The couch was very difficult to get in and out, so they had to cut it up- which they were ready for! I was feeling some guilt about doing that instead of donating it, and Tim explained to me various reasons why the couch might not even have been accepted at some of the local donation spots. Katherine Takano: APPALLING company to deal with. We booked a 9-11am junk removal with them for the following day. They didn't show up at the scheduled time, and no attempts to communicate why were made. I chased the office for any update as we were moving that day and needed the items removed, but the office didn't pass on any update from the crew. We were forced to lift the heavy furniture up and out of the house ourselves and leave it on the street as we needed to hand back the apartment keys. Five hours later, I get an unapologetic call explaining that they had two big jobs that morning (not a valid excuse when I booked an appointment) and they'll come to collect tomorrow. They didn't.
