Luz María Berumen: If I could give negative stars, I would. There's this HORRIBLE middle eastern woman in her 50's I think (?) who shouldn't be allowed within 50 miles of food. Every time I ask for coffee is watery, cold, and tasteless, donuts are dry and she can never seem to follow the recipe for the simplest breakfast items, she'll often say that they've run out of ingredients to prepare it properly. Last Friday I think I asked for some ketchup and she gave me one single packet and then complained when I asked for more. She is very rude to customers and will argue with you on the spot if you say anything. This has been my go-to location for a while due to convenience, but after a few bad experiences with this lady, I will never be coming back.

Zakiya Fitzgerald: If I could give negative stars, I would. This location has the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. It’s been 2 days and the situation has only escalated. At this point, I’ll never come back & I suggest no one comes to this location. They argue with customers over mistakes on their part and short change you on refunds. Absolutely unacceptable.

But there’s always a problem, it took 30 minutes for the line and my order to be completed. I wanted to pay cash but was told I could not, there was no sign stating that cash was not an option. This store is so inconsistent but it’s the closest on to my job.

Harry Collins: I'm one to dish out five star reviews all the time but I ordered a cake batter latte hot. I specified cake batter latte more than once and he said cold and I said, hot please. The caramel craze was okay but I ordered it for the whipped cream and sprinkles primarily. Very disappointed to not get the cake batter. Next time I'll just order on the mobile app.

Kerry Roper: Dunks is dunks, but seems like every time I grab a morning coff and snack at Kendall, they get something wrong. I don’t understand this method of coffee mixing that they use, but asking for a ‘coffee with milk’ shouldn’t be as complex as “so, two milk?” “Idk, I just don’t want it too light,” “okay so one milk” “I don’t know how much milk is involved in ONE, I just want it regular, not dark, not light, with whole milk”, ??then I asked for an order of bacon omelette bites, but the manager keyed in egg white and veg omelette bites. Of course I don’t know of his error until I sat down and opened the bag. So, is this a communication issue? What is it? Every time I come here it seems to be worse. If an employee isn’t fluent in the language, just have them fill the online orders, bc they cannot be relied on to get any order right. Maybe it’s worth the extra five bucks to know they actually understand my lazy American English. If the United Committees of Cambridge actually allowed more than a single coffee shop to be open in Kendall, I would seek out another.

I feel like removing the shelf that is in the middle and just add a customer rope (crowd control).Wheelchair accessibility: To be honest, I don't think there is enough space for a person in a wheelchair to wait. Also, the doors are not wheelchair friendly, they don't open with a button.

Emily: Incredibly rude staff (Thamman and Saradha). I ordered a drink from the app and it had an error so I was charged twice. The location said an order had not come in, refused to make me a drink, refused to refund me when I showed the charges and my order from the app to this location, and refused to give me a manager to speak to when I was asking if they could help me in any way. I would have been happy with any remedy! They said I need to call to corporate and corporate would refund me.I now leave here having been charged for two drinks, with zero drinks, and zero refund.Could not have had a worse experience. Keep in mind- this was at 2:30 pm- not a rush. Staff stood around doing nothing.

The back of the toilet filthy and never cleaned. Under the hand dryer black spots and all. This is not a safe bathroom or some place where children and family can use. I had not once seen a nasty looking bathroom. Other dunkins have a cleaner bathroom and not this one.

I go up to order a regular coffee with two cream and an order of hash browns and the guy looked at me like I was trying to order a flipping filet mignon. Then he simply just walked away. No joke. Three minutes later a competent lady comes up to take my order. I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes and still no hash browns. I went up to inquire and they seemed to be confused and acted like they didn’t know what hash browns were. I was in the store with maybe five other people so not crowded at all. Amy F: I don’t understand the bad reviews, maybe we just got lucky. Stopped in at 8:30pm right before closing. Young lady welcomed us as we came in. Donut selection was still good, got exactly what we were looking for. Not a big quantity of each kind but a good variety for end of night. The worker was very pleasant. Usually people can treat you poorly when you come in close to quitting time but our stop was very pleasant. We even sat for a few minutes and enjoyed our coffee (which was great, not burnt tasting or old) for a bit before leaving. As for the place being outdated….it was clean and comfortable. I remember the old dingy diner counter style Dunkin’s from the 90s….this place was nice. Whoever was working tonight should be complimented by management for a job well done.

