Planned Parenthood - Greater Boston Health Center: what do users think?
Claerbout Hanna: Extremely kind staff and proper attention and attitude towards healthcare.
Nicole Conlin: Super professional and caring staff. Seamless check in process and was even called in earlier then my appointment time.
Ava Anton: Terrible service, got here an hour early, only person in the clinic and still had to wait
Ana Galarza: My appointment was canceled 2 days in advance and was given no reason as to why. Terrible service
Nikolas Maillis: horid
Stephanie Joseph: Mesha- i truly hope i spelled her name right. I’ll call to make sure. She is an absolute saint!! Her patience, support and compassion is truly indescribable. She’s such an incredible person and addition to the team. Jess, Yaz and Rebecca are some of the kindest care professionals i’ve met. It’s refreshing to meet folks who actually really enjoy their jobs and are truly kind humans. They’re truly a dream team. It out weights the amount of time waiting. My only reservation and something i’m looking forward to is the day they become more kid friendly. I think it’ll truly be helpful to allow children to learn about the resources that the world has to offer for women. This can normalize women having autonomy over the decisions they make for themselves. Our world carries such a negative stigma towards this facility when they’re one of many who actually provides women with resources and options. However, i personally don’t believe you can truly support women without supporting children. That’s my own opinion:)
Abbe Neumann: I've had an appointment booked for weeks with this clinic and only received a phone call today stating that they don't have enough time for the appointment and have canceled it. I tried calling but was hung up on, called back only to sit in a queue. Online booking is booking starting next month.
Reagan DeSantis: I came yesterday for a follow up appointment thinking I was getting the IUD birth control, and even though it wasn’t in their system and they had no idea I was supposed to get it until I said something, they still did it for me! I also arrived 40 minutes late to my appointment.. I had thought my appointment was for 130, but it was actually for 1pm. Regardless I was still 10 minutes late to the appointment time I thought I had but everyone was extremely accommodating to me. I was waiting 2 or so hours to get the IUD placed but regardless I’m super grateful they took me and got it done. Everyone I’ve met at this location are some of the sweetest people I’ve met!! I highly recommend coming here. Wait time is a little iffy, but just remember everywhere is so short staffed since the pandemic and they’re just doing their best.Thanks.
Michelle Lee: Génesis P. is the supervisor here but she struggled remembering the financial department's extension number and was so quick to push rescheduling as soon as we encountered an issue. The front desk people were far more patient and far less redundant. Génesis seems to have broken HIPAA when providing first and last names, a member id and group number of an individual who was incorrectly linked to my medical records. I came earlier this Nov saying that their insurance information's inaccurate and they failed to resolve the problem multiple times and had me who is sick call three different numbers in order to fix their blunder. She nonstop said that there's no way she could help call or help fix this glitch that she should have apologized for; instead, she ingenuinely said she understands. She mumbles when she talks and gave off the coldest demeanor. I truly recommend a new supervisor as soon as possible. She's the reason I wish I could give 0 as opposed to 1 star.
xing lin: This place produces huge noise every morning at 6:30am for one hour, awakening me from sleep. It's such a trash building that is a huge noise producer in the city.
Dokyun Kim: Worst experience. There was no patient ahead of me waiting. The nurse told me to wait for a bit.. I waited for an hour and the nurse came to check me again and told me the doc will be with me in about 5-10 minutes.. The doc didn't show up for another half an hour so I decided to get refunded and leave.
brady hunter: Dr. Michelle Forcier is mentally unfit to be a doctor, she should not be near children AT ALL, horrible place since they hire people like her
Karen Kenyon: Great services with friendly staff, security and escorts. Thank you for treating all of your patients with the compassion and respect they deserve. Boston is very lucky to have such a nice and safe Planned Parenthood Facility.
kate rose: Everyone should go here. Escorts and security made me feel safe! I went for a routine exam/testing and was so impressed. The whole practice was SO clean and the women were so accommodating. Asked all of the right questions with no judgment. Quick and easy! highly recommend.
E Rowland: I had a lovely experience with two very kind PA’s. Planned parenthood was able to help provide me with birth control when all other primary care and gynecologists weren’t able to schedule me an appointment for another 2 months out. My appointment was via phone/video call and was quick and painless. Thank you very much for everything!
