Joia Canete: The building is nice and the staff are very kind but the appliance quality is terrible. Both my washing machine and dryer broke about a month after moving in (Jan 2023). It has been another month and maintenance still has not resolved the issue. All in all, not worth the rent.Update: New management arrived ~March and issue seems to be fixed. Andre and the new maintenance team were incredibly responsive in helping to find a solution. Despite the inconvenience of the situation I was very pleased with the team’s prompt communication.

john beckage: This place looks like a dorm for international (mostly latin american) students, partying a lot until late hours , making a peaceful sleep almost impossible especially Friday and Saturday. Management is not responsive to complaints. Waiting impatiently for my lease to end.

Naomi Bhatia: This building was okay when I first moved in but since January of 2023 it has been a HOT mess:1. Between January and March (coldest period of the year), I had no heat despite putting in a service request and following up by phone and downstairs in person almost 2x a week for 7 weeks straight. I kept getting told "they'd be coming later today..."--and I'm not alone in this, turns out this was a common refrain from residents2. The building has been under construction/renovation since the holidays with key amenities (gym) out of commission and other amenities being discontinued (pool), the onsite store is no longer "onsite"3. New management has come in over the past week or so, and are RAISING rents on existing residents which was already quite high while the building had never been up to par relative to neighboring buildings (e.g., Twenty). To raise rents during a period where there is basically no gym and the building is under a construction mess seems unfathomable. They should wait till the renovations are done and raise rents like normal people....

Chong Zuo: Loud neighbor partying all night every week. Quiet hour is a joke. Smoke free is a joke.

All through the first time walking into the leasing office until my last day at Elevate she was always super kind, helpful and is just brilliant at her job! She gives the entire place a wonderful vibe and big thank you to her.Furthermore Chris from the concierge team goes out of his way to make you feel at home, always in a good mood, welcomes you, and is just a super friendly person.I unfortunately don’t remember his name but also a thank you to the main maintenance guy, I am pretty sure the other reviews are referring to the same person. He is amazing! Helpful, friendly, Wonderful person.The building itself is amazing as well, comfy and beautiful units, nothing can beat the rooftop view.I would always move back to Elevate!

Ardit Kazazi: We are living at Elevate for almost 1 year and we are really happy great people, the best view of Boston downtown area. Ronaldo helped us out with a transfer to a bigger apartment and the process went really smooth and he has been really great during the process.

S M: It’s been a couple of years that I am living in this building. Once in a studio and now in a 1BR. Ronaldo from the leasing office helped me a lot do the transition. I like the neighborhood a lot. The maintenance team is also great. The only caveat would be the price which could be slightly lower. Otherwise, a great building with lots of amenities.

He went above and beyond answering our questions, and showed empathy and respect for our concerns. This is really not the experience one might expect from a building owned by a big corporation.

David Du: Would not recommend living here. Despite advertising it as a smoke free place, my hallway all the time and apartment sometimes smelled heavily of smoke. Additionally I was overcharged on rent due to auto-pay and have yet to receive some of my overpaid rent yet. It has been over 5 months since I've moved out and I've heard only empty promises. I thought I was avoiding issues like this by signing with a large company but clearly not

Prajna Bhandary: Me and my husband moved to Elevate about 9 months back and we are really happy with our choice.Location is bang on it’s super close to the downtown and the T station is next to it so makes it super convenient to go to work.We were fortunate to be shown the apartment by Ronaldo who made it super easy for us from the start answering all our questions and concerns.The terrace has fabulous views and you can read a book there at peace.The gym is well equipped and clean always.We had a great pool too but sadly that’s removed now.That’s my only complaint.I wish we could have the pool back.But all in all great apartment complex
