Phạm Đường Thư (Cath): I wanted to try some Chinese noodles soup, so I went to this restaurant. Most of the noodles were with meat, but at that time I only wanted something vegetable, so I asked for the hot and sour soup. The price was cheap (only for $9)! It tasted like an instant pack that I had in Vietnam :))) However, the noodles had too much oil. I love eating the Chinese seasoned soup but oil made me felt uncomfortable. Also, the waitress could barely speak English, so she did not understand what I asked, and I also did not understand what she said. Again, because the price was so cheap, I believe this restaurant is not that bad.

Nicholas Bira: Overall pretty disappointed. Got standard general tso's chicken, and it was really bland. The presentation was nice, but the fry was really hard and unflavored. I ate the spicy peppers directly and barely felt any flavor or burn. Trader Joe's orange chicken has better texture and flavor, and at literally 1/4 of the cost. Also, rice is extra, which seems a bit much when you're paying $18 for an entree. Probably won't go back.
Narinka Guichette: I always go here when I want Chinese food. It is the best one I have ever had in Cambridge. I ordered the Lo mein vegetable noodles and shrimp fried rice. The food is very tasty and they give you enough to fill you up which is nice. If you’re looking for delicious food go to this restaurant.

Also, the wontons was such a tiny portion, its simply not worth it at all for the price. I was told this was authentic sichuan, but I don't care, not going back here. When I leave a tip I leave a certain percentage for a reason and I feel like they deserve it and hostess accosted my wife on the way out of the building demanding that we give the waitress more of a tip. B Song (BS_oow): Surprised why the rating is so high, as when I eat there at dinner time on Sunday, there are no other customers. The seasoning is extremely poor, basically adding some bean sauce to every dish, making them too salty while not spicy enough. Some of the fish fillet was uncooked. The price is too high while the amount is not enough. I was provided with hardly any service, but when I leave, I was required toughly to raise the 10% tip to 15%.很惊讶为什么评分这么高，去的时候是周末晚饭高峰时间但门可罗雀。调味非常差，豆瓣酱炒一切，咸而不辣。鱼片半生不熟。价格高而份量少。不提供任何服务而强行要求将10%的小费上升至15%。

But had lot of soya sauce, sweet syrup, oil and lot of oil lol 😆😆😆 the fried rice was good though but quantity of chicken was like very very less. Hardly saw some chicken in that dishes lol but it was substituted with vegetables instead. I don't understand why chicken is included in the dish name lol. 20 bucks for each of those dishes, the quantity and quality was not worth the price. Very disappointed and wish it was better.

Jasmine Roh: Really authentic Szechuan cuisine! The spices are bought specifically from China and you can really taste the quality. The owners are very kind and dishes are well-priced. Will definitely be coming back again.
Wanwan Fei: When I say this owner and her husband know what is authentic Sichuan food, I mean it.This small restaurant is a hidden gem in Brighton. I genuinely believe their presence elevates the neighborhood.Their menu is small because (1) their dishes are carefully selected and (2) they continue to remove unpopular dishes throughout the year and add new dishes that they master.The place looks frill-less from the outside, but their dishes can take you on a trip to inland China with just one bite.Note:Their foods are SPICY and can be oily. But whoever cooks knows that oil is essential to some delicious dishes. If you care deeply about a diet and can’t slack for a day, Sweetgreen is two miles away. Also, don’t ask them to reduce the spiciness or oil because it’s like asking KFC not to fry their chicken——it’ll be soulless.However, if you are adventurous and curious about the real Sichuan dishes without leaving Boston, this is where you should go. I didn’t grow up eating spicy food, but I’ve come to adapt the spicy taste and quite like it. Now my boyfriend and I come here every weekend to try a new dish and have made this our weekly ritual.Still, be prepared for some tastebud kicks, because you are going to experience the real deal!

cher devitt: Fresh, flavorful, spicy (truly, eating the chilis in the cauliflower dish was a bit foolhardy of me but yeah). Ever go for Chinese food and a place does a couple of menu items well but the rest is mediocre? Not this place. Everything from the shumai to the ribs in chili sauce, the cauliflower and cold peanut noodle bowl with tofu ribbons (!!!) was fantastic. Staff person who handed me my takeaway order was really pleasant, too. A great gem.
Elias D: Very authentic Sichuan cuisine with excellent hot pot meals for two (pictured). Staff offers to help you with spice level preferences if needed which is nice. Cute decor & light seating. No alcohol, but a wide variety of delicious seltzers, juices, and teas. Great spot for lunch/dinner with friends or a casual date.
