Cambridge Health Alliance: Emergency Room: what do users think?
Dylan Callahan: I am thankful for this local hospital. I visited the ER here for a wound on my hand and was seen quickly. PA Jillian Rosenfeld stitched me up quickly and painlessly. She had a great bedside manner despite a stressful work environment (A patient was misbehaving and making lots of noise in the ER).
haji 3313: Emergency room waiting time to muchI am setting 2 hours on reception still no any treatment
Renan Miranda: I am very grateful for the emergency Room here, every time my family or I needed care, everybody there was very nice and good with us, and every time it was in a very acceptable time, especially if you consider the circumstances of COVID and health staff shortage, you never know how long you will have to wait in a emergency room, every day they have so much different things, illness and accidents going on. So Thank you.
Mintu Nath: When you go in Emergency room, There service is 4 -5 hours wait time, keep on mine.
Jason Zhang: Please… at least hire people who can pretend to care about patients… This is an emergency room. It’s for people in need of urgent care.
Glenda Martins: No consideration for the patients. Short in staff. We waited for 8 hours just to get inside of the room!
Alisha Star: Worst hospital ever staff doesn't know what they are doing, they are lazy, and they don't care. If you need help and you are in Cambridge Mount auburn or another hospital is the way to go because Cambridge city hospital is horrible
Tajian Rose: This has been worse experience so far, I don't even want to give it 1star room 7 in the ER has a grate for a wall it's colder than a igloo the staff laughing at me since I'm covered in 12 blankets and more while every other room is comfortable im black and all the other patients are white, no race card but I feel Humiliated i am freezing with 12 blankets no nurse comes to check on me there are treating me unfairly as a patient despite the terms I came in on this is unacceptable Unprofessional they are breaking rules and patient regulations I am going to government affairs with this complaint I've been here since 10/20/22 and it's 10/23/22 and im still in the same room haven't been transferred to psych unit yet they do not care about me as a patient they have favoritism they are slow one nurse keeps running back and fourth like a chicken with its head cut off they're only good for feeding me and putting my phone on charger I can catch ammonia in this room I cam get sick in this room it's overly cold and I feel like I should press charges for being treat unfairly all they're doing is ignoring me and keep wlaking by the room like I am an animal attraction. Please do not come here for any services.they only cater to there own.i have pictures and video of all thi.. I am going to government affairs.
Audreanna: The staff was prompt and kind
Ronald Rhodes: Drs and nurses care. They listen to you
Phil Goveia: Nice clean facility!!
Kendra Hale: waited 5 hrs for a room, and a drunk lady attacked my uber outside when I tried to leave
Núbia Tainá: Fiquei na emergência 6 horas esperando e não fui atendida.
Jamie Bowe: Been twice in the past 2 months and the staff are fantastic. I felt like they really cared about my well being, and we're very knowledgeable.
Keke “Keke” P: If you follow me you know I write reviews on everything! And in the past I had some bad reviews on this hospital! But please read this cause this one is a good one! Last night when I came into emergency I was in so much pain and suffering from covid and asthma # other things too. But when I walked into the emergency room. The nurses who treated me their were wonderful the two nurses last night they were kind and very sweet to me and I can appreciate that. But Justin D. Larson from the moment he walked in I could feel his heart and his compassion for me. He was very nice and took the time to explain to me about what he thought was going on with me. He made sure that everything I needed and the medicine I ask for he make sure I got it. I didn’t feel rush I felt like he really cared about me. Its not always what a person can do, but it’s what they say also. the way he spoke to me went a long way. I wanna say thank you Dr. Justin D Larson for helping me last night! Cause In a long time I felt good coming to the emergency room at Cambridge. God bless !
C A: If you enjoy privacy violations, bad treatment, Covid violations, and a place that will always fail in its basic obligations to the patient, this is your place... For everyone else, go to a real hospital.
Evan DiLeo: Saw us immediately -- very nice and understanding.
Avery Mangahas: Wonderful experience. Went in on a wednesday around 10pm for what might have been a broken ankle. I was immediately given a wheel chair, and a bed (I definitely got lucky to get a bed right away). I was into x-rays within an hour, and the whole visit took less than 2 hours. Everyone was super nice and helpful, 2 different people went out of their way to get me HEATED blankets because I was chilly. Each person spoke clearly and kindly and answered all my questions and I never felt rushed or confused. HIGHLY recommend this place. Keep in mind I got lucky timing wise, I've had to wait up to 8 hours at ERs previously, but this place stood out regardless for the level of compassion of the workers.
