MinuteClinic: what do users think?
Jess Peck: Super great experience with getting my COVID and flu vaccine, staff were patient friendly and kind. Really appreciate them!
Olivia Carr: I couldn't get an appt at my usual MinuteClinic a few days ago, but I found an opening at this one. It was quick and easy. The practitioner was really nice, and she followed up with me a few days later with my test results. I also appreciated the free parking lot, which you don't always get around here.
Haydar Evren: A waste of time and money. Instead, go to an urgent care.
Pasang K: The physician at the minuteClinic ; Lindsey Williams is extremely helpful, I had zero knowledge of what I was doing but she thoroughly guided me throughout my visits at the clinic. She's very nice and helpful. Thank you Lindsey for your help :)
Seth K: The CVS website said they had walk-ins until 6PM, but when I walked in they said they don't have walk-ins. Thanks for lying to me and wasting my time, CVS.Their appointment system says there is an opening today, but when you try to make an appointment it doesn't exist. See photo. Thanks for wasting more of my time.CVS employees said it's not CVS so not their problem. The minuteclinic employee said she can't do anything/not her problem.I guess it's nobody's problem except the customer's.
Chad Cloutier: Lay over while traveling to Ireland. Daughter was having tooth pain. Made a reservation on line at 1154, but when I arrived, my code had expired. Looked at my email, and it said to arrive 5 minutes before the time below, which said 1154; yes I was supposed to arrive 5 minutes before I made the reservation. By the time I got there, and the person in front of me, well, it was lunch time. I did not have time to wait another 1 hour plus, so hopefully my daughter will be ok.If the registration expires, it would be nice to know this when trying to drive in Boston.
julie d: literally so unprofessional, the guy tried to get me out of his office as fast as he could, he could have honestly kicked me out. He wouldn't even hear me out abut my insurance anything like he literally doesn't care. I told I have mass-health, he told me I am not eligible then I told him it is fine I will pay for it. He didn't even hear what was wrong with me, he just wanted me out of his office like I felt so disrespected. Like you can't treat patients like that. I left crying with my eye pain like I was literally in so much pain and he wouldn't even listen to me.
Bob Skomro: Went to the clinic today with an infection. First time visit.I was impressed with how easy and quick it was to seethe nurse who was very helpful.
Jean-Philippe Bürckert: Great place. I can highly recommend NP Stefanie. Professional and kind.
Jess D: Do NOT see the clinician, Jessica! Firstly, I waited for 50 minutes when there was only one person in line ahead of me, and the original wait time listed 18 minutes. Secondly, I came in with a small and simple cut on my knee, to ensure that the odd healing behavior was actually normal (and if not have her clean it). She briefly glanced at it and told me it was fine and to leave it alone. Upon further research, I had slough on the wound that needs to be removed/cleaned by a medical professional... which is why I went to her in the first place. Now I have to go to a real doctor and get it taken care of. Waste of time and money.
Miranda D: I'm unsure of the nurse's name but I've gone twice and loves my experience both times! Definitely save time and book an appointment the night before. I was able to get seen early both times. The nurse was professional and sweetheart. Helped me talk through my symptoms 😊
Maureen Fisher: Despite the poor reviews I read here, I went to the minute clinic last night, but wasn't sure if they would take me as it was 6:30pm on a Friday night and they close at 7pm. There was a guy ahead of me but Stacey, the NP, said that if I was willing to wait she would try to squeeze me in before they closed. And she did, and I was so grateful. Quickly confirmed what I thought was going on, sent a prescription to the pharmacy and was professional and super nice throughout. I even got my flu shot at the end. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience - she could have easily said that it was too late and to come back tomorrow. Huge thank you to Stacey!
Shane: 30+ mins behind on the wait list, totally negating the point of checking in online. Waited for over an hour to be greated by a room with a fly in it and being misdiagnosed by the N.P. I Won't be coming back to this location and would not recommend it to others.
Haley Garner: After finding out that Harvard Vanguard in Davis is not really an urgent care facility, I came to the Minute Clinic in Porter. Wait time was minimal, and Nurse Leigh was thorough and efficient. Including wait time, the visit itself, and prescription pick-up my time was about 30 minutes total. I will definitely return here next time I have an injury or illness!
Robert Butt: I visited this Minute Clinic recently. Nurse Leigh was very unpleasant, irritable, unprofessional. She scolded me for not wearing my hearing aids. She was wearing a face mask, looking at a computer. I was several feet away. Hearing aids would have been useless to hear her. She didn't know what was ailing me and suggested I get blood tests. I'm feeling fine now. Visitors to this clinic should understand that they are seeing a nurse, not a doctor. The nurse has no help, is very likely overworked as CVS is interested primarily in production work to maximize profits. I would never visit a Minute Clinic ever again!
