Greatly appreciate being pointed to and brought to exactly what we were looking for. Made the shop so much quicker and efficient. My niece thoroughly enjoyed the pack of kazoos and animal balloon kit with instruction booklet. Thank you so much.
Saim Irshad: I bought nye decoration on 12/30/22 and once I got a call from a few of my friends that they have tested positive and can’t make it to the party I went to return the decoration the next day. The manager of the store won’t give me a full refund with the receipt instead she offered me a store credit. This is unfortunate that this company doesn’t understand that what Covid has done. What will I do with the store credit. I should have been given full refund since the packing wasn’t even open . Very rude team at Burlington . The return policy states online as long as you have the receipt and everything it’s in the normal packaging it ok to get full refund . I explained about Covid but they didn’t really care about that . I did my return for store credit on 12/31. They should inform their customers about these situation. Never again shopping at party city . Awful experience
Dannah Kourbetsos: Went for something for New Year's Eve. The selection was amazing. I thought they were a bit pricey, and their Christmas stuff was still full price. I found that odd.

Showed up to buy some items for a party and they don't open for another hour+. 2 other families stopped as I was trying to figure out where I misread their hours. We weren't wrong, Party City is not honoring their hours. Oriental Trading is a better alternative!

Timur Rustamov: They really have some crazy stuff there as well as more traditional items that you would expect to see in a party shop. Really a little bit of everything, with good space organization (each aisle has a theme/color scheme).
Georgia Kondylis: I came in very close to closing on a Friday night and the manager, James, still greeted me enthusiastically and kindly! He absolutely rocks and made my shopping experience memorable. Highly recommend this location solely because of James’s amazing service

The store manager, Steve, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me to fulfill a particular balloon needed for a very special work celebration! Personally picked up the balloons from another location to be sure I would have them for this event!!! Just amazing and needs proper recognition for this amazing customer service! Again so appreciated and could not be more great full for him even considering going to this length for a customer!!

Xf Yin: We went there on Friday to get things bought for my son’s Sunday birthday party. The man on checkout kindly offered to let us pick up the balloons on Sunday morning so we would have nice and big balloons for the party. However when I went there around 11am on Sunday, they were so busy with other orders and I waited for 10 minutes for no one helping. The young girl who’s preparing the balloons told me they have more than 300 balloons ahead they don’t have time to get mine ready. I don’t understand why they put online orders even before the order placed a couple days ago in store. If I know the situation earlier I would not choose picking up at all. I ended up taking the balloons home and blew them all by ourselves. It’s such disappointing experience. Hope they have more stuffs on weekends and have some kinder stuffs as well.
Ellen S: Good location, parking is huge. The place is big. But! It needs to increase an assortment definitely and the place needs to be better organized. Most personnel is very nice and attentive without annoyance. Young people work there and it's fun to interact with them. What's strange is that girls didn't give you a sec. of their attention. As the matter of fact after observing who is available I chose a young guy because of his facial expression,when girls wouldn't look me in the eye and acted like I'm not standing right in front of them waiting to get helped.

Mr CST: We drove there to get invitations and found out they no longer sell them...a party store for party's don't sell invitations anymore. Get them on line they tell us....so the store is only good for balloons, paper goods, plastic knife spoons and forks and candy...😥😥

When we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly lady who shared her knowledge of all things balloons and helium with us. She was so nice, she even threw in a free small balloon for my son because he waited patiently. I will definitely support this small business again in the future.

When he didn't he called again but the owner Christine was on vacation and he was told she would call him when she got back. Still never hearing from her we were frustrated and decided not to do business since no one felt the need to make money. Then my fiance had a change of heart and called again and was told Christine would call back the next day,,,, well it's been four days, they must not need business. When he called today to speak and raise his concern he was told she was too busy to talk to him and if he didn't have email that's all she corresponds by,, hmm well bye bye. O and I would give 0 stars but that's not an option!
deborah l: Bad customer service. I came in for a bridal shower chair and it was given to me dirty. The owner didn't make any effort to discount or even try to replace it. She claims she was too busy with a much bigger order and I guess mine was too small to bother with.