Alexey Balitskiy: Arrived on ambulance, didn't wait at all, got stitches quickly and professionally
Glenn Santaskas: On April 4 2020 a Saturday i called an ambulance which would take me to cch emergency room I waited then when finally seen by er Dr he just gave me a pill for my pain then discharge me me I explained i live alone and could not walk i had to crawl out of er crying in pain next day April 5 the pain had tripled i called ambulance again asked to go to beth Israel er they said i had to go to nearest er cch waiting to be seen when seen the Er doctors again gave me pill for pain and discharge me again I told that Dr i live alone and could not walk he did not care I made them take me home in ambulance they dumped me in my bed where I suffered for 17 day could not walk and lost 47 pounds all i had for that period was water im 67-year-old and live in senior housing finally my pcp sent me ambulance back to er they finally admitted me I was losing my right leg leg the muscle was almost dead they sent me to nursing home for rehab my physical nutrition was at 25 percent both days Er doctors in a way said go home and DIE which i was close to being dead rehab saved my leg and life. Cch had covid free section they could have admitted me to I tried to get the name of those 2 Dr's got nowhere I want to file a law suit but was told I didn't have a case thanks for nothing CAMBRIDGE CITY EMERGENCY ROOM
Robert OBrien: The loss of 3 children because the lack of care has been devastating to my family thanks CHA

Mount Auburn Hospital Emergency Room: what do users think?
JOHN HALL: Awful, came in ambulance with chest pains and severe depression after losing a loved one very recently. Denied psychiatric treatment even begged. Had good EKG so shown the EXIT. Still suffering
Lauren Lasker: - The front desk guy was great, and there was minimal wait time. Nurse and PA were friendly.- the PA wanted to use a wood's lamp (which is a UV lamp) to check for fluorescein stain uptake on my cornea. This is a huge no-no - it does make the fluorescein fluoresce nicely but it is a UV light and this is unhealthy for the cornea and lens. I had to ask for an ophthalmoscope. She then used the green light on the ophthalmoscope, not the blue. Green light is the red filter light for looking at the retina - makes the vessels easier to see. It will not make fluorescein fluoresce. I didn't feel like discussing it at this point, and a superficial corneal ulcer will heal with the treatment provided anyway. It did seem like appropriate treatment that was provided.- Seth Crockford, MD was pretty unpleasant. He came into my room after the PA, barely introduced himself, and barked some questions. I said "Oh I've been seen already." And he said "I know, I'm her supervisor" in this really annoyed way. I've never had a doctor "check" a PA's work, so I wasn't sure why he was there. He barely looked at my eye and seemed dismissive of my thoughts about the situation and problem in general, and left abruptly.- giving 3 stars before it was quick, and I got some medicine for my eye and am feeling a bit better.
Christina G.: This 0-star (1 by default) review is for Seth Crockford in the emergency department. I had the displeasure of meeting him recently after he and his dog ran me over at Jamaica Pond. I was taking a leisurely walk around the beautiful pond, when I noticed his dog seemed unhinged, coming toward my direction. I quickly moved to the side to allow extra space, but SC did not have control of his dog at all. Even though I gave them plenty of space to pass by me, the dog raced toward my direction and managed to send me airborne. The impact was intense and I fell squarely on my hands and knees. I got scraped up pretty good and I was on the ground for quite a while. Not only was SC not apologetic, he looked downright annoyed at ME and vocalized several disgusting expletives, when I was telling him how hurt I was. He was also very smug. Did not help me whatsoever. When I asked, he told me his name. He then volunteered his affiliation with Mount Auburn. He challenged me to contact them about this situation, so I did. I got in touch with Chris Fischer in the emergency department. He acknowledged the inappropriateness of this situation on the part of SC and assured me that he would speak with SC and follow up with me. He never did follow up, hence dropping the ball, but I was told that he and many others on the staff felt extremely embarrassed and shocked about this situation.Aside from the scrapes, I also had to get chest x-rays, as the impact of the fall damaged soft tissues, etc. in that area. Luckily, everything was intact, but it took at least a month or more for everything to resolve and feel normal and comfortable again. I should add here that SC kept telling me: "You are not hurt" in the most pompous and dismissive way and did I mention the expletives? There was a kind woman with her dogs, who expressed a lot of concern for the situation and did everything she could to make sure I was okay. I cannot say the same for SC, who caused this situation in the first place. She also noted that SC was listening to music and was not paying attention to his dog or his surroundings. As an avid dog lover, I do not blame the dog at all in this situation. This was caused by SC, who was not paying attention. If he was nice and caring, it would have been a much different story, as things happen. But his words and actions are a terribly poor and unfortunate reflection of Mount Auburn, which I always held at high esteem. I hope he learns from this situation and not be a bully in public, but someday learn to be a decent human.
