service was slow. Overall it was not an enjoyable experience and I left super disappointed. If you are rich (or have a super tiny stomach) and get impressed easily, maybe this place is not too bad a choice.

Dig Time: Service is very questionable. We ordered drinks and just never received them. Sat for about 30 minutes. The young female bartender is very rude and not someone you want to interact with on a personal or professional level. Highly don’t recommend as there are a score of other places to go in the area for drinks. Wings were also dry as well.
Jaye Aster Broder: A go-to college pub, Grendel’s has a nice half-priced food happy hour from 5-7pm when you also order a drink. Grendel’sIs normally busy and a little loud. There are stairs down to enter. While in the basement, there are some windows that let light in. There is a moderate selection of beers on tap and cans as well as some simple cocktails. I would probably discourage large groups from coming here as it can be tough to find a table.
Samantha LaForgia: Decent after work spot! Reasonable priced. Some variety to the menu. Check it out if you want something quick and low key!

CJW: Bomb spot. Great divey, service industry hang. Rad folks, both those that work there as well as the people who frequent Grendel's. If Mal is on bar, get a green tea shot (Note: it contains alcohol), it is extremely tasty. Best part, it's tasty for any palette; it's not too sweet, not too sour/bitter, great complexities, and absolutely delicious flavour profile. Yummy! Nice bathrooms, good ambience, great music, and all around good energy vibes. As always, please don't forget to tip your servers and your bartenders, in addition to any and every one else that works to provide a wonderful experience for you. ©️ CJWVegetarian options: Various yummy vegetarian optionsParking: It's in Harvard Square so it's generally fairly difficult to find parking. I suggest using public transportation, or park outside of Harvard Sq. and enjoy a short walk to Grendel's. ©️CJW

