Zhenhua Zhang: I used this location twice for oil changes. The first time I took my husband's CRV which was only a few years old at the time and they told me the brakes were failing and I had to get them changed out because it was a safety concern. I went ahead and had them do the work. I went back a few weeks later in my car for an oil change (I drive by this location every day so it was convenient) and I got the exact same message. My rear brakes were failing and were a safety hazard. I better get them replaced or I was going to get into an accident. So given I had heard the exact same thing now twice for two vehicles that I had just come in for routine oil change I declined to do the work. My car has been absolutely fine and passed inspection 3 years each time since I was told my brakes would fail imminently. My husband's crv brakes on the other hand that I spent much money on to fix at this shop have utterly failed in just a few years. The terrible scraping noises it made did not give us confidence they worked nor that the car will pass inspection that is due. We just had them switched out at another shop. Despite driving by this store almost daily I will never be using their services for anything again. I have seen other posts now warning about the brakes here. Pete Shinn: TLDR: Never, ever use this business. They apparently enjoy preying on young women there.The details: I encouraged my niece to use this business because of its positive Google reviews. What a mistake. She went for a vehicle inspection and was told by Dennis Cassidy she couldn’t legally drive the car without getting a front break job, complete with new rotors and calipers— calipers which are available at any auto parts store for $75 or less, and for which she was charged nearly $500 each, before labor! That might be OK, except when she left after paying a grossly inflated price for the coerced break job, Dennis warned her to bring it right back if the vehicle made any funny noises. When it predictably did start making grinding and screeching noises every time she touched the brakes within hours after paying and leaving, my niece, as instructed, brought it back right away. Although Dennis had the car for two full days after my niece returned it, they never looked at it, and eventually my niece had to go demand her vehicle back from them, unrepaired. This is a business that preys on the unwary. They will definitely up charge you well beyond what’s reasonable, and you may or may not get your car fixed in the end, even after paying an inflated price.Service:Vehicle safety inspection

NJ H: Very pleased! After 6pm on Monday, we had a tire blowout. Needed a tow. They came promptly, and we agreed to be towed to their shop, which was still open. We needed specialty tires for our EV. Not available that evening, so we left the car. Following day (Tues.), they informed us it would take an extra day (until Wed.) to get our desired tires. But, at 7:30pm Tuesday, we got a call that the car was ready! It always feels good to get the car back a full day sooner than promised. I had gone to the Infiniti dealer, and they said my 2013 Infiniti needed $4500 in repairs. Abe’s reviewed the quote and showed me why most of the items were unnecessary and that the rest could be done in stages. Instead of $4500, I paid Abe’s $450 to weld my exhaust system. Anna Krohn: I needed to have my car towed due to the front break calipers seizing up while driving on a Sunday evening. I chose Abe's from the list of AAA shops and I'm satisfied with my choice. I heard back from Naeem first thing on Monday morning, they already had my car up on the lift and confirmed for me it was indeed the calipers on the front that were the issue. There were other things that they spotted and recommended taking care of. Naeem explained everything, sent me photos of what he was seeing and was very communicative all day as the repairs were happening. I could have picked the car up the same day, but had to wait until Tuesday. Everyone I met in the shop when picking up was super friendly to top off the experience.The car felt good driving home so I'm happy. Needing the repairs was annoying and an unexpected expense but Naeem and the rest of the team did what they could for me. Every single tire place was closed after 4pm-6pm.Triple A didn’t arrive until 4 hours later (6:30) and Abe’s came to the rescue. I called and they were so kind to me on the phone and said they could take care of me as long as I’m there before 8pm.I was welcomed by most of the staff, assured, and taken care of in about a half hour. Andrew Nilson: Nate and his team have taken care of my cars for the last 8 years. Nate earned my trust on day one when I brought in my car and he opt in the car with me. Heard the sounds that was being made and immediately knew what was going on. He got under the car pulled something out that was loose and didn't need to be there and charging me $25. Since then I have definitely had to pay more money with more expensive repairs, but he is consistently repaired only what needed to be repaired and done it professionally. He will always recommend things when they are needed, but I have always found his pricing to be fair and his personability to be refreshing. He cares for his clients.

Two of the items on the inspection list were not providing adequate data, and whereas others might have taken the opportunity to charge me more, Nate correctly diagnosed that I had just had work done on the car and so needed to drive it for 50-75 more miles and return for a (free) re-inspection, which I did and it worked. I then used Nate to put on our winter tires. Owen Conneely: Vahe's garage was excellent! Another mechanic told us it was the fuel accelerator sensor and that it would cost around $500 or so to fix but he found that it was just that the electronic cable from the sensors to the fuel housing was not fully connected. He could have been dishonest and told us the same thing and charged us more for work that wasn't even necessary, but he didn't. He connected the cable properly, made some other adjustments and charged us a fair fee for the work. On top of that he reminded my stepson about the importance of safe driving which I thought was great. I will be going back there for future maintenance and repairs.

John Reed: Please never go there. I paid over $1,000 to fix my car but they replaced the wrong parts and charged me. My car was still on the alarm and not moved. I have to go to the original dealership and they said this guys are totally fraud!!! Tien-yu Hsin: Please avoid doing business with these guys at all means. The owner Brian is dishonest.I got an initial quote of $800 to replace the bumper from a guy called Rafal. But it took them 2 MONTHS to finally replace. They are incompetent. Also they UPCHARGE TWICE. The first time they asked me to pick up the car, said they had to buy an extra bracket, $250 additional. The third time they couldn’t name the thing they replace. $65 additional. They said it’s something external but they just didn’t include in the original quote. Unprofessional. They upcharge cuz they can.We called them 5+ times to followip, waiting in the shop for 30 min each time they call us to pick up. We dropped off the car 3 times.I had gotten my car detailed at this place. They didnt clean the car throughly the first time and I had to go back the next day to ask them to finish. Thought it was an accident but seems like they consistently avoid to finish the job they are paid for.

Hannah Hurst: Took my vehicle to CSA to be repaired after an accident. Upon picking up my car (which was in the shop for two weeks) the auto shop presented the bill to me instead of my insurance company. I paid the bill since I was told by the auto shop that it had been pre approved by my insurance. Only now do I realize that the receipts they provide are not valid as they do not show individual part numbers and prices. Without knowing, I paid a surplus of $500 to auto shop upon picking up my car. When asked for a invoice by my insurance, the auto shop denied. After waiting a month for my insurance to obtain an invoice, I called the auto shop to get one my self. They said that the insurance did not ask for an invoice. So I gave them my email and requested that the invoice be sent to me. Over a month later, after two emails and three calls to the shop, I still have not been able to obtain an proper invoice for the charges made on my vehicle, different and conflicting responses given by the auto shop every time I called. I asked for the owners contact information and was refused. The manager, Brian, presents as friendly and upfront but after this experience of not being able to obtain something so basic as an invoice, I can only conclude that this shop is dishonest, deceiving, and engaging in pricing/parts fraud. A complaint was filed with Better Business Bureau.
savannah paul: Went to them to order a tail light panel for my car and pre-paid for everything. They promised that it would be here in a couple days. Three weeks later and still no sign of the part. Every time I call, they say "oh, it's coming tomorrow. Oh, it's coming next week". Why isn't it here, then? Now I'm out $200 for a promise they were too lazy to keep. Hoping to get a refund and get my car serviced by a business that actually cares about their customers

After spending $400+ all the lights went off again as before. Brought my car back and it sat in the shop for a week. No fix. Every time I came it wasn’t in the shop. They don’t prioritize stuff that takes time or isn’t a quick fix apparently