Rafael Branch: Jessica is the best! Gave me and my husband shots and she totally nailed it.. no pain what so ever.Would totally come again!
Christine W.: Even though I showed up on time and was checked in, Jessica (the NP) bumped two people behind me on the wait list to the top of the list without telling me. It would have been considerate to at least tell me so I didn't have to sit there for an hour and a half past my estimated appointment time.
Anna Coppelman: Leigh, the NP, was very professional and made an accurate diagnosis. I found her personable and efficient.
Jon Link: They don't accept the letter MassHealth sent to most people, the one that says you can use this letter "the same way as you would use a health insurance card." No mention of this on the website, so I wasted my time. The N.P. there tried to be as helpful as possible, so no beef with her. Just a really, really bad system that won't allow inputting coverage they claim to accept. So really, I'd avoid all CVS minute clinics unless you can call first and verify that you won't waste 20 minutes waiting (plus travel time) only to be denied healthcare.

CareWell Urgent Care Fresh Pond: what do users think?
Rachel Prescott: I received excellent care from all of the staff and providers here. The nurse practitioner in particular was very kind, patient and informative with instructions following my COVID diagnosis. I would definitely recommend this location! Also there was almost no wait — I was able to reserve a time online in advance.
Delilah Oliveira: So upset with my experience. The website allowed me to book an appointment on today, Saturday at 10:30 am so I assumed everything was all set to go. According to google they’re closed on Saturdays but I didn’t check because the website let me book the appointment, so I thought I was good to go. I paid for an Uber to get to the urgent care for my injury that limited how much I can walk. I get to the urgent care to find it CLOSED. I ended up in the rain, confused, and stressed to find another urgent care that would take me in and somewhere for me to go without walking too much and worsening my injury (AFC urgent care in Watertown has amazing staff, just long wait times). Lost $$$ taking Ubers everywhere because CareWell doesn’t know how to manage a website properly.
Sara Kimmel: I have received excellent medical care from the staff here. Yes, you likely will have to wait but that is urgent care. I found that staff to be thorough and kind despite how busy they were.
Olivia Uhlman: It was a bit of a wait but I could guess that from the time of day and seeing a few people in the waiting room. Care was excellent though! They explained the treatment plan, what they were doing, and the steps to follow myself at home.
Susan S: Everyone at two facilities was helpful and pleasant. I got good service. I even appreciate their online services -- sign-in and access to reports and pictures.
Erin Ward: I went promptly at 8am when they opened and had no issues. The woman working the front desk was very friendly and helped me navigate my insurance and intake paperwork. I was seen by both a nurse and NP within 10 minutes, had the necessary tests performed which came back negative, and left with guidance and resources of how to manage my symptoms. Would certainly use this facility again in a pinch if I couldn’t get in to see my PCP for an urgent matter.
Jon Koehly: Friendly and knowledgeable.
Xavier x: Very slow, waited at least one hour in the lobby and only one patient in front of me. Then, I waited at least 30 minutes in the room until the facility is going to be closed. No doctors came to check my injury or gave a water or anything during this period.
Drew Edwards: CareWell Urgent care is a mediocre last support clinic. Unfortunately getting in to my PCP and perhaps yours isn’t always easy. Sometimes you have to resort to an urgent care clinic. Here is what I experienced and you may too:1) You are going to wait. Appointment times do mot exist at CareWell Urgent Cares. This time, I spent one hour waiting before seeing anyone. Last time it was nearly two hours.2) You will not know what charges you will be billed for before or weeks after.3) Outstanding waiting entertainment. Step Brother’s, The Office - the place felt like a college dorm room buzzing with ways to waste your time while you wait. Honestly, I enjoyed it.4) Care is fine, but not attentive as any PCP I have ever had.Come here if you have to. You won’t be disappointed but you certainly won’t be thrilled either.
Mindy: Had an appointment for 3 and was still waiting to be seen at 330. As is the lady across from me who had an appointment for 230. Waited until 410 when they called in the 330 appointment before me for some reason??
Donald Wang: Great care
Andrew Frandsen: I went into the Urgent care with a scheduled appointment. I was seen promptly, despite the Urgent Care being short staffed. Kim, the PA, was great! She was super nice and answered all my questions and concerns. Would highly recommend.