Kahunde Nessa-Akiiki: I had the best experience right from the security guy, the lady that worked on me at the reception(Ms.Yanira), the medical assistant and the doctor, everyone was so sweet and kind,I was treated very well and they made my visit so easyI highly recommend
Al Spruill: Poor communication
Tara Monteiro: I am never coming back to this location. I can appreciate schedules run behind as I work in healthcare but this was beyond. I scheduled an appointment for 420p assuming I’ll be here at most an hour, an hour and a half. 45 minutes and I’m still waiting to be called. I’m getting an IUD and I don’t understand how multiple ppl have checked in after me and are being called ahead of me. I checked in with the desk and they say 5 minutes. That was 10 minutes ago. I only came cause my OB was booked through the end of the year. This was not worth the frustration.
Athenais LaMontespan: The only medical organization that I trust with my reproductive organs.
Emilie Hardel: I'm so, so happy that there's a place for womxn to receive healthcare from other womxn. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly, my IUD insertion was fast and efficient, and they show obvious care for the experience of their patients. I'll be donating and voting to keep them open for decades to come.
Julia McElroy: I had an amazing experience here. I’m so thankful there’s such professional care for womxn. Thank you, PP, for making me at ease while also being extremely informative.

CHA Cambridge Birth Center: what do users think?
Cadieja Joseph: Any women that are pregnant or even if you become pregnant in the future, I strongly suggest Cambridge Birth Center. Especially****WOMEN OF COLOR***I chose a water birth and it was the best experience ever. While pregnant they were so down to earth and attentive, my midwife didn't treat me like "just another appointment for the day" she really took the time to get to know me and let me call her all the time with my new mom questions. They give you a doula during labor and one for after birth to help and support your transition. While in labor it was the most supportive, calm environment (besides my screaming) lol and after they listened when ever I was concerned with a pain and acknowledged it with genuine care to make sure I didn't have any after labor issues. Which is an important issue for women of color and labor. They call to check in and sometimes just to say hi and see how we're doing. I had a visiting nurse that came to my house checked on the baby and sat and listened to all my "is this normal?!" Questions. They also provided a lactation specialist that will check in with you to help you with breastfeeding!Honestly best experience ever.Every doubt I had and all my nervousness they reassured me that I was a strong woman that was beyond capable and my body was beyond prepared for natures path. What was also beautiful to me is how they'd ask "But how are YOU doing? Are you ok? How do you feel"A lot of us aren't aware we have these affordable options in the state.
Lisa Liang Philpotts: Compassionate, LGBTQ friendly nurse midwives and staff who really take the time to listen to you. I received my prenatal care here and although I was not able to deliver in the birth center because I became higher risk when I went into labor, the transition to birth in Cambridge Hospital across the street was seamless.

MinuteClinic: what do users think?
Jess Peck: Super great experience with getting my COVID and flu vaccine, staff were patient friendly and kind. Really appreciate them!
Olivia Carr: I couldn't get an appt at my usual MinuteClinic a few days ago, but I found an opening at this one. It was quick and easy. The practitioner was really nice, and she followed up with me a few days later with my test results. I also appreciated the free parking lot, which you don't always get around here.
Haydar Evren: A waste of time and money. Instead, go to an urgent care.
Pasang K: The physician at the minuteClinic ; Lindsey Williams is extremely helpful, I had zero knowledge of what I was doing but she thoroughly guided me throughout my visits at the clinic. She's very nice and helpful. Thank you Lindsey for your help :)
Seth K: The CVS website said they had walk-ins until 6PM, but when I walked in they said they don't have walk-ins. Thanks for lying to me and wasting my time, CVS.Their appointment system says there is an opening today, but when you try to make an appointment it doesn't exist. See photo. Thanks for wasting more of my time.CVS employees said it's not CVS so not their problem. The minuteclinic employee said she can't do anything/not her problem.I guess it's nobody's problem except the customer's.
Chad Cloutier: Lay over while traveling to Ireland. Daughter was having tooth pain. Made a reservation on line at 1154, but when I arrived, my code had expired. Looked at my email, and it said to arrive 5 minutes before the time below, which said 1154; yes I was supposed to arrive 5 minutes before I made the reservation. By the time I got there, and the person in front of me, well, it was lunch time. I did not have time to wait another 1 hour plus, so hopefully my daughter will be ok.If the registration expires, it would be nice to know this when trying to drive in Boston.
julie d: literally so unprofessional, the guy tried to get me out of his office as fast as he could, he could have honestly kicked me out. He wouldn't even hear me out abut my insurance anything like he literally doesn't care. I told I have mass-health, he told me I am not eligible then I told him it is fine I will pay for it. He didn't even hear what was wrong with me, he just wanted me out of his office like I felt so disrespected. Like you can't treat patients like that. I left crying with my eye pain like I was literally in so much pain and he wouldn't even listen to me.
