Staples Connect: what do users think?
Reagan DeSantis: Dylan at the printing / service desk was super helpful, and informative. He did a great job helping me today! 3 thank you!
D Cormier: Staples returned an unopened heavy duty Scotch mailing tape that sold for $3.95 for $0.46 -- that is 88% less than I paid for it. I no longer had the receipt but the register showed the selling price and the return price. The manager said their store no longer sold that particular style. I did not recall which Staples I bought it at. I just had too many rolls of mailing tape, and they were cluttering my shelf, so I wanted to returned one. I returned one other small thing which was unsatisfactory. It is only because I glanced at the return receipt that I caught this rediculous policy. As a large corporation, they should return all unopened things at the price they are sold at in any of their stores. I would not have had a problem getting a store credit, since I shop there regularly.
Andrés Astua: Buenos precios y variedad
Charlotte Pierce: I've had several great experiences with Staples employees lately. On New Year's Eve 2022, Haroun at the Alewife store went above and beyond to help me find a cable to connect two monitors to my new computer. And the printing staff at the Soldiers Field Road store were patient and amazing during a stressful time getting some stuff printed in October. 🙌
D V: I put in an order in October. Never received a call or email to pick it up, but received a call about how they were going to toss it. It’s just annoying because the last time I went next day to pick up my order from Staples, the woman told me that I needed to wait to be called…which one is it???!!!
Luanna Dealmeida: Awesome location, great customer service! Shoutout to Kidus!!!!
Ellen Ahn: Tyrrell at printing service was extremely helpful and kind when I needed last minute help with printing. Thanks so much!
nia: Went to a staples with my friends cause I wanted to look for a monitor and some art supplies. Was there for about two minutes when a worker came out to us and kicked us out for no reason. We were just looking. Another group of people were there and nobody went up to them. I’m not trying to overthink anything but a group of POC walk in and get kicked out but the other group of people who were white didn’t. Very interesting and I would love to know the reason for it.
August West: Very, very pleased with the patient and knowledgeable assistance I received from Cesar while evaluating printers , afternoon of 10.24.20. He really went out of his way to clarify the different properties of various printers. and what would serve my needs. Tech savvy I am NOT- but he was never condescending or too technical for me to get a great deal of good information from him.So, shout out to Cesar! Thank you! Eileen
E P: Their printing center is awesome as well as the staff
Abhirup Dutta: Your usual neighborhood office supply store. Gets the job done. Prices are typical for the area.
Theresa Donohue: Great service!
Alex Howard: Staff greeted me when I walked in and pointed me to the self service printer section. Knowledgeable staff helped me print quickly. Helped me track down correct toner as well.
Gabriel Bamforth: Tyrell at the printing center was super helpful!
Marcus Darbouze: SHAN ACHHIWALA The Manager of Print & Marketing services gave Professional services. At a second to be beaten by the time, the guy covercame and turned everything right; a problem solver
Jeff Hayden: New store manager is super nice and helpful, very hands on and over the course of a couple weeks I've seen a significant improvement in the store as a whole
Dave Shanahan: Their computer workstations are $0.30 a minute, but take about an hour to actually load webpages or print anything.
Corinne Collette: The fax service is what I used today and the staff is ok in that area. They were helpful
Eugene vierkant: Friendly employees
Lillian Hernandez: It's not Staples anymore. It's A.C. Moore now
Christian Klein: It is your typical Staples store...

