CM: My experience here has been simply great. Steve answered all my questions and concerns during my initial consultation. My initial surgery went very smoothly with Jason and his staff keeping me comfortable and engaged the entire day. A year later, I noticed quite a bit of improvement, but there was still a small section on my crown that was a bit thin. They did another minor fill in, and it's now as good as I could've hoped for. Jarred Ciaccio: I went in yesterday for a beard transplant and the experience was fantastic. Dr. Welter and his staff are a really fun group and they made the procedure fly by. I was laughing the whole time. I’m pleased with my one day results and I’m not feeling any pain at all. I definitely recommend checking out NE Hair. On the day of the procedure, it was streamlined with the intake process, before photos, and an intro to the staff, nurses, and PA Jason Sorgi. Jason's experience shows and the day went by quick as he and the nurses worked efficiently and carefully. Post procedure care was easy to understand and compared to my other two procedures at other locations, much better as there were custom serums given. Overall, my recovery in both donor and recipient areas were quicker and less painful than previous times as well. Highly recommend you consult NECHR for a consult if you're on the fence about going through with any hair restoration procedures.

Michael Santos: Highly recommend going to New England Center for Hair Restoration for a hair transplant. I went in with very little confidence as the location I wanted hair transplanted to was a scar. Jason, Steve, and their staff were very honest with me that scars don't tend to heal properly after a hair transplant, but I decided to go with it anyways. I am very pleased with the outcome - I am no longer self conscience about pictures being taken of me or people seeing my scar because of what the team at New England Center for Hair Restoration accomplished. The team was very professional, provided a great explanation of the procedure, after care, and follow up appointments to check up on the healing process.

Ethan Carlson: Honestly I'm not sure what to think about my experience here (FUE transplant surgery with ARTAS). It's possible they simply did not manage my expectations well for what my results would look like. It's also possible they did not do a good job. I ended up going to a different clinic in a different state for another set of grafts, had a much better physical experience and aesthetic result, and they told me flat out that "there's no way your previous doc did 3000 grafts last time". It doesn't feel great that I may have been scammed. So I guess go in with your eyes open and make sure you're very explicit about the results to expect.

jaime halliday: This is the first bad review I have left for any business. I want to warn potential clients about a couple things. My first hair cut was excellent. My second was great, but I had a minor revision the next day as my curls settled and I called the salon which was very concerning to the owner that their hair dresser may have done a “poor job”, which she didn’t. For that hair cut, they started charging based on length. I considered my hair medium length, but they considered it extra long, which was about $100 more than the shorter length. This week, I planned to get my haircut again because I liked how kale styled my hair. I had to cancel immediately after booking and that was apparently inside the 48 hr cancellation period, which I failed to see on the appointment page. Someone called me after I emailed and she said not only am I not allowed to get my money back, but that I complained about my stylist and didn’t like the service. I feel overall like their business is deceiving and overpriced and I am disappointed I cannot get my refund when I canceled at 47 hours prior to the appointment. If you book here, perhaps beware of a greedy business model and a not very personal experience.Service:Curly hair

Sarah Alimirzaie: They behaved so impolitely. When I arrived for my appointment, they kept me waiting at the locked door outside the salon in the street for ten minutes (while the door was glass and they were able to see me from the inside!). Then someone opened the door but didn’t let me in as I wasn’t wearing a face mask. They required me to go and buy myself a mask! I was angry enough to leave but decided to be cool and don’t lose my appointment as I had already paid. The service was so poor, slow, and unprofessional. Their communication was so weak. After my visit, I received a call from them talking so improperly as if I had stolen from them lol! They said I didn’t pay and it turned out they had charged me half of the balance. I logged in to my account and paid the remaining balance online while it has actually been their duty to check me out before I leave! All in all I had the worst experience ever! Not recommended at all. If it’s your first time going to their hair salon, definitely change your mind and go for a more professional salon.Service:Curly hair

She took her time to cut your hair, explain the process, and trust me when I said this because this is my second Deval cut.( I went different salon worst haircut ever) SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING !! The first one is how it started and 2 weeks after hair still on point the only inconvenience I will say is the parking area, which can be tough make sure you get there early to find parking in the street or is a close by parking lot if you want to pay for it. A S: Do not go to this salon: damaged hair, bad cut. did not fully respect my preferences, spent little time on me (instead moving to a consultation and spending over 45 minutes there, although they were already late for my haircut appointment), and kept me waiting under the dryer for over an hour, during which my hair was damaged by excessive heat and no one checked on me. Unlike others I won’t complain about rudeness but the haircut itself and their process leave very much to be desired. I understand that running a salon is a difficult business but at this price point hair damage and a suboptimal haircut are really bad.

Ms. Diamond: Let me start off by saying this place is amazing!!!If I can give it 10 stars I would. I lost a lot of my hair by going to a place that did hair extensions on me. The style was beautiful until I went to wash my hair. My hair got so tangled and matted that I lost a lot of my hair that was thin to begin with. I was sold bad hair from them. I was hurt, discouraged and started braiding my hair. Then I met Monica. Still didn’t think she would be really able to help me. She did more than that. I walked in and felt so comfortable and not ashamed. Her and Jack was awesome. I now have great hair that was not only washed, but colored. These hair extensions and the method she used is great. My hair looks so good and I can see light at the end of the tunnel. The staff there is great. Go here. You won’t regret it. They are patient, understanding and building confidence.They care about your hair.

Karen MacLean: Personal Image is a fabulous Salon! I love the anesthetist, Tarah who has been doing laser on my face for Roscia, has been so thorough and meticulous in her treatments. I have had 4 treatments thus far and the Roscia is 75% gone. I’m extremely happy with the outcome! I highly recommend this establishment!!
Julie Ann: As someone with thin hair, I always feel self conscious about how my hair looked even with extensions. Due to recent hair loss, extensions couldn’t cover the thinning on the top of my head, and my hair became too thin to disguise them the way they used to. I’ve had tape in, keratin micro bonds, and most recently a beaded weft- which I loved! But my thinning crown and hairline just didn’t work with the weft anymore. I was about to give in to living with my “toddler hair”, but a google search lead me to Personal image.I went in for a consultation, and I met with Monica the owner, and Jack my stylist. I wasn’t sure what I wanted or needed (other than full looking hair!), but they listened to my concerns and suggested a topper. Once it was on my head, I saw how natural and full my hair looked, as well as how comfortable and light the piece was- I knew this was the solution for me. Jack washed and cut my piece to blend with my natural hair. I left wearing it, and felt like a new woman!Everyone was so friendly and professional. My experience was top notch from start to finish.

She is very considerate and respectful of your needs and provides great advise and presents with wide range of options which suits your needs and works well. Jill, the staff is also very polite and responsive. I would strongly recommend going to this place for any kind of hair service.

I was, and I still am amazed at how great the hair systems looks. My biggest concern was that it wouldn't look like real hair, but I have received zero negative feedback from close friends and family. I am a male in my late 30's and I researched options for a really long time, before making the decision to move forward with a hair system. I am really happy with the results, in fact its better than I anticipated.
