I paid $15 for its repair, and when I got home and wore it, the sole totally separated from the shoe on the first day, rendering it unwearable. I asked for a credit for another repair, if not the refund that I paid, and was denied both.

Brianna Sullivan: Love this place! They've brought back my favorite pair of boots from near death twice, including a zipper replacement that I thought was impossible. I've also had them stretch a pair slippers up a half size so they would fit and do minor scuff repaids. Reasonably priced for the great job they do. Sometimes the wait to get your shoes back can be a little long (1 week+), but well worth it in my opinion.
Edward Li: Did not have the shoes repaired at the promised date. Also tried to give me someone else's shoes several times before finally finding mine. One pair of dress shoes had scruffs on it that were not repaired but instead spray painted over with a color that did not even come close to the original. Applied cheap polish to the other pair without attempting to remove the salt stains first.

Patrick Egolum: This place was a godsend. I had a large spinner suitcase that was worked over from my last international trip earlier this year. I originally sent it to another luggage place. They kept it for 5 months only to tell me they couldn't fix it. So I found Superior Luggage on Google and brought it over there 2 weeks ago for a new handle and 2 wheel replacement. Paul told me this was no issue and had it back to me the following week in almost new condition. He only charged me 60 dollars for it which was more than reasonable. I fully recommend going for any luggage issues and repairs. Great work!!!

M. Sato: Very pleased with my repair. My old (but still in good condition) 2-wheel Ricardo 25" bag needed new wheels. The first luggage shop I brought it to, estimated a price that was almost equal to a new bag. (Personally, I don't think he wanted to be bothered with it.) I found Superior Luggage, filled out the online form and Paul called me back with a quote that was half of what the other place said! I dropped off the bag on a Monday and it was done by Friday. I don't know if this is a normal or average turnaround time for what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone. They also do warranty repairs. Note: It's street parking, but I had no problem finding a space both times.

I recognized the shop’s facade is being Art Nouveau in design, and that I had not seen this style since I was in Paris. He told me that it was shipped over from France at the turn of the century.

The employee said he would be able to fix it, but when I came to pick them up the shoes were a completely different color and not salvageable. This was very upsetting because these shoes were supposed to be worn again for a vow renewal in 2021.

Connor McMillan: Great experience here. I brought in a pair of zippered boots to have a zipper on one repaired. When I got the boots back, the zipper had been fixed but the soles of both shoes had been replaced and they had been shined to perfection. Excellent customer service, like getting brand new shoes for half the price.

brian gibson: I told the man there I didn't want to spend more than $30 to repair my $75 luggage and to not do anything until I received his estimate then he called me about a week later and without discussing it with me said he did the work and it would be $50. He only replaced 2 wheels on my 4 wheel bag and one he worked on , he didn't tighten it up so its loose and angled with weight on it till I make the repair completed. I won't return to give them more business!

Rozalin Berberian: I wanted to fix my shoes because it was severely damaged ( I just didn't have the heart to throw them away) I was new in the town so called town hall shoe repair. I wanted to get pricing on my damaged shoes so I called to see how much it would cost me. Lovely young gentlemen picked up the phone and told me they had to see the shoes in person for them to give me the pricing range on the shoes. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine interest in my repair needs. He took the time to carefully assess the damage and explain the repair process to me, giving me an accurate timeline for when I could expect to have my shoes back. When I picked up my shoes, I was amazed at the results. They looked as good as new, with no visible signs of the previous damage. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship was truly outstanding. The town hall Shoe Repair clearly takes pride in their craft, and it shows in the exceptional work they do. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of shoe repair. Five stars all around!!!THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVES :)

Brad stearns: I went in to replace plastic cleats he installed a week ago with metal ones. He told me that the metal cleats were 3$ more. I was charged 10$ total for the plastic ones. I assumed with the additional 6$ cost plus a similar installation fee I might expect 20$ or 25$ at the most, but 40$? So here's some detail.I do construction work and believe for the work done, I was signifigantly over charged. Particularly when I checked with other shoe repair places.In addition I had come in to correct previous work he did with an up grade because the nails used were poking my heel and the plastic cleat had worn down after a week. Today less than 24 hours later the screws he used for the the metal cleat are now stabbing my heel.Knowing what I know of such things he should have known better than to use a screw of the same length as the nails. It's obvious to me if you must use those screws snip the ends so they don't do the same thing. I especially resent that the screws are screwed into my new custom made inserts that correct a foot problem. He was told about them, but apparently didn't listen.I've been a fairly long term customer, reasonably satisfied. We'll call that a 2.5 out of 5. Nothing to write home about (I know people don't write letters) But my business now?

Noah Litwer: I had my leather timberland shoes resoled by Town Hall Shoe Repair for $60-$70 in May 2015. Two days later the Vibram rubber sole began coming off of the shoe. They apologized and promptly reapplied the adhesive.For about a month and a half they wore very nicely, until over the course of a few days the rubber began to detach near the tips of the toes on both soles.I brought the shoes back today (July 15th), frustrated that I should have to bring it back twice in less than 2 months to be repaired, and Ohanes J. said that he thought that the problem was that original material that the replacement Vibram soles were attached to was not holding the adhesive properly...I suggested that I had no way of knowing that and that it was their responsibility to be able to identify materials that the Vibram rubber would NOT be able to effectively attach to. I requested a refund, and after some negotiation, he gave me $30 (around 50% of the original purchase amount)SUMMARY: They use quality materials and they seem to know what they're doing, but I wish they could have told me before the repair that the old rubber material would not properly stick to the new Vibram rubber soles... My advice, always check online if other people have resoled your shoe model before you go into a cobbler's shop.
Hovig: I got my heels replaced here many times and the guy did a great job! plus they have so many different kind of products for sale! i really recommend this place to anybody who wants a honest and friendly cobbler.