Luisa Isnard: The worse urgent care I’ve been. It says they open at 8am but both times I’ve arrived at 8 they were still closed, waiting for the doctor to arrive (which the first time took over 45 minutes and second time I left after 20 minutes). Not mentioning the ridiculous amount of time the doctor takes to see you - even with a booked appointment!!
Maxim Udaltsov: This place is terrible, theres 2 people working here…
Greg N: Avoid this place , unless you have 5 hours to wait to see a nurse and get attitude from front desk staff
Jack A: I made appointment but still saw the doctor the same way as walk in patientsSo I asked them what’s the purpose to make oneLady in front desk was very rude , negative attitude, don’t want to talk at all
Danil Kirsanov: Generaly we get the reasonoble help here, but today is very disappointing - - the pre-booked appointment is already running an hour late and I just learned that "the doctor is in training and we don't know how much longer it's going to take". Come on, folks, you can be way more proactive with the delay notifications.UPD. Adeed a star since it was resolved soon after.
Meredith Landsmann: Had to get a COVID test for a last minute flight change and they were so helpful and understanding.
Laura Hartigan: Scheduled an appointment online and when I arrived the office was closed. I called to find out that they just closed for no apparent reason. It was a waste of time and had I been stopped online I could have made an appointment elsewhere for my urgent issue.
Betsy Munnell: Wonderful experience. Everyone who helped me was kind and competent, especially the nurse practitioner- who addressed the lacerations on my face with care and concern. I felt entirely comfortable - and was 100 percent better off than had I gone to the ER after my fall. Both the receptionist and EMT who did the initial intake were terrific. This is a great place.
D. Alece Davis: The lady at the front desk I can’t remember her name. She was absolutely so kind and helpful. Her customer service was excellent.I have cognitive issues and it was an issue with my memory and she was so patient with me.Thank you !!

Mass General Brigham Urgent Care - Cambridge | Central Square: what do users think?
alex k: I’m always impressed by the care I’ve received here. I’ve come here twice and been fortunate to be there when wait time was minimal. Providers have always been very kind and attentive. Much faster and more caring than trying to contact the office of my primary care doctor.
Steven Paquette: The wait was not too long, which was appreciated, and the person at the front desk was professional and helpful. Things took a turn after the nurse left and the next person, Meg, who I believe was the nurse practitioner, came in. After telling them about my condition they repeatedly cut me off and talked to me in a condescending manner. At one point, after I told them my conditions, they asked me what was wrong - as if they weren't listening in the first place. I thought I was doing the smart thing to go to Urgent Care to be seen, but this person made the experience a regrettable one.
Whitney Joacine: Woman at the desk who has very short hair was extremely rude! I too work within the medical field and never have I ever experienced such disregard for patient care from a medical professional. Seemed as if she didn’t even want to assist or be there. It took the woman at the front more than 30 minutes just to check in ONE patient. To the point other patients were leaving to go to a different facility and advised I do the same because of her attitude and wait time. This location needs to do better and go over HIPPA and quality patient care with their staff. If I were you I’d go to the facility in Woburn. Wonderful staff there.
Gloria Evans: Amazing experience
Sophia Hatzis: Looks like the majority of reviews aren’t very good, but I actually had a great experience at this location. I waited for about 20 minutes to be seen (I’m sure I got lucky here), and all three people that I saw (front desk, x-ray tech, and nurse practitioner) were all great. I felt like my concerns were heard and I felt confident walking out. I would recommend and I will be back!
Larry Hoover: Worst experience every!! Do not go here!
Bella Bennett: The nurse practitioner that saw me, after a 2.5 hour wait, was condescending and I felt talked down upon. I left feeling dejected. I've always thought that if something feels wrong, you should get it checked out. This provider seemed to interrogate why I even bothered to come in. Complete waste of time. I have gone here on multiple occasions in the past and was treated with respect, but after today's visit I will not be returning.
Ros: The provider’s arrogance worsened the situation
Claudia McCarty: I visited this Urgent Care for a walk in appointment. Waited ONE HOUR to be seen - Detail: I was the only one in the waiting room. After being called, nurse was rude and asked me to wait in the exam room for her to call me on the phone to ask about symptoms. She closed the door and left. I waited 15 MINUTES for her to call. When I opened the door, I heard three nurses doing nothing, talking about their personal lives. I simply left the urgent care and went somewhere else. Horrible place. Never going back there.
alkin: Very bad… seriously Boston? Your urgent care situation is a disgrace !