Bob Skomro: Went to the clinic today with an infection. First time visit.I was impressed with how easy and quick it was to seethe nurse who was very helpful.
Jean-Philippe Bürckert: Great place. I can highly recommend NP Stefanie. Professional and kind.
Jess D: Do NOT see the clinician, Jessica! Firstly, I waited for 50 minutes when there was only one person in line ahead of me, and the original wait time listed 18 minutes. Secondly, I came in with a small and simple cut on my knee, to ensure that the odd healing behavior was actually normal (and if not have her clean it). She briefly glanced at it and told me it was fine and to leave it alone. Upon further research, I had slough on the wound that needs to be removed/cleaned by a medical professional... which is why I went to her in the first place. Now I have to go to a real doctor and get it taken care of. Waste of time and money.
Miranda D: I'm unsure of the nurse's name but I've gone twice and loves my experience both times! Definitely save time and book an appointment the night before. I was able to get seen early both times. The nurse was professional and sweetheart. Helped me talk through my symptoms 😊
Maureen Fisher: Despite the poor reviews I read here, I went to the minute clinic last night, but wasn't sure if they would take me as it was 6:30pm on a Friday night and they close at 7pm. There was a guy ahead of me but Stacey, the NP, said that if I was willing to wait she would try to squeeze me in before they closed. And she did, and I was so grateful. Quickly confirmed what I thought was going on, sent a prescription to the pharmacy and was professional and super nice throughout. I even got my flu shot at the end. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience - she could have easily said that it was too late and to come back tomorrow. Huge thank you to Stacey!
Shane: 30+ mins behind on the wait list, totally negating the point of checking in online. Waited for over an hour to be greated by a room with a fly in it and being misdiagnosed by the N.P. I Won't be coming back to this location and would not recommend it to others.
Haley Garner: After finding out that Harvard Vanguard in Davis is not really an urgent care facility, I came to the Minute Clinic in Porter. Wait time was minimal, and Nurse Leigh was thorough and efficient. Including wait time, the visit itself, and prescription pick-up my time was about 30 minutes total. I will definitely return here next time I have an injury or illness!
Robert Butt: I visited this Minute Clinic recently. Nurse Leigh was very unpleasant, irritable, unprofessional. She scolded me for not wearing my hearing aids. She was wearing a face mask, looking at a computer. I was several feet away. Hearing aids would have been useless to hear her. She didn't know what was ailing me and suggested I get blood tests. I'm feeling fine now. Visitors to this clinic should understand that they are seeing a nurse, not a doctor. The nurse has no help, is very likely overworked as CVS is interested primarily in production work to maximize profits. I would never visit a Minute Clinic ever again!
Rafael Branch: Jessica is the best! Gave me and my husband shots and she totally nailed it.. no pain what so ever.Would totally come again!
Christine W.: Even though I showed up on time and was checked in, Jessica (the NP) bumped two people behind me on the wait list to the top of the list without telling me. It would have been considerate to at least tell me so I didn't have to sit there for an hour and a half past my estimated appointment time.
Anna Coppelman: Leigh, the NP, was very professional and made an accurate diagnosis. I found her personable and efficient.
Jon Link: They don't accept the letter MassHealth sent to most people, the one that says you can use this letter "the same way as you would use a health insurance card." No mention of this on the website, so I wasted my time. The N.P. there tried to be as helpful as possible, so no beef with her. Just a really, really bad system that won't allow inputting coverage they claim to accept. So really, I'd avoid all CVS minute clinics unless you can call first and verify that you won't waste 20 minutes waiting (plus travel time) only to be denied healthcare.

MinuteClinic: what do users think?
süleyman Avci: Worst experience i have ever had , worst service , they are not helpful , even if you die , they are asking for an appointment , and they are sleeping inside without any patient. Rachael Novicki was one of the people over there today who doesnt want to help me. I hope other Minute clinics are not like this one. I hope cvs can take into consideration about patients reviews!!!
Kelly Gold: Beyond rude and not helpful at all!Too busy giving vaccinations and do not want to see other patients.
Ry M: i made an appointment online a few days before and got there early. i expected to wait a while but my appointment started on time and everyone was very nice.
