Ruihan Wu: I bought a bag of rice and it had bugs in it the first time it’s opened. Brought it back to the store and the manager wouldn’t return it saying it’s been too long. This store would not take responsibility for selling defective products that has series health concerns. Would never come back again.

Reliable Market: what do users think?
Heather Mack: Where else can you get novelty candy from Korea, an incredible beer selection, plus fresh fish and so much more? This place is a gem.
Alexander Taylor: I've been shopping here for years. Reliable Market is my favorite Asian grocery store in the Boston area. To start with, it's in Union Square, which is generally an excellent place to spend time, so the location is great. The store itself is family-run. Paul curates one of the best beer selections you'll find in Somerville, and I don't say that lightly. The grocery selection is second to none. All kinds of hard-to-find fresh, dried, fermented, and canned goods you simply won't find at other local stores - even in Chinatown for some items. Great wine and sake selection as well. The restaurant in the back is a hidden gem. Their chef will cook you all kinds of wonderful comfort foods and there are a few seats, or you can get it to go. The density of high quality items makes this store a fascinating wonderland of culinary adventure to browse. I come here regularly just to look around and try things, and I always leave with a few things. Never change, Reliable Market! Somerville needs you!
Kyle Conroy: Great store, bigger than it looks with a good selection of beer and Korean/Japanese groceries. They serve made to order food that's really good and reasonably priced.
anika balaconis: Best boston stop for everything you've longed for but couldn't find. Great alcohol selection. Big snack collection from korea and japan. Noodles and sauces of all kinds. Fresh and frozen veg and seafood.
Alexandra Kaidan Berry: North Korean, the reason for a colostomy, poison food, beware dangerous!
Robert Emery: They're the only place carrying my favorite Japanese rice crackers. It's family run and the employees are always kind and helpful.
Demerson Negao: Great place ⚡
Haoxuan Wang: Great place to get some Asian groceries and nice collection of local beer.
Sean: Lovely local bodega, sweet staff, and fantastic craft beer selection.
Dylan Shilts: Paul was awesome! Food selection seems endless. Highly recommend!!
Slater Victoroff: Great market, great produce and huge selection of delicious stuff
Bruce Pritchard: Excellent selection, great place to shop.
Phyllis Kay Larson: I use to love Reliable Market Place frequented it often in the past. Almost 20 years. For some reason It is overprice. I could not believe my bill $393.00 just on condiments alone was expensive 15 items soy sauce and such , few green vegetables items, a packet of spicy ramen, 15 lb rice , two ovalMochi bags, and three gyoza bags one was $25.00? The other two $20 combined something like that.3 soda bottle that has a marble as a cap in it for the grandkids. Then as I walked to the back I was still shaking my head wondering WTH?I was already overcharged the prices out way more than HMart and other Asian Markets. Then to see a charge of $45.00 for Buns? I am thinking there has to be a mistake! What buns?! Are gyoza called buns?I spoke to the son of the owner I would assume. Very nice and cordial young man. He checked the receipt and items I bought and agreed there no buns there in any of my bags. Told him it the buns were the gyoza you can take them back. I can make my own.I also told him they no longer have The Japanese Ramen???I got my refund on my card $45.00I left Thanked the man and then went to my car and drove to the local Stop n Shop? The one around the corner or is it Market Basket?Anyway for the price of one ramen bag was high at Reliable mostly spicy. At the grocery store around the corner where I went and I purchased six boxes of ramen 3 shrimp and 3 chicken for the price of $18.00, two bags of cookies, 3 big bottles of Aloe Vera Juice. Total came to $44.98Well spent. I went to the Reliable Market for the soda bottles with a marble top as a novelty purchase for the grandkids as they requested it.Then asked for shrimp and chicken ramen.I can shop elsewhere and get reasonable prices and not worry about being overcharged and hindsight another $11.98 or $11.99 charge was suspect but by then I just wanted to go home and put my frozen gyoza in the freezer. As I said I use to love shopping there but to date I will take my business elsewhere. If you like liquor that would be a place to go as they have an array of different liquors and Alcohol beverages. The irony of it all I went there to purchase three soda marble top for my grandkids.🤦🏻Won’t be going back. Something just does not seem right the vibe has changed.People are all pleasant enough just check your receipt.
Harold Oshima: Really just a liquor store now
John Clauson: Really helpful and friendly staff, easy to find interesting snacks and groceries
Jeani Rome: They don't make food here
Jeraldine Godfrey: Staff is quite helpful. Checkout lines move quickly. It can get crowded, but the customers and staff here know how to deal with that
Trent House: Nice, clean Asian market with a great cider and craft beer selection.
Samuel Bar: So much packed into such a small space. Produce, fish, meat, sauces, asian snacks, frozen foods, and a wall of beer to chose from! Why shop anywhere else?
Jessy McQuaw: I go there sometimes for east Asian groceries and produce. What really impresses me is their large selection of sake, soju, and many other wines. And now they have a good craft beer section as well!
Bryan Phillips: Love love love this place

