Matt Davis: Store is well stocked, employees are nice and work 10x. 0 stars because there is a line of 15 people here with 1 employee working pretty much every single day, all day. Also the paper bags are actually made of tissue paper and rip with a single roll of toilet paper inside.
Papii aLEx: Walk in at 745 to be told I only have 3 mins to shop when they close at 8. Lady is yelling across the store at everyone while she stands at the door. I ask what time they close and she says 8 where I then say that it 10 mins from that time. She than says well I can’t have anyone in the store when she locks the door which I was confused about cause the store was 10 mins from closing. Horrible service per usual. Y’all store managers and DMs need to do better. I’ve seen ppl constantly getting disrespected by employees at this same location.

So I should be so lucky that I broke my neck and can't work which is why I have them. It must be nice to have to relearn how to use your hands, must be nice to not be able to open a bottle of spring water 3 years later. Must be nice right? Must be nice to have your world change in the blink of an eye. So tell me again how lucky I am to lose myself for $240/month in food stamps. Not to mention how much worse I felt walking to the car.

rain bug: Nice new, very clean store. Very wide selection of products. A great craft aisle better than a lot of craft aisle you find outside an actual craft store. Lots of different colors and a few different textures of yarn. Bottles of glitter glue. Bells. Beads. Paints. So on. Their refrigerator section looks nice and clean as well with plenty to choose from. Bathroom light was broken when I was there, but staff would still let you in, apparently everybody just used their cell phone light. Although dark, it was clean.

Asusena Martinez: The cashier “Lorraine” wasn’t the nicest person, and made a funny comment about my supervisor choose of clothes.We should be able to go into dollar tree wearing whatever we desire without getting a hate comment from an employee.Hope this behavior gets corrected.
Dannah Kourbetsos: Great holiday selection. There are certain things I buy here regularly. This location seems to always have something they're out of. There are always boxes in aisles that need to be put away, and they block the things I'm looking for. The other day, there was an aisle I couldn't go down because the unloaded stock was blocking my way.
Simona Naun: Saturday afternoon after a snow storm.. roads totally cleared... 5:50pm .... lights all on ..dorrs locked... and nobodyanswering there phones... see nobody in the store... waited 15min... incase of emergency or whatnot... nothing!...Shame with a brand new Dollar General open less than a quarter mile away!!

Cindy Almas: They appear to desperately need held.Lots of unopened boxes on the floor and shelves are pretty empty. Bless the few employees there doing a good job holding it down.
Tia Pellegrino: This store is a disaster! Boxes of stock unopened in aisles for weeks at a time and not put away (I went back multiple days to see the same boxes unopened) then was told there is not enough staff. Don’t bother going here, the North Reading store has it together! Go there!!! Great friendly staff, helpful, and FULLY STOCKED SHELVES!
A Blais: Good spot for cheap balloons and party supplies. Not the best selection but with the prices can't complain
Mouayad: Pretty nice customer service. I asked for gloves and the young lady took me right to where it was.I gave 4 stars only because there are multiple empty shelves of products that I was looking for. Maybe the store doesn't have enough employees to stock the shelves.🤷♂️
Taylor Hatch: Very disappointed to walk in and see an employee re-stocking the shelves completely maskless. The gentleman checking out in front me didn’t have a mask and when he made a gesture to the cashier about not having one, they dismissed it saying, “don’t worry about it”. Masks are mandatory in the state of MA and to see blatant disregard for that is extremely upsetting.

Chris: Very rude manager, refused to exchange unopened items with a receipt. Corporate policy says otherwise you can exchange ANY item with or without receipt that’s unopened. I guess they make up their own policies. I have contacted corporate on this matter.
