Jess Peck: Super great experience with getting my COVID and flu vaccine, staff were patient friendly and kind. Really appreciate them!
Olivia Carr: I couldn't get an appt at my usual MinuteClinic a few days ago, but I found an opening at this one. It was quick and easy. The practitioner was really nice, and she followed up with me a few days later with my test results. I also appreciated the free parking lot, which you don't always get around here.

Chad Cloutier: Lay over while traveling to Ireland. Daughter was having tooth pain. Made a reservation on line at 1154, but when I arrived, my code had expired. Looked at my email, and it said to arrive 5 minutes before the time below, which said 1154; yes I was supposed to arrive 5 minutes before I made the reservation. By the time I got there, and the person in front of me, well, it was lunch time. I did not have time to wait another 1 hour plus, so hopefully my daughter will be ok.If the registration expires, it would be nice to know this when trying to drive in Boston.
julie d: literally so unprofessional, the guy tried to get me out of his office as fast as he could, he could have honestly kicked me out. He wouldn't even hear me out abut my insurance anything like he literally doesn't care. I told I have mass-health, he told me I am not eligible then I told him it is fine I will pay for it. He didn't even hear what was wrong with me, he just wanted me out of his office like I felt so disrespected. Like you can't treat patients like that. I left crying with my eye pain like I was literally in so much pain and he wouldn't even listen to me.

Jess D: Do NOT see the clinician, Jessica! Firstly, I waited for 50 minutes when there was only one person in line ahead of me, and the original wait time listed 18 minutes. Secondly, I came in with a small and simple cut on my knee, to ensure that the odd healing behavior was actually normal (and if not have her clean it). She briefly glanced at it and told me it was fine and to leave it alone. Upon further research, I had slough on the wound that needs to be removed/cleaned by a medical professional... which is why I went to her in the first place. Now I have to go to a real doctor and get it taken care of. Waste of time and money.
Miranda D: I'm unsure of the nurse's name but I've gone twice and loves my experience both times! Definitely save time and book an appointment the night before. I was able to get seen early both times. The nurse was professional and sweetheart. Helped me talk through my symptoms 😊
Maureen Fisher: Despite the poor reviews I read here, I went to the minute clinic last night, but wasn't sure if they would take me as it was 6:30pm on a Friday night and they close at 7pm. There was a guy ahead of me but Stacey, the NP, said that if I was willing to wait she would try to squeeze me in before they closed. And she did, and I was so grateful. Quickly confirmed what I thought was going on, sent a prescription to the pharmacy and was professional and super nice throughout. I even got my flu shot at the end. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience - she could have easily said that it was too late and to come back tomorrow. Huge thank you to Stacey!
Shane: 30+ mins behind on the wait list, totally negating the point of checking in online. Waited for over an hour to be greated by a room with a fly in it and being misdiagnosed by the N.P. I Won't be coming back to this location and would not recommend it to others.
Haley Garner: After finding out that Harvard Vanguard in Davis is not really an urgent care facility, I came to the Minute Clinic in Porter. Wait time was minimal, and Nurse Leigh was thorough and efficient. Including wait time, the visit itself, and prescription pick-up my time was about 30 minutes total. I will definitely return here next time I have an injury or illness!
Robert Butt: I visited this Minute Clinic recently. Nurse Leigh was very unpleasant, irritable, unprofessional. She scolded me for not wearing my hearing aids. She was wearing a face mask, looking at a computer. I was several feet away. Hearing aids would have been useless to hear her. She didn't know what was ailing me and suggested I get blood tests. I'm feeling fine now. Visitors to this clinic should understand that they are seeing a nurse, not a doctor. The nurse has no help, is very likely overworked as CVS is interested primarily in production work to maximize profits. I would never visit a Minute Clinic ever again!

It would have been considerate to at least tell me so I didn't have to sit there for an hour and a half past my estimated appointment time.

Jon Link: They don't accept the letter MassHealth sent to most people, the one that says you can use this letter "the same way as you would use a health insurance card." No mention of this on the website, so I wasted my time.The N.P. there tried to be as helpful as possible, so no beef with her. Just a really, really bad system that won't allow inputting coverage they claim to accept. So really, I'd avoid all CVS minute clinics unless you can call first and verify that you won't waste 20 minutes waiting (plus travel time) only to be denied healthcare.

süleyman Avci: Worst experience i have ever had , worst service , they are not helpful , even if you die , they are asking for an appointment , and they are sleeping inside without any patient. Rachael Novicki was one of the people over there today who doesnt want to help me. I hope other Minute clinics are not like this one. I hope cvs can take into consideration about patients reviews!!!

