Cafe Mami: what do users think?
Vincent Cheung: Very authentic curry spot with very limited seating. The pork katsu was very tender and crispy even when it was drenched in their curry. The ratio between the curry, rice, and katsu was also perfect so there was nothing left on the plate.Recommended dishes Pork Cutlet Curry …More

Thomas Farrell: Fantastic food. Polite staff. The location has a number of small open Japanese restaurants, like a food hall but it was there before food halls were a thing.Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Miso Soup, Salad, Breaded Chicken Cutlet Curry Dinner …More
Tunc Oz: A hidden gem, incredible prices and portions.

Kyle Becker: Recommended dishes Breaded Chicken Cutlet Curry Dinner, Gyu DonMore
David Kim: Won’t even follow basic instruction - asked to get the sauce on the side and they drenched my katsu in their awful sauce.
Lydia Chew: This cafe is part of the mall's "food court" and eating here was a really strange experience. As a first-time customer, I was quite confused with what to do or where to wait. It turns out that you first get in line and order, but you aren't seated right away. The idea is that you'll be seated around the time that the food is ready, as a way to minimize how long you're sitting there. I can respect the reasons for that, but it definitely isn't my preferred style of dining. Apparently, several of the spots in the food court operate in the same way, including the adjacent ramen place, though I haven't tried it yet.Pictured are the saba miso set (bottom) and chicken tatsuta set (top). I love fish and usually opt for salmon, but I was convinced to try the mackerel, a "traditional Japanese favorite" (according to the menu). The mackerel had a few bones but was fine. There was quite a lot of sauce, which I was glad to use as a topping for my rice. However, the salad was pretty bland and uneventful, and I was just a little confused by the potato. It was okay, but I had just never seen that combination in Japanese cuisine before.I didn't finish all the food - not necessarily because the portions were that large, but just because it wasn't that tasty to me. I think I may have been more interested in the salmon veggie don instead. The dishes here aren't very expensive, but I'd probably opt for a different option instead of trying the food here again. While I understand the reason for it, I didn't love feeling rushed out of there, which definitely colored my perception of this spot.Vegetarian options: not a lot of vegetarian options
Juewei Dong: Great culet Don and Gyu Don, tender protein with just the right amount of seasoning. The price is also very reasonable. I’ve been to restaurants that charge you way more for much less quality Donburis. If you want an affordable takeout but don’t want to compromise the food quality, Cafe Mami is one of the greatest choices in Cambridge area.
Siyi Lin: Good Japanese comfort food at an affordable price. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal. Small but clean interior, likely to be busy but the line will move quickly. My party got the Gyudon, breaded chicken cutlet curry, and the hamburger steak curry. (My personal favorite is the gyudon because I love sweet and savory meat). The chicken was surprisingly tender as well.
Sarah Lu: Solid prices for the food. Would recommend the Hamburg or chicken dishes—small restaurant w very limited seating but cozy ambience and nice comfort food.
chunwei dong: I went there by myself around 3 PM saying I wanted to dine in. But the waitress didn’t seem pleasant for single dine in. She sent me outside to look at the menu on the wall for takeout. I looked at people dining in there and asked her “ what time did you stop taking dine in “. Then she asked me for the third time if I want to dine in like I was doing something awfully wrong. I confirmed. Then she yelled like there’s no tomorrow “ table B for 1 person” in that 70 sqf space. For the first time I’ve ever experienced such a discrimination for being just 1 person even though there’s nobody else waiting. food is salty and taste boring. It may deserves two or three stars but the service I receive really brought down the whole experience.
Simon Zhang: Really hits the spot. I think it's cash only.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Pork Cutlet Curry …More