Jordan Sandman: Best place in the world to work. Period.
Dan M: Pretty solid Harvard Sq Dive Bar with a scent and stickiness that always lingering. Maybe it’s because it’s in a basement. Anyhow they have a great patio set up in the summertime so I like to go then. Only thing is you need to order some food with drinks when dining out there.
Tom: Decent food, but the bartender looked/acted like he'd rather be anywhere else other than work, which I get, but c'mon guy.
Jan Haughey: we were looking for a spot to get dinner before a show at ART, and this was perfect. First time there. Our server was helpful and attentive. Craigie On Main: what do users think?
Sherif Gerges: Tasty, portions are pretty small. One of the better restaurants in Cambridge/Boston.
Ephraim Eugene: Best ever. Please come back!To Megan Davis...you came to burger restaurant to eat vegies??? Smh get a life
Karen Messick: The Craigie Burger.....that's all that needs to be said.
Sandy M: Craigie Next Door is a great outside dining option. The food is fantastic, atmosphere is comfortable. Very enjoyable. Can't wait to return!
Meggan Davis: Came here for the first time and, after hearing lots of good things, were pretty disappointed. All around, food was good, but not excellent, and there was a general lack of thoughtfulness for the diner’s experience. We did the vegetarian tasting menu. We started with a beet hummus that was a wonderful color, but served with a total of six vegetable bites, and the cauliflower was too big to dip into the jar of hummus. Not a big deal if not for contributing to the “lack of attention” theme. The big disappointment was that the vegetarian main was a heap of blackened vegetables. They were farm fresh and tasted good enough, for sure, but to serve a pile of vegetables as a main shows a real lack of creativity. They even served it with the sauce that was meant for the meat main (a plum-like sauce, for duck), as if grilled zucchini and duck have the same flavor profile. Felt like being a vegetarian at a large catered event where your only choice is grilled vegetables or portobello—so they can just do the same thing to the vegetables that they do to the meat. For ~$125 a head, I’d expect something that felt less like an accommodation and more intentional.Another lack-of-attention detail was that we spent the evening listening to the kitchen’s music, which was more Tony Hawk skate jam than outdoor fine dining. Nothing wrong with the music per se, just doesn’t match the vibe at all.The wine, however, was delicious, and our waitress was quite attentive—so the meal had lots of redeeming features. I think maybe if I’d paid half the price and hadn’t been sold a “fine dining” experience, it would have been perfectly good. It just didn’t meet its own expectations.
Dave S: My favorite restaurant anywhere, including my own state of Rhode Island and my hometown of NYC. I have often driven the 1 1/2 hour trip just to have dinner at Craigie and then go back home afterwards. Tony Maws is a very talented chef. I never order off the menu. I just sit down and order whatever he is making that night (the Chef's Whim?) and have never been disappointed. I wouldn't dare do that anywhere else. Even the food items that include ingredients that I don't ordinarily like, are delicious. They are also serve one of my favorite scotches and no other restaurant has it. You cannot go wrong at Craigie. It's alittle pricey but it's worth every cent, and I'm not great at spending money.
Kevin Karch: They don't oversalt nothin
David Martinez: Great atmosphere food was exceptional
Emily Washburn: Exceptional service from start to finish with our server Max! Although some of the menu was a little out of my comfort zone(bluefish pate and duck) because everything was so well prepared and delicious that it was easy to enjoy our whole meal and explore something new!
Ronnie Mcd: a bit overpriced, but its hard to find a place like this in cambridge
ziyad Aldegaither: The Burger is amazing. The fries are superb. Everything is great in terms of quality of food. This is Howe I remember it at least, last time I ordered from them was 6 months ago. I have been trying to get an order in for the past two months. The new online pick up system is awful. I try to plan ahead of time before things sell out but the system doesn’t update until the day off ordering. I hope management sees my concern and know that I am a loyal customer that have been trying very hard to get food from your business. However you’re making it harder for me to stay as a customer. The food is great, I’m not sure about the service anymore.
Michael Kenney: The burger is worth the publicity, the rest of it feels a little precious but I continue to come back for that burger. Chef’s kiss.
Richard Trilles: My Favorite restaurant!!
Yegor Smurnyy: Went to pick up food on New Year eve and the line was unreasonably long, 20 mins, could be organized much better
Eric Connors: Only the second time I've been able to enjoy this place and the food was truly exceptional just like last time. I can only imagine how much better it would have been if we have eaten at the restaurant, no fault of theirs of course. I will eat here every chance I get!! Tony, thank you and I hope you make it through these tough times!
Tony Darosa: Never open
Laura Scrimgeour: The outdoor dining experience is really phenomenal - they did such a lovely job with the decor and the sparkling lights! The food is of course just as spectacular as always - Tony Maws is quite the master chef!
Elizabeth Tassinari: was so looking forward to chegs whim and i wasnt disappointed! the food was excellent!
Caroline Luis: Love this wonderful restaurant. The burger is always worth the hype. The ever-changing menu never fails to bring wonderful ingredients to the table full of flavor and beautifully presented. The Craigie Next Door patio is an awesome response to the limitations from the pandemic, and the food lives up to the restaurant’s reputation from before.
Danah: Amazing experience definitely a must
Susan Russell: Ordered Chef's Whim tonight. After weeks of cooking at home, it is clear why it's called "Chef's" whim. Our meal exceeded expectations (for take out) and reinforced how much we enjoy Tony Maw's culinary skills. And we have enough left for lunch tomorrow. Thank you for a delicious dinner!

We had a good meal, but they didn't make one Avocado omelette as requested. I wouldn't recommend that omelette either; rather bland. French toast was delicious. Coffee was amazing. Server was super nice and did his best despite being very busy. Glad we came back after so many years!

We had all sorts of different things from the menu and they were all really, really good. Rambler Elk: I recently visited Nubar and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food, despite the limited options on the menu.My companion and I ordered the salmon and shrimp linguini, and both dishes were truly amazing. The flavors were well-balanced and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. In addition to the entrees, the popovers and flat bread were also noteworthy. However, the atmosphere at Nubar left something to be desired. The lack of music created a somewhat lackluster vibe, and the cocktails were not up to par with the quality of the food. While they were drinkable, they were not particularly memorable.Overall, I would definitely recommend Nubar for the food alone. The salmon and shrimp linguini are must-tries, and the popovers and flat bread are a nice bonus. Just be prepared for a less-than-exciting atmosphere and average cocktails.

