The UPS Store: what do users think?
Prateek Shukla: The guy in charge of this location is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Akka T: They made me buy a whole tape just to seal one box. First UPS store that does this
Mario Moreira: Very quick and efficient! The only challenge is that parking is limited but the fact that there is parking is great.
Maxwell Lewis: Terrible store with Terrible service. I go to many locations and this is bye far the worst one on my third visit I had to finally give a negative review.
pb b: I have used the services of this UPS store for years and the service is wonderful. Everyone I've met is always friendly and professional.
Ellie Anderson: Paid $54 for express overnight shipping on an extremely urgent package. UPS said it was guaranteed to be delivered to Virginia at 12pm the next day. On the phone with customer service (for the third time) at 8pm the next day and finally find out the package still hasn’t left Boston.
Jaymin Patel: They wanted to charge for papers that didn't print even though issue was with their computer. It couldn't print from the browser and had to be downloaded.
Alexander Le: Worst UPS Store in the Boston and Greater Boston Area. They don’t print out shipping labels for you. They request that you use the computer to log into your email client to print out your label manually vs just emailing them directly and pay a small fee. I strongly suggest that you go elsewhere if you need to print your label.
Andrew Saydjari: Overcharges for basic services and feels no need to uphold documented promised services of UPS locations. Manager was rude. Will never go to this location again. Used Alewife location in Staples instead and was much happier.
James Bibel: Have been doing business here since 2015. The Sajid and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Never had a negative experience.
Lanna Krik: My favorite UPS store, everyone is friendly and loves cracking jokes! They treat everyone like they are family. Highly recommend and so glad they are always so busy! Please be patient if you go to this location because it’s always popping!
Edward Costigan: I stopped in here today, 5/7 around noon. I dont know the name of the person who helped me. He looked middle aged - glasses - dark hair. He gave… in my estimation, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not just to me - it was pretty busy and he was basically helping three people at one time - and he was NICE- and he was funny. I was moved.
Raman Solanki: The manager is extremely helpful
Ben Perlmutter: Horrible experience here. The first time I shipped something from here the package was lost and they had no idea what was going on and couldn’t help me. Today I went in and waited 10 minutes with my ready to ship package that just needed a receipt while they priced out several boxes someone else had where they could have asked the same questions and finished my package without slowing down the other customer at all. They also apparently don’t do anything to try to enforce their loading zone parking spot because a giant truck was parked there the entire time.I was trying to save time going to a UPS store on my route but I guess it was a bad idea. I’ll never return to this store. Horrible service, bad organization, and inaccessible location.
nisha rangnani: The management here is extremely helpful! The service is super quick and they're very kind to you!
Ale A: Employees are Very friendly and helpful. Service is fast. 👍
Caroline Howe: Paid $20 to print three items, which never printed correctly. Paid less than a dollar at Staples and prints came out perfectly in seconds. Never going back
E. Ramirez: Overpriced printing. Poor customer service.
Mohan Hathi: The BEST UPS store in the area! They are extremely friendly and professional, and the service is super fast and straightforward. The manager is so nice, he is always extremely kind and happy to help you!!
Joanne: Great service!
karl yoo: This store is the worst place I've ever visited in the state. The manager extremely was rude and terrible. My place is very close to this one, but I will not use this store again. Never.

The UPS Store: what do users think?
Richard Marx: Unhelpful staff and terrible service.
Sam Ennis: Went out to try to get passport photos at businesses that advertised "passport photos" on their website. FedEx store was open but being renovated and photos were unavailable. CVS said their camera was broken. Walgreens just said "no" and wouldn't elaborate further. At the fourth location, (this UPS store), they actually accepted money in exchange for a good and service. Five stars.
Winsome James: I have a mail at 955 Massfor about 8 years. The new owner Laurie and her associates are very disrespectful and rude. They will call your phone very desperately asking for payment. On Saturday Feburary 11,2023 I went to pick up my mail. I was approached in front of a line of customers asking me for payment. I was shock! I said to the kid(I will call you with the payment)The owner Larie then chased me out side and said pay now or cancel the box.I will never go back there. Very disappointed.
