Frances Tanzer: Was unable to make my appointment because of a truly unavoidable emergency. Their cancellation policy, however, charges automatically for 50 percent of the price of the service even if you would like reschedule. They do not appear to make any exceptions for this. Of course I understand the need to secure their time slots and profits - - but to charge even if you wish to reschedule is rather extreme and unfortunately makes the service inaccessible to a single parent or anyone who experiences an emergency. Will not be booking with them again.

Talia Khan: Tl;dr- don't bother making an appointment because they won't keep it!I hate to give a poor review to a local business, but this is a totally unreliable salon. I called and asked if they had time for a mani pedi and they said I had to wait an hour and they'd have time. I made the appointment and waited an hour and got there on time. I checked in and the man said I should pick my color and she'd call me in soon for the mani pedi. I sat there for 20 minutes - after this amount of time I went up to ask how much longer it would be. A lady went to check and apparently the manicurist was still taking the gel off the previous client and hadn't even begun to paint her nails. She wasn't even close to being done. The lady mentioned also that the manicurist had an appointment with someone else 40 minutes later. Then she asked if I could wait another 40 minutes and I said I wouldn't want to do the same thing to this other girl (i.e., make her wait a long time for me to be done). Like what?? I don't understand was the lady just gonna have the other girl wait over an hour for me to be done? The lady didn't offer any kind of incentive for me to come back - after waiting so long for an appointment, at the very least they should have offered me another service in the interim or a discounted manicure. I left and went to another salon down the street and had a great mani pedi from them!Bottom line: they should not be accepting appointments if they can't keep them. It's bad business and honestly quite rude to waste people's time like this.

I made the mistake of going to a European Wax Center once (I was desperate) and it made me realize that there is definitely a right and wrong way to wax, and Lena at Sasha gets it RIGHT! I will never go anywhere else, and neither should you.Also, new owners are amazing! So happy with what they have done for Sasha!

Toltec Consulting, LLC: I’ve been coming to Sasha Salon for over 12 years and they are all super professional and friendly. I see Paula for skin/body treatments during this whole time and it’s been fabulous. I’ve had to go to other salons while traveling and no other salon has given me such great results. I recently had a pedicure here about 3 months ago and again, great service with long lasting results. They’re my hidden gem.

Lena Chaihorsky: I have been going to this salon for years, and have to say that Natasha and Lena are both fabulous. Natasha is more like a trusted friend, and has such good hands for this type of work - her waxes are not painful at all (I can almost fall asleep, I am not kidding) and her facials are very thorough without being painful or leaving much redness at all. I used to struggle with facials because of the pain, Natasha has completely solved that problem for me and my skin has never looked better.I have gone to Lena for manicures when I can fit it into my schedule, and have also had a few waxes with Lena (the other Lena, there are two!) and their work is not only so quick and good, but they are really pleasant conversationalists and just overall, provide such great service.I really recommend Sasha Salon if you are looking for a great, reliable salon for your beauty needs.

L Korp: Theresa spent an hour and 15 mins for gel removal (removing gel I put on in this salon) to call my nails “done” when they looked like this. When I complained she said that she’s new and that’s how they “told her to do it”. Management said they could not do better and that I could go across the street if I didn’t like them. Because it took an hour 15 to remove the gel, they said they couldn’t do the manicure because it was too late. I’ve been coming here for years, but with the changes in staff, I’ll never be back again. My nails are now coming apart from the middle because they buffed them for over an hour to remove the manicure. I was told I could not put anything on my nails for weeks so they can recover.
Jennifer VanCamp: The staff members are so kind, professional, and even great hosts! I am constantly asked how I am doing, am I comfortable enough, do I want more tea, etc.! Also, the salon is extremely clean and beautiful (especially the spa area!). I also had the opportunity to receive a mani/pedi from the owner who is super energetic, keeps up with nail art trends/recommendations, and is super easy to talk to! Arthur Baisangurov: Ok, mr. Alexander, my haircut master hurt my mole on the neck back and was keeping working like nothing happen until I touched it and found blood on my finger. The very first thing in your job - do not hurt and make bleeding. I was shocked and asked for disinfection only after few minutes, but that should be done immediately by the master. At the end he told me I can have 50% discount… the worst haircut experience I ever had, do not recommend that place.