Jack Johnson: My wife is quite ill, and we were able to make an appointment for today. After driving for 40 minutes, we arrived seven minutes late due to traffic related to graduation ceremonies being held today, and even called ahead to let them know. We were turned away, and four hours later are still waiting at another urgent care. As a medical professional I understand the work flow of an outpatient office, but minute clinic's actions were bordering on negligent and immoral.
Caitlin Worthen: I’ve always been a fan of MinuteClinic-but this one went amazing!! I made an appointment online (same day), and there was no wait when I got there! She did a full exam and I ended up having the flu. So fast and easy, compared to getting an appointment with my PCP. Only $20 copay too!
RexS The Great: As another review mentioned, this is an hourclinic, not a minuteclinic. An hour prior to the appointment, I gave a call saying that I will be late 5-10 mins due to personal reasons. The clinic told me that that would be fine as the patient ahead of me will most likely go first and that I would take their place. The patient ahead of me was getting taken care of so I waited for 45 mins just to be told that I have to reschedule my appointment to a later date at 6:32 PM when the latest possible rescheduling appointment could have been 6:30 PM, but the doctor then said that he can’t do anything about it. After explaining the situation, the doctor said that it was MY fault and that “the facts are that you’re late”. The person behind the phone number is incredibly kind and understanding, which is why I’m giving this a two star and not a one star rating because of the doctor that doesn’t even understand his own job. You’re supposed to take care of the patients, not push them away because they’re five minutes late for a procedure that can take up to 30 minutes as scheduled. Very disappointing experience and I won’t be coming to this district any time soon.
Annika Lohmann: highly incompetent, would never go there again. Send me to the ER in the hospital, when I only had strap
KC Clark: Booked an appointment ahead of time and the doctor here was so great! She did a very thorough exam and was just super nice’
Haris Pepermintwala: The nurse practitioner here was great!
Jpolujanskas: It should be called Hours Clinic, not Minute. Waited for 40 minutes and listened to some loud laughs and casual conversation behind the doors. The staff does not care.
Esther Adam: I will never come here again. Iwaited for 3 hours and 10 minutes to be seen.
Lisa Don: RUDEEE
Delaney Swann: Waited for an hour. Every single person I talked to was extremely condescending. Did eventually get what I came for.
Taryn Traxler: Went here for TB test and TB results. It was quick and easy to make appointment online. Professionals working at the clinic we’re both nice and helpful.
Maria alejandra Corchuelo: Worst experience ever

Harvard University Health Services: what do users think?
Joshua Peck: HUHS closes at 5:30pm everyday, because no injuries or medical problems ever happen after 5:30pm...
Judith Genthner: Home away from home!
Nabin Kumar K.C: Doctor are not nice very rude and arrogant
Abel Girma: Booked a travel clinic appointment and was able to get immunizations completed on the same day.The NP (Julianne Sullivan) and nurse (Angela Poock) who took care of me were extremely warm, knowledgeable and culturally competent.I was surprised to read about all the negative reviews at HUHS and don’t intent to discredit those individuals’ experiences. I did, however, want to share that my experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I’m thankful for the team as I was in a logistically complicated and frustrating situation with travel coming up in a couple days. For context, I’m a grad student with Harvard BCBS group plan. I also noticed that the immunization I had to pay for was much cheaper here than at other places I called.
Luice W: I had covid and felt so sick during the final week. When I made a call and walked in, the nurse and doctor were so nice and they made me calm. Everything was really fast: They gave me mighty medicines and they helped me to get well contacted with the emergency room, just to make sure I can get some more detailed tests. They did a really good job 👏👍
Andrew Koenig: I have had extensive contact with HUHS over the years. They have gotten markedly worse as time has gone on. I find it pretty much impossible to reach my physician. My prescriptions are constantly screwed up but it is impossible to reach anyone in his office by phone; I suspect remote work has something to do with this. Urgent care is no better - you are treated with brusqueness and disregard and rarely are given medication no matter how sick you are. The only department I can recommend with any enthusiasm is PT. Aside from that, avoid unless absolutely necessary.
Lance Ying: I'm a PhD student. The service they provide is terrible and they don't care about students. I waited for a month for my appointment and they canceled the appointment the day before. I had to wait for another month to speak to a different therapist. For students under a lot of academic stress, the university doesn't provide timely and sufficient mental health resources. It's even more ridiculous considering that Harvard students have to pay $1304 per year for university health fee in addition to student health insurance.