Bruce Ziebart: First rate in every aspect. Toe amputation with leg bypass. Great food, also. Patients were first priority.
Jpeg Image: Garbage emergency room expect to wait 3-4 hours before even seeing a nurse let alone a doctor.
Arslan Khalid: My wife was seen in emergency room and I must say this er is one of the best er facility in greater boston. Nurses and doctor was on top of their duties. Wait time was decent too.
Sindhu Reddy: worst ER ever the doctors and nurses are lame and we would just be waiting hours for even some one to attend
Aziza Sattarova: I had a great service at this ER. I was admitted there 3 times in the same 24 hours for shivering, muscle cramps, abdominal pain. First two times, when doctors saw me that didn’t think it was an emergency issue and I have treat it well at home. Turns out I have major electrolytes imbalance . The EMS team and doctors reacted quickly and even though it took them 2 more hours to relive some of my symptoms. The care and service they provided made me feel safe
Jonathan Proctor: Nice staff but large undisclosed expenses even with good insurance. Ask what everything costs even if you’re injured, if you can.
Solomon Mihretab: So I work as an Aide and the lady I work came to the mount Auburn emergency room by ambulance and I had to follow her with my car. So I came to the front desk “emergency receptionist” to give the lady’s Drivers license, and phone number of the health care proxy however the girl at the reception desk an African American girl she wouldn’t even listen to me. She was very rude and disrespectful. She told me she is in the middle of something so she can’t help me. I was standing in from her in case she calls me but she didn’t even look at me. The date was August 10, 2022. At 7:30 pm.
Tijana Badnjar: Our toddler has had a crampy stomach with fever and felt really bad. We decided to take him to Mt Auburn ER (the closest to our home) as we were fearing he may have appendicitis. In a hindsight this was a bad idea and we should have taken him to Children's Hospital.Few reasons:- Mt Auburn did NOT have a pediatric doctor at the ER- They did 2 ultrasounds but they couldn't find appendix (apparently it is challenging to find) and they were inconclusive with intussusception, another life threatening condition. At Children's they were able to find appendix and rule out intussusception right away. It could be due to the equipment (it looked more modern at the Children's), and the doctor who was specialized in pediatric care- All the tests we did at Mt Auburn had to be repeated as at Children's they said they cannot rely on tests/imaging/ expertise from another hospital- At Mt Auburn after the inconclusive ultrasounds they wanted to do more tests that they said would take a couple of hours, but they said if they couldn't find anything they would send him to Children's anyway- After spending a few exhausting hours at Mt Auburn and recommending even more tests we lost our confidence in the medical staff at Mt Auburn, it felt like they were now just recommending all sorts of tests of which some sounded unnecessary (tests that when we got to Children's they did not even mention as an option) that is why we decided to go to Children's, which I believe would have happened anyway even if we stayed at Mt Auburn and did all the tests, eventually they would tell us we need to be transferred to Children's- They used a few "fear mongering" techniques to get us to do more tests, which I did not appreciate, repeating that this could be intussusception which is life threatening and requesting us to sign a bunch of papers saying we are leaving against their "permission"- I did not appreciate being told "this could be serious" repeatedly, when that was exactly why we came to the ER in the first place, because we did not want to assume this was just a stomach bug but then everything they did was inconclusive and in the realm of "we don't know what it is" several hours later- Not too important for an adult, but the ER at Mt Auburn looks very depressing especially for kids, at Children's the rooms are more colorful and inviting- I have to say that almost everybody at Mt Auburn was nice overall but mishaps and miscommunication gave us the impression that they didn't know what they were doing at times which threw us in an even bigger panic mode, and I would have appreciated they just told us to go straight to Children'sThis would have saved as time, hours of worrying and money.
james stockwell: Good
Garrett: I came for an abdominal issue and had a great experience at this ER. The intake gentleman worked quickly and in good humor. Medical staff members Arlene, Vivianne, Rick, Housam and Seth all handled me with kindness and positivity even though the ER was swamped and they were exceedingly busy with numerous complex cases. This is a a great team working tirelessly to care for all patients and should be acknowledged for their hard work.
