TheTopLuca: The place is located in a very convenient location around Harvard square. It is about 5-7 mins walking distance from the T. Finding a parking spot can be a little bit tricky during busier times. However, finding a spot to sit in inside of the restaurant should be a much easier task as the restaurant is very spacious and has a lot of tables as well as multiple floors.The food is really delicious and our hostess Annisia was very welcoming and explained all of the menu thoroughly! She was also very patient and answered all of our questions with great depth. All of the other staff members were equally friendly and welcoming.As for the food, we tried the Mussel and shrimp bags, both with Shbang sauce. Both of the options very delicious. We also tried the Shbang bang Shrimp which was the group's favorite, the fried calamari and the fried shrimp baskets. All of the food was really tasty and the portions were very sizable. I find it difficult to believe that anyone would leave the restaurant feeling hungry!Last but not least, the prices are very moderate and definitely affordable.Overall : great experience, friendly staff and convenient location. Would definitely go back again!Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple stairs without any ramps so it's difficult for people with wheelchairs to get there.

You eat your meal dressed in a bib and plastic gloves, eating with your hands out of a plastic bag instead of a plate. Novel concept, and so good!! The other was 1 lb snow crab legs and 1 lb of green mussels. There were also corn and potato included in the combo. I loved the snow crab legs and the clams. Mussels was okay for me. Too bad the clams were too small. I would need to ordered 2 lb of clams. I wish the corn was sweet.Spice level: I couldn't decide between mild or medium. I asked the server and decided to go for medium. I like the kick to it but a bit spicy for me. I would recommend either very mild or mild if you don't eat spicy food. Next time, I would try mild and compare which kind of spice I like more.I can't wait to go back again.

Megan O'Lena: I visited The Hourly with my son on our first trip to Boston. We had a reservation and we were seated right away even though it was a busy Friday night in the Square. It was a little loud, but every full restaurant is. Despite it being busy, we didn’t wait for anything, everything arrived timely and piping hot. I HIGHLY recommend the cocktails, as well as the hush puppies. Everyone from the efficient host, to our friendly waiter, to the red headed manager was a delight, and we will be returning on our next trip because the service was excellent. This was a $45 lobster roll (served warm). I was very surprised and very disappointed. This place has a wonderful reputation. They are known for their seafood. So, I am not sure what happened. Mister Mister: My family enjoyed this iconic place as we have eaten here 3 times in the past 10 years when we visit Boston. Service was excellent, manager friendly (showed my adolescent boys the large lobsters) and fun atmosphere. So why the low rating? My shrimp were woefully overcooked, rubbery and inedible...how can that happen at a place that specializes in seafood? The scallops were also overcooked, but not as bad. However, they were gritty. The food highlight were the brussel sprouts and my son's swordfish.
michael hernandez: These guys went above and beyond for me this past Sunday at there drag brunch event. Ruben, the manager showed excellent, over the top hospitality and made a odd special request happen for me by adding a drink name for my partner on the brunch menu. In addition to that, they spoke with the drag show artist for a special shout out and presented the cake I had got for her with the entire room singing to just her.( I felt bad for the other lady's who were also celebrating a birthday) our server was also really good and attentive making sure we had our drinks right out and she had a large amount of covers with a lot going on! The menu was small but perfect for brunch and executed perfectly and so fast I thought the runner was at the wrong table. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a venue for a larger party or just a date. To everyone that was there on Sunday I am sincerely grateful. You made a special woman's entire day and made me look like I'm a catch 😂 Cheers to Ruben and staff. Hospitality like that is hard to find now aways.

