Jim Bomb: They had exactly what I needed!!
Timur Rustamov: They really have some crazy stuff there as well as more traditional items that you would expect to see in a party shop. Really a little bit of everything, with good space organization (each aisle has a theme/color scheme).
Georgia Kondylis: I came in very close to closing on a Friday night and the manager, James, still greeted me enthusiastically and kindly! He absolutely rocks and made my shopping experience memorable. Highly recommend this location solely because of James’s amazing service

Stephanie Flood: Shoutout to the amazing people that work at the Watertown location!! The store manager, Steve, went above and beyond the call of duty to help me to fulfill a particular balloon needed for a very special work celebration! Personally picked up the balloons from another location to be sure I would have them for this event!!! Just amazing and needs proper recognition for this amazing customer service! Again so appreciated and could not be more great full for him even considering going to this length for a customer!!

Tristan Bagala: The store was a bit of a mess- in absolute disarray. They also closed 15 minutes early and locked out some potential customers tonight.
Xf Yin: We went there on Friday to get things bought for my son’s Sunday birthday party. The man on checkout kindly offered to let us pick up the balloons on Sunday morning so we would have nice and big balloons for the party. However when I went there around 11am on Sunday, they were so busy with other orders and I waited for 10 minutes for no one helping. The young girl who’s preparing the balloons told me they have more than 300 balloons ahead they don’t have time to get mine ready. I don’t understand why they put online orders even before the order placed a couple days ago in store. If I know the situation earlier I would not choose picking up at all. I ended up taking the balloons home and blew them all by ourselves. It’s such disappointing experience. Hope they have more stuffs on weekends and have some kinder stuffs as well.
Ellen S: Good location, parking is huge. The place is big. But! It needs to increase an assortment definitely and the place needs to be better organized. Most personnel is very nice and attentive without annoyance. Young people work there and it's fun to interact with them. What's strange is that girls didn't give you a sec. of their attention. As the matter of fact after observing who is available I chose a young guy because of his facial expression,when girls wouldn't look me in the eye and acted like I'm not standing right in front of them waiting to get helped.

Mr CST: We drove there to get invitations and found out they no longer sell them...a party store for party's don't sell invitations anymore. Get them on line they tell us....so the store is only good for balloons, paper goods, plastic knife spoons and forks and candy...😥😥

Saim Irshad: I bought nye decoration on 12/30/22 and once I got a call from a few of my friends that they have tested positive and can’t make it to the party I went to return the decoration the next day. The manager of the store won’t give me a full refund with the receipt instead she offered me a store credit. This is unfortunate that this company doesn’t understand that what Covid has done. What will I do with the store credit. I should have been given full refund since the packing wasn’t even open . Very rude team at Burlington . The return policy states online as long as you have the receipt and everything it’s in the normal packaging it ok to get full refund . I explained about Covid but they didn’t really care about that . I did my return for store credit on 12/31. They should inform their customers about these situation. Never again shopping at party city . Awful experience

Showed up to buy some items for a party and they don't open for another hour+. 2 other families stopped as I was trying to figure out where I misread their hours. We weren't wrong, Party City is not honoring their hours. Oriental Trading is a better alternative!

Nafartat A.N.: I had a great experience renting from Mario's Party Company. Delivery was on time and I received many compliments on the Gold Throne chair that I rented. Customer service was great. I will be using this company again in the near future.

Lynde Thompson: Terrible customer service. I called and asked for something specific then the morning of the delivery he told me I wasn’t getting what I called for and argued with me about it. Then once he came the tables were so small they didn’t even fill up my backyard. Just all around bad customer service and communication

John Solar: I went into Mario's Party for the first time last weekend for my daughter's sweet sixteen party. I looked into a few other party stores before coming in, and went with Mario's Party since they seemed to have the most selection of things to rent.When I walked in the owner greeted me right away and helped me pick out the chairs, tables, balloons and party favors that I needed for the event. He even offered to customize all of the tables and chairs with ribbon in my daughter's favorite color. I hadn't planned on getting anything else, but they had a great cotton candy machine that I decided to splurge on! They even helped deliver all of the rentals to my house on the day of the event, and everyone had a great time.Anyone in the area who is planning a party should definitely stop by Mario's Party. They're not as big as a place like iParty, but they more than make up for it with the personal attention.
