Heather Schoene: I first met Franciso Baez when I was searching for Commercial Real Estate help for a new building we were opening. I had zero experience with Commercial Real Estate and was looking for the right agent to help us. Prior to meeting Francisco, I had tried working with two well known Commercial Real Estate companies and was becoming frustrated with the lack of effort, professionalism, and assistance in finding a location. We asked to negotiate a escalating lease based on the numbers, Since the area really doesn't support a high number. Just never heard back from him and now he doesn't answer his phone. Not really impressed with the service.

Ma Mo: We had THE worst broker experience nearly a year ago with Tiffany Costello who showed us one rental property in Cambridge. She demanded one month rent as a fully refundable deposit to hold the apartment for 24 hrs while we would review the lease. Then refused to share the lease unless we were to pay add. three months rent amount. Two days later she did share the Douglas Paul lease after we refused to pay more. Finally, she refused to refund the deposit when we rejected the lease and its addendum because its content was extremely one sided and entirely unacceptable. Throughout the entire process which nearly ended up in court, she was extremely unprofessional, highly unethical and continued to bombard us with threats via SMS and emails for weeks on end.Nearly two months went by when we finally received a refund check from her office. This was an experience nobody deserves to make!