Bill Chapman: A most prompt, helpful and knowledgeable location. I have done much commerce with them.
Felipe Suárez Giri: Very poor attention. Really disappointing.
Cynthea Bogel: I have been using the store regularly for a year and even under pressure the staff overall has been helpful, patient, and kind to everyone in line including me. Francine(the manager) must be made of pure golden kindness because I have never seen her become impatient or flustered. I've seen people hauling fragile items out of a sack 1 minute before closing, people who have no clue about UPS vs USPS, and through all of it the staff there explains it to them. I wish I knew all the staff names in order to thank them here!
Mariel Bass: I have shipped with UPS successfully for many years but this location is an exception. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff are unhelpful to say the least. I would never use this store again.
Megan Lindstrom: Wonderful customer service. Efficient. No parking, but it's Cambridge so heh.
Scott: fraudulent overcharges, tried to bill 350 for something that only costs 100 to ship. grossly inaccurate and poor service
lakota sandoe: Lindsey, Omar, Francine and the crew there (Justin i think has moved on) are so great. They're always so patient and have helped me with so many things over the years. They are always busy and dealing with entitled, stressed customers (because UPS itself sucks imho) but they work hard to keep up, are always generous with their time and helpful and are willing to go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. Most recently they helped me with a big mailing on behalf of an estate move job and there were a lot of moving pieces and information kept changing so it was a bit chaotic but they never lost their cool and went the extra mile. I'm going to miss these guys at my neighborhood ups store! great customer service is hard to come by these days!
Jamal Ebony: I was charged for tape for a prepaid label to attach it to the box. I have never previously been charged for this service when it was under different management. I feel that Lori g made a judgement about my appearance and did not like me due to color.
Alex Glidden: I felt that Lorig treated me differently from other customers because of my race.
Jaye Aster Broder: Major kudos for the kind and pleasant woman working two registers at once. This UPS store is in a busy location with long lines and what appears to be under staffing. They have most services here but if you just need to ship a pre-labeled package, you’re better off going to a UPS access point. There are a lot of boxes all over the store.
Barbara Berger: I want to thank Francine for the excellent service she provided yesterday. She helped me send about 170 pages of important papers. She suggested that I email the material rather than Fax the material because it would be a lot faster and less expensive. She advised me to call the recipient to make sure that the emails had been received, she gave me the store's business card for me to call today if there was any problem, she asked for my email address so she could contact me today when she came in for her afternoon shift and she asked me if I was a member of AAA so that she could give me a discount. I am grateful for all of this help and extremely impressed by her professionalism.
Sanjay Gadi: Lori, the store owner, was an incredible help during both of my visits. She gave me clear information about box pricing and assisted me in choosing the correct type and size of boxes for my shipping needs. The actual process of shipping was quick and hassle free, and she handled my boxes with care. I appreciated her offering to reinforce my boxes with more packing materials. She also helped me cut down a box to a smaller size to improve stability and reduce the price. I was especially impressed at how patiently she helped all of us despite a very busy weekend with a line out the door. She even extended her store hours that weekend to help us out. Though the boxes are a bit more expensive than other locations I've seen, I would definitely recommend her store--she will provide you the help you need!
Chris Murphy: Apparently this UPS store is under new ownership. It's a shame. I came here for years prior to today, and always appreciated the convenience and the service. Sadly, my visit today was so disappointing that I do not plan on returning. More than anything else it was the rudeness that rubbed me the wrong way. For example, pointing out every little thing I did "wrong," when I was doing things exactly the same as I been on previous visits to the store. It felt very condescending.
Christopher Morici: This location makes you pay a “tape fee” when you come with an open box. They even make you pay when the box is already taped shut but they have to tape the shipping label on it.
Ben Pearre: $2.25 to print a prepaid shipping label?!
Jumbo: Went here a couple times recently. They are really friendly. Helped my with shipping, shredding papers and printing out a document. Definitely the most helpful ups store.
