Christina's Spice & Specialty Foods: what do users think?
Kyu Han Lee: My favorite spice store in the Boston area. They have every spice imaginable.
Danny Cohen: Christina's is a fantastic place to buy any spices or dry goods. I love coming here just to wander around and see what catches my eye -- exotic tea, a bottle of small-batch hot sauce, or some fancy smoked flaky salt. The owner is great and this store is a gem!
Megan Root: Amazing local business with a huge selection of spices, hot sauces, flours and basically every kind of sauce at reasonable prices — my number one place to go for cooking staples or when I’m in search of a fun unusual ingredient!
joe vallino: An amazing collection of spices, seasonings, dried peppers and much more. If you're looking for a unique ingredient, this place likely has it. It's a bit mind-boggling.
Brittany Ellis: Best selection of sauces, spices, flours, and other speciality ingredients. Warm and friendly owner.
Ryan D: I've shopped here a few times now, and each visit has been a great experience. The selection and prices here are great, and the man behind the counter has been nothing but nice and helpful!
Joe Black: can always find what i'm looking for
Jeff Smith: I was very impressed by the variety of spices, tea and other items here. I'm loving the fennel seeds I bought very much. I'll go back and try other things to enrich my palate
hello there: very cool place! lots of variety; down to earth
Wei En Chan: Unparalleled selection of high quality herbs and spices in Cambridge!
Sophie Fisher: Amazing spice selection. I have to exercise a lot of restraint when I come here :)
Alex Ostergard: If you're an adventurous cook, you've gotta stop in here. Whatever rare spice, herb, flower, or grain you need, they have it! Everything is well-packaged, and you can find most every ingredient in raw form, ground, and in multiple container sizes. Prices are great, and I love that Christina's doesn't upcharge and brand itself as a health food store like others.
Noah Taylor: On top of the vast selection of hot sauces and spices, this store is home to the best loose leaf tea collection I have seen in the city of Boston! Kind and helpful staff helped me make a choice on which tea to get. Definitely will be coming back in the future.
Brian M: There's no reason to get your herbs, spices, hot sauces, flours, nuts, beans, and other pantry staples from anywhere else if you live anywhere near Inman Square. Constantly impressed by what they have on offer here and the sheer quality of it all
Nick Olszowy: This place is awesome. It's also the only place I have found Tapatio hot sauce in the state of Massachusetts
Joan Papendo: Looking for Galanga root. Had made five unsuccessful stops before stopping in. Was helped immediately and given two choices chipped or ground. Another treasure to be cherished. Love Penszes but this place has a wider choice ( labels not as cute though prices seem much better, parking worse)
Lily He: They have an incredible selection of spices/seasonings and specialty ingredients, like hot sauces, baking ingredients, loose leaf teas, rices, beans in manageable package sizes at the price points of bulk purchases (so you can use it up before it goes bad)! Such an awesome store, I wish I knew about it before so I wouldn’t be wasting so much time searching the racks at other supermarkets :)
Liz Cobb: My go to spot for all of the best quality baking ingredients
LH Dawn: Great place to shop if he doesn't know he say he don't know he's not just looking for a sale I told I was from Kansas city he told me he was there had some good barbecue lol
Christopher Shanahan: Name it they have it
Jesse Groner: If you love cooking/baking, you absolutely have to check this place out. They have so many specialty spices and ingredients that are so tough to find in your average grocery store. Any time I’m trying out new recipes or cookbooks I always end up checking to see if Christina’s has what I’m looking for, and they always do. Staff is super friendly too!

Colin Eckhoff: My favorite store in Cambridge. Wide variety of high-quality, gourmet Western cuisine ingredients from local US suppliers and European imports. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in discussing the needs of your kitchen. If you like to cook good food, this is the place. Just remember: with food, like many trades, you get what you pay for, so spend accordingly. It's worth it.

Cambridge Brands Inc: what do users think?
Ebuka Anawana: This is the worst place to pick up a load, poor service on organized stuff
Pro Driver: ☆UPDATE☆ as of 12/12/22. New loading dock location. You still stage on state street, you must now walk around to 810 main street to check in. Once they notify you to back in, you Turn left on Windsor st cutting thru the lot, you will not make the left with that electrical pole in the way. Turn left on main st and then turn on your 4-way blinkers. Someone might help in spotting you while you back in. Avoid this place at all cost. Yo the owner ops, not even worth the upcharge fee. Just avoid it.
Tonya Williams: Not easy at all. Pass on it not worth the difficulty during day hours. Traffic and people walking everywhere. Come in on Massachusetts south and make a left turn on State St (oneway ) and building on the left 300- 350 feet. The GPS will take you to the front 810 Main Street and you can't stop there and it's too tight to turn right. People are friendly and load pretty quick but remember it's not truck friendly
Norm Wade: This place is a Bear to find in the dark, and rush hour. Nice folks and pretty quick to load though. No overnight parking. From Massachusetts ave south, make a left on ( one way st )State st. Couple hundred feet on the left. only 3 docks that can be kinda tight. 3 stars was for the difficulty in finding it.
Dan Sturtevant: Tootsie rolls on some days. Mints on others. Great to walk by on your commute every day.
Brandon N: Owner operators pass on this load or up charge heavily. Extremely difficult to get into this place. I came in at 2am following the map provided and it still took 3 tries having to circle around the city. I can’t imagine getting in during normal hours.
Baagii Ganbayar: Dock at windsor and state. follow the pic easy to backup dock.
Edward Willis: I walk by this building all the time. It smells like they make Sugar Daddies or possibly Milk Duds. I get a sugar high just from inhaling the fumes. But I think they are really making tootsie rolls. Anyone knows?