Jack Johnson: My wife is quite ill, and we were able to make an appointment for today. After driving for 40 minutes, we arrived seven minutes late due to traffic related to graduation ceremonies being held today, and even called ahead to let them know. We were turned away, and four hours later are still waiting at another urgent care. As a medical professional I understand the work flow of an outpatient office, but minute clinic's actions were bordering on negligent and immoral.
Caitlin Worthen: I’ve always been a fan of MinuteClinic-but this one went amazing!! I made an appointment online (same day), and there was no wait when I got there! She did a full exam and I ended up having the flu. So fast and easy, compared to getting an appointment with my PCP. Only $20 copay too!
RexS The Great: As another review mentioned, this is an hourclinic, not a minuteclinic. An hour prior to the appointment, I gave a call saying that I will be late 5-10 mins due to personal reasons. The clinic told me that that would be fine as the patient ahead of me will most likely go first and that I would take their place. The patient ahead of me was getting taken care of so I waited for 45 mins just to be told that I have to reschedule my appointment to a later date at 6:32 PM when the latest possible rescheduling appointment could have been 6:30 PM, but the doctor then said that he can’t do anything about it. After explaining the situation, the doctor said that it was MY fault and that “the facts are that you’re late”. The person behind the phone number is incredibly kind and understanding, which is why I’m giving this a two star and not a one star rating because of the doctor that doesn’t even understand his own job. You’re supposed to take care of the patients, not push them away because they’re five minutes late for a procedure that can take up to 30 minutes as scheduled. Very disappointing experience and I won’t be coming to this district any time soon.

Jisan Kim: It was the first time visiting a walk-in clinic in America. NP was very kind, and she made me feel free even Im a foreigner.
Olivia Storey: If you have any type of flu symptom the staff will just say “yup, it’s Covid” without testing for anything else. I went through all my Covid tests, testing negative every time, until I finally saw an ENT who properly diagnosed me with an ear infection. The staff really don’t feel like treating you, they just want to make a quick and easy diagnosis and send you home.
Vicki S: 2 associates, one in the office the other in the door of the same office were chatting when I approached minute clinic. They carried on their conversation for good 5 minutes looking at me from time to time. I was sitting on the red chairs, exactly where it says waiting area. Didn’t ask me anything. I got curious to see when they’ll finish and help me. But they had no intention to cut their conversation and help me, or they probably thought people just hang out at the waiting area of their minute clinic. Then an older man walked in the waiting area, completely ignoring that i was sitting waiting, one of the girls jumped to help him. confused by the situation I just left . Excellent customer service, keep it up 👍🏻
Daniel Cross: I signed up for 2 physicals for my son and I. I took off work to make the appointments, we drove over from Chelsea (JUST moved to Boston from out of state), and checked in. The Nurse Practitioner, for whatever reason, told us they would not complete physicals for my son and I for Scout Camp. They recommended we go to an urgent care facility.If there are reasons this location wouldn't perform a basic physical, they should be posted on the website or a warning should pop up advising consumers to go elsewhere. My son, asked me how the physicals would be different at a different location? I told him they would be the same. Very poor service, complete lack of empathy to our situation, and as my pre-teen son pointed out you may as well go to another Clinic to have your needs met where people will actually do the work you book and spend your time, money, and gas on. 0 out of 10 would be my NPS rating for this location.
Peter Haynes: Rachel is a great nurse here when getting PCRs done to travel home. Really kind and understanding and went the extra mile to reassure us. She even printed our results quickly!

S EI: The nurse who were pregnant, did not accepted to visit me and asked for negative Covid test result. I mentioned her I have sinusitis but she refused to visit me. I had to leave and get admitted at Mt Auburn Hospital, and the Emergency doctor diagnosed and treated me for my sinusitis.It is ridiculous that a CVS nurse are not comfortable visiting patients, and related every single patient to Covid.

Travis Bouchard: I made an appointment on line at this location after going to the Harvard Square MinuteClinic and seeing they had no more available appointments. I made an appointment online and went over to this MinuteClinc. When I got there I filled out forms on a tablet (seems redundant and unnecessary but is probably needed for legal reasons) and was called in by the nurse as soon as I finished checking in. n Nurse Khalarian was super friendly, professional, and very helpful. The appointment was quick and efficient; I was able to check in, get diagnosed, and pick up my prescription in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this clinic for its excellent customer service, expertise, and it’s low wait times.
Glenn Anderson: Went in as a walk-in this morning and was enthusiastically greeted by the nurse. Sign-in took only about 5 minutes and then I was seen right away. The nurse was super nice and informative about the vaccinations that I was getting for my travel outside of the country (Hep A, Hep B, Tdap, and Typhoid). Overall got in at 9:05 and was out by 9:35. Great experience -- 2 thumbs up!
Alpoun Alpoun: Registered ahead of time. Came in, spent time filling out more info on computer. Waited for nearly an hour. Left because could not wait anymore. All along there was only one person ahead of me already in the room.This was my 3rd attempt at getting vaccinated at this place!!And the last one. If I could give it a zero, I would, for wasting people's time.
Peter Gallaher: Signed in at 530. Waited an hour and a half, my appointment being pushed back every 20 minutes, with the manager telling me that i would still be able to be seen even when my appointment was pushed past 7, only to be told there was nobody there to see me and to try again tomorrow. Doctor at the urgent care clinic across the street told me this happens very regularly. Avoid this place like the plague, they're completely unprofessional and will straight up lie to you.