Alona King: I stopped in here for a quick rest stop. Ordered a bowl of clam chowder, half dozen oysters and a Pom & Rose Lemon Drop cocktail. Phenomenal! The flavors from the oysters and lemon drop especially played well with each other, made for a scrumptious combination. Plus the bartender was so friendly in finding the ideal drink for me. davidson joseph: I walked in for a drink at around 8:45 pm(Mar 1) and Dan was super subjective and rude. He didn’t even take the time say good evening. He didn’t introduce himself or kindly state that the establishment would close soon. He looked at me and said, “ Are you drinking or not?…”As an educated Harvard graduate studentI felt unwelcome and not valued as a customer.This is certainly my first and last experience at this location… I hope this is not representative of the whole establishment. I was told by the bartender that Dan is not the MOD. I’m hoping he gets proper training in cultural sensitivity and best practices especially if he is in front of the house.
街歩幾多郎: ボストンのシーフードといえばリーガルシーフードです。CopleyとKendall/MITの地下鉄の駅のそばにあります。美味しい魚料理が食べられます。少し高級なので、お客さんが来た時などに食べに行くことが多いです。ですがお店には家族連れも多く、ボストンの皆さんに多くの支持を得ていると思います。日本の人には、大西洋の鮭、クラムチャウダーなどがお勧めです。そのほか、ムール貝やいろいろな魚が乗った料理や、イカの唐揚げなども美味しいです。ケンドールの駅（outbound) の出口を出て、目の前の道を右手の方に進むと、金属製の魚の大きなモニュメントがあります。それが目印です。

Somewhat disappointing, since we went to a higher-end spot for a special occasion.Our servers were very attentive & helpful, though, & we were grateful to get a good table despite showing up a full hour before our reservation time.Vegetarian options: Seafood, first menu affords vegetarians lots of appealing options. (It'd be a different story for vegans, of course.)
S P: Walked by and was drawn in by the ambience. The food didn’t disappoint either. Service is on point. Had everything we wanted, and an inviting place for a good long chat. Glad we came across a nice restaurant as such. Start with the oysters and end with the cappuccino! You won’t go wrong.

Kaylee Sorrell: My fiance and I came to Cajun Cafe after a long day at Level 99. We were pleased to find the food was SO GOOD. Do not listen to other reviews, the people running it were so sweet, great customer service, and I'll post a picture after half was ALREADY eaten...big portions, happy customers. We will be back.
Nastassjia (Stass): Master Wok right next to it, is so much better, especially for the price that they charge for the food. The bourbon chicken was not good at all.

Bab Msn: CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! Dishonest business. The lady at the register tried to overcharge me for the food. The veg combo was $9.99, 2 meat combo was $9.99. The lady entered $24.61 on the register. I did not handover the credit card and asked her for itemized price. Her response was "too much" food in the boxes. I did not ask for "too much" food and the person serving filled the box. The cashier and the person serving are within arms reach, yet they do not check with each other. They RIP OFF of the unsuspecting customers. Food is average.

The problem is the dishonest conduct: the highest price on the menu is around $10-$11, but in reality they charge $14-$17. Later I realized that two of the kids also had shrimps, that should have been detailed in the receipt, and we should have been notified in advance about the higher price. Feeding 4 kids was supposed to be under $50, but was almost $70. Even after I questioned the price the lady would not lower it to a fair level. I don't think we'll eat here again. azizat lawal: I found a maggot in my food. I went to the managing office of the mall but all they had me do was right a complaint about the place. Both the managing office and the Resturant accused me of lying but implying that because I came to complain 3 days later, even though I presented them with a photo, that there was nothing they could do and that they have never had a problem like that, that health services are always supervising but obviously they missed the maggots in there restaurant. Disgusting service, disgusting food, and horrible mall management service.

L Smith: The food is great, the customer service is great I didn’t give 5 star due their greed. I’ve been a few times, the cashier switches, but both time there has been a young man of color. Out of curiosity I questioned about the TIP (as I TIP well) I was told that the cashier(s) DO NOT receive the tip the owner (s), cook, staff in the back do. I think that is very SELFISH for them to keep the tip(s). As the greeter and the cashier he too should be able to receive TIPS.