Hubert Murray: Food fair to mediocre. Water waiter excellent. Head waiter rude and apparently in a hurry as if we were on a production line. 3 stars a little on the generous side.
C Fujima: Clam chowder was ok, but could be a little warmer. Steak was overcooked and dry and the same for the sprouts; impression is that it was sitting on the grill waiting for a customer
Rudy Donalson: Absolutely amazing
Benjamin Kirkup: A lively, cheery, active hotel restaurant and bar, with well regarded flatbread/pizza, a range of necessary food, good bartenders. A little off the square but not in the residential neighborhoods.
Catherine Dorian: Creative cocktails and delicious, authentic middle eastern fare. They were more than accommodating of our party of eight and of my vegan diet.Mezza plate is divine; some of the best hummus I've had in the Boston area.
Jeri Thys: We had a party for our wedding weekend here with about 50 plus guests. We worked in advance to set a menu and the manager was superb. We were able to section off an area and it was all excellent. They worked with our budget, made suggestions and almost everything was passed except for 2 stations. We love it here!!
Ayesha Trips: Good food waiters are very kind recommended

Pita Cambridge: what do users think?
Tatiana Costa: Their stuffed grape leaf wrap is amazing! The basbousa is really good too! A little on the sweet side but it pairs well with unsweetened tea.Recommended dishes Grape Leaves …More
Sabrina Abrams: Hands down the best halal/middle eastern food in the greater Boston area!! Super fresh and delicious, with generous portions for a great price.I had ordered just before they closed, and they had missed the order. There was a bit of confusion, but instead of saying I ordered too late they kindly prepared the order and even threw in a baklava to apologize. Above and beyond customer service, they deserve a 6th star!!! :D
Timothy Sniffin: Ordered several of their plates including kabobs and gyro. Great quality and portions for a reasonable price. Online ordering ensures it is done every time before I arrive. Highly recommend giving this place a shot.
Rajesh Prabhu: Ordered carnivore platter, falafel plate, baklava, pita and hummus. The taste was so amazing. The meat was well cooked and had lot of flavor. Loved the sauces and sides (salad, hummus and other things). The food was really delicious and the quantity was good for the price. Definitely worth to try this place. I will definitely try it again too. 👍👍👍👍 I don't know why it shows the restaurant name as red fez in Uber eats instead of pita Cambridge lol
Steven Shafran: Food was very fresh with generous portions. Meat tender and delicious. Highly recommend!Recommended dishes Chicken and Lamb Kebab with Salad and Rice, Mediterranean Salad, Kabobs …More
Christina Filep: Delicious food, good mash ups of popular items. Fast and really nice service. But this is really a pick-up spot. There are 5 chairs at a bar. Wish we knew this ahead of time, would have planned accordingly.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Sally Kelley: OUTSTANDING. Catering order delivered today. Everyone loved the food which was delivered on time and still warm! Ten Stars *************.
Casey Kroll: Enjoyable food. The quality has wavered as the staff changes but it has recently been consistently good! Their rolls are filling and tasty. The fries are good as well. Sometimes they are late with online orders.
Maria Dubyaga: Delicious gyros and burritos.
Ari D: Kindest staff, and their falafel is by far the best I have had in Boston!
Doolie Ainsworth: Their deluxe mixed kabob is really good. Prices are reasonable for Cambridge.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Mohaideen Abdul Kadar: Easily the best mediterranean / middle eastern food you could find in Cambridge! I love the delux kabob plate ( kabobs of chicken, lamb and kafta). The salad which comes with the plate is so fresh and filling ... a healthy diet! Also I would suggest to go for moroccan cheese burger which is a must try! Kids would love the chicken tenders without doubt.. and, its pretty pocket friendly place .. cant ask for more.. big thumbs up!