The salon is trendy and tidy and easy to get to. The associate at reception was kind and welcoming when I walked in and checked out. The other stylists were very nice and you can tell they enjoy their work environment. Marissa Smit: I've been getting my hair cut here for years by the amazing Jesse, but decided for my engagement photo shoot to try the make-up service. Normally I don't wear a lot of make up and this was my first time having it done professionally, but Kymorha asked all the right questions to help me explain what I wanted. She put me at ease right away and made the whole experience so fun! Each step of the way she checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the look, and everything was spot on, from the color choice to adding just the right amount of glam details. The final result looked stunning and I'm so impressed by Kymorha's talents! I highly recommend her and you can go with confidence knowing you'll get the right look for your special occasion! I also added on some light hairstyling at the end for beachy waves, and could not be happier with the whole experience!
ARUSHA ACHARYYA: This is my second time going back to Pyara for a haircut. I don't go for anything fancy, but just a layered cut. I loved my stylist Jackie, highly recommended. She listens to what I want, takes a lot of care in her work and very friendly. Sure, the salon may be on a little expensive side but you can have a wide range of stylists from different price ranges to chose from.
Helen Lindsay: I recently got my haircut here for the first time. It was a good experience, I liked that I could book online. They have a variety of levels of stylist with different price ranges which is great! I went for a simple cut and they did a nice job. I also bought a shampoo the stylist recommended and it all cost less than $100 before tip. I appreciate that they are also trying to be more sustainable, would love to see some items in the salon that have plastic free packaging or refill options that would really set them apart. Overall I really liked it and would go back for another haircut or maybe try another service. They do book up a while in advance so make sure to book at least a week before you want to go!
sarmin s: Yesterday I called to book a time for haircut. I have been told(I didn’t asked) haircut will cost $145. My hair is short. I am a nurse and I am working with very sick patients including Covid patients and I never got paid $145 per hour considering my work difficulty. The price is not fair no matter how good and professional you are and if people earn their money easier than me and are willing to pay this amount good for them 😁 enjoy your expensive hair cut.

Trixie Bowden: I have been coming here for years but will no longer be returning. Highly unprofessional. Had a haircut booked for Friday and gave them a call to let them know I was running 10 minutes late due to traffic from the impending snowstorm. I asked if it was okay that I was 10 minutes late and was told yes of course we have a 10 minute grace period and that they would inform the front desk. Upon my arrival I was told that they wouldn't be able to take me because I had been scheduled between two color appointments and the stylist no longer had time. Of course being late was my bad but #1 why tell guests that you have a 10 min grace period, #2 I should have just been told to reschedule because I wasted over an hour of my time trying to get there and back #3 I didn't book myself between two color appointments the salon did. Furthermore when they rescheduled me they did not offer to reschedule me with the same stylist I had originally booked with, and AFTER booking me I was told that I would be seeing someone at the same level so "the price would remain the same".... I would hope so.... Come Sunday I receive a voicemail from the salon telling me they were not able to open due to the storm from the day before which was fine and understandable however at the end of the voicemail the receptionist leaving the message says "who the hell's phone number is this"... the unprofessionalism is next level. I have the voicemail saved. Not to mention when I have been the last couple times the salon looked unkept and dirty like no one even cares enough to sweep. I kept returning because of the convenience of the location in proximity to my house but even that can't make up for the eh decent haircut and lack of professionalism. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Service:Haircut
Diana Baez: Went to have a gel manicure and for the prices there the treatment was awful! I am not expecting a red carpet or champagne or caviar but little chat in trends, and/or colors or ideas is always welcome. This lady was rushing me from the beginning, got mad when I decided I wanted my nails filed a little more, showed her a picture of what I would like and she said there was not time for it! I wasn’t asking for complicated art, I asked for two nails to be painted different! No extra glam or sparkles or complicated patterns, just two nails (4 nails total) painted different! Her attitude was terrible! She called me “undecided” which I was but instead of helping me to make up my mind (like a nail technician normally does) she just got upset and everything when down hill from there! She rushed me out of there because she had another appointment, when I left, there was nobody waiting around! Conclusion, terrible customer service, extremely expensive ($65 + tip, yes, I gave her a tip!). I was extremely polite throughout the entire ordeal, I said I’m sorry when I changed my mind about the shape of my nails and I didn’t argued when she said painting 4 nails different color was going to make her extra late for her next appointment, she did paint the nails different out of… not sure why but apparently she had the time to do it. Angela: Have gone a few times and they’ve consistently done a very bad job of filing down my nails when removing gel to the point my nails hurt and the nails are pink. I’ve asked them to not use the machine to file it down and chemically remove but they’ve refused both times. Would really not recommend if you care about preserving your nails

