Mym Kibria: This is my favorite massage place in Massachusetts! They have the best service and do not force you to a certain tip. (Many places in the area force you to pay at least a minimum) You can get anything from just a foot massage to a full body massage. Prices are very reasonable!

Alexandra Smith: Very nice! Very reasonable prices, a nice relaxing space. It's small and simple but the people there are very friendly, and the service is great. I had the 1 hour bodyworks massage and it was fantastic, every inch of me was like butter. I also had the 30 min steaming barrel and 30 min foot massage. I'm not a regular massage person so I didn't know what to expect, but the steaming barrel was pretty relaxing. Literally just you hanging out with your lower legs and feet in a barrel full of hot steam. They gave me a little water bottle too. I'll definitely be back.

The massage was excellent as they actually spent time in problem areas they found rather than going through a whole predetermined flow.Some minor touches with cold moisturizer could be improved, but overall all I strongly recommend it!

Allyssa Meunier: The people here are very kind and welcoming. I brought both of my sons here to get their first massage and they loved it. They took good care of them and made them feel comfortable. When they left they looked like they were floating on a cloud and were excited to tell me all the things that got done. I ended up coming myself the following day. The massage was nice, he was very intuitive about making sure it was the correct pressure, I prefer deep pressure, so he did. And he got into my shoulders and all the muscles up there very nicely. I also like that they do not neglect your forearms and hands I think some places kind of skip over that so that was nice as well. Part of the full body they do include your feet, but they actually specialize in foot reflexology here for 30min or 60min. From the little bit that I got on my feet, it felt amazing and I would really like to come back here to try that out for sure for the full time!

MAJED ALMAJED: I have visited this place once for leg and back massage and their prices are reasonable. I may go again to try male therapist but I was somewhat satisfied compared to other similar places near Cambridge area. Different people may not have similar massage experience. But I have visited many other massage places in different countries (Far East & Middle-East) and my experience were much better maybe due to the techniques used or the fact that they only have male therapists for male customers. It’s worth to visit Mozi Foot Spa since their price is lower than others and to try different therapists to decide for yourself.

Reste B.: I regret going there for a massage and not reading properly the google reviews about the poor customer service and asking for a huge tip at the end. The massage was good, but nothing special. I felt like the massage lady is in hurry during the massage and I could not relax enough. It was also a bit noisy around (people talking and the phone ringing).I also went to the sauna afterwards. It is a small sauna accessible from the main hallway and if you want to shower between the sessions you have to cross the hallway to take the shower and afterwords there is no space to relax before another cycle. The temperature was 50 degrees Celcius at the beginning and 65 at the end. The worst part came at the end when me and my partner wanted to pay and we've been asked for a tip. First we gave 10 dollars and that was not enough, so we gave her 20 and she was still not happy with that telling us about the poor girls working there. She didn't even say thank you for the tip and now I regret leaving her the bill. She was almost screaming at us, it was a terrible experience and we left with a very bad impression.

Very rude, yelling at us that the tip is for the employees. They should just be transparent and charge more, this way its very sketchy. Not recommended at all

I paid ahead of time, on my way out the old lady at the front asked me for tips and I went back to look for the massage lady to give her the tip. She said she would give it to her, I have her 5 and she said it’s 20% tip of the total amount. No where it said you have to give 20% of the amount. But I said ok and asked her if I could venmo the lady directly she said no that she wanted me to pay in card. Then I said “well if that’s the case then give me the cash money I payed and I’ll just pay the service I’m card and add the 20% tip so it can go to the lady that provided the service, she refused and called the lady. I kindly asked the massage lady for Venmo, cash app because I wanted the money to go directly to her. She started cursing at me in Chinese thinking I wouldn’t understand but I actually do. Very poor customer service by the owner I believe she is an old Chinese woman. I can never go to a place that takes advantage of her employees and treats it’s customers very poorly. BTW I ended up giving the massage lady the tip for the amount of 20% directly to her.

Thankfully my wife found this place and spoiled me to an hour foot massage. They were extremely professional and awesome with my feet. Cassie Lin: I just received a 60 minute foot massage. If you pay in cash, it's around $48. This is my first time receiving a foot massage and it was pretty good! Definitely relaxing; the first few minutes, i received a quick massage on my upper back and shoulders and that was much needed! It is a bit intense (I didn't mind!) so definitely say something in the beginning if you want something less intense. It was a bit noisy (people talking and the phone ringing) but I didn't mind too much.

Not for the faint of heart but if you are getting over a foot injury (or plantar fasciitis) this might be right up your alley.For one hour the cash option was $48, which is much better than I was expecting. But again, if you want a relaxing style massage you should tell them ahead of time, otherwise they are doing deep-tissue type work that isn't for everyone.

Just bring cash (BOA ATM near Best Buy) and go there when your feet or back hurt and they will have you floating.

I opted for a medium touch instead of hard compressions, and this three foot woman transformed her hands into a steel drill, and included punches to my palms and back at the end. Not girly enough for me, I recommend this treatment for a man that you want to get beat up, no lie.

I understand trying to make a living, but they are earning it at the cost of others' health.My wife and I visited here for a 30 minutes massage. Both masseurs were extremely aggressive, using only their knuckles and elbows to press with extreme force on your body. Number of attempts were made to temper the pressure, but it did not help. My masseur tried to massage the back of my skull, but given the force, I had to push him back to avoid getting hurt. And I weigh 230 lbs, mostly muscularly built. The masseur ended up hurting both my and my wife's body, neck, lower back, and the back of our heads.We continue to be in extreme pain a day after, my wife already showing black-and-blue spots on her back. What a disaster of a place and the oxymoron name, "Relaxation Therapy."

There's is a special advertisement on their website Insaw earlier this week (2/21/23) for a 30 minute massage that includes: a full body (it's really my back, my neck, my back legs and the back of my thighs), deep tissue massage and hot stones upon request. I expected them to honor what is advertised. The massage therapist I had did an OK job but didn't give me the hot stones I expected. Not pleased. I go to pay for what was done. I inquire about the advertisement and show her. She was barley able to clarify and then when I paid she expected a full tip of $14! I said I will tip her what I want to tip especially for the massage she gave me without the stones. Again, I was not pleased with my service today. I will not use them anymore. I advise to ensure that you get what you expected if you ever come to this place for a massage and tipping is voluntary.

The lady on the phone from Massage Ultra was extremely rude when I called, trying to figure out why they're booking appointments under my name and would not provide an explanation "I don't have time for this" she said.

I get it, tips would be more if they charged more for the service. However, it is extremely rude to point blank ask for a larger tip. Especially when 25% is already generous. Beau Cote: I've been to the one in Brookline which I liked but live closer to here now. I reserved a spot for the 120min. The space seems temporary and it didn't really feel relaxing in the room. The massage was okay but they didn't seemed trained. The weirdest part was paying. I brought enough cash for tip and then planned to pay for the massage with card. When I went to give the tip and pay with a card, the lady just said they take card but cash is better. They do have an ATM but to say they'll take card but then refuse to take my card and make me withdraw cash was weird. This mainly weirded me out because the brookline location was not like this at all and I paid before hand.

Only to see at the end the misuse did not have a mask up. Will not be going back.

English is limited which can be awkward but isn't a big deal.