Kathleen Sheehan: I drove up to the drive through to where you make your order, sat there about 30 minutes. The screen was black so after 30 minutes we drove up and waited 10 minutes before got the managers attention. He would not listen just yelled loudly at us. We have been a regular but we will never come to this dunkin donuts again
KB Smiles: The manager in this place is awful. We sat at the drive-thru for quite a while and one of the screens were off so we thought maybe the drive-thru was down. So we drove up to the window and we sat there for a good while. He knew we were somebody who came to the drive up and didn't wait to put an order in.So he literally kept ignoring us until we said hello. He literally left customers sitting behind us for a while just to try to ignore us until we left. Then when we did confront him. He insisted it's against the rules and we needed to go around the loop again. Which isn't just a quick easy around. We were sent into a high traffic area where we could get in an accident trying to come back.You have to go through a roundabout and it's a big deal to come back. We absolutely did come back so we could get the address to make sure we made a complaint on the right Dunkin' donuts.We will also be calling to complain to corporate since it's the manager and he's not going to take a complaint against himself.We live in Arlington and come out of our way to come here all the time because we love the coffee and we love the other employees there. This guy treated us this way because we had a mask on.I will never forget sitting there clearly being ignored.What a cruel man I'm so sorry for the employees who have to work under this guy. I could hear him treating the employees not very well either. I certainly hope you replace him.

Virginia Geiger: I want to say a huuuge THANK YOU to Sharon and her team at this location. I needed a large order of six boxes of coffee and 10 dozen donuts. No issues at all. Everything was packaged neatly and ready for pick up as planned. It went so well, that I had to call and order six more boxes of coffee on short notice, and without hesitation, they said yes. Amazing! Thank you! You made 140 college students VERY HAPPY on their last day of class before the Thanksgiving break.
K Cerow: Love that this location has milkshakes during 'normal' business hours & a 24/7 drive-thru window. Service, however, is hit or miss. The late-night drive-thru folks are usually 'miss'. One night my egg & cheese wraps came with the [wax?] cheese wrapper heated right in both. Another night I was chastised for not specifically requesting that each be wrapped individually if that's what I wanted - having never encountered another D&D wrapping two wraps in a single wrapper, I didn't realize that was a prerequisite at this particular establishment. The worker begrudgingly put one wrap into a second wrapper, swrilling melted cheese around everything and provided no napkins - just what we'd hoped for while traveling in the dark...
David W: It's Dunkin so what can you say. Well it comes down to the people that works there. Since we stayed at the hotel next door, I've visited this many times. First time was great with an older gentleman working there who was friendly and great. Next day, a younger guy was not so great. If the owner is reading this, train your personel to be better. Customer service can keep or drive customers away. There is another Dunkin across the street and I would go to that one if I see the younger guy working because of not so good service. Multiply this many times over with other people and you are losing business.

The poor teenagers who are employed here are routinely treated badly by the customers and are overworked. Sunday mornings are the worst. Sagger K: Line takes a bit long unless you get there early. They don't always have the Dunkin midnight roast, kind of hit or miss there. Also you guys have a mouse problem.

Patrick McKenna: Edit: revisited this dunks and changed to 1 star. No glazed donuts at 8am, no fresh coffee, menus didn’t work, waited in a line for 22 min that didn’t move before finally leaving. Horribly rude and understaffed employees.Average at best. Donuts are always stale even at 8am. Additionally be prepared to wait 30 minutes if you don’t order ahead. Staff aren’t friendly and didn’t seem to care how long you had to wait. They should also care a little more to clean every once in a while. It would make a huge difference.

Dylan Medeiros: To start I have never had an issue with my coffee when I order from this Dunkin’. The three stars comes from multiple times from when my order was missing items. When mobile ordering when I’m spared for time I have left missing donuts that were not with the rest of my order. This is a common theme I have noticed here. The three stars also comes from receiving rock hard bagels. I’m not sure if their roster is broken but they seem to refuse to use it. They will “toast” bagels using the oven instead of the toaster making the bagel stone hard and inedible. When items from my order are missing consistently and items are inedible I find it hard to rate this Dunkin’ higher than three stars. I hope this helps future customers.

Seema Peters: Very busy location but the manager in charge runs a tight ship. Staff is not rude rather they are very efficient and straight to business to keep things moving. All things considered, did a good job of keeping things moving despite the volume of orders being thrown at them. Customers were rude to them and they were still polite and moved the line along.Donuts and Bagel were stale at 10am and not fully toasted. Average overall but if you consider the volume they were really on top of it.

Tim Cavaretta: Always ask for a receipt! I was charged $53 when a cashier did not close out my order (one iced coffee), and charged the next customer’s items to my card. When I went back, cashiers told me they could not fix the overcharge, and that I would have to come in when a supervisor was on duty, which is generally in conflict with my own work schedule. When I finally connected with a manager 4 days later, she told me I would need to come in person with my card at 7:30am to process the refund, and she offered me nothing additional for my trouble.

John Evans: Right off memorial drive very friendly morning staff an addition to my review they are still doing well after the new trainees which come in it feels like every month or two learn to listen and understand I still give it a five-star review the managers are great on training these employees I just wish corporate Duncan or whoever would maybe check more on their language skills and their understanding of English because whenever you get two or three new people in there it can get very frustrating just trying to order a small a couple small items the way you want them because some of them try to run an autopilot some of them do not understand they all learn within about a month or two things to their manager and their friends but initially it is a pain on our on the customers
