Paul Kei Matsuda: The house-made udon had nice firmness and consistency. The soup was also nice. The only problem with the food was that it wasn’t drained properly, and I tasted the water the noodles were sitting in before they were plated. Almost perfect.They had a policy of requiring the customers to place and pay for the order before lining up, but they allowed the couple before me to violate the rule even though I was there before them and followed the rule. So annoying.There wasn’t much of ambience, but that’s not what I wasn’t looking for.

Qingyun Lu: Ordered takeout and food quality was still good when I got home. Udon texture was great. Would dine in for hot udon next time.Update: Back for the hot niku udon. Another great taste and experience. They did celebrate when you finish the dish. I would also recommend coming in a bit early than normal dinner time. There were a few seats at 5:40pm but as I left at 6:05pm there was a super long wait line.Update: Dine it for cold spicy udon with onsen egg. Great taste again.

Destiny: Our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised with the experience. The broth was rich and flavorful. The staff will praise you afterward for eating your food well. You get either the “good job” or “perfect” depending on how much you have left in your bowl. If you dine in, expect to wait in a queue(the experience made it worth the wait).

Son Ngo: I have been here a couple of times already and this definitely is one of my favorite ramen shops in the city. The flavors have a good mix between traditional and unique taste. The Red Devil is definitely a thrill for spice lovers, while the Black Shoyu is subtly infused with a smokey flavor. Their appetizers are also delicious, especially the chicken karagee.
Sasha P: We ordered the black miso and shoyu soups as well as the spicy cucumber appetizer. A drink was also ordered but they didn't give it to us and we weren't charged for it. Cucumbers were fresh and we enjoyed that dish. The black miso noodle soup was all right. My shoyu noodle soup wasn't bad but the waiter forgot to substitute my corn fritter with extra veggies. Food wasn't remarkable

I personally hate this new trend that all of these restaurants are going to with that.My order was ready on time, as promised. When I returned to pick it up, it was simply handed to me, and I walked off. There wasn’t even any gratitude for my business.The miso Ramen was pretty OK. Sarah Lu: Waited about 15 minutes on a Wednesday night. Small ramen restaurant in Central square—Ramen was fresh and broth was quite good. Black shio and sig miso are both great menu items. Would come again, though not with a large group of friends due to limited seating. Service was okay (a bit on the slower side).

Signature miso ramen and shoyu ramen were good. Red spicy shio and black shio were very good. And the yuzu cold noodle was the best! It was not on the menu. I think it was seasonal special. When we ordered it, the waiter said it’s last bowl. The yuzu flavor was so refreshing. Nothing better than a cold noodle in the hot summer day! Oh I love they put both roast pork (thin cut) and pork belly (thick) on the ramen. Roast pork was so tender even it’s not fatty
