City Liquors: what do users think?
Samin Pro: Normal liquor store.
Dra Man: Rudest people I've ever dealt with. The prices they advertise are not what they charge you. Watch out, I got scammed.
Gb O: DO NOT order from this store. They advertise prices on delivery apps to be lower, only to increase them without consent. Disgusting behavior.
Melissa Janeway: Exceptional service and staff! Great selection and delivery services!
Andy T: The store is pleasant enough. Good beer selection. Good stuff for liqueurs. For the most part, there isn't too much to complain. I used to come here regularly. However, some of the management behavior is rather questionable. During the pandemic, when masks were in short supply, the store started to sell loose KN95 masks and hand sanitizer at ridiculous markups (something like $10 a mask), clearly hoping to price gouge and take advantage of a national emergency.Alcohol sales was already at an all time high during the lock down, so one must conclude that the price gouging was done purely out of greed. I cannot in good conscience continue to support this establishment, and will be taking my business elsewhere.
jimmitry Emile: They close later then any other liquor store in cambridge, last call from Monday to Friday 11pm
Malcolm Mayfield: I asked them to buy a certain kind of alcohol and they did 😇
Viveka Akkison: Lady who works nights there is so rude, I’ll never go back because of her. Her husband is a sweet heart but she should be fired immediately.
joe smolsky: Great selection and friendly staff.
Leah Gadd: No staff member in this store were wearing any masks despite the current mask mandate in Cambridge
G Plunkett: They have everything a cocktail enthusiast could want at reasonable prices. They even threw in some limes with my margarita ingredients
Darren Parker: Very helpful and humble people. God bless them.
Paul Campos Dunn: Muy surtido, limpio y agradable. El personal atento
Evan Winslow: Has a great selection and delivery. However I have had an experience where one of the delivery workers was very rude and unprofessional.
R L: Great beer selection! Just make sure to check for the package date.
Paul Nugent: Management very helpful
Roberto Famania: They good real good 🍷 nd cheap
Jennie Knoedler: I emailed twice and contacted their customer support regarding an order and received no reply. I called up finally and requested status of the order. Ultimately, it ended up with the request of a refund and order cancellation. The individual I spoke to, mumbled and hung up the phone. I called back and asked for a receipt of the order cancellation and he advised I would receive one shortly. I have received no correspondence or communication from this company.
Christopher Taylor: Best selection in the neighborhood.
Cooper Setterlund: Nicest liquor store and best selection I've seen in Somerville/Cambridge!
The Lazy bartenders!!: 👍😋

Cambridge Wine & Spirits: what do users think?
Ben smith: Unfortunately I shop here regularly as it’s the most convenient place due to proximity to the supermarket. It’s easily 2/3$ mark up on liquor and not great beer prices. But I pay it happily - and am in there 3-4 time a week. Probably spend $100 weekly. What I would consider a regular customer. They do not care about the customer. They close early and lock the door 5 min before the posted closing time.. right before I went to walk in a grab a 6 pack (would take less than 2 min) the manager locked the door. Ignores my knocking, and then was a defensive jerk when I asked him why when he came out right at the posted closing time. Anyways - that’s the last time I will go there, and I’ll take my 5k of yearly business elsewhere.
Jandro: They allow you to buy singles of craft beers. A great way to try out a variety to find what you like.
Erich W: Good selection of beer and wine but abysmal, near criminal markup on liquor, especially whiskey. Plus, bottles are stored on their side, so you’ll likely pay, if you’re willing to, 500-1000% markup and then get home with a cork-rotted bottle. I boycott this place out of principle.
Laura Caro Ruiz: Great wine, beer, and cider selection! Found several international items I haven’t seen elsewhere and staff were very helpful
Natasha Cham: Friendly staff and great selection of biodynamic, natural and organic wines!
N: Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Good selection of products I can't find elsewhere.