Matt White: How has Pammy's not been written up for James Beard yet? Decor 10/10, menu is constantly evolving with fresh takes, and wine pairings continue to impress after 20/30 visits? SpectacularVegetarian options: Lots of good gluten free and veg options on the menu.
Ava French: The bar manager Rob created a fantastic cocktail program hands down.Pammy's is a must-visit restaurant in Cambridge that truly lives up to the hype. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The decor is chic and contemporary, with an open kitchen that allows you to watch the chefs in action. But it's the food that really steals the show at Pammy's. The menu is a creative blend of Italian and New American cuisine, with each dish crafted with care and attention to detail. The pasta dishes are a standout, with homemade noodles that are perfectly cooked and paired with delicious sauces and toppings. The seafood dishes are also exceptional, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that are expertly prepared. One of the standout features of Pammy's is the friendly and attentive staff. They are always happy to offer recommendations and suggestions, and they truly make you feel like a valued guest. The wine list is also impressive, with a variety of options to suit every taste and budget.Overall, Pammy's is a five-star restaurant that is not to be missed. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a beautiful atmosphere make it a standout in Cambridge's vibrant dining scene. Whether you're looking for a romantic date spot or a place to celebrate a special occasion, Pammy's is sure to impress.
Laura Botero: Great food, chic vibe, a piece of Italian trattoria in Cambridge.
Gcc C: Fantastic cocktails and food! Friendly bar tender. Busy restaurant but I can see why it's busy!

Isabella Kuhl: I’ll start by saying the ambiance was fantastic. It felt link an intimate dinner party despite being a fairly well sized restaurant. They have a real fireplace that someone came around to stoke. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive and the drinks were fantastic. As for the food, it was mediocre enough that here I am trying to dissuade others from wasting their money. You could tell everything was made with fancy, fresh ingredients but the flavor combinations just didn’t work. It tasted like the owner wanted to justify the $75 per person price tag by just putting together anything expensive they could find. We tried the crudo, kale dish, lumache, venison, short rib, and affogato. A lot of dishes had Asian influences but it honestly just didn’t work. The flavor combinations were so off - we picked apart basically every dish because individually the ingredients were fresh and unique but together it was bizarre and unflattering. I wasn’t amazed with anything; even the affogato (just ice cream and espresso) was mediocre. The ice cream was bland and the espresso was watery. We had a hard time getting through all the dishes both because it was a solid amount of food but mostly because we didn’t want to finish. If you’re curious and have $75 per person to blow, then give it a shot. Otherwise, if you want a fine dining experience that has tasty food that you’ll want to finish every bite, try Uni.
Nolan Shapiro: Amazing food! Pammy’s had been on my list for about a year now, and I’m so glad that I finally checked the box. You could taste the freshness of the food, and I loved the chef’s take on all the dishes— they were familiar but had unique twists. The service was friendly and not overbearing, but I thought the timing of the dishes coming out felt slightly odd. I opted for some of the smaller dishes (scallop crudo, smelt fried oysters, maitakes) and did leave hungry but that’s my own fault :) Our table got every dessert, and each was nice, though my favorite were the chocolate moose cake and apples!! Overall, would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon (and get larger dishes)
Kevin George: Did the prix fixe menu. Good amount of food, solid service, great ambiance. The food was a little too daring for our likes at times but definitely prepared well and displaced nicelyRecommended dishes Lumache …More
Howard Phillips: Wonderful atmosphere, and excellent food with unique variations on Italian and other types, and really friendly service too.Recommended dishes Veal Bruschetta, Pork Milanese, Lumache, Duck Breast …More
Joe R: It was our first time here, and everything was outstanding! Each dish was a masterpiece, and the staff was top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for the amazing experience, we are very much looking forward to our next visit!
Sarah Kaier: Phenomenal.
Phil B: Nice atmosphere. Wood burning fireplace is a nice, cozy touch. Cocktails and mocktails were very original/creative.Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Connor Popik: Best restaurant in Cambridge, hands down
Alicia Gaytán: Food was amazing
Andrew Thomson: We love pammys to the moon and back! Highly recommend the truffle pasta and kale cheese balls. Favorite restaurant in Boston for nice sit down and atmosphere and handcrafted plates
Liubomyr Senyshyn: Great dining experience! Our waiter was not the nicest server but we had a great experience!
Andy Palmer: Pammy's is my favorite restaurant in Cambridge/Boston.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Lumache, Bay Scallop Crudo, Pork Milanese …More
Benjamin Havey: One of the best meals I've had in a long time, the venison was fantastic, which is the only reason they're still getting 4 stars. My partner can't eat raw meat/fish, so she avoided anything with the "contains raw meat" warning, ordered the fried oysters - traditionally a fully cooked dish - only to find out it's raw. The restaurant needs to be better about labeling this sort of thing.