Mariana Mata: They went above and beyond to make me feel unwelcome (“are you staff? Are you student?” B*tch I’m both “oh typically we only see students” that is not what my harvard insurance card says) and did not attended my medical concerns. In another occasion they sent me to mt Auburn emergency because of an earache, I felt so stupid going to an ER just for that. In another occasion they canceled my appointment with very short notice and didn’t bother to reschedule, the list goes on, I have recently changed to a new provider, but I cannot believe the poor quality and unintegrated care I received at HUHS.
Serena Akinboboye: If I could give them 0 star I would, the heard experiences from my sisters who are Harvard students are terrible.
Veronica Santana: My partner had an experience so awful that I cannot wait until I can switch my Health Insurance coverage. My partner is experiencing pain from a tooth that needs a root canal. He had received a filling earlier today and unfortunately, the dental student did not secure a prescription for pain medication due to thinking a filling would solve the issue. Since he was seen by a dental student and due to the day/time they were unable to have an overseeing dentist prescribe him pain medication. He decided to call HUHS to see whether his PCP or his staff could help him with medication until a root canal on Monday. After speaking with someone on the phone, the person said they did not know what to do for him, but they said he could come down if he was close by and wanted to discuss it with a Nurse Practitioner. He went in person and ultimately nothing could be done because his PCP was not in. It would have been much preferred to hear that over the phone as opposed to walking (In pain) to the Smith Campus Center. That itself could have been a misunderstanding but how he was treated when arrived there is the real problem. The front desk staff were rude and dismissive from the moment he started speaking to them. The man at the front desk denied he had coverage (rudely, cutting my partner off...) and questioned everything my partner said.My partner presented his card and then said his PCP's name and that he had been there before, the man responded "Well that's impossible." Someone else then looked him up and found him, but as he was walking to see the NP they shouted out "No wait you don't have coverage!" To then check again and confirm he did. What is going on at HUHS that they can't even check someone in who has been there, and if the system was having issues then that is not their fault, but how they treated my partner is again the issue. The NP then told him that they did not have the authority to prescribe him anything. This, again, could have been said clearly and directly over the phone to not waste his or anyone's time but again would not be a huge issue if not for the interactions at the front desk.My partner was in pain and thought he would receive at least basic level of human decency in his interactions with HUHS staff. He was treated like he was a criminal walking off the street demanding drugs. He has seen his PCP there. This is HIS healthcare provider. They were asking him whether he was a "summer school student"...do they really not know how to use their own system, and that itself is understandable because systems change/new staff/systems act wonky... but being rude and dismissive is not.I have heard others' stories of bad experiences at HUHS (including my partner having previously been given wrong information in getting blood work done) and now it is just too much. If you are a staff member, then choose another insurance option. I had been a graduate student at Harvard before becoming an admin and thought it easier to stay. But I deeply regret that decision after what my partner experienced.
Elijah Tai: I've only been there once: went in with cough, fever and full body rash and left with the suggestion to get cough syrup. No better than a Google search or WebMD. :/Need a health clearance form for travel. I submitted it a month ago, still no answer.Every time I've called for info or to book something, the person was rude (except once... they were pretty friendly!)My medical rep is pretty good... but overall the system seems very overworked, understaffed, and/or inefficient. Not sure which!Would kinda rather no HUHS at all, but instead a place to process all Harvard-required medical paperwork.
Simone Worsdale: Have had a great experience for the past several years, including with my primary care & several specialists.
Ida F: If zero stars was a possible score I truly believe that HUHS deserves it. As a Harvard student I have personally received terrible care from them and have seen many of my friends and classmates receive similar treatment. The over the phone service is atrocious and will most likely make you feel even worse then you did before. It is a well known fact among Harvard students that HUHS is a joke and does not live up to any healthcare standards.
Dan Holabaugh: I have had nothing but good experiences here at HUHS. From simple colds and sinus infections, to a non-standard diagnosis that I may need an appendectomy (I wasn't presenting normal symptoms on a regular urgent care visit, but it turned out to be true, and possibly life saving). Visiting or talking to medical personnel is often stressful and difficult just because of the nature of the situation. I have always felt well cared for here, and greatly appreciate their work and attentiveness.