I broke my big toe nail today, about 1 week after getting my most recent pedicure, and came in hoping to salvage the situation. Even though my nail was irreparably broken, they made the best of it. They are always ready for the appointment when scheduled in advance, which is not always the case elsewhere.

G: $70 before tip for a dip base and the design. They’re very gentle with the drill and not too damaging to your natural nails even though it’s dip. I also came in with a pretty hard inspo pic and they nailed it

Bonnie Santos: I’m not the type of person to ever leave reviews but my experience was that bad I don’t even know how this place has more than 4 stars. The worst experience ever. The pedicure was awful, she basically tickled my cuticles with the instrument, slapped some lotion on my legs and painted my toes. My dip manicure started to look awful after one week. I got charged an extra 10$ for cuticle removal which is ridiculous and my cuticles still weren’t clean and a week later look awful. The dip is bulky and over all looks awful. All of that for 100$.. the worst mani pedi I ever got and the most expensive. I don’t recommend this place at all if you actually care about how your nails look.

Have been a customer for more years than I can count, business changed hands and the staff person today stuck my hands in very hot water, slapped them around, forget to do my thumb, used a miniscule amount of hand lotion, and tried to tell my my nails were dry when they werent, so she could squeeze in another customer. Add to that, obnoxious laughing and complete oblivion to me the client. For the first time, as an adult consumer, I left no tip.Service:Manicure

Racceb Taddesse: I went in yesterday for a Gel mani and basic pedi service with my friend. I was assigned to the only male technician in the salon. I believe his name was Jack. He is the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve ever encountered in any service setting. He completely botched my pedicure and didn’t include a massage and other elements. The manicure was no better as he snapped at me when I told him I didn’t like the color after trying it on one finger. He proceed to paint my entire hand. I noticed another review also mentioned that they had a terrible experience with him. I would strongly recommend that no one book an appointment with him or asked to be moved if he is assigned to them. Finally, I told him that I wouldn’t be paying full price because I didn’t receive the service I was promised. He was very rude and aggressive and insisted he will pull up camera footage to show he did a good job. They told me a few minutes later that they « didn’t have camera footage ». My guess is the other workers are well aware of his character and wanted to wave it. I ended up paying $63 instead of $72. I didn’t tip of course. I am never returning. I suggest people who read this also try to find another salon or at least avoid the male technician Jack at all costs.
Yvonne Parnther: I decided to try this place out on a whim for a gel pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was mediocre and the manicure was horrible. My technician seemed to have an attitude when I asked to her file the dip down more as it was extremely thick. Not to mention, the shape was terrible as well. Despite voicing that I was not happy with the results, they proceeded to still charge me $130! I came in with nothing on my hands and feet for them to remove. I got an ombre design which was barely done correctly nor well. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This was my first time here and I will not be back. I don't even trust them to fix it! Although the end result was good - she was distracted and not attentive. Marissa Jones: I paid extra for the deluxe pedicure and I feel like that was done well, but she definitely paid more attention to the first foot than the other. My gel manicure was disappointing. It was rushed, and there were bubbles and raised areas right after I left. In less than a week, only 3 nails still had polish, the rest had all come off!

My nail technician spent 20 min of my appointment answering the phone and helping other walk in customers. As a result, my service was rushed, and not satisfactory. Secondly, this is not a very relaxing atmosphere. There is a lot of talking and laughing amongst the staff. I find that early morning appointments are the best. Lastly, read the fine print. They charge for everything. I wanted to remove the old dip manicure and apply a gel manicure. They charged an extra fee. They had to remove the dip anyway. I don’t get it!For the most part, all the technician do a good job (when they are attentive). Amy is the best. Unfortunately, she was out today.
