Corbu Spa & Salon: what do users think?
Jessica Spaly: worst and most bizarre experience I've ever had at a spa. made two appointments while staying at the Charles hotel (for a brow/lash tint and a foot massage). No provider had showed up by 20 minutes past the scheduled tint appointment, so I told the front desk to just cancel it at that point. Came back for the foot massage which started 10 mins late (therapist said she had the time for 2PM, when the appointment was at 1:45PM as confirmed via multiple texts and emails) and the massage was not good (no pressure). The doozy was that they insisted on charging me for the brow/lash tint even though the provider had not yet showed up 20 mins past the scheduled time. And they could not have ruder the entire time, never even uttering the word sorry for the significant delay and inconvenience. Take your business elsewhere!
Sandra Smith: Cristina does an amazing job every time
Eva Sandler: Spa-goers, do not use their cosmetic services. The aestheticians don’t know what they’re doing - my lash lift was painful, visibly uneven and left my individual lashes in different directions. Staff did not listen when I asked for the product information (because I needed it in order to have my lift reversed by another professional). They were overly defensive and rude on the phone. Go here for a massage, but don’t let them touch your face!
Gina DeAngelo: Pretty disappointed. I went and at first was excited they didn’t try to sell me products or cut way more hair than just the split/dead ends, but the evening of my haircut I noticed how many split ends I still had. I paid $100 to have a stylist with no personality barely cut my hair and just blow it out - I could’ve styled it just the same. It’s been just over a week and doesn’t even feel like either service even happened.I loved the girl who did my waxing, but again I noticed that night that there were still so many hairs that weren’t gone. While I’d try their spa, I’ll go someplace cheaper for a haircut next time and I’ve purchased my own waxing kit for less than the cost of eyebrows and lip waxing there.
Adriana Sarmiento: Critical:CommunicationHope if you need to make an appointment or gat help you are lucky enough to get Jackie, because if you do not you will receive rudness and not help at all.
Julieta Sarmiento: Synthia is one of the best masseuse I have experienced in my life. I have had the opportunity of visiting spas from the UK to Mexico and Synthia stands out for her experience and strength. Jaqui and Andrea provided an outstanding customer service, were very kind and attentive. I am deeply grateful to them! I highly recommend Corbu Spa and their wonderful staff!!
Collin Davis: Great stylist. Great haircut everytime.
Deandra Robinson: Excellent service! Sinthia, Ayata and Magaly are my favorite massage technicians; their hands are magic!
Kathy Moody: The best spa in the Square. Pedicure, waxing & hair!!
Jennifer Kozlik: Love this place!
Amy Lee Jarvis: Very attentive and kind people. Good services
Maria Sauzier: I do like not writing negative reviews, but I want to make sure Jessica gets the feedback, and new clients are warned. I had a Classique Corbu Facial + Enzyme Treatment, and Jessica was not careful to keep it out of my eyes. At the end of the treatment my eyes were stinging and my vision was blurry. I did not complain because I thought it would be gone after a few minutes, and I was in a hurry to get elsewhere. But the stinging persisted for at least 36 hours, night and day, interfering with work, with relaxing and with sleeping. This is not what should happen after a $165 facial treatment. It seems ridiculous to have to say 'keep the lotion out of my eyes', but that is what I would recommend people do.
Kyle Conley: Spent a day for daughter’s birthday and we were well taken care of. Stephanie up front went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience for both of us.
Christina Johnson: Not bad, not great.
Paul Robertson: Best in the Boston are.
Ashley Hagen: This place was awesome!! My friend and I were a last minute walk-ins and they took us right in. Kat & Katie we’re amazing in their hospitality and professionalism. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing day/afternoon.If I had one suggestion I would say to serve water in a glass with cucumbers and/or mint. See you soon!!
Patricia Johnson: Hair stylist Christine has NO personality. Found her rude to speak another language while doing hair
Michael Browne: Honestly, best massage I've ever gotten. Facilities were clean, and the decor welcoming and relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, professional, and were very good at their jobs. My group and I were there for a Bachelorette party, and it went off without a hitch. They had a table set up for wine or champagne, with glasses, and little gift bags. All very nice. Not the cheapest, but definitely still an excellent value. I will definitely go back.
Caroline Summers: Amazing haircut and blow out from JP and Massage from Cynthia and HydraFacial.