Mark Duddy: This spot is where I am from; I went to grade school on Rindge Avenue. The selection of Fine Spirits, Wine, and Beer is impeccable and the Prices cannot be beaten. My favorite L, or LQ, or Package Store! Ask for my Friend Rodrigo he knows all and you be very pleased. They now deliver as well, the minimum is $50. Most places require a $100 minimum; keep the old BRIDGE ALIVE👍
Katie Carlson: Excellent wine and liquor selection, and a good beer selection, plus they let you mix and match singles. Fair prices and a friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Suong Bui: Big sake and soju selections. They do have great asian liquor range of products. Will come back for more, nice staffs
Ephraim Eugene: Good selection of beers and wine
yuki Sakamoto: a great variety of liquors
Augustus Craig: Price gouging on whiskey, give your business to someone else.
Holly TT: They have local and organic wines, lots of choice!
Andi Land: Good selection and ok prices. Good location next to Whole foods.
Thomas P: Not a big selection of tall boys.
Susan B: Their staffs are super friendly and have great knowledge about Fine Wines. I got helped and picked out a wonderful bottle of Wine. We had a great dinner together with our family friends last weekend. Thank you for your services we will come back for more recommendations!!!
obinna Ogazie: 👍
Fernando Corado: good price
Jackson Ph: Best wine and champagne selections available in the area. Staffs are always helpful and give great advises on the best wine. My mom loves the recommendation wine I took from one of the staff. Will come back more and more!
Cameron McIntosh: I been using this place since I was old enough.
Dana Fashina: Diverse selection of spirits

Cambridge Brewing Company: what do users think?
Erica C: We always have a great experience at Cambridge Brewing! Located in a convenient spot in Cambridge for lunch. We visited in April and would have loved to sit outside on their patio if it wasn't for the chill. The star of their menu is their pizza. The crust had the perfect crunch and chew to it. After a less-than-savory dining experience in downtown Boston, we were happy to go back for a visit at our trusty go-to restaurant.
Emily Schackmuth: About as useful as the beertender who answered my friend’s questions. We were just looking for a quick pit stop for a brew, and the one beertender was extremely rude and uninterested in answering any questions we had regarding all things beer related. Beer was mediocre at best coming from people who know their beer and was looking for something new. The customer service was not up to par. Would not recommend.
Evgenia D: I wanted to like it, but it was simply mediocre. Very basic beer, food is just not good. Salmon burger didn't taste salmon. Generous portions stuffed with carbs and fat. Not creative in any way. Certainly a place to stuff one's stomach, but far from a place to enjoy a good meal + beer.
Jaye Aster Broder: Nice large space would be good for happy hours of moderately sized groups. We enjoyed trying the flight of beers. The ‘taste the rainbow’ tastes more like juice or kombucha. We liked the IPAs. We did not try any of the food here but it seemed consistent with Cambridge pub food. I’d come back here.CBC would be better if the flight tasting cards were designed so that the labels were wide enough to actually align with the beers (right now there is a CBC logo that is a bit unnecessary and takes up space). The menu also list types of glasses rather than volume for the beers, which can be difficult to interpret. There are two doors to get to the bathroom so you have to use your hands to open the second door. It would be nice if they either put a trash can near the door to open with a paper towel and discard or a foot pull to reduce exposure if other people haven’t washed their hands as thoroughly
EduArdo Omondi: Wonderful spot for a fantastic hoppy beer. Great food too!
Alexandra Grigore: The menu is absolutely underwhelming…and the service is as precarious .I highly recommend avoiding this place!
Chris Nox: Avoid. The service is horrible. Took more than an hour to get any food. Don’t spoil your mood in this place.
David Grout: Went with a large group. Good beer selection, mediocre food. Calamari was mushy, burgers were bland.
Malcolm Mayfield: Was great but difficult to order with shellfish allergiesFood: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
E Rowland: Went for a drink and asked to sit in the sun on the patio. The waiter said sure and sat our party of 2 at a table of 6. We suggested breaking the table out to not take up so many seats, despite the fact there were multiple other empty tables and the restaurant was not busy. We were told it was fine to sit at the larger table. Shortly after, another server came over and asked us to move. After explaining the situation, this server still insisted we move tables because this one was reserved for larger parties. There wasn’t even a larger party waiting on the table. They lost our business and it was a terrible first time experience. I will not be returning. I will also refrain from purchasing any Cambridge brewery beers at other establishments moving forward.
Mahlon Deneault: Excellent beer, the barely triple was outstanding and the eggplant fries were on point.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Kallen Tu: At night, fish of the day was out. The beers and cider were pretty good, but on a windy, rainy night, the inside seats were actually fairly cold.We had to wait around 40 minutes to get a large table. The miso salmon tasted pretty good, although the portion was a tad small.