Mari: Don’t get the udon.Do get the beef rice dish (yaki don) with extra beef.
Victoria P: The hambagu is definitely the standout dish. The portion size is sooo filling but you can also order an upsized hambagu steak. I love all of the sauces and that it comes with a little baked potato as well. The hambagu itself is always perfectly cooked and so juicy. I’ve had it through uber eats as well and haven’t experienced any loss of quality.Overall you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu— it’s also such a great deal for the price! However it’s very very small with limited seating so plan to arrive early or wait ~15-20 min during busy times.
Jason Wong: Exceptional food and quick service. Inexpensive and large portions. Same recipes for over 20+ years. My go to place for when I want something fast and still healthy.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Paid parking lot, Free street parking, Paid street parking …More

Bosso Ramen Tavern: what do users think?
Khoi Nguyen: Good ramen.
Beau Cote: First time we’ve been here and we’ll probably be back. Ramen was good and apps were good. Ramen felt like it needed a little more considering the price (it’s a tad expensive for how basic it is but the taste is top notch). We kinda wish is was either just ramen or just small plates. Atmosphere was busy. We got a nice corner table away from people but it was definitely very loud and it took away from the quality of the food a little. Overall we’ll be back but hopefully it won’t be as chaotic.
Tim D: My fiancée and I decided to give Bosso a try the other night and both of us had a very underwhelming experience. The broth here tasted like it was made from Boston tap water. We were hoping for authentic Japanese cuisine, it was disappointing to say the least. The quality does not match the pricing. I ordered sushi which was served as a nontraditional hand roll, and the texture of the rice was very squishy. The whole experience was just not worth the wait, I would not consider returning; there is better quality Japanese food experiences in Boston.
Haruka Yamashita: I’m Japanese, and I think Bosso has the best Ramen in Boston!! I love visiting here. My favorites are umami ramen, torotaku (sushi) and gyoza. Staffs are all very lovely and the services are excellent too
Jon-Claude Blouin: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Anna Belle Harada: I recently dined at Bosso Ramen Tavern, and our experience quickly soured when we were served the wrong dish. We initially didn't make a big deal out of the mistake because the restaurant was very noisy. However, our server accused our table of lying about our order, despite our fluency in Japanese, and insisted that we had ordered the incorrect dish. Given the outrageous prices (+$50/person), coupled with the average quality of the food, we cannot recommend Bosso Ramen Tavern.
Riccardo Tripodi: Food: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Sarah Ander Shultz: Really tasty ramen spot!
Danielle Waldman: The only thing better than the noodles is the IMPECCABLE service from Yasu!!! I can't get enough of this place!
Tre Shockley: Tasty, but ramen portion sizes too small :(
Morgan Pratt: The portions were very small, had ingredients that clashed, and the atmosphere was very awkward. The vegan ramen had what tasted like chorizo and pickles and was very peppery. I could barely see anything and the cultural interpretation was a stretch.Dietary restrictions: They had vegan options but they were strange and expensive.
Gorgio Sac: The Best Ramen Ever 3
Adriana Azar: Original food. We enjoyed our dinner. However, even with a reservation, we still had to wait 30minFood: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Carolyn Lu: Really interesting ramen. Really enjoyed the sanmi tomato flavored ramen.
C. G. Walker: Exceptional Ramen restaurant in a city full of a lot of competition. Cozy, fun intimate interior. Quality of the food is just exceptional. Be sure to try the smoked salmon potesala, it's to die for!Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Sara Modiano: Excellent noodles, unique tastes, warm atmosphere.
david we: Very nicely decorated restaurant. Stopped in for a late night dinner. We started with the beef and Uni hand roll and shrimp tempura roll. Then tried the Karami Ramen and a glass of umeshu plum wine. The ramen noodles are cooked perfectly and the broth very tasty.
yanni (Yanni): The ramen is authentic with some fusion elements in it. The broth is flavourful without heavily salted and seasoned. The owner is from the Boso Peninsula in Japan from what I heard from the staff.Highly recommend Sanmi Ramen if you like creamy tomato tonkotsu broth.Karami Ramen tastes like a Dan Dan Noodle inspired tonkotsu ramen, but it still taste good. The staff are super friendly and enthusiastic about ramen. Cozy atmosphere.A little bit pricey but the food quality justifies the price.
Tunc Oz: This place ruled the first month after they opened but the quality of the food has gone down substantially over time. Still it’s an a good vibe and the people are quite friendly.
Pol: Definitely not authentic Japanese food. It's just expensive fusion food with very small portion size.Food: Lunch menu is very limited--only Raman and "sushi" (not real sushi, more like onigiri) Raman is mediocre --salty, small portion, few ingredients and noddle is nothing close to amazing. The "sushi" is just big rice ball with tiny bit of topping.Other: it's much trouble just to pay the bill-- you have to register online with phone number +email + put in your credit card info...
anika balaconis: Lovely sake. Great hand sushi. Ramen noodles weren't the thick dense kind; they were the white thin kind.

