Casey Silvia: My spouse called them to remove a cabinet from our house. They were responsive and able to come the same day. It was honestly a lot more than any other junk removal company I've used, and as someone else mentioned, the pricing seemed a little odd...they would not explain the pricing structure over the phone and charged us over $500 because supposedly it would take up half the truck, even though once dismantled it was nowhere near that big. I think if you have a lot of stuff to get rid of it probably would be more cost effective. If you want to get rid of something quick though, they are very reliable and respond quickly.

Was initially just seeking a consultation, but the price was fair enough to just go with the same day removal.

Tara Yoo: The junk removers showed up on time and finished very quickly. The whole process was smooth. I made an appointment then two very polite / professional removers came over to give me a free estimate then hauled away my garbage once I agreed.I paid $598 for 1/2 truck worth of garbage + $125 surcharge for hazardous materials.I'm giving a three star because of their lack of transparency around pricing. The company refuses to give an estimate or some sense of price over the phone or on their website like other dumpster services do, so I assumed their charges varied by the hour, materials, etc.It turned out that they DID have a set pricing sheet that fit in just one page. The only distinguishing factors were the type of garbage getting disposed of and the amount (in terms of how much of their truck the garbage would fill). Since their trucks are a fixed size (or should be, since their charges are based on the truck size), if they told me the size of the truck and gave me the 1-page pricing sheet, I could have gotten a decent sense of how much the service would cost, and gone with a different service. The price they quoted was significantly higher than a dumpster rental. It was also way harder than I expected to tell the removers that I didn't want the service after all and that they should just leave to their face.The way they calculated the amount of truck space my garbage would take also felt kind of off. I was charged for half a truckload, but when I asked to see the truck, it looked like it was only 1/3 of the truck or so, especially since there was predisposed furniture already in the truck. The removers explained that they were accounting for how much the junk would spread out (I was disposing 200 sqft worth of carpet, underlay, and tacks, all unrolled). Maybe I should have fought that harder but I didn't want to complain after they'd already removed all my trash.In hindsight, I probably wasn't the target market for this company. My junk was already contained in one area, and ready for quickly dumping into a truck. So this service was way too pricey for MY situation, but I may recommend them for someone who has a ton of unorganized junk spread out around a large area they need to get rid of IF they post the pricing sheet and truck size on their website.