Katy Bonnin: Just "ok" overall experience - especially for the price. Individual services were solid but welcome staff was disinterested (1/2 day package for 2) , lounge area wasn't tidy and one shower caused congestion. I think they get enough tourist trade that a return customer isn't a priority.
Gabby d'antona: Always leave relaxed and feeling great! It’s an amazing atmosphere and all workers from the front desk to the estheticians make the experience extra special! The facials and massages are out of this world. Got the therapeutic massage today with Katie, I must say best hour of my life! Thank you Corbu!

Hyatt Regency Boston / Cambridge: what do users think?
Ramdas Pisharody: I stayed here for a week for business meetings and a conference. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well maintained with a beautiful view of the river ( my colleagues who didn’t have the river view were less impressed). The fitness room was newly built and excellent. The one let down was the restaurant which has a limited offering, no buffet and the young , inexperienced staff often got the orders mixed up.
Jake Ramirez: I went from a 2-star hotel to what I thought was a 4-star hotel on my last stay in the Boston area with the wife. Couldn't have been more wrong in terms of how the rooms compared. I read another review that said the hotel looked dated, and it did. The silicone on my shower head and shower handle were coming off, the carpet was torn entering the bathroom, our mirror was chipped, the room was smaller than the 2-star room, no microwave. It left a lot to be desired given the "4-star" status. The location wasn't horrible as we did use the shuttle service to the drop-off places they had, and the staff was very friendly. It was a quiet hotel, which was perfect given that we were only there for one night prior to heading home.
Si vas a Cambridge o a Boston, busca otro lugar ...Aquí estás LEJOS DE TODO.
Yuefan Wang: Wonderful place and service. The director Marisa helped us to set up my proposal decorations at the hotel and give us a significant support. It will be a unforgettable moment in our life. I highly recommend stay at this place not only for accommodation but also for all kinds of activities.
Christopher Brown: A truly amazing hotel right on the Charles river.Probably one of the best kept secrets in Boston is Is actually across the river in Cambridge.2 bridges with an easy distance bring you right over into Boston.Rooms are spacious beds are amazing.City bike rentals nearby make transportation very easy. With the price being about $100 less of most hotels in Boston this is definitely one to check out.
Allisson Bordignon: Nice view. Nice service. But no public transportation close.
ALIKAR: El Hotel es muy cómodo y agradable, tiene un shuttle que te lleva a puntos estratégicos.
Gopal Chopra: Excellent rooms and location for the price. Great customer service.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
ANITA VARMA: Amazing hospitality and excellent housekeeping. enjoyed my stay. river view from the room was very refreshing.
Emily Q: Rooms: The rooms were a bit dated. Honestly was a disappointed but the view and balcony we had made up for it. The beds only had thin sheets which i’ve never had at a hotel.Noteworthy details: There was a lot at the hotel that was unimpressive or just made me think the room was not worth the price on top of the fact that they will force you to pay a fee for the shuttle they have even if you dont plan to use it. My friend and I were willing to overlook a lot of things had the service been great, but it wasn’t. The staff is very obviously just here to make money and do the bare minimum. We asked for towels to be sent up to our room one morning and it took them an hour and a half which made us late to our schedules plans and when we called and asked if we could just come down and get them they said it was not an option. I probably could’ve found some at a store and bought them faster than this. The only good thing I can say is the location is convenient.
philip rowe: Good place to stay when visiting Harvard or MIT
SHY: 위치가 보스턴 중심은 아니지만 MIT 바로 옆이고 자전거나 리프트로 금방 이동 가능

The Charles Hotel: what do users think?
Thomas Nechyba: This used to be my favorite hotel. I would look forward to arriving, exercising in a wonderful facility, taking a dip in the pool and enjoying the hot tub, etc. Unfortunately, this facility has closed -- and been replaced by a fairly plain exercise room. I recently arrived and the staff bragged about the opening of this faculty -- and asked for my opinion once I experienced it. So that's my opinion. The check-in staff also bragged that the mini-bar in the room was back and asked if I wanted a key to the mini bar. I said yes -- and ended up opening the mini bar in the middle of my third night. It was empty. Somehow, the hotel has not managed to get back to what it used to be. I hope they will. At the price they charge, I don't see how they can keep things this way.
Cassandra gardner: Beautiful hotel property..near Harvard campus🙂🙂Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Una Smith: No room service available.
