Katie Tully: I went into the store to buy the F.A.R. Backpack. I was in and out of the store in two minutes. When I got back home, I took out the bag to begin packing as I had to catch a train. Unfortunately, I was incorrectly given a tote bag. I called the store at 7:01PM. They close at 7. They answered the phone. I explained that I received the wrong bag and I was trying to catch a train. I was about 10 minutes from the store and they were nice enough to let me bring the bag back so that I could get the correct one. The store was closed, I didn't even expect them to answer the phone, nevermind wait for me to come exchange for the correct item. I thought that was very kind and above and beyond customer service.ps-- the bag is awesome

Douglas Seah: Came here a few times and finally settled on a carry on luggage. 1 or 2 of the staff were knowledgeable whilst some others were not so. Good selection of luggages and colours. Pricey but the compartments and ease of moving around the luggage were pleasant delights.
Valerie Tarantino: I have been eyeballing the new Everywhere Bag for a couple days now, trying to find the perfect bag for my needs and today I found myself with a three hour layover at Logan Airport so I figured I would kill some time by swinging by the Away store here since there are none where I live.By the time I get to the store, it is about 9:30 AM and I find a CLOSED sign on the door. Slight panic kicks in because the store doesn't open for another hour and a half, and by then I had to be back at the airport. I am standing outside the store and Steven walks past me and then into the store to get the day started. I figured I would try and see if he could help me so I knock on the door and he opens it, then I tell him my situation. Steven was SO helpful and was able to help me get the bag even when they were still closed for another hour and a half! I was truly amazed at how great him and Mateo were at helping me not only get the bag but also highlighted all of the features, and even took care of all of the unwrapping for me since I was going to be using it immediately on my connecting flight. The bag so far seems to be exactly what I expected. It also looks great on top of the Bigger Carry-On and I couldn't be happier with their products so far, and the customer service behind it! Thank you Steven & Mateo!

william wittich: Had a broken suitcase handle repaired by Connie who was extremely kind and helpful. Thank you Connie!
Peter Deutsch: Zipper broke after a year. Store tried to charge me a $15 fee to ship it in for warranty service. Quality of Tumi has fallen off cliff and customer service non existent. Avoid.
Eutaw Street: Very underwhelming engraving services, both quality and expectations wise. Why offer a service at all if you can't provide basic quality control? Brushing quality concerns under the rug doesn't seem like a viable strategy either.

Ngoc Tran: The associate (Pei) was very helpful. I needed to buy something a little bit before closing time, and so I gave the store a call. She asked what I was interested to buy and selected out the items for me, so I can quickly choose upon arriving. I had a problem with my order and she promptly followed up with instructions to send to the repair center. Very happy with the product and the professionalism of the staff.

Marlena Cardona: We went to pick up my son's graduation present that we had ordered thru another store. Granted we were not dressed to like their average customer but the sales people ignored us. We were there for a whole 10 minutes before anyone greeted us. One of the sales ladies bumped into my husband several times ; once specifically to attend to other customers that had just come in. The lady who finally helped us seemed annoyed to have to help us get our purchase. Never going back again.