Karl henry: Mediocre food (the hummus salad bowl was literally just hummus, the coleslaw on the chicken sandwich was dry and flavorless) BUT the beer was delicious and the service was great.
Jessica Grant: Great food and service! The brussels sprouts were especially awesome and I really enjoyed the If You Like Pina Coladas IPA.The staff was very friendly and attentive for the event I was part of hosting.Parking: There was much more street parking than I was expecting, which was refreshing. Just note that you can only park in a zone for two hours max and have to move it outside of the zone for the app to allow you to pay for more parking.
Tanya Melnikova: Beer is good, atmosphere is great but not great selection of ipas. Ipa and double dry ipa taste pretty much same.
Linda Corcoran: I came here for dinner with my partner tonight and I had a horrendous experience. The host was incredibly kind and sweet but our server David was absolutely obnoxious. He never cared to introduce himself and when I asked why he was rushing me and my partner he simply said he was very busy and we could leave if we wanted to. It started to rain and the host told us we could move under the canopy to which David our “server” started to berate the host in Spanish. Thank you to the host for putting his foot down and demanded that we must move due to the rain because we were afraid of David. We spent over $250 but David made us feel like we were doing him a favor. The host was incredibly apologetic for David’s behavior and we appreciate host, he was a very kind and warm young man. But we will never return because of David, he was out of control, rude and cold. My partner left in tears because David was as so rude.
Michael Narbut: I am a long time customer of your brewery having dined at your Kendalll Square establishment for many years going back to 2006. While I have taken a break since 2019 I recently returned to in person dining today. I regret to say my experience was less than satisfactory. I have had more than 90 unique brews up until today. I entered the establishment slightly after 2:00 PM today 9/9/2022. I proceeded to the bar to order a Doctor's Note pilsner. The waiter did not greet himself, tell me his name, or inquire how I was doing. Very nonchalant. I sipped on my beer and when it was time to order my second round Daryl S. was nowhere to be found. I waited nearly 10 minutes at which point I asked a hostess to pour me a teardrop of Pina Colada. That went unanswered. At which point I asked another hostess to pour it which she kindly did. All is well at this point. When Daryl returned he promptly gave me my recipt as if to expect I was leaving; I was not. When I ordered my third beer he said this is your last. Um, excuse me? When I asked why he said, "I am not going to watch you pound beers all afternoon." By the way, I sipped on two beers over 45-50 minutes. This does not qualify as pounding. For the most part he was not at the bar so how could he say I am watching you all afternoon. Note, there were only two other customers at the bar and they had left after one drink when he told me this. After questioning he said all right I'm taking your beer away from you. He quickly snatched it and took it off the bill and would not allow me to order bottles from the cooler. Note, I drove over an hour to get to your facility specifically meant to order many of your expensive brewery specific releases. I asked Daryl if I was impaired. He gave a blank stare and said what part of ordering no more alcohol don't you understand? I said this is no way to treat paying customers who are quiet and accomodating. He proceeded to ask me if you want to buy alcohol there is a liquor store down the street. Are you kidding me? He also aske me what I do for work. What bearing does that have to do with this situation. He insulted my customer service aptitude which is extremely unprofessional. I told him I am a Principal IT Systems Engineer but again this is irrevelant. I left disgusted and very much dismayed at how such as manager can run a brewery. Please speak with him and share my experience. There is no place for such behavior in any customer-centric hospitality business.
Orsini: If a manager is willing to lose a customer for life over not topping off a pitcher that was not properly poured , what does that say about an establishment? Ordered over 250 dollars btw
Jea Kim: Good place to get basic pub foods and beer.Came here on a weekday after work. I've had CBC beers from other restaurants in the area, and my friends and I decided to check them out. The patio was almost full, so we grabbed one of the tables inside which was essentially empty at the time.We got the Thai Curry fried chicken sandwich and the fried calamari with their in-house beers. Compared to other popular pubs in Boston, the food here was a bit lacking. Calamari wasn't very crispy and the fried chicken sandwich was also a bit dry. Nevertheless, they are still a decent option if you're looking to grab a drink and their in-house beers are solid.