김christine: very classic hotel and staffs are nice.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tony Dunkel: Excellent service and Henrietta’s kitchen is outstanding
Jordan Holmes: Stayed at this hotel for a show in Cambridge and was impressed with the cleanliness, staff, and location! Room was spacious and very comfortable. Valet was a breeze to use. Amenities were definitely lacking considering the price but they did seem to all be only temporarily unavailable.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Sara Foley: The Charles Hotel was the perfect home for our wedding weekend on December 31, 2022. No one could've taken care of us, our family, and our friends better. From the months prior of expert planning with Jennifer Halpin, to the day of execution, on a holiday no less, with the most pleasant staff... we were blown away. The reservations team, including Ariana Ricci, was responsive and kind while handling our large, ever-changing, room block. The driveway team, including Zafar, Phil, Fauod, German and Dan, were prompt and extremely helpful with our CARTS full of belongings. The front desk team, led by Sumit Tuladhar, was so attentive and efficient. And then the banquet team, led by Jim, ... is just the best of the BEST. Patti, Stephen, Tim, Wilson, Edin, Mostafa, Rob, Said. It took a village, and family, to pull this wedding off.And a shout out to one of the wedding banquet servers, Pam. She was there at the wedding Saturday night until 12:30am, and then we saw her at 10:00am when we went down the breakfast. And she was smiling and gushing about our wedding. First of all, what a champion, but to do it all with the biggest smile... it truly made our day the next day.We can't say enough. And we couldn't be more grateful.
David Stickney: Mostly visit Noir the bar on the lower lobby area. Great bar and food but the best serviceRooms: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Traveler: A wonderful stay around Christmas. Booked under Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts and surpassed expectations. Staff was great. Room was well appointed. Henrietta's table had a wonderful breakfast. The location of the Charles cannot be beat. We look forward to returning.+ shout out to Alex at the front who was particularly helpful.
Lukas A.: Great hotel with very friendly staff. Fitness room is a little bit of a euphemism. Cafe ok. Beds are amazing and interior throughout the hotel very nice.
Sharon Peterson: To Alex, Jennifer and the entire staff at The Charles Hotel,You helped us achieve all of our daughter’s and new son in law’s wedding of their dreams. From the minute we arrived to the end of an enchanted wedding reception we are all so very grateful. A wedding is not an easy event to plan, however you and your staff made it look easy! Thank you for everything we couldn’t be happier today. The parents of the bride,Jeff and Sharon
Michael Roberson: Nearby activities: It is in a good area of townFood & drinks: Just love the restaurant, great service and food
Kathryn Sheehan: I always park here when I see a show at ART. It's only $14 for evening parking!

The Royal Sonesta Boston: what do users think?
Ben Spader: Pretty good. Hotel walls are a little thin so you can hear what's going on in the hallway, but other than that I was pretty impressed. Really great views from the room of the waterRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Deanna Melendez: Last minute stay and I had a great stay! The room was very clean! I also had a spectacular view of the Charles and the skyline of Boston! Would stay here again!
Sara Jane Dimond: We have stayed here a couple different times over the last five years and previously had very great experiences here. This time there was a very noticeable plummet in the quality of our stay. The staff was pleasant to a point but was very rude when asked if room service was available (it isnt) and our room had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned. There was previous trash left in all the bins including a used panty liner in the bathroom trash. Then while we were in the pool a guest brought an unleashed large dog into the pool and threw it in the deep end at another guest who was visibly injured and bleeding in the water. The dog struggled in the pool for several minutes until other guests intervened and lifted the dog out. These guest were also injured. At no point during this ordeal did we see a staff member intervene or come along to check on others involved. We will be going elsewhere for our vacations in the future.
Amanda Bandeira: Hotel excellent, however we were 3 in the room and only have towels for 2.We asked to someone to come to bring towels and bed linen for the third guest and they only brought towels and a blanket. After we called 2 times, someone brought us a extra set of bed linen, but said He couldnt make the sofá bed arrengements. We did ourselves. But besides that, everything was excellent. For sure I Will book this hotel again. And the hotel restaurant is excellent.
Yoyo MA: Very nice lobby andhotel but rooms are poorly lit. Too much waste with bottled water - should find a better, eco friendly solution.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Mike: The banquet hall was perfect size and the food was very good. I liked that the hall was near the front and easily located.