Tyler Sylvia: Writing this review after almost 4 hours of waiting only to be gaslit and talked down upon. If you’re reading this, I’m probably still here waiting…
Mohammad Javad Akbari: They kept us waiting for two hours and a half for just a doctor visit. This is unacceptable
Fawad Khan: They need more providers. No MD. Only NP and PA. Very slow. Took me 3 hours to see NP. Hopefully I will never come back here.
maninder singh: Worst Urgent care ever. They don’t keep track of who’s first or who’s second. Very rude service. These fancy urgent care shops are opening up every where but the services are so terrible.
süleyman Avci: Worst experience ever , never go this place again , they literally close at 14.30 today , there was nobody in frontdesk
Maor Itah: Hours of operation do not apply - they close when they determine they’ve reached volume for the night. Whatever that means.
John Cormier: I called to see if I could get in for them to tell me there weren’t many people at the Cambridge office and the other two locations were capped. I showed up for them to tell me they were on a pause for an hour to an hour and a half and there was barely anybody in the waiting room?
Christian Newcome: I came all the way there only for there to be a sign on the door saying “ we don’t have X-ray services available today.” then close!!!!
Elizabeth Carre: Awefule paitent care not much diffrent from their brookline locations.
SNH: They need more providers staffed at this location, there’s too much demand for just one provider and 2 nurses, it’s not fair to the staff or the patients.I visited this urgent care 2 times for urgent issues - a burn and an allergic reaction. Staff were extremely nice and are thorough, but the wait times are absolutely unreasonable. Both visits were a 3-4 hour experience, with the 95% of the time just sitting waiting to be seen.
Konstantia Angelidou: A great team! Thoughtful, meticulous, trustworthy: from the front desk to anyone who took care of me!

Ari W.: Misleading name “care for the community”. Unless you’re MIT affiliated expect to get turned away.
Ted Hu: The urgent care here is excellent. The doctors and nurses are fantastic and have followed up with me daily to check on how I'm doing. If you have access to it, it is a godsend.
Lennart Bock: Very friendly and skilled nurses. Very friendly registration. Fully recommended if you are MIT affiliated.

ConvenientMD Urgent Care: what do users think?
Gail Pinkham: Great staff at Burlington office. LiAnne and Katrina are highly skilled and were wonderfully patient and kind when drawing blood.
Dawn Corbin: Great experience! I didn’t have to wait long and the staff were friendly & knowledgable! Will certainly use them again.
Al Pierce: The staff was extremely professional, my nurse has a great personality, made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist was very polite and kept informed as to when I would be seen. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The nursing staff is a true credit to their profession!! My Best! Al
Dawn Mclaughlin: I was very happy, my first time there Shannon the Dr. Was the best and her nurse, both awesome 👌 I will for sure go back now. ❤
cheryl Fennelly: Staff was pleasant and everyone was very professional. No waiting
Elize: Very profesional and excellent service.
Dan Driscoll: Check in, waiting time , and service all timely, in and out 50 minutes, will use again.
Maureen Bonetti: The Convenient MD urgent care in Burlington is top notch. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I was seen very quickly. I’d like to thank them for not having plug ins or air fresheners in their facility. The facility was very clean with air purifiers running and no fragrance scent which is how health care should be. I chose this facility because my other choices of urgent cares has plug ins in the waiting area which triggers my asthma. Thank you Convenient MD for choosing to have clean, unpolluted air as well as a very pleasant, professional, awesome staff. I am so glad I have a safe place for my medical needs.
Real talk MB: Bit of a wait but worth it. Everyone was polite and patient and thoroughly addressed all my concerns. Clean and lovely environment!
jenny khweiss: Very polite staff with lots of experience.. clean and happy environment.. great location and plenty parking.. ❤️
Marci Milesky: I have been to this urgent care twice now, once just for a Covid booster and once for an allergic reaction. Both times I have found all the staff members excellent. I am very pleased with the treatment I received.
Cheryl Crowley: I went here for the very first time and the entire staff was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I found my knew minute clinic!
Geoffrey Bergeron: 0 stars. Huge lack of transparency amongst staff. Called to have a tetanus shot after standing on a nail. Was told I needed to see a provider in order to get the tetanus shot. Once the staff conveniently charged my credit card, I was told I could've just had the shot and not the provider visit. So I was charged $150 for a "provider visit" and then an additional $100 for the tetanus booster. Your company should be ashamed for how they operate and take advantage of people. Or maybe get everyone on staff on the same page for policies and procedures.
Betty Tulipano: Very professional and quick. They called me right in and the nurse and doctor were very pleasant and professional. The admitting staff were also friendly. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family who need to be seen.