Emma Ton: Was very sick and the staff was very, very rude. i even heard them describing students' call as "bizarre" and laughed with one another while i was waiting there, in pain. better take care of yourself or else you need to bite the bullet for lack of options, but the manager should do something about it
Bruno Bueno Corrêa Martins: Extremely rude call staff. Couldn’t get the support I needed. Calling feeling bad, turned off the phone feeling even worse.
Boaty McBoatface: really rude call staff. so rude. on call nurse got angry for making them wait on figuring out some stuff
Umut Arslan: Months and months of waiting
Yuntian Deng: I am a Harvard student and I had a really bad experience with them today. On Monday I made an appointment by phone and scheduled an ultrasound for Wed. However, I only realized that the receptionist put down Friday for me after I went there and found that out today (I received an email that says Friday this morning but I didn't notice the wrong date). This is extremely frustrating, since I didn't eat anything to prepare for the ultrasound, and my wife took a day off to accompany me. What's even more frustrating is the attitude of the receptionists, who don't believe my experience (and no apologies apparently). However, I do want to mention that eventually the receptionists found me another slot later today (after my insistence).
Sarosh Khan: Harvard Health Services is a joke. I went there once as a student. It was terrible. Always went to an outside doctor after that. They seemed to be exceptionally good at being really bad, especially when it comes to looking at students as human beings.
Mary Atwood: I know my experiences haven't been universal and that many students have found the mental health care at Harvard in particular to be seriously lacking, but in my three years as a grad student at Harvard, I was uniformly impressed by every interaction I had at HUHS. I found the primary care team at the Law School Clinic to be attentive, detail-oriented, service-minded, and warm and personable both when scheduling appointments or asking follow-up questions and when actually in appointments at the clinic. I've also received top-notch, compassionate care in urgent care and in several specialties at the Smith Center. Beginning grad school with a complicated chronic illness - and having encountered seriously lackluster medical care at student health services in college - I was uncertain and not terribly optimistic about what I would find at HUHS; over the past three years, I've been delighted to have my expectations time and again more than exceeded by the competent, compassionate care I've received at HUHS. The convenience of having all specialists and primary care providers present in one fully integrated online system - and in many cases in one building - is also a great luxury that I'd never enjoyed before Harvard and that I'll greatly miss now that I've graduated.

CHA Cambridge Hospital: what do users think?
Deborah Dolinger: Today I called to speak with the scheduling office for psychiatry. The secretary was very unpleasant and need to be fired. She didn't have any people skills.
Rita flores da silva leite: Thank you for the excellent care I received today from Beth Murray, Dr.Mularella's assistant. Very attentive, loving and patient. Thank you very much for your attention and care.
Kristina G: I think I'd rather suffer in pain with whatever illness or injury I have going forward rather than put myself through the misery of dealing with CHA - between scheduling appointments, not getting extremely useful or timely care (average late time for doctors via telehealth & in person appointments is 20-30 minutes), getting overcharged for the care I'm getting, and then having the billing department hang up on me midway through trying to dispute charges. Too many headaches throughout the entire process that deter me from every wanting to see a doctor.
Fawaz Alhenaki: The garage was completely full and I was late to my appointment because of that.
paula miranda: Every time I go to this hospital I am very well received. My two children were born in this hospital and I am very grateful for the care everyone always takes with me and my family. Earlier this week I had surgery with Dr Davina Franco, I have no words to thank how well I was treated by everyone from the reception team, the gynecology team, the anesthesia team, the nursing team, the translator Isabel who helped me and made me comfortable and everyone who somehow contributed to making me feel good. Certainly a work of excellence. Thank you all so much.
Charlotte T: I was in the behavioural united and omg I’d pay literal money to say hi to the staff again my therapist up there was Courtney love you babe my favourite staff was tiara literally bestie 10/10 loved it there
Rigoberto Valdon: Nos atendieron super bien muchas gracias por sus servicios consejos Dios los bendiga las hemfermeras traductores doctores y servicios de comida Moy amables todos 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Manu P: This review is for my Primary Care Physician Dr. Ambika Srivastava. I've been seeing her for a few years now and she's literally the best doctor ever. I'm always impressed with her diagnosis. She's also patient and kind.

Anthony Puzyn: This is the healthcare you get when you vote for socialists. In this country we went from the best to worst in about a decades time. Now get your cookie cutter treatment with no individual care assessment. Wait 6 month or a year for an appointment. Be shuffled to the back of the line because of your skin color in the name of equity!Force people to wear useless masks that literally stop nothing. Nurses use shaming language due to vaccine status. All care & common sense is gone, the first priority is political correctness not your health.