Bob Slate Stationer: what do users think?
Michael [Kel] Monroe: This place is a gem, and they have more than you think. Before feeding the big chains and relinquishing your money out of the region, consider giving it to Bob Slate for just about everything you can get at larger chains.
Rory Razon: Don’t let the terrible website dissuade you from visiting. They are open, seem to be fully recovered from the flood (??), and have a lot more to offer than what’s on the website. It looks cramped and drab in their pics. It’s actually very open and bright. I didn’t check out their stationary much. I went in on what I thought was long shot for a bottle of Sailor ink. It was a bit annoying the the ink is behind a counter, but I was helped right away by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wish they had a couple more pen and ink brands. But this is definitely my go to place for most of my fountain pen needs.
Nhi Vo: Great selection of pens and notebooks.
Andrea Martinez: Best place for a variety of cards and some are made locally which I find extra special! Will definitely be returning.
Claire-Marie Brisson: Fabulous selection of paper goods, pens, ink, sealing wax, and more. Bob Slate is my destination for all of my cards and gift wrap. They carry products made by my favorite lifestyle and entertaining brand, Caspari, and carry other hard to find brands like Clairefontaine and Rhodia. Thank you for everything!
Laura von D: Nice place. Check the Fenway location one. It is much bigger place there with much fun
Kyle Rager: Carolyn assisted me with my first fountain pen purchase, a charcoal LAMY Safari with black-blue ink. Every inane question that I had was answered with patience and charm. Thanks again
Karen Stone: I received superexcellent service when I went in looking for help with a pen. They know their stuff and really care about the customer's experience. Highly recommended!
Richard Tian: I visited this nice stationary store on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2022. Chris, an employee of the store, was so helpful in showing me what fountain pens they had to offer. Very friendly and pleasant experience. I ended up taking home a beautiful green fountain pen that I very much enjoy. Thanks Chris!!
Desiree Zimmermann: I’ve gotten into fountain pens recently, and Bob Slate has a wide variety of inks & they’re knowledgeable about items they have, and although you can’t test them they have a binder full of swatches for you to see what they look like. They’ve also got fun cards, good notebooks, and a variety of normal writing utensils. I’ve been going here for years and recommend them to anyone looking for stationery or writing utensils!
Alicia Rolsma: Great selection of pens. Best I have found in Cambridge thus far.
Jeremiah Anthony: This is frankly one of the only stationers worth their salt. They sell good products at a good price. They are very helpful in helping customers find out exactly what they want. I can't recommend this company enough. If you go to Boston you must pay them a visit. They are simply the best.
Ryan Gelly: Nice products and selection. However they do not accept credit cards and don’t indicate such. The cashier (rudely) told me I could pay debit or with bills smaller than $10. I didn’t have a debit card so even though I had a credit card and a $10 bill, I was not able to purchase a $4.25 card. Disappointed, I had to pay more for a lower quality card at the CVS nearby.
Matthew Burckardt: A lovely local stationary business. I particularly like their house brand 7.75x5 notebooks.
Jesse Potwin: Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Malia Wenny: Highly recommend this store for stationary, pens, notecards, etc. I have bought and enjoyed many of their notecards in the past. I recently went hoping to get an engraved pen as a gift. The staff went out of their way to help me pick a good pen with the engraving I wanted, including going onto the website of the pen company to be 100% sure the engraving color was available. They called to confirm everything and called again when the pen arrived. The pen looked great and I really appreciated all their effort as I had never bought something like this before. I will be going back to get refills and notecards!
Elizabeth Alcinoe: The best place to buy cards in the Boston area. And they have great notebooks.
Fanny Gavarrete: Excellent, office supplies and more.Excelente, esto sí es una papelería completa
Nicholas F.: All the best things. Not *only* luxury stationery, but old-timey #9 envelopes sold in batches of ten. French and Belgian papers. A marvelous store.
David Lyon & Patricia Harris: Legacy stationer for those who care about putting words and ideas on paper. No discounts, but quality of products is uniformly high.
Cameron: I haven't been in a long while but I purchased my first fountain pen and suitable stationary here. I was given recommendations by staff and they turned out to be excellent choices for the price paid. I will be a returning customer. I wish there was an online storefront currently, I'll just have to make a special trip instead.