Brittney: The worst service I’ve ever received. We called ahead of time to inform them of a large group, the said ok no problem we arrive and their was attitude at the door. I’ve never seen or experience this level of disrespect
Nick Maus: Extremely rude server with a short temper and bad attitude. Beer was good, but many comments from the server ruined our experience. Will not be back.

Cambridge Spirits: what do users think?
joe dewolfe: I received a gift card from a friend and I went online, created an account, redeemed my gift card for a spirit and done! I picked my purchase up at the store (in my case) a day later. very easy, very impressed.
Kavin Du: The staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable. Great selection and great prices on Spirits. If you are looking for that rare and difficult to find bottle, chances are they might have them. Next time I have to remember to share a dram with them.
Ian: Good craft beer selection. But, it's a very cramped space, and they don't list prices on the shelves, which is deceptive and annoying.
Claudia Ctortecka: Great selection for a decent price
Paul Surette: Store is always congested with boxes in the aisles. Diverse selection of spirits though.
Amit Schechter: Amazing service, the owner and staff are all extremely nice and helpful
Patrick McKenna: Good selection of beer, and craft beers, however it is off the beaten path and while the selection is good, it never really rotates and is always the same. I wish they had more generic beers such as Miller, Bud, Sam and not mainly craft beers. That being said the liquor selection is top notch and the employees are very knowledgeable. They have some high end, limited bottles and are always happy to find what you want. Great prices as well.
Guarionex De Los Santos: Best prices in town! Friendly service!! Lots of delicious stuff!!!
Peter Makrauer: I will always take my business to Charles and Cambridge Spirits. Great folks, outstanding selections and a delight all around.
Junji Morokuma: Our favorite local wine shop. I find and purchase rare Blanc de Noirs champagnes here, sometimes even during our dog walk.
Meichelle Ferguson: Really outstanding selection
Chad Gracia: Extremely friendly staff with a great range of delicious affordable wines and rare gems worth the splurge. One of the best curated selections in Boston -- this tiny store hits all the key notes and it's clear each bottle was chosen with care and respect for the wide range of palates and wallets of its patrons.
안희원: 와인은 종류가 다양한데 맥주는 생각보다 적어서 아쉬워요
E S: Awesome supply of spirits!! From the playful to the rare and prestige. 15 min parking right in front of the store makes jt super convenient. Really friendly staffer too!!
Barry Kukkuk: Great selection of not so mainstream whiskies
alex sludds: Good quality spirits with knowledgeable staff
Mary Poor: Good selection and exceptionally nice, helpful people.
Vickie Kwiecinski: Very helpful with an online gift card purchase!
Ryan Sather: Nice depth of bourbons for sale. Fair prices
Brian Allenby: Helpful and knowledgeable owner, friendly and remembers clients.
Matthew Bainbridge: Small place but very thoughtful selection. The man working evenings is very helpful and friendly.. my go to when I need I'm passing by in need of libations.

Suha Chung: First United Liquor is such a great little spot! Can’t wait to come here again.
Zane Henley: Thanks so much to the owner, Lenny, for letting us shoot my film here! Had a couple shots in my script that needed to be outside a convenience store and this one fit my aesthetic perfectly. Also happy that I found this place because it has anything you'd ever need for a party, honestly so much liquor and all the high quality stuff too.
Patrick Milligan: Open good amount of hours. Good selection and prices for snacks and booze.
David Kolifrath: Great place, great products
Rachel Silva: Extremely helpful and the best selection!!
Jeremy Hert: Love this place! Awesome people and selection, great addition to neighborhood
Barret Daniels: First United Market is great! They have one of the best selections of beer, wine, and liquor in the central square area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I find their prices to be very fair and reasonable as well. This is our go to place and I would recommend it to anyone!
Emma Iversen: Great liquor store and in a nice location. The interior is beautiful and not dingy, like some other stores in the area. Very clean and bright inside and so many options, even had my favorite rose!
Sushmita Udoshi: Producing a film at BU and the store owner let me shoot here! I am glad I came across this location because this will the store I forever buy my liquor from in Boston! Incredibly clean, such a nice selection, well lit, and good prices. The people working there are also friendly and will help you get what you need without a problem. 10/10 recommend!
alay patel: Very good service over all. Found the stuff could not find anywhere else around the area .
