United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Felix Müller: Unfortunately, I must agree with the other ratings here. This location is extremely understaffed and sometimes even the terminal isn’t working - lines of 20+ people. The staff is still friendly, which is nice.
Shu Talun: Zero stars. The most poorly run embarrassment of an establishment. Be prepared to wait at least 2-3 hrs for passport processing. Do not bring children to this location.
Shaojie Shi (shaojie): Slow af
Sasha Hoffman: If you need a passport photo, go to CVS one block away. if you choose to go here you need an appointment in advance. Such a nightmare when i went. I specifically told them i didn't have an appt and they told me to wait in line and they would do it. I waited for 20 min, got to the front then they told me to go online and make an appt.
Boris S: It's really a shame this location has gotten so bad. I was waiting in line along with over 20 people at 10 am on a Monday morning - I waited for 40 minutes and had to leave, who has time like that? Only 1 employee was dealing with pacakge related issues. The other 1 employee was working at the passport/finger print counter. USPS, I know you guys don't listen to feedback - but this location is extremely understaffed.
Trevor Hill: The very nice woman at the counter was hilarious and helpful. Lifted my spirits! Post office therapy
Tom Thornton: Long lines at 3 and 5
Dilini Ranatunga: Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Getting our passport application in was a breeze! They even do photos and make copies!
Royce Yap: Just terrible attitude from the Sales Associate Marion. I asked her about the price of the stamps and she raised her voice at me, asking how much discounts do I want. She could afford to have more courtesy.
Matthew Ferrante: Typical for them to have 1 employee at the counter with 12 people in line
Andrew Cunningham: There was a line of 20 people and literally no one behind the counter. When the cashier finally came, ge wasn't even wearing a mask (a federal employee requirement). 0 stars.
Frances W: I am giving a 5 star because the man was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, they seemed very understaffed and there was a long line. Despite this, the man working today was very kind and helpful!
JH Fang: Slow
Abdul Halim Ekram: A clean & well organized post office
S M: Would give them a 5 star in regularly losing my mail, specially annoying when you find out that the recipient never received the check you sent via USPS 15 days ago, I’m talking Cambridge to Cambridge mail delivery! Of course, they blame everything on Covid.
Hyun Kum: Had the most pleasant and professional service for getting fingerprints.
Zak Ickes: They do not understand how to answer the phone, 3 separate voicemails during office hours
Tom Blough: Don't go if you're in a hurry. One lady working the counter this morning just walked off for her break.
Paul G: Best workers in the PO.
Marissa Ruchlin: Line moved quickly, very nice and helpful staff, good social distancing
Jami Mack: I saw them yell at some guy today and it made me so uncomfortable. He literally did nothing wrong and they were acting insane. They were so rude to me.

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
Mary Surabian: I spent almost 30 minutes in line to drop off prepaid packages. I can’t just leave them in the drop off because I need proof of scan for my reselling. After spending that time waiting the clerk spoke rudely to me and acted annoyed I needed a receipt. Just don’t recommend this place.
Dan M: Ehh nothing special about this location.
Lucy Cooley: Nancy was friendly, helpful and cheerful. Thanks!
Ben Kahan: Typical USPS branch except for one thing.. at this branch, it is standard for clerks to FaceTime their friends, on shift, behind the counter while customers await service.I understand it can get slow but really?
Gina: Employees are aggressively unhelpful and brain dead. Budget 3x the time you'd need to send a package.
Patricia Brown: I had an incident with lady at front desk over an error she made they came to my job and found me online , now when I come in to get a money order she rude every time she should of been fired horrible service and I encourage anyone speak up if they have had a bad experience with them some customer service
Jessica Fuentes: Very rude front desk employee. Older lady. Had an attitude and was being smart. I went in and was very polite to receive such bad customer service. No wonder why there are so many bad reviews. First time I had ever dealt with a usps employee with such a poor attitude. I’m sure she does her job well but it won’t hurt to be kind to the customers.
Tedros: The worst customer service I have ever received. Very rude employee. It is a torture. I have never expected such kind of service in US. I am giving one star bcos there is no less than that.