University Stationery Co: what do users think?
tim white: University stationeryRight down the street from MIT is one of the oldest local, long standing businesses at some 90 years serving our area. I gravitate to these places which add so much character to the Boston area. Small yet strong through the unique better products they curate with a smile and maybe even a story of the Cambridge area they know so well.We will be back girls :)
Matthew Lau: Rude owners and the worst customer service
Maite Suarez-Rivas: Great experience at this family-owned store. I was going out to visit/stay with some west coast writer/producer friends and wanted to show up with a gift that they’d use often, was from a family-owned business, and very Cambridge. The two ladies at the store helped me pick out these pens that write as beautifully as they are stylish. The store also had cards made by a local artist and gift bags. My hosts loved their gifts!
Cal B: Two sweetest ladies running the store.
Sadie: Wonderful folks, good products
Nagela Nukuna: Unfortunately, not a very friendly staff member that I was exposed to. I entered the store because I saw a mug that I liked with mathematical equations, and saw a 20% student discount sign on the door. When I brought it up with the saleslady (and mentioned that I went to MIT), she said that the mug is not considered a "student item", and that the discount only applied to things like notebooks, paper, and "things that students use". I pressed and mentioned that students do use mugs, and the sign on the door did not mention "student discount for select items only" - or at least did not mention that it was for select items in a legible format. After about a minute or so, I said - "you know what, usually I would push further to negotiate but that's ok", to which the salesperson told me "We're a small business - we may not even be around in a month for you to negotiate further with". I didn't reply. Then, unprovoked, she said "You're in the wrong country" - to which I said, "Excuse me?". She went on "you're in the wrong country.- we're not in a country like India, where people barter for everything". I looked over at my friend - I was not pushing for something that was unreasonable. The sign at the door said "20% off student discount". That's not bartering - the sign shows false advertising. I said back to her - "I'd just like the mug, thanks". Then upon giving me the receipt - for the $15 mug, mind you - which she said was already discounted (I don't know the validity of that statement), I said that I didn't need a receipt, as I normally do. I manage my finances online (which I didn't feel the need to divulge). She stared at me and then sassily said "Okaaay", drawing out the word - as if in a mocking or judgemental manner. I was extremely off-put by the experience - I thought it was rude, unfair to the customer, her attitude and statements were culturally insensitive, and clearly the advertisement on the door was misleading. Needless to say, I won't be shopping here in the future - nor will I be recommending this location to others. If I could give the shop 0 stars, I would.
Elizabeth: Very friendly staff. A lovely small business to support. Carries most things you'd need stationary-wise. Also carries getting cards.
Will Guter: A small place with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
Arthur Hamilton: Convenience, is within walking distance from work. Prices are fair and had exactly what I needed in pens, markers and other interesting stationary.
Eddie Fisher: Great people. I have known them for over 25 years and you will not find a better business to deal with.
Robert Humphreville: Gail and Betsy are the best. They can get you any stationery supplies you want quickly. Excellent quality, price, and service. What's not to love?
이현수: Good stationary store.
Nubs: Reasonably priced tourist postcards. For whatever reason, the employees sit in the very back away from the register and are not ready to go when you are.
Matt Reno: Gail and Betsy are terrific! Hard to find item? Ask them for their catalog - it’s huge!!
This is Service! :)
Zoe Lemon: They have good prices, but best of all the people who work there are sooo sweet!
Max Khatsenko: Awesome friendly staff, small business, homely feel. It feels good to shop here
Lawrence Barriner II: this is the best stationary store I've ever been to. they have pretty much everything i actually need and if they don't, they'll order it for me! i used to go in and the folks there knew me by face, would ask me how the semester was going, and then give me a sweet student discount. places like this are made of gold.
Mark Nahabedian: They often have what I'm looking for, otherwise they can usually get it in a few days.
Elayne Gordonov: Love this place! It is a family-owned stationary and office supplies store. The owner's are helpful and very flexible with products. Once I only needed 2 sheets of paper in a 10 sheet pack. The owner told me to just take 2 sheets out and that is all I was charged for-- won't find that at Staples or OfficeMax!
Betsy Lenora: I always enjoy coming to University Stationery to stock up on supplies for my store. My favorite thing is knowing that I'm supporting a locally owned and run business and not some big impersonal chain. I shop here even if I might be able to get a better price elsewhere (tho I always get a good price). Gail, Betsy and Barry are almost like family to me. I also enjoy the over-flowing shelves - I can browse and find something unexpected. But I can ALWAYS get what I came in for. It's a fun store with great people.

Office Source: what do users think?
karen damico: I have been doing business with Office Source for over 14 years. Office Source provides excellent customer service, competitive pricing, and will go above and beyond to meet our needs. They have a variety of products that are readily available with next day delivery and no minimum. Support a local business and give Office Source a call!
Scott Dockendorff: Researched and located a conf table that I found online from another vendor, matched the price delivered and installed the table. Stayed in touch through the whole process soI always knew the status of my order. Great company with exceptional service
Lisa Singleton: I have been a customer of Office Source for 13 years and hold this business in the highest regard. If you remember a time when customer service was a priority, you are in for a pleasant surprise. You will not be assigned an account manager whose name changes every six months; you will deal with the same reliable staff who are happy to take time out of their day to help you through yours. They offer competitive pricing and next day service with no minimum order. If you are in a real bind, they will pull out all the stops and try to deliver same day -- and will do it with a smile. This is a great way to shop local, too!
Valerie Carey: I have been a customer of Office Source for over 5 years. John, Rita and the rest of the staff have been great. From helping us find products, to matching pricing, putting furniture together, and going out of their way to get items for us, they have been exceptional. They generally deliver the next day (unless I order something odd) and if they have a back order it is to us in a day or two. I love the fact that they are a local business and always want to support local businesses.
Nicole Dupuis: I have been a client of Office Source for 8+ years. John, Rita and the rest of the staff are amazing. They are prompt with their next day deliveries. Their prices are on point and they go above and beyond to help with any products that I'm looking for and can not find. I highly recommend Office Source, they will not dissapoint and of course, we support our local companies!
dylan doherty: When your business gets off course. Call the source!

Paper Source: what do users think?

Nice selection of greeting cards that you aren't going to find other places. What they lack is a true scrapbooking section. They don't sell cardstock or most scrapbooking kitsch.

