Anna Azevedo: Thought I would try the healing center with the Groupon I purchased. Made an appointment for Sunday morning and on Saturday night I got a text that said “can you confirm that you will be here for your 10:00 appt because I have another customer waiting for your slot.”That text did not make me happy. And I responded by saying, “yes I am confirming but I think it’s very rude to tell one customer that another customer is waiting for their slot.”The Texter apologized for her rudeness and I again confirmed that I would be there and I asked her to confirm the details of my appointment, which she did.Luckily, the actual appointment went very well. Nicole was my masseuse and I was very pleased with her services although she did try to sell me a package. It was one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had and I will probably go back. I did leave a generous tip as I really liked the massage.
Zane Wolf: I've had two deep tissue massages from NHC, the first two years ago and the second today. I try to only get massages when I can't solve the issues myself. The first one was probably the best massage I've ever had in my life. My masseuse really knew what she was doing and since I'm anatomically inclined, she was describing which muscles were tight and the insertion points she was targeting to help alleviate those knots, and she went DEEP. It was nirvana to finally get some relief.The massage today is why I rated two stars. My masseuse moved my skin around and was focused on upselling cupping. She found all the problematic areas in my back, commented on them explicitly and pointed out how tight they were, and then she did very little to actually target those areas after I explicitly asked her to go hard on them. I asked her to skip my legs and just go really deep on my back, and she revisited the shoulders for another few minutes, moving skin around a bit harder, before moving on to the legs. I left more tight than I went in out of sheer frustration. Night and day between the two visits.

Shaun Cullen: Natural Healing Center is fantastic & their staff is great! It is very clean & sanitary, yet still very comfortable. Even the massage table was heated (perfect in this cold weather). I went with my girlfriend (who got Nichole) and said she was absolutely great! I got Suki and she was truly outstanding as well! Suki was very nice, explained everything she did, asked what specific problem areas I had, and what pressure levels were good. You could definitely tell she was very knowledgeable & experienced in regards to massage/the human muscle structure. This lead to a very positive & helpul experience overall. They offered us both some upgraded massage options such as cupping & hot stone, etc. but they certainly did not try to force them on us at all. Both my girlfriend & I will most assuredly be back to see Nichole & Suki again for sure! Highly recommend giving this place a try for yourself!
Meghan Caldwell: I told the woman at the top that I have sensitive skin, and when I told her my face was burning she told me that was normal. She left the room multiple times and when I left everything was fine until the next day and for days my face has been peeling and breaking out in hives. Would never go back here and would not recommend to a friend to go here.

haley: I confirmed my massage appointment on day before and when I arrived for my scheduled appt I was notified the therapist called out. This would not have been a problem if I had been notified ahead of time, but instead I drove 20 minutes to be told there was nothing they could do. they did nothing to make up for the fact that I wasted my time. I have a massage envy next to my house but wanted to support small business. I also wanted to note rices are different on Groupon and on companies website than they are in store.

Kelly Cambridgeport: The Aesop in Harvard Square was my first disappointing experience with the brand. The two ladies working the evening of November 11, 2022 were not welcoming and I was not offered not given any samples. Also, they both told me they had plenty of a specific item in stock only to be told later they erred. The employee who greeted me was the nicer one, but she handed me off to her colleague who wasn't as pleasant. The second employee kept suggesting fragrances for me to buy, which I wasn't in the market for. I should add here that I have most of Aesop's product line already. I would have bought all their Citrus Melange Cleanser if they were in stock, but they have been out of stock for months. I still bought one of Aesop's pricey products, but the sales person made me feel like I had inconvenienced her. I am guessing she had a sales goal of fragrances to fulfill and she thought she could meet that goal with me. I spent under 10 minutes in the store and was the only customer there at the time. Also, I don't know if this has relevance, but I am not of the same skin color as they are. That shouldn't matter, but sometimes it does.I get a much better and friendlier experience ar the Newbury Street and Honolulu stores.

