Chris Talalas: Rented from Eagle for years in the past with slight issues. Last time i waited over an hour for them to get my rental ready. Also, the rear brakes stopped working. I just recently booked 6 bikes and they charged my CC for all 6. I have been trying to get hold of them so they can charge all the other peoples card and it has been next to impossible. This place has gone down hill hard. Never again

Jana Schill: Eugene was amazing! I was moving from abroad and he addressed all my concerns in a very understanding way. He was upfront about any issues with the apartments he showed me and was very knowledgeable. He was quick to answer all my questions and gave me helpful advice on how to secure an apartment. When I was experiencing issues accessing the apartment I finally rented on moving day, he solved the problem for me, even though it was his day off. Overall, my experience with ARE was great!

John Smith: I’m sure most people would agree that giving out free popsicles really isn’t a great substitute for a period of no air conditioning. When things aren’t working in the building, which is quite common, there is rarely any apology either. The elevator and front door are examples of this and are frequently not working as well. Also, the building as a whole is not nearly as clean as it was after Lincoln Property Company took over management.

Jeff Zents: The A/C has not worked for over 24 hours and they are not offering any concessions to renters. It is crazy that they are expecting people to stay in their 85 degree apartments overnight. An inexcusable failure of management to meet the moment when a luxury building's systems totally fail. Do. not. live. here.

Zachary Beach: The entire apartment buildings AC has been out for 3 days and the building has made it clear that there will be no concessions for this even though it has been 85 degrees in our apartment for the past few days. Absolutely ridiculous that we don’t have function AC when paying almost $4k for a one bedroom apartment.

A: I used to love living here but that has changed recently. The previous management, including the concierge, used to make this place feel like a community, but that has changed drastically since the management change. The new management has shown lack of hospitality and that has been incredibly frustrating for the amount of money paid to live here, and I sense a mutual agreement from a lot of the neighbors.

When looking up the building I saw a few reviews about Mergimtare so I knew she would be super nice but meeting her in person and working with her I’m so impressed. I can be very particular and ask a ton of questions and sometime a bit needed :) but Mergimtare Was just so natural at managing my expectations and leaving nothing left unanswered and very organized. I’m new to the area so it was a new sometimes difficult experience looking for places in Cambridge but my leasing agent Mergimtare and the entire One65 main community has been so kind and welcoming I’ve loved living here so far and look forward to coming home everyday! The building is very clean and new and amenities are very nice and aesthetically pleasing it is also very conveniently located to many places, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area!

Eddy Lin: Great place to live for many reasons:• Abby from the concierge team is top-tier and simply fantastic. She has made us feel “at home” ever since our first day moving in. She’s always friendly, and we (and our dogs) feel happy every time we see her. She deserves a raise, hands down!• The rest of the concierge and leasing office is great, as well. They are all so friendly and work so hard to make us happy and feel at home. Even the maintenance staff is always friendly… Bozzuto (the managing company) clearly has a very high bar for its hirers.• Location is excellent. It’s next to the river, MGH, MIT, etc.• The gym is the best apartment gym I’ve seen so far; the weights, benches, and machines are all really high quality. The aesthetics are simple and modern (the lighting is great, which i care about a lot as a frequent gym goer). Right now, it’s never crowded• Sense of community is great. It’s decently diverse, and the people are nice.• Apartment appliances and amenities are modern and new. Really nice and comfortable living here.• Good interior design choices in the lobby and common areas.• Good views from some apartments.Honestly can’t think of many cons (although the rent is definitely not the cheapest, it’s worth the premium)!

Jillian Palmer: Michael Wilson-Pierce helped us find our dream home!We began looking right around January/February of 2020, of course everything changed, especially the market. We faced limited inventory and knew we had a pretty specific picture in mind. Michael sent listings as soon as they were posted, sometimes just before, and the guidance through the process was thoughtful and helpful.Michael was intentional with our offers extended and ensured we were submitting competitive offers. He also was always flexible and available when houses came up and we wanted to check them out.All this to say that Michael went above and beyond and was incredibly patient and had a discerning eye and that helped us find our home. Tilldoe Lee: The move in process was unpleasant and the realtor never followed up how you’re doing in the process after they took your money. Kinda different experience from mine with previous realtor. At least my prior realtor would help me get the keys from the landlord. My current landlord was even on vacation when we moved in and we didn’t have the keys! We were locked out for 20 minutes at least with a moving van and car. Felt like an easy money for being a realtor.

Rahul Mahajan: I worked with Camila Dinamarca to find my first apartment in Cambridge a few years ago. I was impressed with her professionalism, promptness, and knowledge. She showed me apartments which matched my parameters, was honest in advising me away from places that didn't really match my needs, and gave me good advice on deciding between smaller neighborhoods within Cambridge which resulted in my finding the right apartment, which I loved, with a good landlord. I was impressed enough that I reached out to Camila again a few years later when we moved again (during the pandemic, for which she was always safe, practicing all recommended precautions). I recently worked with her yet again for our third move, where she has gone above and beyond in helping us find apartments which matched our pretty restrictive criteria and never wasting our time.Brokers do not always have a great reputation in the Boston market but Camila actually adds value to the process and is a valuable ally for you during the chaotic process of finding a home in the boston area. I will be reaching out to her again the next time we move (again).

As I was someone who is not from the area, trying to find a place quickly, Adam went out of his way to help me virtually tour the apartment, and keep me apprised as the rental process moved forward. Adam was diligent in in voicing my concerns and requirements to the landlords to ensure that I got what I needed. Upon moving in, Adam followed up to make sure I was ok and offered his assistance with anything as I got acclimated to the area. I found Anton to be flexible and accommodating to work with a very hands-on, involved landlord who runs her own rental application process with background checks. He did get involved when the process became a bit complicated requiring co-signors application and agreement. Anton also managed my rental agreement which he had electronically signed using DocuSign.Prompt communication, professionalism and speedy execution made for a 5* experience from my landlord's perspective.

I owned and operated a business and couldn't spend any time during business hours filling out countless applications and forms as it's usually common when you're applying for an apartment. QUANTUM TRANSPORTATION: Great company! Flawless experience! Our business needed a place for our new office but we didn’t have much time to go to many showings and do a lot of nonsense back and forth paperwork exchange.
