Amy Wang: What a great add to the neighborhood! We were sad when People’s closed, but thrilled that Tanjore has taken its place. It’s great to have a stand by with a solid, fairly priced beer list, great food (we have enjoyed both the ‘standard pub fare’ like chicken tenders as well as the Nepalese / Indian food), plays sports on multiple screens with the sound on, and has a comfortable casual vibe.

Jacob Der: PSA: Do not go here, as the security guard may attempt to steal your ID.The security guard confiscated our IDs and refused to give them back for around 30 minutes, during which time she was physically and verbally threatening toward the female members of our group. We ended up having to call the police over to prove our IDs were real and force her to return them. Meanwhile the owner was a bystander who admitted that they don't have an ID scanner and simply smoked a cigarette outside while this all unfolded.That said, even if you get into the bar incident-free, you'll have only gained entrance to a building that smells like a sewer.

Rakesh Khandelwal: Big menu with many vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, and decent decor. Ordinary wine selection. They have cocktail menu as well.While menu suggested authentic north Indian food, it tasted very ordinary, below average. Ordinary enough not worth trying again, especially at the menu price. We had vegetarian food only, don't know about taste for chicken, mutton and/or other non-vegetarian options.
Valeria Fasolo: The food was excellent, although the veg pakora came out cold and did not taste fresh. I had the Baingan Patiala Masala, it was my first time trying that dish and it's now one of my favorite indian foods; it was flavourful and nutty at the same time, and the eggplants were creamy, almost silky! My friend and I only had to wait 5 minutes to be seated without a reservation on a Saturday night, which was great as we were both extremely hungry. The service was excellent, the waiter was polite, and he didn't make us feel rushed. It seems that the kitchen staff has changed for the worse.We will not be returning to this restaurant.Service is good and staff are nice - however, we didn't enjoy the food.1) Breads were not good - Chapati tasted like a tortilla [and was all white like it was made from white flour instead of wheat flour], shell on aloo paratha was tough.2) While we requested medium spice level, food was prepared mild and was not as flavorful as expected.Food was not bad, just ok - 3 out of 5 stars. We got take out and they missed one order and the tandoori chicken was tough and inedible (it used to be so tender and juicy). M Marouan: I love the food, but don’t expect reasonable portions from the vegetarian menu. This is my 3rd time ordering. The containers are filled with nothing but gravy and very few vegetables at the bottom. There were about 3 pieces of potatoes in my aloo mattur and the chickpeas curry was only gravy with a few chickpeas at the bottom.Vegetarian options: Only gravy, hardly any vegetables. The naan was flat and crispy/crumbly rather than fluffy and soft, and the malai kofta portion was just 2 small kofta in a rather mild flavored sauce. Mani: Indo Chinese (Hakka) spot in a small food court adjacent to Harvard University. We visited this place after the Harvard Tour and we were so glad that we chose the right spot. The appearance of the store front may look deceiving but the food tasted way better. We order Hakka noodles, Triple Schewan fried rice, Bombay chilli chicken, Chilli Garlic Chicken, chicken Momo's. All tasted great except for the Momo's. Highly recommended after your Harvard Tour.

Sahil Natu: You'd find good Indian food or Chinese food here in US, but good Indo-Chinese is a rare thing. I thought it didn't exist here until one day I found this place.The food is hot and spicy - they don't ask for spice level preference, and I like it this way - who has chicken chili or triple schezwan fried rice with less spice. The flavour profile reminds of street food you'd have in India.If you're some one like me who's spent a better part of their life in India and misses the all too common fried rice, hakka noodles and some chili and lollipops, this is the place to be. I believe they have other dishes on offer too, but I'm yet to try those. 5/5, super recommend!