Robert Schwerdt: The hotel was pretty nice, but they totally dinged me with hidden fees upon checkout. I was absolutely NEVER made aware of their hidden junk fees at any point. I’ve contacted customer service and they really don’t care. I get copy and paste “brush off” responses, but they’re unable to verify that I was made aware of fees (because I wasn’t) and unwilling to refund them.
Bob Field: Loved everything about this hotel except the Starbucks wannabe shop downstairs that had one price on the menu (which was $1.40 more expensive than a real Starbucks) but then charged me $.50 more putting my Mocha at well over $7.00. Enough already!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Gina: Beautiful, Clean and Modern Decor. Two beautiful cafes on main level. Great, Kind, Professional Staff. Beautiful Views of the River. Convenient Centralized location. Dated amenities, no room service, rooms are compact but beautiful and have all necessities including mini fridge, extra storage and desks, motion sensored lighting. Small plasma tvs. Very nice, simple fitness center, has all the basic but updated equipment. Bathrooms always well maintained.Walls are paper thin. Elevator is loud. One elevator was out so there is a small wait for the elevator. Alittle pricy but I still had an overall good experience. 👍 I would do it again.Walkability: Easy to walk to main attractions near by, bring your walking shoes!!
Martin Riggs: Good location, excellent views and very helpful staff. Unfortunately, the bar closes to early (10pm).Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jackie corbin: All staff was very helpful and pleasant. Always have a great stay. Bartender in the pub was extremely rude...to several customers...will not go back there for a nightcap. That was this passed Friday evening. Will definitely return..just not to your pubRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Andrew Dykeman: Absolutely loved the staff. Room was well setup.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jaclyn Capalbo: The people here were so unbelievably disrespectful. There was a man harassing us all night. Instead of them understanding that a grown man should not be harassing and stalking young girls, they kicked us out. We were quiet and respectful the whole night but a random old man had a vendetta against us starting at 6pm because we were young. We were trying to go to sleep and the front desk called us saying we were evicted. As we were already asleep. They showed us absolutely no respect and we payed so much money. If you’re young don’t come here even if you’re absolutely silent. So much disrespect went on tonight. Now we have nowhere to stay and we’re on the streets of Boston as young girls. They don’t care!
Jas “#”: I don't know why this place has Marriott in its name ! My critique here will probably not do any justice to our hollow "transit camp" like experience at this hotel. But here is a bullet list for you !!- The receptionists at the front desk were pretty crude. Didn't care to even stand up once through the entire checkin process. Didn't tell us about any amenities. Nothing !!- The bathroom sliding door was half off its rails and wouldn't slide. So we had to practically lift it and move to get into the bathroom.- A concealing Panel below the Sink would come off on the slightest touch.- Breakfast is at different times everyday. Get ready to carry a notebook around, you may have to take notes.- They would not let you get breakfast if you are a minute late. Doesn't matter if they have to throw away their entirely massive array of gourmet selection. (Pun intended)- Our keys got disabled after breakfast, I guess they were asking us to leave. When I asked the receptionist why it happened, her response was "you must have done something". So I guess I did the same thing to both our keys. How likely is that ?We were so happy to get out of this depressing place. I feel guilty now, we could have just used Airbnb and donated the extra money we spent to a good cause.
Lisa Sanchez: Home away from home. I've been here four times already and I will continue to come back. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Great location.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Jesse Jacoby: Great location within a few minutes' walking distance to MIT, many phara companies, restaurants, bars, etc. Nicely appointed rooms with small kitchenette including full-size fridge with ice maker, microwave, utensils, dishes, sink, and dishwasher. Decent coffee maker to boot. Rooms were nicely laid out with subtle signs of wear. Nice clean shower, but with wall-mounted liquid soaps that got in the way. Pretty nice and well-equipped gym except for the elliptical which was in desperate need of maintenance. Fairly expensive for what you get, but that's the deal in downtown Cambridge.
Michael Gonzalez: Best hotel if you need a kitchen.Rooms: They have a kitchen.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Susan Sewersky: Our new favorite hotel. Convenient parking and an easy walk to the T
Troy Jones: Always helpful and professional staff, recently remodeled and the larger rooms are perfect for a long stay. New bar downstairs is a great place to unwind!
Mary Ellen Tucker: Rooms: Includes kitchen and sofa. Large size.Walkability: Near Kendall Square. Easy subway to downtown.