New Wei Feng Market 偉豐行超市: what do users think?
Jay Kwok: The cashier has a bad attitude !!!
Al lee: Cheaper than most places. You can also buy in bulk for even cheaper. Just ask the staff.
Elaine Cho: I went here for a walk with my friends. Although the supermarket is small, it has a complete range of items👍
Tom Lui: Best Asian market. While not as large as C-marts, but items are fresher and much better pricing.
Asdf Jkl: large variety of chinese medicinal herbs
Chris Yiu: Vegetable are very fresh
Wen Zh: bad quality, I bought a big bottle of rice cooking wine, it's salted water. the boss states that it is not his business, refused to return. Instant yeast 454g cost 9 dollars, meat prices higher than another market. it is not worth to shopping there.
michael lin: 🚗🚕🚙🚌🚓🚥🌈
Maggie Gao: 酱料类有劣质品,买了南乳和芝麻酱结果都吃不了
Francisco Lopez: Muy bien..
Lizz Lee: Good selection and pricing for a small market. A lot of dried goods. Everyday veggies. Frozen foods. Medicine. Limited fresh meats.
Ashton Grimball: We LOVE their purple sweet potatoes!
Michael C: Very small Chinese market with limited selection of food items, mainly dried goods. The store is located off the main road and not easily found unless you know the area.Cashier was new in the US as she said the $10 bill used was not good. Looked at it and it was an older bill which is still in circulation and still good!Prices are a bit higher.Better to go down the street to the 88 Market for lower prices and more and selection of food.
John Carey: Outstanding small Chinese grocery. Fresh vegetables. Great selection of food products.

New Ming Inc: what do users think?
Richard Callahan: Not the cleanest place but has all the hard to find veggies and good fresh fish
Blu Lu: Bad credit , unreliable, don‘t buy from them !
kimmy D: Very bad company! Bad credit ! No pay vendor for 180days !
Mon Liu: This place is competed against by CMART down the street which proves to be much busier possibly due to having parking lots.I usually come in here first bc CMART is usually too many people due to probably bc theres parking there. Here there are more snacks.
Wai Leung: 品種齊全,價格便宜。
Tammy Y: Fresh pork with appropriate cuts for asian dishes. Also they carry a whole list of previously frozen offals that you don't normally find at your neighborhood grocers. Downside is their hole in the wall store front and sometimes awful smell.
sonia brodsky: New management does not mean better management. Horrible customer service. If you're afraid a 67-year-old grandmother is skimming off too much scallion off you, tell your employees to stop batching them in that quantity. Even if she grabbed a particular big batch of scallion, so what? IT'S. GREEN. ONIONS. Knowing your competition is just down the street and you can't compete on prices due to higher import costs now, you would think it would be smarter to start differentiating yourself with better customer service. Guess that's not common sense to some people. Shameful way of running a business.
Gordon Fong: Good prices
Qisen Luan: Have some groceries more expensive than c-mart, but now overall are cheaper.
rosalind pendleton: I enjoy shopping at Ming's the fish is awesome the vegetables are always fresh only problem language but that's okay I know how to point at what I need
Austin Le: No parking
Allxfox562: Some of the rudest employees ive ever encountered 😂 😂 😂
Lisa M Furr: It's a great market if you can find a person who works there, that speaks English and is willing to help you. Not one of my favorite places
Eve Oz: Love everything about this store
Hong Ma: Enough free parking space, decent quality of product. variety and smell are not that great
cat: I used to prefer shopping here than others for 8 years, but their shelves have been empty and prices are higher than other supermarkets. I have given a lot of chances, but nothing really changes.
Thomas Moy: Pricing for items very reasonable.
Greg Dias: Went to get 5 lobsters
Elizabeth Weimann: I enjoy seeing the wide variety of foods and other goods, but I have to ignore the odors that hit me at the front door. My husband got a really nice new wok and we selected a wide variety of dumplings and some seasonings not available in other places. The produce was beautiful and the fish looked fresh but the odors were apparently coming from the old freezer units that need to be replaced in the section with the fish, meat and produce.
Kim Taylor Knight: Great prices and variety.
Jess Bean: We stopped in to grab some things we can't find anywhere near us and appreciated the selection and prices. While I didn't find everything on my list, I didn't ask for help looking either. I'll be back again when I'm not worried about anything sitting in a hot car all day.

Obadah Aloum: They may be small, but they have everything.

Aaqib Sohail: Expensive and bad qualityI have been to several halal meat shops in Boston. I know that It’s hard to find good mutton in Boston area. Raheel Shafi: Great place for mostly Pakistani and some Indian groceries. All items are halal: fresh meat, frozen meat products, chapati and naan, masalas, mithai and a lot more.