Samuel Fite: Had a great experience here when my girlfriend woke up in the middle of the night with abdominal pain. They had it removed within the next day. Felt very accommodated.
Oscar Sanchez: The worst hospital in all of Massachusetts. Horrible treatment/service/ patient care. Everyone is so unprofessional especially at the front desk. Where do they hire these people?... Is my real issue. This place needs a whole makeover and rehire better fit professionals. How has this place been able to operate like this for too long?!. Go elsewhere if you value your life.
Elodie BDY: I am very surprised to read so many negative comments about this emergency department, I had a positive experience myself a few days ago.I was taken to the emergency room by an ambulance and was taken care of by a very attentive and empathetic team. The nurses, doctors, paramedics and reception staff were all professional and efficient.I was even surprised to be so well taken care of in the middle of the Covid pandemic, I was afraid to arrive in a scene of chaos and in fact not at all, the team was organized and all the exams were done without any hitch.I was terribly anxious to be in the emergency room and the staff was comforting and attentive. No one likes to come to the emergency room, but if needed I would go back without hesitation. Thank you to the team for taking care of me.
Sara-Elisabeth Finley: I cannot say enough about how wonderful the care is here. From top doctors to the friendly housekeeping staff. They do everything they can to ensure they find what is wrong. To bringing a warm blanket if you are chilly. I know it cannot have been easy on them during this pandemic. But they never showed the stress. I am very hard of hearing and when being masked up communication is so hard. They worked with me to ensure that I was fully aware of what they had to do. I say GOD BLESS THEM ALL!
Alexander: DOESNT TAKE COVID SERIOUSLY. AVOID. Filthy place. Woman came into my room mid-IV to ask me to pay my copay. Then later told me there was an extra $80 charge but couldn't tell me what it was for until she billed me. Woman had her mask down knowing that there we mutliple people with COVID right next to her. I literally had to tell her not to touch me as it might get others sick. Absolute insanity. Cannot believe she works at a hospital and is willing to spread COVID. Furthermore my doctor wasn't even up to date on modern COVID treatments. He literally had to Google what one was. Specialists are fine at Auburn but do not go to their ER.
Emily: For one its extremely dirty. Secondly, I came in with Covid related respiratory issues and they sat me in front of the main entrance of the ER so every patient had to walk past me coughing...
Nabil Baugher: Long wait time; otherwise good experience.
sarah ambrogne: You can be a documented chronically ill patient with 9 surgeries preformed at that hospital and a known condition that causes severe pain by cysts and them discover a new one only to be completely dismissed, treated like an uneducated person and then listen to them unprofessionally complain about the other patients in the department. I hate most of the staff in the ER but unfortunately come here because of my genuine surgeons and doctors.

Mass General Brigham Urgent Care - Cambridge | Central Square: what do users think?
alex k: I’m always impressed by the care I’ve received here. I’ve come here twice and been fortunate to be there when wait time was minimal. Providers have always been very kind and attentive. Much faster and more caring than trying to contact the office of my primary care doctor.
Steven Paquette: The wait was not too long, which was appreciated, and the person at the front desk was professional and helpful. Things took a turn after the nurse left and the next person, Meg, who I believe was the nurse practitioner, came in. After telling them about my condition they repeatedly cut me off and talked to me in a condescending manner. At one point, after I told them my conditions, they asked me what was wrong - as if they weren't listening in the first place. I thought I was doing the smart thing to go to Urgent Care to be seen, but this person made the experience a regrettable one.
Whitney Joacine: Woman at the desk who has very short hair was extremely rude! I too work within the medical field and never have I ever experienced such disregard for patient care from a medical professional. Seemed as if she didn’t even want to assist or be there. It took the woman at the front more than 30 minutes just to check in ONE patient. To the point other patients were leaving to go to a different facility and advised I do the same because of her attitude and wait time. This location needs to do better and go over HIPPA and quality patient care with their staff. If I were you I’d go to the facility in Woburn. Wonderful staff there.