Guideaux Badaduchi: The absolute worst service out of any Marriott. The breakfast and housekeeping staff were polite but Jordan M was the most disrespectful person I have ever met. Would never stay here again.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Patrick: Functional hotel in safe area with sub Marriott standard (e.g plastic plates and cutlery during breakfast)
Shashwat P. Baxi: Overall, a very nice hotel in a perfect location in the heart of Cambridge. Anyone looking for long-term stay, should definitely look at this hotel. I was happy with the size of the room, the fitness center, the location, and the complimentary breakfast given the price and the comparative rates in the area. I would absolutely stay here again if I needed a place with a kitchen and wanted to cook my own food.
親父潜水: キッチンや馬鹿でかい冷蔵庫やダイニングテーブルもありますバスタブがあるのが嬉しい窓際のデスクワークスペースも広くゆっくり仕事が出来ます
Eugene Ing: Location was good but upon arrival there was a sewage issue in the lobby that the staff was cleaning out. The lobby stunk and there was raw sewage in a bucket. While I can appreciate that things happen the staff was rude and unapologetic. Apparently another guest who was drinking in the bar area complained about the smell and said their drink should be compensated. The entire staff was fixated on arguing and justifying why this guest was not deserving of a free drink rather than doing the right thing, which seemed very telling about customer service. If you are staying for an evening and assuming nothing goes wrong the place is fine but if something goes wrong I wouldn’t expect anything to be done for you based on this experience.

Le Méridien Boston Cambridge: what do users think?
Sebastian Brennan: Thanks to the housekeeping staff for finding and sending some headphones I’d left in the room - top end service and a reason to return. Thanks
P.H Jeng: I stayed at the hotel from April 13 to 18, 2023, for a total of six nights. I used the bathtub from the first day, and the water quality seemed normal. However, on the third day (April 15) at 8 pm, the water that was released from the tap was discolored, as shown in the picture.I called the front desk, and they said someone would come to check it out. After inspecting the tap, the staff turned on the cold water from the sink and said it looked normal. He didn't know why the water was discolored and suggested we try running the water again or change to a different room. Then, he quickly left. After the staff left, we tried running hot water in the sink and found that the water quality was the same as bathtub, with sand-like particles. To make matters worse, when we drained the bathtub, the entire tub was filled with sand and oily substances, as shown in the attached picture. When we asked the front desk about the issue, they only offered to change our room to the same type of room on the same floor. They said we could let them know if we wanted to change rooms. However, we had already unpacked all of our luggage for the six-night stay, and we were unsure if the problem would occur again in the new room. It was concerning that such an incident could happen in a four-star hotel, and the staff's reaction seemed indifferent. At the very least, the hotel should try to find out where the problem with the water was coming from.Review at 9:30 pm on April 15, 2023

User P: Rooms do not reflect the advertised pictures. Staff is nice.
jack wang: I am beyond disappointed at this property, while I was eating I saw two mouse scurrying across the floor, I took a video and showed it to the desk clerk.
DB Cooper: Very nice hotel, and great staff. Highly recommend.

Seth Garfinkel: If you’re not happy at the Marlowe, you’re not going to be happy anywhere. Staff was great, the location has easy access to Boston and Cambridge, and the beds were probably the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever encountered. There’s an amenities fee, which is always a little annoying, but at least the amenities are worth it - including a happy hour in the lobby everyday. Will definitely return.
Bobak Ha'Eri: Average hotel that has criminally slow/spotty wifi for any business or academic traveler. No Zoom calls or online lectures were possible to give because the wifi network is totally unreliable: not only weak, but subject to just shutting down for periods long enough to cut a connection. This is unacceptable in 2023, when the world has adapted to remote work, remote meetings, remote life. The hotel is also terribly understaffed, breakfast in the hotel was exceptionally slow because they had a grand total of one person handling all tables at the rush hour of 7:30-8am. Again... 2021-22 was when work shortages were a fashionable excuse. Furthermore the location isn't that great: 2/3s of Uber/Lyft drivers struggle to find the driveway leaving you to run after them when they stop in the wrong place. It's next to a dying mall that has nothing but awful mall food "and a Cheesecake Factory" as though that's of any value to people who want a quick, healthy option (or, you know, have taste in food). Booking this hotel was one of the biggest mistakes I've made. The office chair was uncomfortable for no apparent reason other than aesthetic choice. I simply do not recommend for business, academic work, or anything other than the undemanding guest.Edited to add that:• one night multiple dogs were barking the whole night because it’s “dog friendly” hotel… which is every guest’s problem.• front desk for check out was terrible. No acknowledgment that we walked to the desk, she just talking about some form with another employee on the phone. This is terrible training. Knocked the service down to one star.Internet, loud dogs, and service make this hotel a complete waste.