Jess Reyes: Walked into this location for the first time looking for a gift set for a loved one. I had a lovely shopping experience with the staff being so knowledgeable about the products. The attention to detail does not go unnoticed when it comes to the packaging, ingredients and functionality. Their product range of skin, hair and body care is gender neutral and high quality. The employee even added a bunch of samples to try, which was very thoughtful
Kailah M. Adefolalu: Finally went in after years of walking past for school and trying their testers outside. So glad I did! Bear (hope I go her/their name right!) absolutely spoiled me! I told her I was buying myself a little wedding gift and she gave me a complimentary bottle of a hand balm she knew I loved and customized my samples for wedding day skin care! The ambiance is peaceful and understated, yet luxurious. Can't wait to come back and try more products.

Kaley Wang: I visited Aesop with my boyfriend few weeks ago, the sales lady is very friendly and detailed-oriented. We've tried some signature skin care products ( toner and serum) with her help and I finally picked a product which seems a good fit for me - Bitter Orange Toner. The sales lady also gave us so many samples to let me and my boyfriend try at home. I've using the Bitter Orange Toner and sample serum & purifying facial exfoliate for a while. I can see my skin has an obvious change after I start to use Aesop. It becomes more softer and balance than before. Especially I feel very hydrated in the morning (I usually apply serum before bed). I'm so happy to do my skincare with Aesop products everyday and will keep exploring more with this brand!

Samantha Bissell: Above and beyond customer service - every time.
Whit: I fall more and more in love with this place every time I visit the Brighton area. I went in today and received remarkably exceptional service from Laura and Vicki today during the Christmas workshop! Laura had an unforgettable personality and Vicki makes your heart melt with her kind, compassionate heart. They are one of a kind. There we’re a few other employees helping out today and they didn’t smile nor say hello to you at all. That was disappointing but they we’re only there for the day and thank goodness for the regulars. They have a wide variety of herbs, supplements, seamoss, protein powders and so many yummmm vegan snacks to offer too! Check them out, it’s smaller but has great products and incredible service compared to the Cambridge location.
Emily Wang: Large selection of basically everything to do with the idea "natural." Tons of herbs, zero-waste stuff like shampoo refills, and I appreciate their variety of menstrual cups with display ones you can hold and look at.
Kristopher Kuss: The bulk section is very nice. I go in for loose leaf peppermint tea. I always end up buying something else. The selection is great. The prices are a bit much.

They are also taking covid precautions in their bulk section - they cannot fill customers' own bottles but do offer little baggies for free that you can put bulk stuff into. Products are of course a little more expensive than at the big box stores, but there is the benefit of their products being more curated. Note that this Boston Landing store does not carry identical products to the Central Square store, so if you're looking for something specific you saw in their marketing (e.g. social media), you might want to call ahead to check if the location you are going to carries it.

Madeline Bennetti: They have really nice products and knowledgeable staff. I got a scoby there, and they gave me good advice about it. It's expensive, but they sell specialty products that are all natural and whole. It's a really fun place to just browse and pick up gifts, but also good if you have a specialized diet or health condition that you want to try to treat naturally.

A Hoyt: Very similar to the Cambridge location, but smaller and with fewer products. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were able to purchase the supplements we were looking for.
Niki Price: The “GO-TO” for innovative natural foods and body care products. Second location is just as thoughtful and cutting edge. Best customer service and most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever seen. They have plenty of CBD and my favorite coconut water probiotic, inner-ēco. 💦

Although this second location isnt as large as the Porter Square store, there is still a great variety of products to be found (from food/drinks to body care to household items). I will say we went in for loose leaf tea and although Boston Landing had several varieties, I'd go to Porter Square in the future for a larger selection.The Boston Landing location has a packed schedule of events/demos- love how much this company values community partnerships! Staff is eager to help and very knowledgable. We were able to find parking nearby and enjoyed walking around the developing neighborhood.Exciting to see CN finally across the river- check it out!