Michael Chen: 30+ min wait in line for something I needed printed using label-broker. Single person serving about 6 people in front of me took about 30 min before it was my turn. When I left the line was even longer reaching the door at least 12-13 people. It’s tax day today they really needed more staff to handle the traffic of customers today. Severely understaffed. Very poor experience
Michael Chmielewski: Wow didn't think customer service could be so horrible... all the reviews are right. If I could rate 0 star I would. If you can avoid this place you definitely need to at all costs!
Urmila Chadayammuri: I paid for my shipping, and filled out customs for the international package, on USPS.com and was then able to drop it off with no worries at all. Line was short at 4pm on a weekday.
John OConnor: The employees here are living examples why the USPS is going broke.
Jeani Rome: Richard threatened to stop delivering mail to my building simply because I had the audacity to ask about my missing package. Totally unprofessional and unhelpful.
Kirsten Whalen-Pedersen: Arlene is a gem. She went above and beyond to solve a problem for me regarding the additional services on a PO Box that others were unable to fix, all with a smile on her face and a very understanding, calm attitude.
Dingwen Sun: Helene literally starts yelling at me the moment I entered the building, a bunch of customers in line were shaking their heads and left after seeing her yelling, I have been visiting this location on daily basis, the rest of the stuff are friendly so I would give it a 3 stars, but I probably would never want to seeing or receiving any service from Helene again.
Camille DeVaney: Came at 330pm on a weekday. Huge line, one person working, took 30 minutes to mail a letter with tracking.
Amanda Jacobs: The clerk complained loudly that she was done with customers even though the post office didn't close for at least another 10 min. Told us we should keep walking to the next one rather than having her continue to work. Horrible person.
Karla Trejo: To the gentleman who completed my two transactions this morning: I don't know what inspires people to act as unfriendly as you behaved when you helped me out this morning--It surprised me because you were so friendly towards the male customer who came before me. I hope you stop to reflect on how your behavior may affect people.
Lauren Yonkoski: This is a high-trafficked area so it's normal for there to be a long line. That's not the issue. The issue is how incredibly slow-moving the line is. It takes upwards of half an hour to get through each customer. Today the line did not move at all for 35 minutes. It's almost impressive how slow they are. They're like the sloths at the DMV in Zootopia. Also, most of the people who work there are pretty rude. When I finally made it into the building to just hand over my package, the woman actually glared at me and said she couldn't help me. This is a pretty typical interaction for me at this post office. Just go to FedEx.
Khadija Laaziz: I hate United States postal because I want to delivered clothing to Morocco but they said still in New York City
sophia rehmus: I agree with all the posts that say that the man working there is incredibly rude. When the customer behind me saw how this employee treated me, he had my back and refused to be served by this guy, and instead waited for the next available person. I now refuse to go in there.

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
McKenzie Leier: Super helpful employees.
Kaia Robinson: HORRIBLE customer service the people there are very rude. The lady there Dhana or Dana whatever her name is, is always very rude and yelled in my face for no reason. Also I have a small business and ship my packages out personally and I don’t put a return address on my packages and they are very rude and forceful about putting return address. Never going there again! Don’t waste your time.
Tyler Andujar: Excellent service. Had an issue with a package not being delivered, and they were extremely understanding and helpful. They provided me with helpful information, and I was much less frustrated by the whole situation afterwards.
George Lin: The lady is very helpful and kind. She helped me save $15 🎉
Sagar Rana: Dhana was very helpful and great to work with.
Raghav: Great staff. Very helpful.
Molly Schmidt: The people here are very nice and very helpful! :)
Thomas Perez: Personnel very lazy. Had my package ready to ship but the label was digital. They didn't have a printer ready for situations like this, and did not have the initiative to do the favor of printing out one paper. I'm sure that don't even care. Couldn't even refer a nearby place to print.
Zachery Schiller: There is a person who works at this post office who does not wear a face mask. They claim it is for a medical reason. If that makes you uncomfortable during the Covid-19 global pandemic I suggest going to another post office.
Liz Brydon: I've rarely had to wait at this location, and the staff are very nice and efficient!