Jarrod Pappalardo: From the staff to security to the nurses and Doctors this place is very well run.
Xiomara Melara: Called to make an appointment the the lady that i got transferred to was very rude, i get that maybe she couldn’t help but she could’ve at least be nicer, it really doesn’t take much to be nice!!
Harshali P: I've been with CHA for a while now and I have mostly always had a warm and welcoming experience, both at the main hospital and at the Windsor Street Primary Care clinic.I had surgery at the CHA hospital yesterday and I was apprehensive and anxious as it was my first surgery ever. I could not have had a better experience.Although I had to wait a little bit at the third floor surgical office, after I was taken in, it was a smooth and safe experience. The nurses were super kind, caring and sweet to me. Shout out to all the nurses - Janice, Dana, Germaine and some more whose names I don't remember, who took great care of me and made me feel looked after. The anesthesiologists Dr Kimberly and another one whose name I can't remember unfortunately were both very calm and sweet. They came and said hi, explained everything and did their best to calm my nerves.A special shout out to Dr. Tyler, an obgyn who was meant to assist in my surgery. He noticed my hesitation when he introduced himself and probed me further. Upon hearing that I prefer female doctors and providers due to trauma, he ensured me that it is my right to ask for what makes me comfortable. Went ahead to say thank you for letting him know. He then made sure to talk to my doctor Dr Beatty about this so that I could feel safe.Thank you to Dr Catherine Beatty as well as her entire staff and every single person who attended to me yesterday. It made my first surgical experience less scary and for that I'm grateful.
Tio James Noc: Nice people
Jamie Jendrzin: So far I haven't had any issues worth remembering from starting to go here in 2018 to now. I know everyone's experiences are different, but so far I didn't mind every time
Sr. Helena Burns, fsp: I'm not someone who complains unless it's REALLY bad. In August 2022, a young intern was given what seemed like complete authority over my perfectly healthy elderly half-sister who was sent by her nursing home for a psych exam (depression). She spent hours and hours in ER before getting a room. She then tested positive for Covid in the hospital & died 2 weeks later. I complained to the good doctors about her (there were good docs & good nurses), but she remained assigned to my sister. I think she wrote her off & did a "death protocol" on her (I wasn't told all the meds they were giving her, even when I asked for a list). My sister was very spry & would try to go to the bathroom herself (not allowed! even with my help)--everything was: bedpan, lay in bed and languish, get pneumonia. The 1st thing they did was stop giving her all her regular old ppl meds. When my elderly mum goes to her great hospital (Mt Auburn in Cambridge), the 1st thing they do is make sure she gets her regular meds. I was told "we're thinking long term, not short term with your sister." (What the heck does that mean?) As the days dragged on, I was told "you just want her to be comfortable, right?" I said, "No, I want her to get well & go home." It was truly awful and I feel so guilty to this day that I didn't drag her out of there when I still could. The young intern (& another doc that seemed to be "in collusion" with her) was cold as ice toward both myself & my sister (even when my sister was so sweet, joking, thanking & complimenting them). I forgive them because I'm a Christian (& so was my sister)--but this disgraceful kind of "treatment" has to stop.
Izzy Maxwell: Came in seeking help with mental health. Was traumatized by the staff then forcibly hospitalized. This is not what care looks like.
Kristen Cutone: This is supposed to ba an urgent care / emergency hospital I checked in at 2:30 got called for X-ray at 6pm and NOW still waiting at 8:00pm for a radiologist to come tell me the X-ray results this hospital literally makesu wait like a Hurd if animals in a rm of pl coughing up Lunda during covid and RSV season for 6-8 even 10 hours hoping plp will just leave and go to another emergency rm and that’s wuts happening the only reason there no longer is 35 people (I counted) is not Bcuz of medical help but Bcuz the people have left for other ER’s I have recorded and questioned pretty much ALL SINCE I HAVE ARIVED AND WILL BE DOCUMENTING THIS FOR IG, YouTube and local news

MIT Medical Urgent Care Service: what do users think?
Ari W.: Misleading name “care for the community”. Unless you’re MIT affiliated expect to get turned away.
Ted Hu: The urgent care here is excellent. The doctors and nurses are fantastic and have followed up with me daily to check on how I'm doing. If you have access to it, it is a godsend.
Lennart Bock: Very friendly and skilled nurses. Very friendly registration. Fully recommended if you are MIT affiliated.