Kathleen Spencer-Jones: Beautiful place. very clean and inviting. Excellent experience with medical staff all around. Highly recommend .
Marion Keating: Staff was professional and welcoming. Wait was short. Prescription was sent to wegmans and ready when I arrived.
Austin Carline: Great staff, very short wait, and even after the whole process they had me out of there quickly as well. Glad I found them!
Pat Herda: Staff were pleasant and very helpful! Visit was thorough and all explanations clear.Nurse took her time as did the assistant I would definitely recommend this facility! If needed It would be my first choice! Thanks for your care!
Billie Gettel: The staff here was amazing! They put my regular Dr to shame.
debra Ouellette: Excellent service.
Xan Lang: Everyone there is super kind, understanding, attentive, and worked hard to figure out what was wrong with me. Felt very safe and comfortable being in their care.

CHA East Cambridge Care Center: what do users think?
Renan Miranda: Always very well taken care of my self, very good staff, nurses, doctors, every one treats you very good,My primary Doctor Cassie F. Is always awesome, she treats me very well, she is very worried with everything that is possible going on, last time she went above and beyond to help me with problems,So Thank you Doc, and every single one that works here and at the CHA.
Jack D.: The care was fine. Their billing customer service is awful. They will not ask if they don't have your insurance info and bill you an inflated price for your care.
Michael Feigenson: We had a wonderful visit as always!
Johnson Lin: Sandra is the best nurse, and the front desk staffs are helpful. The CHA at assembly row closed accidentally, and we visited CHA at East Cambridge for assistance. They helped us out efficiently and patiently informed further solutions for us.
Anna Friedrich: Were castigated severely by the front desk lady for being late. After abusing us, the lady spoke in a simpering tone to a nurse on the inner phone in front of us, the patients: an ailing fatigued mother who had dragged two toddlers through terrible heat.
Charlotte Xia: Charge absurd facility fees for a televisit.
Paulo Alvarenga: Tivemos excelente experiência sob os cuidados deles
Marcos araujo: Se frank.. no good do dr.
VB S: Not professionals at all.very rude people ,Stay away from this place if you can. They treated me awful a few times.
Christopher Daley: The staff are wonderful and the building is brand new.
Sophia Wells: My medical appointment visits are always 😊 helpful according to my schedule with excellent 👌 medical doctor and nurses
juggawest: Mostly empty
Joanne Musto Pacheco: Christina was great, explaining things to me about my health, Very helpful!
Izamara Damazio: I’m being a patient since 2002 and love the environment, doctors and staff
Dawn McCormack: Amy is the best
iSantoS: Good service Safe environment
Rosie De Assis: I like the steps they are taking in keeping everyone safe in this covid era.
Vicky Tran: I was a new client to CHA Cambridge Health Alliance in Cambridge @163 Gore St #2 last year and visited them once and never come back again. This is the worst location and I'll not recommended to anyone of my friends. I wish I could give a zero star to this place.1. The customer service is the worst, they never pickup their phone and this literally every time I called them, I waited for more than 10+mins.2. I went for a physical checkup at this location, all the doctor did was asked me a FEW QUESTIONS and sent me home. Later they sent me a bill for $140 (which I already paid them $82 out of my pocket, which I shouldn't do it). I've tried to resolve the issue with them multiple times but it useless, and also have mentioned this MULTIPLE TIMES during and before my visited that if something they'll charge me out of my insurance service they should have let me know.3. I had another Pap smear appointment with this location, they called to cancel my appointment a NIGHT before my visit which I already requested to take a day off from work for my visit.4. The technology they use are outdated.5. The HR is a mess, all they can do or can say is "there is nothing I can do about it". I wonder what they're hiring for?6. Overall, this location is trying to get you visit them as much as possible and does some extra things or trying to overcharge your insurance for it. And what happens is that if your insurance does not cover. They will just continuously send you the bills or send your account to the Debt collection.WARNING, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
Marcia Goncalves: Been going there and seeing the same doctor for 22 years.
Annabelle Costa: This is the 3rd CHA location I've seen a PCP at. Hate the Revere office and Everett office is ok but they are often running late. When my PCP left CHA altogether I was on the hunt for a new one and found a doctor i liked out of the E. Cambridge office. Nicest facility I've been to at CHA. The staff are exceptional. My first appointment there everyone I crossed paths with welcomed me to the office. I really love my new PCP, Dr. Batlamarthy (spelling might be off). Happy I made the switch
Mirem Rivera: Awesome service going in all the way to coming out. Dr and nurse are the best! 💯