John Driscoll: I asked them to wrap and ship some very delicate objects, including a model ship. All items arrived in perfect condition. They went well above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service. I could not recommend them more highly.
Julius Frost: Very easy to copy and print. Do what you need first and pay after

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center: what do users think?
李振坤: Very terrible service:1. I had a package which need to be delivered to California as soon as possible, so I chose their express next day delivery and send my package to their office on time. However, the fedex staff who would pick up express packages everyday somehow forgot to pick my package and the package was still their the next day (when it was supposed to be delivered in California).2. So after realizing this happenning, I picked up the package myself, canceled the package and found another way to ship it. However, after a month they charged my credit card for this canceled shipment! It was their fault to not deliver the package on time and I had canceled the shipment at their local office, but they still charged me.3. After I realize this issue I tried to contact their customer service, but this is another terrible experience. First their customer service is answered by a robot, but it refused to transfer me to a real person unless I provide a fedex account number which I don't have (I just walked in to do the shipment). Then I called the local office and the guy at the local office answered my phone call , but when I said I want a refund they told me that they could only transfer me to a customer service staff and only them can help me on this issue. When they transfered me and I finally talked with a customer service staff, she told me that because I made the transaction in the local office, the guys in the local office are the only ones who can help me do the refund.Prior to this issue Fedex is one company which I trusted, but not now. If you would like to use their express next day delivery, take into account of the possibility that your package will be left over in their office, you will be charged twice, and no one can help you do the refund.p.s. If you want to talk to a real-person customer service, you can call a local office and ask them to transfer you. You can indeed reach a real person in this way but I not sure if this would make any difference in solving the problem ...
Yeti Harman: Meagan was incredibly helpful, respectful, and patient. Never made me feel like I was "just another customer" and took care of me quickly. Top notch!
Isai Diego: Dismissive, rude, and impatient. The guy in store (3/1/23@9:30A) even looked annoyed I was even in the store. I had a specific situation to which he provided no solution.
Brian Brandt: I got exceptional service here today. Everyone was being helped so nicely. My clerk was super. He really made sure that I felt assured. Solopreneurs and writers such as myself rely on FedEx and FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers. We need wild and weird things done. Our specs for parcels can be weird. Sometimes, I have something ready early, so I send it slow.Today, I was aiming for 3 to 5 business days, and they were able to deliver to my ideal day and time. Wow. Had I only asked! It was great to have someone make sure we got things right multiple times, and there was nothing but patience and professionalism. Then he was on a quest for perfection! At the end, we learned I had cheat notes I could have shared to make things easier. I forgot in my disarray. The clerk was still so cool, and even thought it was funny. He painstakingly took every atom of the address label seriously and really cared. There was zero resentment. What a nice way to approach life!It was a unique and rare experience, and I'm glad I had it!Thank you!
Sarah Moses: On a Monday, I brought in a return with a QR code that, when scanned by the employee at the counter, generated three printouts: a shipping label, a packing list, and a tracking number. The employee handed me the packing list to place in my mailer, which I did, and also handed me the tracking number. Once I sealed my package as advised, the employee asked me whether I had taken the shipping label (I hadn't; it had printed out on his side, behind the counter). He checked the printer once more before moving on to the next customer. By Saturday, the tracking number was still showing that the item had not been received by FedEx. After calls to both FedEx and the shop I was returning to, I went back to the FedEx store with the printed tracking number and receipt for my mailer in hand.To make a long story short, my package had been sitting, still unlabeled, on the counter for almost a week, and convincing another employee to check whether the unlabeled package (in the same mailer I had a receipt for) was indeed my missing package was an ordeal. A handwritten note saying that the customer (me) had left the store with the label (absolutely not true) had been placed on the package behind the counter! The employee implied multiple times that I had misplaced the label, which printed out behind the counter and was never handed to me. I appreciate the employee I spoke to who initially advised me to return on Monday, when a manager would be present, and eventually spoke to the colleague who ultimately helped me. I appreciate his colleague as well, who, after some convincing, reprinted the label for me. However, almost a full week went by before I was able to recover the package that had been mishandled.I would encourage customers to make sure that their packages are labeled in-store as promised, to have their items scanned into the system if possible (this was eventually done for me by a driver), and to keep or photograph any receipts or tracking information to avoid the possibility of a lost item.
