Camille Bahr: Thanks to all of your reviews I was able to find the box and drop off my package. It is not in the parking garage! It is next to it in a door off the loading bay. I have attached pictures. Very difficult to find but I was determined.
Ornipha Vongasemjit: My 5x5x5inch package doesn’t fit in this dropbox, went somewhere else. But it is a very convenient place for small envelope/package.
A Smith: Hard time finding the box as it's inside near the elevators. Then the box was locked and surrounded by packages. Went somewhere else

Jacob Means (Musician): Horrible... I couldn't even find this place... Finally went inside a random for and saw packages all over the place in a bit heap. I checked the actual drop box and it was crammed full so I left my package on the floor next to it. Now I'm not sure it's been delivered...

Chase DePrize: No box delivery. Even small ones. Only small, thin envelopes. I just thought it was broken but yes my fingers fit so a small envelope would fix. Extremely hars to find. Especially if buses are lined up next to it.

Jeremy Poindexter: Enter from Franklin St, door to parking garage. A bit hard to find, but it's there. Can confirm that small packages will fit; they just can't be too thick (long and narrow is better than boxy).

Ariana Musso: I did drop an item, received the confirmation by email, and then it seems to have been lost. Amazon retro charged me for it, and no one wants to reimburse me! I keep being asked to give the item back to get my money back! It seems dropping returns at Amazon is still not precocious enough!!!
Mohamed Nezad: Hours are incorrect. They closed at 7pm when it says they close at 10pm online.
Elijah R: My experience with amazon has been phenomenal! However I must inform you that an employee by the name of Anthony Chinn. Who is a sexual predator is employed at one of their locations. Anthony has admitted to having sexual intercourse with a minor. When he was the age of 21 or above. I know Amazon as a company does not support this type of behavior.