Muku Ramen: what do users think?
Nero T: Great ramen and a good selection of options. I really enjoyed the black shio ramen and gyoza.
Abtin Ameri: My favorite lunch spot near Central Square with delicious ramen. Hope they reopen soon.

P KJay: Tasty tasty ramen! Beats the ramen place in H-mart up the street by a mile.
Elliot Williams: Food: 5/5More
Son Ngo: I have been here a couple of times already and this definitely is one of my favorite ramen shops in the city. The flavors have a good mix between traditional and unique taste. The Red Devil is definitely a thrill for spice lovers, while the Black Shoyu is subtly infused with a smokey flavor. Their appetizers are also delicious, especially the chicken karagee.
Sasha P: We ordered the black miso and shoyu soups as well as the spicy cucumber appetizer. A drink was also ordered but they didn't give it to us and we weren't charged for it. Cucumbers were fresh and we enjoyed that dish. The black miso noodle soup was all right. My shoyu noodle soup wasn't bad but the waiter forgot to substitute my corn fritter with extra veggies. Food wasn't remarkable
Christopher Hill: Not the friendliest of greetings. I almost felt like I was intruding when I walked in to make a carry out order.Asked for a menu, and was pointed to the sign on the door that instructs you to scan the QR code for the menu. I personally hate this new trend that all of these restaurants are going to with that.My order was ready on time, as promised. When I returned to pick it up, it was simply handed to me, and I walked off. There wasn’t even any gratitude for my business. The miso Ramen was pretty OK. It wasn’t remarkable, and it was unremarkable.
Alicia Ji: Really enjoyed the Shoyu and Spicy Miso ramens! Loved the small and family-owned restaurant environment.Recommended dishes Shoyu Ramen …More
Sarah Lu: Waited about 15 minutes on a Wednesday night. Small ramen restaurant in Central square—Ramen was fresh and broth was quite good. Black shio and sig miso are both great menu items. Would come again, though not with a large group of friends due to limited seating. Service was okay (a bit on the slower side).
Derrick Au: Nice place to eat for a quick bite. Karaage (fried chicken 5 pieces), Pork Chashu Don, and Shoyu ramen. The food was okay...actually I had a craving for ramen these days, and I had my fill with today's order. It felt like drinking an entire bowl of grease.Ambience 3.5Food 3.5Service 3.5Value 3.5AFSV average 3.5 across the board!
Michael Silverstein: Amazing flavor
Jennifer Liang: Delicious shoyu Ramen and Chicken Karaage!
Bernhard Paus Græsdal: The Veggie Tan-Tan Men is great!
Thu Nguyen: Good food and good service. Definitely busy/popular place.
Ting H: I love the presentation of the ramen! 👍The corn fritter, a piece of lotus root and even some flavor foam on the top, give the ramen a great enhancement. Signature miso ramen and shoyu ramen were good. Red spicy shio and black shio were very good. And the yuzu cold noodle was the best! It was not on the menu. I think it was seasonal special. When we ordered it, the waiter said it’s last bowl. The yuzu flavor was so refreshing. Nothing better than a cold noodle in the hot summer day! Oh I love they put both roast pork (thin cut) and pork belly (thick) on the ramen. Roast pork was so tender even it’s not fatty
R K: I am appalled by how unfriendly the staff is here, especially when their website is all about being a nice family run business.