Ibitayo Oyeleke: First off, Jamaal is TERRIBLE. seems like he has the main access and he sucks. Very rude, goes out of his way to be unhelpful. He was also trying to get other people to not help. Please avoid this location at all costAND avoid Jamaal
Tim Tinman: One employee servicing 4 terminals?!Yeah.. service first right🤔
Megan Do: Hispanic female employee and black female manager lied to me about FedEx policy; made sending things 10 times harder than necessary.Source: my family works at FedEx
Juliana Castro Varon: It’s being updated and it’s now, maybe temporarily, closed. They have a number on the door but nobody answers.
Rabin Magar: Helpful thank you 👍👍
Jonathan Cannon: I attempted to ship two guitars to Canada. The man at the desk was very nice, but he failed to include some kind of customs document and both guitars got returned. Then FedEx refused to refund my $350.
Kamal Ahmad: The worst service ever!!
Leoni Desai: rude and unhelpful employees
Irene Ros: Hours are incorrect. Closes at 5pm on week days and closed on weekends.
Hitesh Mewani: I don't understand the low rating. Whenever I have used this FedEx location over the last year , the service has been top notch. Moved 3 huge boxes this week and Henok at the front desk was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help me carry the boxes, ensure they are well secured. All while having a smile on his face and a very positive demeanor. 100% will continue to use this location during my time here in Cambridge.
Anne Gibbon: Meagan was SUPER HELPFUL. She followed up with me to clarify a couple details about the printing request. The job was done when I got to the store, and she made sure to check it with me and get me on my way to meetings quickly.
Emil Stankov: Soooo slow. 4 people in the store and only one helping customers, the rest pretend they don’t see the line. staff just looks like they’re too underpaid to be bothered. Try another location, at least on weekends
Papitapowa: There’s a staff member here who seems to be the main one who is just horrible!! We relied on this location to print pieces for an art exhibit and they never trimmed it like explicitly requested and even upon reprint after reprint still made obvious errors. Skip this location and go to another fedex immediately!!
Philip Jefferson: likewise, I am surprised by all the negative reviews. I use this location all the time to ship things domestically and internationally. The people were always helpful, and I've never had a bad experience with shipping. I live near Kendall Sq, but that location is closed on the weekends; so not as useful. In fact, I'm headed there today (Sunday).
Nikhila Nyapathy: Extremely rude employees. I went to get a quote and was dismissed and told to just do it online. I HAD looked it up online and I was trying to talk to them about different options but they didn't really engage. Very unpleasant experience.
Avinash Singh: Absolute waste of time visiting the store if you are shipping internationally. I waited one hour for service. Reps would rather print and restock printers than work the line or help customers. The systems and how things work do not help them at all.

FedEx OnSite: what do users think?
Guy Rosenzweig: Worse than useless. No boxes or envelopes. No printing labels. Nothing more than pick up and drop off.
Lee Scott: FedEx locker was full on a Monday morning, so weren't taking any packages.
Martyn Downie: Are you sending my Packages to the wrong location on purpose??THESE WERE PERISHABLES
Elizabeth S: So incompetent. They make excuses not to take packages.
Farhan Ansari: Absolutely pathetic. Their scanner doesn't work. Every time I go there they give me some new excuse. Highly suggest FedEx to take this place off from their list if they care about their reputation at all.
Trancy Zhu: No oversize package or package over 35lbs here. Inside Walgreens.
Shyam Kamble: Difficult to find parking nearby
Ebony Morrison: Its useful... for some things on a fly..you may even pay a little extra for something you could get someplace else for less. But, you have the mula and boom it's right there. But, so is staples about a 200-300 feet away...past the super medicated singing amd dancing Vets, So you chose.
