Alex Mottern: Friend needed small earrings before work and we popped in here. If you keep looking you'll find a lot of the same type of item (pearl earnings) at various different prices so keep looking for the price you want.Tons of creative (local?) items as well.
Susan Joyce: Great for finding well-priced gifts for the holidays. Service is good, but the draw is the handmade jewelry.
Leaha Wynn: This jewelry shop is great for the visitor or for the residents. They receive new stock orders every week or so, so there is never a boring moment when re-visiting this shop. Most of their merchandise is also fairly priced as well. There is also a large tradition of selling local artist's jewelry so that you can branch out to new and exciting jewelry styles. Dropping by on a nice day is always easy and fun. Two thumbs up for me for this store!

Patrick Ma: Had a ring stuck and had to get it off.Karen and Aurora were patient and helpful. When we could not remove it via other methods. They were able to cut the ring and save us a trip to the ER or firehouse.Thank you!

Dan Freeman: Sloane was knowledge of my specific Rolex and was able to explain every step of the repair process to me. Although they don’t do repairs in-house, the job ended up being faster and cheaper than if I had shipped it to a repair shop directly. High recommend for all your watch and jewelry needs.
Emily Fishman: I cannot say enough about how helpful the Anna and Cassie were in helping me and my partner design the PERFECT rings for us. They were generous with their time in the store as well as phone and email. We ended up getting one elsewhere and they encouraged us to do what was right for us. The one we did get made by Market Sq Jewelers was one I had imagined and they and their goldsmiths were able to make the magic happen-- it's everything I pictured, and for a really reasonable price.

Highly recommend this shop, and if the customer service I received is any indication of the care and attention they give to their other services than I’m positive you won’t find a better jeweler in the Cambridge area.

She has taken the time to find pieces for us to try on, and has answered numerous questions over email.We were really happy with what Market Square has quoted us for custom work, but fairly traditional and way out there. The selection on the floor is huge, with quite a few beautiful pieces.MSJ is strongly recommended—wonderful people and a really great store!

It is a beautiful gold wedding band with floral engraving. I wasn’t sure if it would fit but with Alex’s help, I was able to determine that it probably would and I went ahead and made the purchase. It fits like it was made for me and I couldn’t be happier.
Danielle Hardie (Dani): They Sold my husband fake "Amber" earrings... I thought I had washed my hands enough after handling some acetone, unfortunately going from washing hands in bathroom sink to picking up my earring...there definitely was some acetone residue on my fingers because they immediately became damaged. If they were real amber that would never have happened. Acetone would have evaporated on real amber. They are some kind of resin maybe entirely plastic, maybe copal, but definitely not real amber. Buy your jewelry somewhere else, save yourself from fraud.

Leah Klein: Such a cute shop with beautiful finds from candles and stationery to clothes and housewares such as blankets, pottery, baskets and dishes.
Amy Nelson: This is the most beautifully curated boutique. I loved the focus on small brands and artists. I bought one item in person and after I returned home to another state, I regretted not having bought another item. I called the store and MK was very helpful in finding the item and shipping it to me. I wish I could shop there regularly!
Sarah Garcia: This is the BEST place to shop for gifts!! You can find something for anyone here - beautiful tea towels, matches, mugs, cards, art pieces, puzzles, etc. I always find some treasure here. The staff are kind and knowledgable. This is a must-go in Harvard square!