Hillside Harvest: what do users think?
jennifer rosenberg: Loved the original and sundries tomato.
Kristin Shapiro: We ordered the Variety Pack to try each sauce. The Pineapple has a great, more subtle favor. The Tomato and Original perfectly balance flavor and heat. Recommend trying all three so you can find your favorite. Also, received incredible customer service - our package got lost and Kamal proactively sent a replacement before we could even ask. A great local business!
Krista Chavez: This sauce was recommended by a dear friend and WOW!! We are hot sauce lovers and were not disappointed. AMAZING, delicious flavor, nice heat and beautiful. Thank you for spicing up Father's Day this year, we will be longtime customers now!
Andi Babbs: All the products are exceptional. My personal favorite is the Original Hot Pepper. It has a nice balance of spicy and flavorful. If you are looking for something gentler when it comes to spicy check out the Pineapple Fresno.Service is always quick, professional, and helpful.Hillside Harvest does both individual bottle orders and supports wholesale.
Katrina Jabro: I love all the sauces, but the tomato hot sauce is SO GOOD. So unique and different in the hot sauce game, it’s not trying to be a capsaicin bomb. Heat, flavor, it’s got it all. We tore through a bottle within a week.

Shaw's: what do users think?
Darline Green: Great produce, always fresh and stocked! Great friendly staff, always willing to help. Great store overall with an added plus of location!!!
Loretta DiBiase-Tosi: Liked the variety of products at Shaws. The prices are fair.
Christian Alicea: Económico
Michael Castellano: Quick in and out... Unfortunately very pricey
Ericson Fonseca: Offers differentt brands than other grocery store. Can be a little more expensive but do have some great deals sometimes
Rose Bickford: I just left the store today Saint Patrick's Day, I went to buy English muffins and the sell-by date was the 13th not good I went to buy a different loaf of bread and the date was the 10th if today is the 17th then I'm thinking the bread is no good and should have been removed. I went to buy dog cookies and the date expired November 2022 I asked why they're still on the show and I was told I'm sorry we have no help for stocking that doesn't make any sense. I went to get milk in four of the gallon bottles were dirty and smeared with ink on them I think. Needless to say I will never come to the store again.
Peggy Mahar: Great food. Higher prices but good quality.
mark maigatter: Love this shaws , it's usually a quick in and out , they carry everything that most grocery stores carry , there's always plenty of parking and you may also do curbside pickup . This place has an awesome wing bar , it includes bbq , honey , buffalo , roasted , fried , and chicken fingers . They have many prepared subs , sandwiches , salads and dinner plates . Ready to be served .. great place for a hearty lunch or dinner to go ..
John Flynn: Good people
Liz Sullivan: I shop on the app and get it delivered. If the shopper choices a substitutes the picks are awful! Most if the time they don't bother! Examples of recent I ordered Poland springs water Shaws must of been out so I got no water, I asked for tomato soup I got chicken noodle, I asked for chicken noodle I got cream of chicken, I ordered Sarah lee 45 calories whole grain bread they picked nature honey wheat. My friend went back to stop and shop because of your lack of substituting
Gilberto Silva: #sensacional adorei de paixão gosta de lógica acerta essa: Shaw's
Jeannie Seam: Raciest older women that bags groceries. This is the third time I’ve come into Shaw’s and when she sees a minority up next in line she will go to another line and bag their groceries. She waits til I’m done bagging my own groceries and she will walk back. I’ve seen her do this plenty of time I’m not sure why management haven’t spoken to her about this. Next time I will get her name.
Laura Connelly: Store appears clean and organized at first. But price tags below items very frequently don't match the items. Sales are complicated unnecessarily. Must buy 3...must match 5. App has more deals but store lacks service to use app. Lines were long with only 1 cashier open and self serve. All other 11 check outs were closed.
Homeopathic Dr. Saleem Hamid: Shaw's : It's okay ✓Grocery shopping ✓High quality products ✓Clean atmosphere ✓Hygiene ✓Buy good quality products ✓Parking available ✓
Bryan Riffle: Love it, except for check out lines.
OV Lattanzi: They have better products than Stop & Shop...
Jenna Taylor: NO SERVICE INSIDE THIS PLACE!! Only in the front I got service! It was terriable because I needed to use my phone being as I was delivering for uber eats! It took so long with the no service the person cancelled their order!
Caleb LeClair: It's ight
Suzanne: Most of the items are overpriced. Got some stuff online pickup and half of my items were not in stock. Called a couple days later to find out about what kind of delivery service they have and how it works two people at the front desk did not know anything about it. one person that was actually in that department didn't even know how to explain it and didn't know how it works and was not familiar with like a Walmart delivery service subscription so I talked to the manager of that department. she explained basics. Didn't give me details though...like cost. The one good thing about store is there's almost never anybody in that store shopping. So you have to go to market Basket to get a better price and more variety... No pickup or delivery..and most of the people in MB don't know where anything is and/or don't speak English and overworked and it's always way overcrowded! A few people in the store that work there don't work there -they just meander down the aisles and try to act like they're working. I talked to the manager about that one day, he says it's everywhere isn't it? I didnt notice at Woburn Market Basket. Or most grocery stores that I've ever been in,otherwise they get fired Market baskets do have the most variety. The best place to shop without chaos and with good customer service is Trader Joe's... or you can go to Whole Foods...both of their product lines are limited. The people in Trader Joe's are wonderfully friendly and fast service and always helpful. Whole Foods is okay. 2 in area. Walmart is in a whole different town and it's not even a Supercenter so very limited. So for a pleasant shopping experience, go to Trader Joe's... for most everything else you are going to need, go fight the crowd down at the Market Basket.
LindaLovely: Prices are a bit higher than market basket but store is well stocked
melba BARRERA: Nice and full of what ever I needed sanitizer in and out the store
