Heather Schoene: I first met Franciso Baez when I was searching for Commercial Real Estate help for a new building we were opening. I had zero experience with Commercial Real Estate and was looking for the right agent to help us. Prior to meeting Francisco, I had tried working with two well known Commercial Real Estate companies and was becoming frustrated with the lack of effort, professionalism, and assistance in finding a location. Taylor Campbell: We were working with Bernard on a new warehouse space. He was great at first but, as soon as we spoke about the pricing (poof no response). We asked to negotiate a escalating lease based on the numbers, Since the area really doesn't support a high number. Just never heard back from him and now he doesn't answer his phone. Not really impressed with the service.

Nhon Ma: After more than 11 years of business with them, Regus suddenly changed their billing system thus removing the auto-pay. Their billing system should date back from the 80s because it doesn't update when payment are made. They will also send to collection directly if you are late on payment (even if that is their fault).