Gloria Evans: Amazing experience
Sophia Hatzis: Looks like the majority of reviews aren’t very good, but I actually had a great experience at this location. I waited for about 20 minutes to be seen (I’m sure I got lucky here), and all three people that I saw (front desk, x-ray tech, and nurse practitioner) were all great. I felt like my concerns were heard and I felt confident walking out. I would recommend and I will be back!
Larry Hoover: Worst experience every!! Do not go here!
Bella Bennett: The nurse practitioner that saw me, after a 2.5 hour wait, was condescending and I felt talked down upon. I left feeling dejected. I've always thought that if something feels wrong, you should get it checked out. This provider seemed to interrogate why I even bothered to come in. Complete waste of time. I have gone here on multiple occasions in the past and was treated with respect, but after today's visit I will not be returning.
Ros: The provider’s arrogance worsened the situation
Claudia McCarty: I visited this Urgent Care for a walk in appointment. Waited ONE HOUR to be seen - Detail: I was the only one in the waiting room. After being called, nurse was rude and asked me to wait in the exam room for her to call me on the phone to ask about symptoms. She closed the door and left. I waited 15 MINUTES for her to call. When I opened the door, I heard three nurses doing nothing, talking about their personal lives. I simply left the urgent care and went somewhere else. Horrible place. Never going back there.
alkin: Very bad… seriously Boston? Your urgent care situation is a disgrace !
Tyler Sylvia: Writing this review after almost 4 hours of waiting only to be gaslit and talked down upon. If you’re reading this, I’m probably still here waiting…
Mohammad Javad Akbari: They kept us waiting for two hours and a half for just a doctor visit. This is unacceptable
Fawad Khan: They need more providers. No MD. Only NP and PA. Very slow. Took me 3 hours to see NP. Hopefully I will never come back here.
maninder singh: Worst Urgent care ever. They don’t keep track of who’s first or who’s second. Very rude service. These fancy urgent care shops are opening up every where but the services are so terrible.
süleyman Avci: Worst experience ever , never go this place again , they literally close at 14.30 today , there was nobody in frontdesk
Maor Itah: Hours of operation do not apply - they close when they determine they’ve reached volume for the night. Whatever that means.
John Cormier: I called to see if I could get in for them to tell me there weren’t many people at the Cambridge office and the other two locations were capped. I showed up for them to tell me they were on a pause for an hour to an hour and a half and there was barely anybody in the waiting room?
Christian Newcome: I came all the way there only for there to be a sign on the door saying “ we don’t have X-ray services available today.” then close!!!!
Elizabeth Carre: Awefule paitent care not much diffrent from their brookline locations.
SNH: They need more providers staffed at this location, there’s too much demand for just one provider and 2 nurses, it’s not fair to the staff or the patients.I visited this urgent care 2 times for urgent issues - a burn and an allergic reaction. Staff were extremely nice and are thorough, but the wait times are absolutely unreasonable. Both visits were a 3-4 hour experience, with the 95% of the time just sitting waiting to be seen.
Konstantia Angelidou: A great team! Thoughtful, meticulous, trustworthy: from the front desk to anyone who took care of me!

Ari W.: Misleading name “care for the community”. Unless you’re MIT affiliated expect to get turned away.
Ted Hu: The urgent care here is excellent. The doctors and nurses are fantastic and have followed up with me daily to check on how I'm doing. If you have access to it, it is a godsend.
Lennart Bock: Very friendly and skilled nurses. Very friendly registration. Fully recommended if you are MIT affiliated.

CareWell Urgent Care: what do users think?
Michelle Ashford: The care and diagnosis was great. Couldn't fault it.However, the receptionist ignored me and did not advise anyone that I was waiting. It was only after someone who arrived after me was called in that I asked the question. Make sure they know you are waiting!!!My problem arose because I do not have a US mobile phone (I am from the UK), so could not complete the on-line form. I told the receptionist, but she did not offer an alternative and did not register my arrival, despite me giving her my medical insurance details. I am not sure what she thought I was doing there........
SERGE AUGUSTIN: Excellent service
Eric Belix: Great 2 ladies at the front desk! Very polite and professional!