Farzaneh Mirzazadeh: I am disappointed with the service at this USPS location, at 303 Cambridge St, Cambridge, MA 02141. I went in today to mail a parcel and asked for some information about different mailing options from the representative, to be able to decide which one fits me best. (I had the stuff and addresses with me, but it was not obvious if they fit into flat rate boxes or not and which size, that is why I requested the info)The guy in charge did not try for a second to listen to the question, instead hastily said you need to bring me your box with written address on that so that I can give you info. The problem was that I required the info in the first place to be able to get the right box. Despite my attempt, the guy did not provide any meaningful information. He did not seem to be motivated/competent enough to get the prerequisite logic. I ended up leaving the store in frustration. After the first unsuccessful attempt, I found another USPS a few blocks away in the same street at 1311 Cambridge St, Cambridge, MA 02139 and repeated the experience. This time, the person in charge was a highly professional and helpful lady who did her best to provide good service. She give me the information I needed and I was able to come up with a good mailing option, and completed the task.
Chendra Penguin: BEWARE!!! The clerks DO NOT wear masks and will shout at you saying it's not required for them to wear masks and you should go to another office!
Angel Stewart: I love this location the ladies are so caring and professionalism is too notch.
Danny De Gug: I always feel at peace with that place. Busy or slow always great service. Danny777. Thank you Postal Workers aka First Responders
smart foreigner: The weekend staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. This one star is for the weekday staff (lady in her 50s - 60s) who works there during the weekdays. She is rude, has poor service and does not treat customers with respect.
David Ellis: Long line on Saturday, only one person working here and she is ssslllloooooooowwwww
Bob: Friendliest and happiest Post Office I've ever visited. The staff was very helpful and patient with all of the customers. Big shout out to the staff that was there today!
Danny Hudson: Great help from Karen. She got me all set to send a couple tees to Canada and we had a small discussion about lent. It’s a post office, and she did everything that was required and was a joy to talk to.
Patrick Ma: Frequently go to this post office as it is close to Lechmere. The staff has been helpful in figuring out the best way to send something depending on cost or speed. Occasionally, there is a bit of a wait, but I've learned to expect that.
Bryan van Delft: Probably one of the worst postal experiences of my life. Rude and unhelpful personal, charged us for services we never asked for.
Eugene: Closed at 4:50 pm

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
IndigoSolution: When their system refused to certify "Czech Republic" as a valid country for some bizarre reason, their agent personally struggled to process that "Czechia" is a valid English alternate name. Rather than go with it, they repeatedly asked me to verify the country name and return later. I had to write it down for them, so I'm not struggling to theorize that they've not familiar with popular country names. I guess I should give them some slack since international geography is a weak spot for most Americans. After that process and being cornered to pay for fragile shipping, they seemed to graciously let me know that VAT for the recipient would be 50% rather than 25% with absolutely no explanation rather than vague gestures to outdated computer system from the mid 2000s. I wouldn't be surprised if they accidentally keyed in something else wrong. Now I'm worried their careless attitude is going to cause trouble on the other end.Looking back at the customs declaration form now, I think I might have filled it out wrong and they mentioned absolutely nothing to me. No, "you need to sign and fill out these boxes". Absolutely useless in providing help beyond the most basic drone work. The only upside is that my package has been mailed. Everything else is up in the air. If you want to mail a package international here, understand that it's going to be a gamble and risk. Thanks Harvard Square USPS. Thank you for reminding me that Fedex and UPS is an option and showing me that their competence and piece of mind is worth the extra ~$100Update: Package made it to Czechia after bouncing between JFK, some random town in the middle of Appalachia, and then back to JFK over the span of a week and a half, but never progressed beyond initial entry to the country. Given my experience mailing it, I'm absolutely convinced that the agent fat fingered and malformed the digital entry of this package's address and now it's sitting on some random shelf in a Prague post office because the entered ship-to address is unreadable and/or non-sensible.Best part is that their standard First-Class international package service isn't guaranteed or insured, so there's nothing I can do.If you insist on shipping a package by USPS, always get insurance.
