G L: They should be more organized and ask the city for more resources so they can help the ethiopian community better. They should learn from the Haitian, and Cape verdian community and be more active in boston. They were able to provide me some info about passport and it was helpful. But they should expand their service and I am sure the city can help with financial resources if they are organized.

Kent Herbert: My mother has had the great fortune to have resided at The Cambridge Homes for the past 7 years. She and we, her family, have felt so deeply grateful this has been her home these many years. Mom has been so comfortable and at peace in her lovely apartment, as well as in the beautiful Home itself, surrounded by the most exemplary staff.The care she has received has been extraordinary! In the course of these 7 years, her care requirements have changed with the natural progression of age. The Cambridge homes has made seamless changes to accommodate her needs, personally, smoothly and with the utmost loving concern.I live far away, but have been able to visit Mom many times over the years, Staying as a guest in The Cambridge Homes. I feel almost like a family member there! Everyone welcomes me as such! This opportunity has given me a bird's eye view of what the foundation of The Cambridge Homes is built upon and how it operates. One can easily notice that it is a wonderful place to work because the entire staff, in every position from administration, CNAs , reception, cooks,, servers, housekeeping, maintenance and so on, appears to love their job! Nancy Werlin: My uncle, age 90, has been living at The Cambridge Homes for more than a year, and it has made an amazing positive difference in his life. He speaks highly of everyone who works there, feels that it's very well run, and praises the food. Their programs go far beyond the usual bingo and games, and include lectures and concerts. Previously, he was at a different assisted living which he very much disliked, so he has something to compare it to -- and so do I. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

Samantha Chan: The courtyard looks amazing. Apartments are decent and carpeted. The staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. Would hope for more events (and more participation in those events) and opportunities to meet other people. Bedrooms come unfurnished without any ceiling or fixed lights, they have a sliding door wardrobe and heater. [Would update more]

Yiliang Li: The bedroom, living room and kitchen are all very spacious. Living in Edgerton House is very comfortable with friendly roommates and various social event with delicious free food. Gym is well kept and easily accessible. Besides, it is only 5 minutes' walk to MIT main campus.
Jerry Wang: Edgerton House is the best grad dorm at MIT -- very spacious rooms, a terrific community, and as close to campus as can be. Take it from someone who's been here for four years, this is pretty sweet for grad life.
Nickolas Demas: Edgerton House holds regular events to meet new friends, provides a calm and quiet space for work and sleep, and is a wonderfully well-maintained "House" to call home. Spacious and subsidized Cambridge accommodations, just a block from campus, can't be beat.

Art Az: Rosemary has made a wonderful, remarkable adjustment to living at Neville. The staff has taken extra effort to get to know her better and to make her feel comfortable in her new home. Rosemary has a deep love for children and animals - and very much enjoys their visits. Her talent for art has been unearthed, And she often talks about visits with her friends. Lanna Krik: Father was here for a month or so back in 2018, it was great for recovery. Customer service needs to be better though especially for elder adults. Treat everyone who walks in like it’s your family member or find a new job……
RM Cerv: This is a lovely assisted living community in a historic old building. They have assisted living and memory care run by Senior Living Services.
Martha Williams: We have had a great experience with Neville Place. My dad has been a resident of the Compass memory support wing in November 2019, and my mom moved into a traditional apartment in April 2021. I have found the staff at every level to be caring and responsive. The food is good and the facilities are very nice. I am so appreciative of the quality of life that Neville makes possible for my parents.
Vanessa Vasquez: I am extremely appalled by the choice of staff at this facility. One of the staff posted a video via social media having a grand old time smoking marijuana before her shift. The women continued to record herself intoxicated trying to help a resident get off of her hospital bed, ALL OF THIS IS BEING RECORDED ON SOCIAL MEDIA BY THE WAY! She seemed to be way more interested in recording the resident struggling to get out of bed then doing her job and helping the resident! What happen to patient privacy? Pictures of this women are posted all over the internet not quiet sure how she landed a position with this facility but that behavior should not be tolerated in this environment. How will any family feel comfortable leaving there loved ones with weed smoking CNA's that record themselves on the job! I feel so bad for the resident in the video. Unbelievable !
Patrick Dignan: My mother moved into Neville Place in December of 2015, and lived there until her passing in May, 2018. The staff there are excellent. They treated my mother with love and respect, and are an open book. She was engaged daily, cared for, unafraid, and very comfortable. I do not hesitate to recommend Neville Place Assisted Living.
Anthony Lamacchia: My family's experience with Neville in 2017 for the care of my grandparents was absolutely wonderful. They truly care about their patients and treat them like they are family. From the time my grandparents arrived at Neville to when they past on, I saw the quality of care such a high level, even higher than I hoped for. I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend Neville to anyone needing mursing care for a family member.

Michael Shevlin: The staff at The Residence at Watertown Square couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. From the Executive Director to servers in the dining room, everyone is attentive and caring. Our experience during the initial tours, phone and email conversations leading up to move-in day were informative and educational. We never felt as though the services or community were being oversold and, in fact, we never felt pressured or swayed into making any decisions that were not in the best interests of our mother's needs. Now that she's moved in, the communications from the community are timely and encouraging. We highly recommend The Residences at Watertown Square for a loved one who needs daily assistance in their senior years.
Margaret Shaheen: The issue is not what more but how LCB can reassess what has been done. The social isolation is at a level where it has become more of a health risk than Covid 19. I feel strongly that on-site resident testing could mitigate the risk of allowing family and friends to return to your campuses. Please consider something soon...time is running out for many of your residences.