Robert Dunn: It’s much more convenient if you don’t need the ER. Reserve your place in line from the site and know when to be there and not get stuck in the waiting room. When it’s not available and it’s first come first serve plan to wait. Great people.
Rosalyn Garnett: Staffs was very nice 😊
Paul Doi: Great clinic. Fast, friendly, professional. Everything you want in an urgent care clinic.
Julie Donaghey: Quick and efficient. Very kind pediatric NP.
mimi: Great experience right from the reception.
Amanda Smart: I cut my hand on the Saturday and Peg or Meg did an excellent job of stitching my hand up!Thanks so much!
Luz Hiratsuka: It was good, but I didn’t like the waiting time. I had to wait almost one hour. This is unacceptable .
Lindsay: Just because they’re open according to their hours doesn’t mean you can go in… came for a simple urine drug test required by my employer, was told no one was allowed to check in for an hour, and then they would only do tests from 4-5. Waited two hours in total to do a urine test…. Horrible experience…. Not sure why it says open if no one is allowed in….
Marcelle Deliere: The staff was very kind and respectful
Rishi Reddi: The wrong dosage was prescribed of the antibiotic amoxicillin for a 10 year old boy. Luckily the pharmacist caught the mistake, called the CareWell center and the mistake was corrected. Very alarming.
Grace E.: The staff were all incredibly thorough, kind, and patient.
krithika vaidyanathan: After telling us on the phone, they are walk in only, they made the decision to change to appointment only. Not only was this not updated on the website, the staff lady was just matter of fact rude that they made the decision an hour or so after I called. I guess they think sick people can teleport in MA traffic. Don’t go here if you are really in need of help.
Mahesh Karki: This place has no proper system in place. They checked me in for a drug test and made me wait for an hour and called me in for test. And finally when i went inside they said its expired. Please avoid this place at any cost. Very poorly managed..
Geidy Chia: The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Facility is clean with private parking in the rear of the building.
Keegan O'Hara: Staff was extremely friendly, the wait was reasonably short, and I left feeling much better. Great experience!
Gabby Perez-Lozano: I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily, and the check-in process was online too, which also helped things run more smoothly. The PA I saw (Kimberly McCarty) was super friendly and helpful, and she answered all my questions about my ankle injury. I felt very well taken care of. Thank you!
Shatara Monique: …. As I left work, I google and urgent care in the Cambridge as I knew I could not drive a far distance feeling this way.. This location came up and I put it in Waze (8min from my job
devin mullett: Very quickly in and out, friendly staff.

Steward Health Care System: what do users think?
Kyle Donley: Despicable. Terrible staffing, doctors no-show meetings, the bill you for services not rendered, and their corporate headquarters obscure contact info (series of disconnected or dead numbers) to make it impossible to dispute billing. Might as well be a shell corp. Employees take note, you work for a predatory corporation. Customers take note - DON'T GO HERE.
Melissa M: I'm not typically someone who leaves negative reviews, I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but St Elizabeths and Steward Medical Group as a whole have really disappointed me. I've been a part of the medical group since 2018 and I've been experiencing longer wait times, inability to get an appointment with my doctors no matter how flexible my schedule is and randomly canceled appointments. What pushed me to write this review is that my cardiology appointment was just cancelled on me for a third time in the past 4 months once again due to 'the doctor being sick'. I'm trying to be understanding but it seems a little far fetched that the doctor is sick every single time I have an appointment scheduled. On top of that I was sent a bill for services that I paid upon receipt. A month later I received a bill stating my payment was over due and to pay or it would be sent to collections. I paid because I was nervous but I realized after the fact I was paying the same bill twice. Haven't been reimbursed for the second payment.I am actively searching for a new health care provider and I suggest not getting yourself into the mess that is Steward Medical Group.
Thomas Tathryn: I went to SMG to see Dr. Gedarovich. Dr. Gedarovich was friendly the first time I met him, but disinterested and uninvolved the second time I saw him. I do not know him any further than the two visits because the office in which he works has been an exceptional frustration to deal with. The office staff are generally nice, but uninformed. That lack of information leads to erroneous charges, missed information, and falsely explaining charges to me 5 times. This happened from 2 visits and 1 referenced visit to another site. I am amazed at the poor management there.