Jude Heichelbech: Day before taxes are due. One person is serving a growing line which is not moving. No one seems to care. This is normal for this post office. Really, why don’t you care? Why didn’t you staff properly? Two persons with packages have already left the line. So, I just left. 47 minutes to mail my taxes. FAIL.minus 14 stars.
Gabrielle Davidson Adams: The most miserable people I’ve ever encountered work here. Customer service is below par. You ask a question and you get ridiculed. USPS do better.
Tim S: Dave was very helpful. A bit busy of a location.
Zachary Monte: I normally don’t leave reviews or anything of the sort unless I’m blown away for good or bad reasons, and this one is a bad reason. My wife and I were trying to get a passport for our 3 month old baby. Earlier in the week we scheduled an appointment to have pictures taken at this location because we figured it’s easier and minimizes the amount we have to take our baby out of the house in between naps. We specifically did this at a certain time hoping things would go promptly while still having some time in case it was a little delayed but this was 20-30 minutes more which is absolutely irresponsible. When we got there, our appointment was for 1:45PM but nobody helped us until after 2. If you have a little baby, every minute is important to keep them on schedule so this already was ruining our schedule. Then, when we spoke with the lady behind the counter, she told us that the picture machine was down and that someone had spoken to us yesterday and cancelled the appoint with us. My wife showed her phone to the USPS workers to prove that they never called her. The attendant then called over the man who made the phone calls to cancel our session and he claimed that he spoke to my wife and told her that it wasn’t possible to take pictures there. The man straight up lied to my wife and I about calling us and neither he nor the attendant behind the counter had the courage to admit a mistake was made on their part and offer to reschedule. Everything my wife said to them to show them they were lying was met with “I spoke to a woman and she confirmed the cancellation” and yet even with a phone showing the call history and a lack of evidence to show that they called, they still repeated the same thing over and over again. These workers lied and lied and just refused to admit that they made a stupid mistake despite all the undeniable evidence showing that they were lying. It was so disrespectful to do that to a mother with a 3 month old baby in front of everyone that was there, but these workers at this location seemed to not care. Never again will we go to this location and I suggest whoever is reading this does the same.
Yan Boshen: Left this place with an unsent letter and even more confusion about how to even send a letter in the United States
Elivane Paneto: the two people who were working are extremely rude, they treat people with an unusual rudeness and I waiting in line for almost an hour.very disappointed
lafontaine orvild: Workers are very helpful and pretty fast.
Robyn Boyland: I have a feeling that all the people who work here despise their lives. The negative energy is tangible when you walk through the door. Brace yourself for rudeness and poor service. If it weren't for the necessity of mailing packages and getting passports, I guarantee I would never step foot in this facility again. Continually disappointed.
Julianne Bliss: Agree with all the other reviews. I live near here so I have to use this place from time to time and every single time I leave the place fuming because the staff, Jim in particular, are so extremely rude. I dread this place. This is a place of sadness.
Dan Fan: The woman handling the service was passport service was wonderfully kind and patient. The process was very smooth.
Dawson Schawang: Worst post office location I've been to. Incredibly slow, always something wrong.
Becky: Terrible service
Sayuri Inoue: I’m used to a bad service at a post office. However, a clerk ‘Jim’ here thinks he can yell at customers and he does so selectively. There are many hardworking people out there who would happily take his job any day.
Rain Wu: very slow… inefficient
Amr Seifeldin: Terrible customer service, extremely rude. No one wants to do the bare minimum of what their job is about.
Beatriz Segura: Slow and rude. Hire more and nicer people
Tami K: Fabulous that they are open till 3 on Saturdays! The only branch since that is. However, there's only two people staffing the place, which doesn't really fit the known long line. They handle passports at this time too. Perhaps it would be better if they withheld passport appointments for this last hour?
Amy: No one ever answers the phone.
Inkoo: Now I understand why they got so negative reviews. Staffs here are super unkind. Awful.
Isadora Levy: Baffled by how rude the staff is at this UPS. Seems like their goal is to have the least amount of people possible using their services, receiving everyone with a bad attitude. There was an older gentlemen trying to send a form and the man behind the counter looked at it and said “can you read this?” before sending him to the back of the line to fill it out again. It was very humiliating and not helpful. Passport support was also rude and not willing to have patience with a newborn who would not wake up for a photo. As an observer of all this, I was shocked at the poor quality of customer service. They need better salaries, better training or some sort of urgent change in people management because every time I visit this location I am mistreated and made to feel dumb for asking a simple question. Horrible experience.