Moleskine - Cambridge: what do users think?
Jack Quinn: I've gone by the store 3 times in the last week trying to get supplies and the store has never been open. There is a sign stating "temporary" hours but even those times nor their regular operating hours dictate when they will be open...
Jenna DeLuca: Signage on door and online hours state the store is open but it is not. Checked a few times between 1-2pm. Call and check to confirm open before wasting your time traveling here.
James Michael: It is worth checking out the Moleskine store in Harvard Square. Helpful staff.
Mickey Menace: Excellent service! I had to be annoying and get multiple monograms. The sales person was very attentive and helped multiple people by herself. Thanks
A.GARCIA PHOTO: The kid with the fro is the cool. I only feel comfortable going in when he's working
Nyree Smith: This is a small shop but you can find just about anything Moleskin you could think of. Great place for gifts. Hope this was helpful 👍🏾
Hope Whynot: Came here September 2021 and got a planner embossed for free and had a conversation with the employee about the fact that they'd emboss any of their notebooks for free. Come back November 21 and bought 6 notebooks to get embossed for holiday presents and was charged $30 for embossing. Not sure if the policy changed or what but one employee said "whoops I charged her $30 for embossing" and the other employee said "that's right". I didn't question it because I don't like to cause trouble for low wage workers but I wouldn't recommend the service. Embossing looked messy/smudged around many of the vowels. Which I wouldn't mind if it were free... but I'd expect better for the expense of the service
Fanny Gavarrete: Not for office supplies
Wilkson Kison: Maravilhoso
Wes Boudreau: Great product line with distracted, inattentive, and unhelpful staff.
Brian McBride: Humorless student staff member dragged herself though a transaction despite the heavy burden of privilege.
Jess: Terrible client service!
Vivian Cheng: Came to check out the Paper Tablet Pen+ system and it's wicked cool.Btw, students don't forget to ask about the 15% discount!
Noelle Held: Sold me the wrong item, then would not give me my money back.
Michael McHugh: I agree, impolite unprofessional sales staff. Better off buying Moleskine right next door at the Coop. Same price same product.
K. St.: Friendly and helpful employees but the store manager is unprofessional, impolite and treats her employees in a completely unacceptable way and yells at customers.Worst shopping experience I’ve had in the US.
Angshuman Gogoi: Great Store with my favorite Moleskine Journals!
Joseph Fusco: A porn shop for Moleskine lovers.
Margaret Therrien: Check out the limited edition Harry Potter notebooks. Great gifts. :)
Tarek: Very cool store! But no need to buy, just get their stuff off amazon.
Vaughn Allen Goodwin: I did not know this place even existed. Once I visited I was impressed by the selection of notepads etcetera. I will always by here.

MiniJay: Just bought a My Geko Gear dash cam from here. Great quality, great price, great camera quality. Love that it’s a front and back camera as it’s the only one that I have found that I like.
stuart litel: Best or only place to get real computer stuff, not online. super staff. Great inventory. For the most part competitive prices. Very well stocked.
Merritt Martin: 🔥🔥🔥🔥
James Wesinger: 👍
Jason Alexander Brown: Microcenter is always a mixed bag. You either love it or hate it. It's better than most options if you need something right away.
Howard Phillips: Great service helpful people. Not so great website for sales and reserving a purchase
edward hayes: Sometimes you come across power hungry managers here, I've had some questionable experiences. However, if you're a nerd this place is Mecca. And the nerds here will out-nerd you and that's absolutely the best part of the place.
Kevin Spooner: A computer superstore with everything you would ever need or want. A Geek’s paradise!
Kashid Rome: Good sales all the time!
Jim Manning: I had a very bad experience here.
Benjamin Houle: My 2nd pc build from micro-center- and it went even smoother this time. Sales people Tristan E and Evan H were fantastic. They helped me create a build that fit my needs all while not pressuring me or upselling me. The technician who built the actual pc did a great job as well. Saved me hours of time and frustration. Make sure to get the full build warranty if you chose micro center for your build. Worth every penny!!
John Mularz: Always awesome customer service. Never fail ! Always stands by what they sell. There knowledge of employees are amazing !! I I also want to update the management staff is amazing. Jake and Juan are outstanding! This company will do anything to make you happy. To make sure you leave satisfied.. They always stand by their product that they sell.
Anthony Hudy: The only problem with this Micro Center, is you have to fight for help, and they need more help.
Dan .Theman: Expert help at finding products. I was looking for a laptop I can install Linux on.
Yury Khitrik: I like to shop there for computer parts.
Beth DaSilva: Don't go if you have questions or if you're going to pay cash!
Stephen Saia: Best place in NE for anything computers
J. Marshall: Great selection, friendly, professional staff