Ereli: I've been a patient since 2017. I had to change medical providers because I changed jobs and they wouldn't reschedule my appointment.
Samantha Bollmann: Tl;dr: Insurance con artists and lack of professionalism. Avoid this office.I had a first-time visit with Dr. Irina Maysky for my annual physical. I had a 3m45s phone call following up on results from a blood test where we talked about routine information such as what I would be prescribed and what the address of my pharmacy was. The office then charged me $300+ for this phone call, billing it as a 21-30 minute call. I requested review and they stated it was a 25 minute call despite my phone records indicating otherwise. Additionally, the office was disorganized, having me fill out lots of paperwork in-person that they then did not input into the system (such as my pharmacy's address). The doctor also made errors filling out forms for my workplace wellness program including indicating that I was several inches shorter than I actually was (which affects BMI) since she did not measure my height.
Nachi T: Thieves and insurance fraud con artists. Incompetent billing department loses your payments so that they can sell your debt and information to debt collectors, violating HIPAA. Doctors routinely request unnecessary treatments like expensive scans. Unprofessional staff and doctors that are 3 hours late to appointments, or don't even show up, then they will still bill you for it.
Cassandra Klos: I usually don't even write reviews, but I have had nothing but issues with Steward Medical Group. I was assigned a doctor who saw me for my first physical, and then I have not been able to see him since. Every appointment I have asked for, I am told I can only see the nurse practitioner. During one visit, my symptoms were minimized by an NP, which made me get a second opinion. The second opinion let me know the injury required six weeks of physical therapy - meanwhile the NP told me to ice it and prescribed pain meds. Come to find out, my original doctor had left and they had never told me or assigned me to a different PCP.Also, the reception desk refuses to take payment for co-pays, which creates a bottle neck through my insurance. Later I found out Steward had sent a different payment to collections, which I was not even told about. I will be switching doctors immediately.
Jake Olson: This hospital sent a bill, which we paid. then we received another bill. We called them and they claimed there were no other bills and we had paid them. 3 month later we get sent to collections. we pay our bills... they are incompetent.
Derek Nadeau: I had surgery in April of 2021. I was told I owed a total of $600, however, the hospital decides to send me bills totaling $1,600. When providing dates they did not match the amount of dates sent to my insurance so what happened? It is now July and Steward tells me to pay or have it hit my credit. They will not give me emails evidencing that I am setting up a payment plan due to "hackers" so essentially I have to trust them that they're doing their job correctly when they have not done so since the first date of service. Unforgivable. I wish I could give negative stars or even a 0 Star review. I would honestly rather perform my own personal surgery than ever go here/through them again
Eric Reed: I would rate the doctors, but I never got the chance to. After trying to chase them down for an appointment for two days, I finally got a receptionist on the phone. She misspelled my name three times then hung up on me. Don't waste your time.
orietta shimansky: I’d give this place a negative 5 if I could. Not only did they not schedule my daughters SURGERY when I thought they did they wouldn’t call me back to tell me any info about it. The office staff is abhorrent and rude. The doctor we had was great but not worth all the other stuff you have to deal with
Mario Il Leone: Absolutely the worst hospital system ( for profit) I have encountered. Run away from here at all costs and go to a Boston affiliated hospital system ( ie Mass General/Brighams or Beth Israel/Lahey). They don’t care, are smug, inefficient, and are lacking in true professional medical care.
Sara DuBois: I have had so many terrible experiences here! They include wrong diagnoses, prescribing the wrong medications, prescribing brand names not covered by my insurance when I am able to take the generic, billing me for the wrong services, sending documents to the wrong address years after I update, rescheduling my appointments without telling me, and not notifying me of test results or making them available to me on their online platform. I hate this company so much.
Maria Calla: Ii put my son in the siquiatric 7 west I call to spick with the supervisor the staft answer his name was Oliver at first he don't even want to give me his name he put me in hold for 20 minute I ask for the supervisor and he said is not supervisor in there then I call again and I ask for the nurse in charge he respond she can't give you information I don't want any confidential information I bring my son there last night he was sleeping deep I just need to know if he wake up because his situation I was worried that all but this guy Oliver he don't understand what I need and was hard for me to understand him. Waw this is the last time I bring my son to this hospital.
Allie Nelson: Great staff and a great program. Works with patients to complete their treatment in a way that works for them. It's individualized and effective.
