Shant Davidian: After careful review I decided to bring my high performance car to this shop. I considered their "aged experience" relevant.After purchasing a lowered vehicle, it needed a new rear alignment.I was told by these people that my stock adjustment was maxed out and I would need rear adjustable control arms. Furthermore that I would need to have it installed or else it would be an extra charge which is understandable. He also said that they only deal with the adjustment portion and not the installation. Luckily my mechanic friend and I are handy and did it ourselves. We were able to achieve the rough alignment as the OEM spec.After purchasing aftermarket (at the suggestion of the company) parts that in the end where suspect, they aligned my suspension to 99%.All is well, right?!After about a hundred miles of driving, my rear control arm snapped after having almost as 0 thread engagement with the control arm...My axle subsequently came out of my vehicle as I was driving 25mph. Luckily I didn't die and my car did not get to damaged.After noticing the failed part hanging on from literally a proverbial thread. I decided to get new much more expensive parts and come back to the alignment center.I pointed out to the man that it was hanging by a thread. The man told me that I must have installed it incorrectly. I told that man that it was impossible considering that I drove the car to his shop and he was able to achieve 99% accuracy with my alignment.I told him specifically that he said that he is in charge of the adjusting portion of the suspension.. he told me that he should never have accepted a car that has an after-market part...Long story short... if you ever consider having any type of aftermarket parts, never ever come to this place if it's an aftermarket spring they won't work on it. If it's an aftermarket strut they can't work on it.Their excuse was simply that they only work on Factory Parts with clearly isn't true..Person lied to my face, took my money and let me drive away with a string of my life.....He had the option to do a little more work to find out that it was dangerous but instead he took my money and told me that he wouldn't be realigning my vehicle that day...Don't worry I don't think anyone should have an alignment from you ever because you might die...

paul carr: If you need a suspension fix, this is the place. Not only is the work done expertly, but you also get to meet some of the best people doing the job. The company has been around for 108 yrs. Dan, sales mgr., And Bill, parts mgr. Have been there for 90 of those yrs. They know their stuff. When you see firetrucks and state trucks in the bays you know that your Nissan Pathfinder is in good hands. I highly recommend this company.
Steve Lipofsky: This is the only place to go to for suspension work and more. I've used them for many decades with nothing but great experiences.

字漢: Warning! Do NOT go here! The repairs they made failed just days later. The exact same parts they replaced broke a few days later and ended up causing a lot more severe damage. These mechanics are not experienced or knowledgeable. They will mess up your car and leave you to pay the consequences. Not worth it… go to literally any other mechanic. Save yourself the money and tears.

John Reed: Please never go there. I paid over $1,000 to fix my car but they replaced the wrong parts and charged me. My car was still on the alarm and not moved. I have to go to the original dealership and they said this guys are totally fraud!!! I am still wondering why they changed the wrong parts and charged me over $1,000!!!I had to wait my car over 1 months and they finally said I had to wait more and more. They don’t have any much knowledges on cars.PLEASE DON’t GO THERE!!!!!
Tien-yu Hsin: Please avoid doing business with these guys at all means. The owner Brian is dishonest.I got an initial quote of $800 to replace the bumper from a guy called Rafal. But it took them 2 MONTHS to finally replace. They are incompetent. Also they UPCHARGE TWICE. The first time they asked me to pick up the car, said they had to buy an extra bracket, $250 additional. The third time they couldn’t name the thing they replace. $65 additional. They said it’s something external but they just didn’t include in the original quote. Unprofessional. They upcharge cuz they can.We called them 5+ times to followip, waiting in the shop for 30 min each time they call us to pick up. We dropped off the car 3 times.I had gotten my car detailed at this place. They didnt clean the car throughly the first time and I had to go back the next day to ask them to finish. Thought it was an accident but seems like they consistently avoid to finish the job they are paid for.

Hannah Hurst: Took my vehicle to CSA to be repaired after an accident. Upon picking up my car (which was in the shop for two weeks) the auto shop presented the bill to me instead of my insurance company. I paid the bill since I was told by the auto shop that it had been pre approved by my insurance. Only now do I realize that the receipts they provide are not valid as they do not show individual part numbers and prices. Without knowing, I paid a surplus of $500 to auto shop upon picking up my car. When asked for a invoice by my insurance, the auto shop denied. After waiting a month for my insurance to obtain an invoice, I called the auto shop to get one my self. They said that the insurance did not ask for an invoice. So I gave them my email and requested that the invoice be sent to me. Over a month later, after two emails and three calls to the shop, I still have not been able to obtain an proper invoice for the charges made on my vehicle, different and conflicting responses given by the auto shop every time I called. I asked for the owners contact information and was refused. The manager, Brian, presents as friendly and upfront but after this experience of not being able to obtain something so basic as an invoice, I can only conclude that this shop is dishonest, deceiving, and engaging in pricing/parts fraud. A complaint was filed with Better Business Bureau.
savannah paul: Went to them to order a tail light panel for my car and pre-paid for everything. They promised that it would be here in a couple days. Three weeks later and still no sign of the part. Every time I call, they say "oh, it's coming tomorrow. Oh, it's coming next week". Why isn't it here, then? Now I'm out $200 for a promise they were too lazy to keep. Hoping to get a refund and get my car serviced by a business that actually cares about their customers

After spending $400+ all the lights went off again as before. Brought my car back and it sat in the shop for a week. No fix. Every time I came it wasn’t in the shop. They don’t prioritize stuff that takes time or isn’t a quick fix apparently

I came in to renew my inspection sticker, however the mechanic at Aris pointed out that my tires had little tread which would not allow him to pass the inspection. And sure enough, that was the case - they were very bare. The folks at Aris quoted me on a very reasonable price for four new tires they had in shop and in less than 24 hours I got a text that my car was ready. Extremely nice and honest people. isha thapa: I was there for my auto inspection which they did but at the expense of my car's front grill. When I complained about the issue, the person who inspected my car was nervous initially and declined to take the responsibility. Then, the next person came and instead of taking care of the issue told me "Are you blaming that guy?" He even tried to blame me stating it might haven been damaged before I took it for the inspection. There is no way one can just drive with that damage, the front logo would fall off. The person who inspected my car flee away and returned back as I was leaving. With my experience, no one should get any services at this place unless you want your car damaged.Service:Vehicle safety inspection

Jackie Gorcyca: Took my car here in a pinch when some strange engine lights came on IRT traction control. The solution was a new rear axel and sensors. The mechanic was upfront in saying that only the sensors needed to be replaced however where they are located it is tricky to do that correctly so they had to replace the entire axel.A few weeks later the same lights came on. I opted to take the car directly to the dealer in case there was a known issue they could help with. The dealer gave me the same diagnosis about faulty sensors. Per the mechanic at the dealer, the sensors that I had just paid to replace at Aris were in horrible condition with exposed and pearling wires. The dealer was able to replace just the sensors and now the car is running fine.Not only did I waste my money on horrible service at Aris, I also paid for a new axel which per the dealer was not necessary.Shop around. I wouldn’t recommend doing anything more than an inspection here.