Yiwen Zhang: Most friendly usps staffJust a bit hard to find parking
Joan Fusco: Great local PO. Helpful, efficient, easy.
Eric Garnick: Nicest, most helpful staff here. Thanks!
Nathania Hartojo: Opens late and closes at random times of day with no warning, online or on the door. The most anger-inducing, frustrating experience I've ever had with a post office.
Madeline Sorenson: I’ve always had fast and helpful service at this location!
Farzaneh Mirzazadeh: I went to this location today. The person in charge was a highly professional and helpful lady who did her best to provide good service. It is still COVID-19 time, and she was careful about pandemic guidelines to be followed well in her store. Moreover, she patiently provided me with the information I needed. As a result I was able to come up with a satisfying mailing option, and send my package. In future, this USPS store will be my first choice in Cambridge.
Tom Thornton: Good staff
Princess Gigie: Why do you still have closing time 5pm online and 2pm note at the door? That's deceiving 👎. And why don't you pick up that phone ever????. ...smmmhhhhh Useless Location
Ignacio Martos: Terrible service...
Peter Franklin: Answer your damn phone

USPS Porter Square Carrier Annex: what do users think?
Jill Macko: This isn't a real post office. There's no customer entry, so no way to send packages 😕
Jennifer Love: i called to ask for help on getting my package and the person HUNG up on me and was of NO HELP, TERRIBLE customer service
Rickeyj Simmons: Back in 2002 I had a job where I travelled a lot at the last minute and I would get my pay through the mail. On days when my flight was early and I knew I would not be here to get my mail id call the distribution center and they would allow me to pick up my mail early. With proper identification of course. Fast forward to 2018 and I need my mail early but wasn't sure if they still would be able to help me with an issue so early in the morning and so last minute. To my surprise all these years later and still great customer service. Although I do not recommend bothering these hard workers for every little piece of mail, I will say that if all other avenues are exhausted give them a call and no doubt u will get a great response.
xaerith: Absolutely appalling customer service. I was left a voicemail to say that a package had been left for me there and to give them a call back. I called back and was rudely told “Well I didn’t call you” by a woman on the phone. When I was given somebody else on the phone I was greeted by “Who’s this?” And they couldn’t answer me what their hours were. The most unprofessional behavior ever. Hoping this is a one-off and I don’t have any packages left for me in future.
Silas Hughes: Polite and nice staff, but an individual can't ship a package from here. This is just a distribution center.
Jason Macy-Moore: If you read previous reviews of this location you'll notice some complaints about the service, those people we're having bad days. I use this location for all my mailing needs and I have never had a problem, in fact, I always get great service.

United States Postal Service: what do users think?
mike edelman: convenient location, friendly service
Brianna Davis: Some of the laziest postal workers ever. How hard is it to look up a package label when i have the receipt and tracking number ? Why make me buy a second one? Incompetence.
Stella: Terrible*10000 customer service. The worker who sent my package can’t read my writing at all, so I have to read all spelling of it. Even though I repeated all spellings, she typed wrong number of address.I told her the address you typed is wrong but she said that I read wrong number to her and she kept saying that she’s new at office now and she didn’t want to take responsibility. Even she can’t read the number by herself, how can I trust her to send my package? I was really upset about it. I will never go there again. I don’t want to see her again.
Angela Banks: The people who work at this location don't seem to care about the official service hours. Arrived at 9:30AM Friday (they should've been open at 7:30AM) and location is still closed.
GM: Horrible customer service
Yash Tulsiani: Heidi helped me submit my passport renewal. She knew a ton about the process, looked over my application and ensured everything was correct. She knew the common reasons passport applications are rejected and helped me fix those issues. She was extremely kind and helpful
George Lin: It’s physically closed even the sign says the store is in the service hour.