Julian Runge: Very good selection of drinks and snacks but weird stuff happens on checkout. An extra dollar here and there. E.g., the register shows 27.89 but the card gets charged for 28.79. Not sure what’s going on but doesn’t seem fully legit.
Felipe Suárez Giri: At the moment of paying they charged me 30% extra, and when I complained they told me “that’s the new price”, and refused to give me the difference in the price back
Clement Gehring: This place has really changed under the new ownership. Great selection and great place!

Rob McCarthy: Being in the parking lot aside, was a great spot to chill with some friends.Parking: It's IN a parking lot.. So ya...Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Stephen Keen: Very laid back and eclectic. Good vibes. Would get 5 stars but too few bar staff.

Wonderful addition to the neighborhood!

Lord Hobo Cambridge: what do users think?
Erin Condon: This is my favorite spot in Cambridge for many reasons. It’s a bar filled with locals and run by good, good people. Food is good, beer is better. And the second you sit on one of those bar stools you feel like you’re home. I might stay in Cambridge forever, to keep going back or this bar. It’s the only place to be on Sundays. If you end up at Lord Hobo on a Sunday with Scotty behind the bar, blasting 90s rock, pouring Jameson shots, and filling your beer before you’ve taken the last sip, your Sunday was good enough. I’ve cried at this bar, I’ve died laughing at this bar. God, I love this place more than I will love my first born (don’t tell them i said that). I’m not above hard core judging anyone who has anything slightly bad to say about this establishment. One of a kind.
Andy Morgan: Credit card fees? It's 2023...
Jay Panora: Scotty is the real mvp, made our whole night 🤘
James Smapde: Pretty good bar food and local beer for a tapas and french wine price. Who sells flights for $27??!
James Rubinstein: Doesn't look like much from the outside but the food and beer selection is good. Surprisingly no caffeine free sodas, if you are going with kids, and that's important to you :)
Charlie L: Great local spot. Always classy, always complete. Good music, great staff, and a great layout. And of course, great beer.
Craig Arnold: Great tap room with a great beer selection, ranging from Lagers, IPA’s and stouts. I’ve always been a big fan of Lord Hobo but never have the time to visit the Woburn location when I come from Vermont. The bartender, Camille, was amazing, providing great recommendations, very hospitable and easy to talk to, I felt right at home. Us Vermonters take our craft beer very seriously and this place exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Cambridge. Keep up the good work!
Julianna Pearson: Chill vibes for a quick dinner and drink after work. Love supporting a local brewery.
Eazy: Tips included in your check and then the receipt sneakily asks you to tip more. They also charge a fee for using a credit card. Will not return.
Andrew Zoller: Awesome beer and service. Darker pub vibe and a bit quieter, but definitely a favorite spot. No food.
Shiran Soholitsky: Nice bar, mostly for studentsReally bad smell of fried oil stuck to all my clothes and hair :(
Dominick Pecora: My birthday party reservation was canceled due to a party of 80 coming. All I wanted for my birthday was a juice lord.
Hassan Chehab: Great beer! Highly recommend the stouts.
Jonathan Gosselin: Phenomenal beer with great food. Music was on point this evening. Thanks for a great time. 10/10
Jordan Klein: Great beer and fries
James Anderson: The beers are great! The fish fritters were also good, but the problem comes when you get a couple flights (no price on the menu) and when you pay you find out they are $25 each!! No mention from the bartender that you’re paying for 3 pints and you don’t get to choose your own flight?! 6 3oz pours for that price is out of line. I’ve been to over 100 breweries and had flights at most and this is the most egregious pricing scheme I’ve ever encountered. If not for the sneaky bilking in the flights this would have been a 4-5 star place.
Daniel Iannuzzo: Great place to hang out with friends. The waitress was awesome and helped me find a beer I like since I don’t know much about it - try the black currant sour!
Sumeet Gupta: Great collection of beers and cocktails, service could have been better.
Aaron Cole: Nice spot for a beer and quick bite
Patriots Nation 4 life: Real nice place, its small but has good service and drinks.
Jazmyne Cromwell: Great pretzels and good beers
