Brianna Bettinelli: This is my second time going to Ted at Foreign Auto Center and both of my experiences have been fantastic. Once for a coolant leak and another time for new brakes on my Audi A3. Ted is so very kind, trustworthy, communicative, punctual and he definitely knows his stuff. He is very honest and never tries to upsell nor does he try to force additional services down your throat. Pricing is incredibly reasonable and they always get the job done well within the time frame that he tells you. One thing I really appreciate about Ted is that he's always willing to explain what the issue was, how it was fixed, and even goes out of his way to show me the parts he's fixed/replaced to so I can have a visual and learn a bit more about my car. Ingo M: I have used Foreign Auto Center several times over the past 3 years, initially for a pre-purchase car inspection and since then whenever I had issues with the car. Prices are low, repairs are performed fast, well and everyone is friendly. I had asked to park my car a few days on their premises until I had received my license plates after the purchase (which was at the time no problem). If you want be sure to receive great service at low prices from a reliable team, you have found your place. The oldest review on google for Foreign Auto Center is 8 years old, and until today almost exclusively 5 start reviews, no 1 or 2 star reviews. That is quite impressive.

I didn’t know the exact diagnosis of my A/C problem and they could have easily unsold or said a more extensive repair was needed. Pierce Liefeld: Leo and his crew are magicians. I've seen them more than my fair share of times, from cars and bikes hitting our car to a tree crashing through the moonroof and destroying the canopy and it's mechanical housing. Their paint and body work is impeccable, they're always quicker than you'd think, and Denise who runs the front office is a true professional. I only hope I don't see them again!

They were very very quick, very efficient.Had an oil change and tire rotation.They also checked the vehicle out thoroughly and did not try to upsell me on things I did not need which I really appreciate.Super friendly, also super clean waiting area, which is important. They charged a very reasonable price, I got an estimate for an oil change at several places. Here they also included a tire rotation at a very small extra charge as opposed to the others I checked where it was 40 or 50 bucks additional for tire rotation.Earl is the name of the gentleman who checked me in and out and he was super courteous and polite, very friendly, very professional.He quickly answered my questions and you could tell that he was very knowledgeable.I highly recommend the Arlington Meinike.I will definitely be back, in fact I've already scheduled my wife's vehicle to be taken care of.I give them Five Stars... plus four moons, and a couple of comets with million mile tails...

Jay J.: My car broke down and the roadside assistance company suggested that I send my vehicle to Meineke in Arlington MA. The company stated that my warranty company was contacted with Meineke. The tow happened around 7PM on March 07, 2023. The following day I didn’t receive a call regarding my call so I called roadside assistance to get the information of the repair shop. I called the number around 1:00PM on March 08,2023. A man answered and said that they don’t do third party repairs and hung up on me. I called back and he said that my car isn’t there and hung up again. I called back to see if he could just look and he told me that he’s not walking around to see if my car is there, he didn’t get a car, and hung up again. I called roadside assistance back and spoke to the tow company. The tow company said they towed my there. I checked the number and the address and called back. This man continued to hang up when I called without even allowing me to speak until I told him that he was being recorded. After I said that, he said I probably have the wrong address. He said he doesn’t know what I want him to do and that my car was not there. I told him to put himself in my shoes and to not treat people that way. I didn’t disrespect him to be hung up on when asking about my car. After hours of speaking with the tow company and roadside assistance it turns out that my car was there the whole time! The car was parked right in front of the store according to the tow company and they picked my car up and took it to a new location.

Brandon N: Just disappointing... Dishonest, shady work. I went to Justin for a simple install for an aftermarket catback. But to my surprise, after I left the shop I found damage on my car hidden and covered up with white tape... My paint was stripped down to the core, exposing bare metal/plastic.Muffler Mart carelessly swung out their 2-post lift arm without checking for ground clearance first (my car sits low) and banged my rocker panel. I get that mistakes happen, but if you cover it up and deceive a customer then that’s an entirely different story.I politely gave Justin a chance to own up to his mistake as they’re a small and local business, but he wasn’t willing to hear me out and immediately REFUSED to show me their security footage and denied any damage done. Constantly saying he’ll call me back and never following up. He then proceeded to dodge my calls and delay a response to my request for security footage. I even took the time to come in-person and Justin acted like he didn’t know anything. Using tape to cover accidental damage and deceive a customer is extremely shady and cancels out any argument he has. Please avoid this shop. Do better, Muffler Mart.

Kim Miles: If zero was a option I give it. They are con artists I had to get a dual exhaust for my car. I had previously other services for other vehicle 2 weeks later my dual exhaust part fell off he gave me a hard time and said if I couldn't bring in documents he wouldn't fix it. I refer the car repair place across from Walgreens toward Egleston station before these con artist. I wouldn't bother to pay to put air in bike tire, I choose to walk additional 15 minutes to mobil gas station to put air in my bike tires. I called to get a uhaul immediately for my mom that needed a truck his attitude call 800 uhaul immediately hung up regardless how I felt I would have gladly got the same pick up truck that sat in the same place for 2 days. Don't go get your Uhaul on Warren Street or on Massachusetts Avenue. Take your car to be service elsewhere never here.

Found a local shop that does inspection, checked google, says it opens at 7AM on Saturdays, so OK, woke up early, got there at 7:35AM figured I would be able to get my inspection done. Sign outside says opens at 8AM Saturdays, fine, I'll just wait. Come 8AM, door still locked. At 8:03AM a guy in an SUV parked in front of the bay door and saw me(I was sitting in the car) but walked across the street to the barber shop. He probably doesn't even work there. Told myself, 10 more minutes since I've waited this long, a mistake, shouldn't have waited because at the time I left at 8:13 still nothing. I did call at around 8:08AM and I could hear the phone ring inside but of course it just kept ringing. Lesson learned here, 1: never trust google blindly and 2: Muffler Mart of Boston will not get my business.

It was 12:20. Mike Bowles: Hidden gem of a repair shop - it’s behind a strip mall, so if you didn’t know to look, you wouldn’t see it. I had a catalytic converter replaced, and they lifted my car and showed me exactly how awkwardly it was located in the underbody. Darrell Fancher: I got my exhaust fixed here yesterday. I was expecting for the bill to be at least over a $1000. I think that's what it would have been if I would have took it to the mechanic I normally go to. I also thought my car was going to be there for a couple of days. To my surprise my bill was only $604 and it only took about an hour to fix my problem. My car sounds like it's new again.

Left work 2 hours early got there at 245 just for them to put my car on the lift for 2 minutes and tell me to come back NEXT Tuesday. Very unprofessional wasted my time and lost me 2 hours of pay. Angie Romero: Ron was super nice and communication about repairs was prompt. There was no seating area for customers in the shop, so I waited at Bagel World which is just 5mins away. They were busy, but the repair was still completed within my appointment hour! And although I did not get to see the end result, my car sounds better (will update with time). The price was fair, and Ron said I have a 5 year parts and labor warranty in their system for this repair (which is GREAT!). This business cares about customer feedback and retention.
max consolazio: Bay state is the best. I went in today with my e90 bmw, looking to get a muffler delete after trying to do so myself and having a hard time. I spoke to Ron over the phone a few days ago, he told me that I could come down on Friday and get a quote and take a look at it on the lift. said it would take about an hour. I got there today and met Ron and Dan, talked out some options, Was quoted a great price for the work and material. Dan was super helpful and answered all the questions I had about the process. He said he would start work on it right away, and he did just that. Got a call from Ron about an hour and a half later to say it was ready. Thing sounds great! They do incredible work here. Super friendly, attentive and chill. They run a great operation here, they are not kidding around.