J D: The hotel appears to have recently been lightly renovated but it needs a full gutting. It feels like the old building that it is, with a veneer of "new" laid on top. The room felt a bit beat up...not what I'd expect from a Kimpton property.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Howard H: The room was very clean and new but the door that connects two rooms together was not very soundproof. I could hear my neighbor talk. The $10 restaurant credit that you get with the amenity fee is problematic. The way you use it is you eat at their restaurant and then put the charge on your room. The problem is they don't check the room number that you tell them. 1. That's a honor system that relies on people's honesty. 2. Good faith mistakes are prone to happen because everyone wants to use up their credit. Good thing I checked all the charges when I checked out. To their credit, they did take the charges off after I notified them. Regardless, it was an unnecessary annoyance.Overall my stay was decent but the value is not there for the premium that they charge.
S D: Nice spot.
Matt Auerbach: Decent location for Cambridge and 10 mins from the airport but the hotel left a lot to be desired — wifi didn’t function at all, calling to the front desk took longer than you’d expect, no extra pillows were available upon request and the only water in the entire hotel costs $6-$8! Comfortable room, bathroom and bed but do not stay for service. The Polaroid camera rental was a redeeming perk though
河合竜也: Very clean and nice amenity but Amenity Fee has been mistakenly charged and they didn’t refund it
Achilles Young: Visiting MIT this was a good choice. Staff really nice and roomsRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
John Morhous: Great hotel, just need to be mindful of where the drop off and parking location is. Wonderful staff and servicesRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Lauren Elizabeth: The room was ok. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite... the quality of the room isn't worth the price.I am giving five stars for guest services. The staff we encountered during our stay was consistently top-notch. Especially the valet crew; they were very busy but somehow were attentive and made me feel welcome.
Matthew Saunders: The hotel is very nice. Great location and good amenities. The beds, pillows, and the hvac in the rooms leave something to be desired.Rooms: Beds, pillows, and the hvac are not good. I could deal with the bed, being my own pillows but the control of the hvac were not adequate.Nearby activities: Shopping is very very close.
Sam kassis: Another stay for us at a Kimpton Hotel as usual kimpton never disappoint you always good with . This location has a direct access to Galleria Mall in Cambridge so you do not have to go outside perfect for a snowy day.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Nikki S: The hotel was nice and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Boston Marriott Cambridge: what do users think?
Jacob Courtade: Room provided wasn’t clean. Front desk launched into a speech about what types of rooms they are required to have by law (didn’t ask). There are many other options in Boston, even within the Bonvoy set of brands - this one isn’t worth it.
Brandon Andra: Great location. The train station is across the street. We loved the rooms. Incredible views.
Daniel Maldonado: Best views of the river. I have been staying here for over ten years and it never disappoints.
Andrea Prazakova: Front desk staff annoyed when asked to give me room which I booked. Dirty elevator, stinky carpet in the hall way, water not hot enough in the bathroom. Room service was delivered by external company charging deliver charge. Truly very poor representation of the Marriott brand.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Samia Kamran: They definitely try. The room is small. The small footprint is not unique for a city hotel but the low stepped ceilings made it feel even smaller. I’m 5ft 5inches tall (basketball was never in my future) and could touch the ceiling….it’s overpriced for what you get but convenient to the MIT Sloan building. The staff was awesome awesome (double awesome).
Jesse Jacoby: No one answers the front desk when calling the phone number listed on the website...the phone will just ring and ring and put you into an automated phone loop. Customer service = F.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Justin Ward: Nice hotel with a cool retro feel to it. I particularly loved the corner windows in my room. NIce, elegant touch that only added to the vintage vibe. The locating is a bit tricky, what with the limited space in Boston in that area, but it's not bad, and I enjoyed being so close to MIT. As close as I'll ever get, honestly.Nice food in the area, walkable distances to the river, and ab all around nice stay.
Tommy Cormier: This is the defacto stay for the company I work for, but it has nice rooms. A little pricey probably because of location, but many Boston hotels are expensive.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More

Rima Majumdar: Its just opposite Kendall/MIT subway , bus stop , so easily accessible.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
