Juan Ramirez: Don't expect emergency maintenance issues to be addressed. I have called emergency maintenance because I have no heat in my unit. I called multiple times and left messages with the dispatcher. Finally, the concierge was able to reach the emergency maintenance person on call but was told said person cannot come in. It is not the first time this has happened either. So my question to the property is, what is your definition of emergency maintenance and what emergency maintenance do you actually provide? Mind you, this is not a cheap property. They just could not care less about tenants once a lease is signed. I agree with the other reviews that the concierge staff is generally good.

Deborah Wooldridge: Love our place especially the balcony! The staff that works the entrance and our mail are the best. They know everyone buy name and apt no. It’s nice to have the dog run as well. The maintenance staff very good and responsive about any issues. The gym is awesome with 2 Peloton bikes too!

Lori Hightower: I’ve lived here since 2019 and the staff here are thee best ever! I cannot say enough good things about them. Wonderful, caring people. Beautiful complex. Maintenance worker” LENNY” is the greatest! He goes above and beyond when he has to fix something in your apartment. Great guy too!! Also front desk gentleman are all absolutely amazing!!! I adore them all! Kyle is one of a kind and you will be grateful to come home everyday greeted by him. And leasing officers Amanda and Stephen are amongst two of the kindest people I’ve met. They are all so wonderful I can’t say enough!!!! God bless you guys you’ve changed my life for the better!❤️

Margo Howard: We’ve enjoyed staying there. One of the Concierge staff, Mustafa, is a gem. Nothing is too much trouble, and he thinks nothing of going out of his way to help. In my experience this is unusual, and much appreciated. Were I management, I would name him “Employee of the Year.”

Laurie Robinson: We lived at Third Square for a total of 3 years. It is an excellent location, building is clean, and residents are quiet. I think for the monthly rental rates, upgrades are in order of kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring. Kyle at the front desk is beyond helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Most tenants stay about 1.5 years to 2, mainly because of the high price tag of rents in Kendall Square.

Misha Nathani: What an absolutely fantastic building to live in! The amenities are superb and the staff is very kind and helpful. Our moving in process was made seamless. Julia from the leasing office and Kyle- the most popular person in the building, are extremely quick with their responses.

Mina Huh: Recently moved in, and so far its been great! Amanda C was super responsive while I was trying to secure an apartment on short notice, and Kyle C at the front desk was extremely helpful with getting me moved-in. Maintenance was super quick too!

From the start Julia was extremely welcoming, very responsive and generally went above and beyond to help find an apartment that was a good fit -- would highly recommend.The building itself is in a nice, quiet and convenient location in Kendall Sq / Cambridge -- a few minutes' walk to the MBTA Red Line (subway), which gets you quick access into the city. Also standard amenities: gym, concierge, (indoor) pool, conference rooms, etc.

I was alone when I moved and growing my family here beautifully,very safe to raise the kids and convenience for everything. you will gain so much comfort ,fun and satisfactions. you have always somebody looking after you for everyone safety to makesure no fear around !! you get everything you need for your comfort in .it's a diversity Residencial, "which is unique about"everybody you meet in the whole way, in theelevators, play yards, gym,garage etc are so kind, respectful and friendly. after long day life duites work & school ,come home is reall and you feel truly sweet home .The team members each department are so approachable, kind and helpful,lease office, Steven, Amanda front desk kayle ,Lauretta Mestofa, Amir and meantnace Lanny, those people's made 3 rd sq wonderful, etc ,so kind, wonderfull and helpful staff ,work hard make your life easier.
