Although they don’t do repairs in-house, the job ended up being faster and cheaper than if I had shipped it to a repair shop directly. High recommend for all your watch and jewelry needs.

They were generous with their time in the store as well as phone and email. We ended up getting one elsewhere and they encouraged us to do what was right for us. I thought I had washed my hands enough after handling some acetone, unfortunately going from washing hands in bathroom sink to picking up my earring...there definitely was some acetone residue on my fingers because they immediately became damaged. If they were real amber that would never have happened. Acetone would have evaporated on real amber. They are some kind of resin maybe entirely plastic, maybe copal, but definitely not real amber. Buy your jewelry somewhere else, save yourself from fraud.

She went back to exchange them because they were too small and he tried to first decline the request. Then…proceeded to make up prices for the exchange. He tried to up-charge her until she took his calculator and showed him how to do math…he still kept saying “it’s ok just give it to me” she refused to pay him a price that was not even mathematically correct! People will risk their integrity to make an extra 5 bucks.

We called to exchange that for some gold item and they flatly refused. Even though it’s clearly mentioned on receipt that they do exchanges before 20 days. The reason they gave for not exchanging is DUE TO COVID THEY EXCHANGE GOLD BUT NOT SILVER. That’s such a lame reason to give. They are very greedy people who run the business unethically. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY..

Now I just use my sales rep from NYC for everything. They should be honest with the return policy that they can’t take it back once it is sold. We had a very traumatic experience trying To talk to the manager and the sales person. They were very adamant and it was not worth arguing as they threatened consequences. I went to another Tiffany location instead and they happily accepted an exchange for a bigger ring. Please do something about your staff if you care at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TIFFANY LOCATION!!

michele lavanga: I just went there with my daughter to return a ring she got for a Christmas present. The ring was too small, and she could not wear it. (clearly not worn) The two people at the front entrance stood stone-faced as I was told we could not return it as it had been past 30 days. Not even an exchange. I explained that we had a significant death in the family on December 26, and I was not thinking of her ring. (i was clearly upset) I couldn’t return it online as I did not know what size she wore. They told me I could purchase a necklace and she could wear it around her neck! I asked to speak to a manager who was of no help. I asked for the customer service number, and she gave it to me. I called while in the store. I explained everything on the phone to her (as the people who worked there looked at me like I was crazy). The customer service lady understood my concerns and allowed for an exchange. She said, given the circumstances and covid (surge in December in New England), she was glad to help. Too bad these people at this “upscale” store didn’t have the heart or compassion to help. It wasn’t a huge ask, just a return for a size up. I feel bad for the people who work there; they genuinely need help in customer service.

She then said that my girlfriend might've taken something and accused us of stealing while we were in line to pay for our things. Manager then talked to us and asked where the stuff was and we didn't understand the question because all we had was what we were about to pay for. The spanish lady at the end also made a scene with a lot of swear words and telling us to go back to our country. Long story short, save the embarrassment and don't go to that store.

They got a lot of jewelry items, and most of it is for girls and young ladies...unless you enjoy womans jewelry probably not a place for a lumberjack, LOL. Lots of necklaces with zodiac signs, and just a lot of trinkets. I enjoyed the visit despite not really finding anything for men. I went there a lot when my kids were younger for them to get a trinket or two for good behavior...LOL, who am I kidding. I bought them stuff anyways.