Daniel Steven Janerico: BESTEST Service Ok Have Ever Felt So Comfortable And Wanting To Go Here , Since April 2019
Chelsea E: I walk here at 2pm and just see a hand written sign that says "will be back in 1hr"...no idea when it was posted, but even so, this is a bit ridiculous that it's entirely closed in the middle of business hours
Daniel Steven Janerico (DJ DanSteve): Always Friendly , Polite , Less Stressed / Anxiety At This Post Office , Staff Also Seems Less Stressed , In And Out , Sooo Helpful This Staff And With A Smile , Highly Recommend This Post Office , Thank Yin's All For A Marvelous And Amazing Post Office Experience , Greater Boston Area Resident
Santiago Beltran: I don’t understand why the self-service lobby is closed. They have a second gate, there’s no need to have this door locked
jack max: Never open at 7:30. Always open late. Lazy workers at this location.
Sara Achour: Slightly hard to find but super fast service. It's in between the paint store and the shoe store.

The UPS Store: what do users think?
Prateek Shukla: The guy in charge of this location is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Akka T: They made me buy a whole tape just to seal one box. First UPS store that does this
Mario Moreira: Very quick and efficient! The only challenge is that parking is limited but the fact that there is parking is great.
Maxwell Lewis: Terrible store with Terrible service. I go to many locations and this is bye far the worst one on my third visit I had to finally give a negative review.
pb b: I have used the services of this UPS store for years and the service is wonderful. Everyone I've met is always friendly and professional.
Ellie Anderson: Paid $54 for express overnight shipping on an extremely urgent package. UPS said it was guaranteed to be delivered to Virginia at 12pm the next day. On the phone with customer service (for the third time) at 8pm the next day and finally find out the package still hasn’t left Boston.
Jaymin Patel: They wanted to charge for papers that didn't print even though issue was with their computer. It couldn't print from the browser and had to be downloaded.
Alexander Le: Worst UPS Store in the Boston and Greater Boston Area. They don’t print out shipping labels for you. They request that you use the computer to log into your email client to print out your label manually vs just emailing them directly and pay a small fee. I strongly suggest that you go elsewhere if you need to print your label.
Andrew Saydjari: Overcharges for basic services and feels no need to uphold documented promised services of UPS locations. Manager was rude. Will never go to this location again. Used Alewife location in Staples instead and was much happier.
James Bibel: Have been doing business here since 2015. The Sajid and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Never had a negative experience.
Lanna Krik: My favorite UPS store, everyone is friendly and loves cracking jokes! They treat everyone like they are family. Highly recommend and so glad they are always so busy! Please be patient if you go to this location because it’s always popping!
Edward Costigan: I stopped in here today, 5/7 around noon. I dont know the name of the person who helped me. He looked middle aged - glasses - dark hair. He gave… in my estimation, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Not just to me - it was pretty busy and he was basically helping three people at one time - and he was NICE- and he was funny. I was moved.
Raman Solanki: The manager is extremely helpful
Ben Perlmutter: Horrible experience here. The first time I shipped something from here the package was lost and they had no idea what was going on and couldn’t help me. Today I went in and waited 10 minutes with my ready to ship package that just needed a receipt while they priced out several boxes someone else had where they could have asked the same questions and finished my package without slowing down the other customer at all. They also apparently don’t do anything to try to enforce their loading zone parking spot because a giant truck was parked there the entire time.I was trying to save time going to a UPS store on my route but I guess it was a bad idea. I’ll never return to this store. Horrible service, bad organization, and inaccessible location.
nisha rangnani: The management here is extremely helpful! The service is super quick and they're very kind to you!
Ale A: Employees are Very friendly and helpful. Service is fast. 👍
Caroline Howe: Paid $20 to print three items, which never printed correctly. Paid less than a dollar at Staples and prints came out perfectly in seconds. Never going back
E. Ramirez: Overpriced printing. Poor customer service.
Mohan Hathi: The BEST UPS store in the area! They are extremely friendly and professional, and the service is super fast and straightforward. The manager is so nice, he is always extremely kind and happy to help you!!
Joanne: Great service!
karl yoo: This store is the worst place I've ever visited in the state. The manager extremely was rude and terrible. My place is very close to this one, but I will not use this store again. Never.
