In particular, Steven Theriault recommended a 5 micron whole house filter, which I had included with the softener package. Arvind Narayana: based on the very good reviews, I decided to go with the company. Prior to the installation, overall they seemed good and did not try to push me into expensive options. The pricing was high with significant markups compared to what you could purchase online. Their technology also seemed a bit outdated. I don’t think it has changed for 15 years. Nonetheless, I decided to go with them. The day after my installation, we noticed that the dishwasher next to the water filtration system was overflowing. We then noticed significant damage in our basement. The insurance company paid approximately $5000 to fix this damage which obviously was an unpleasant experience. My insurance company and agent did make it clear that another claim they would drop me. Unfortunately, I had another approximately $8000 claim which I could have submitted and got reimbursed, but I knew that if I did this I would be dropped. Thus this particular incident actually costs me $8000 as well as numerous hours dealing with the damage and repairs.

The install is incredibly clean and his care and craftsmanship with the piping really shows. It kind of makes our old existing piping seem sloppy by comparison. We had spent 2 years with another company that had been a nightmare to work with and had taken a large chunk of money from us while we still had to deal with really high iron content in our water causing it to turn yellow. Steve was able to get us the systems that we needed to make sure that our water is now clear and H2O care was able to re-plumb our existing system so that it was no longer breaking code for our town. Edgar Martin: We have very much enjoyed having our new Wellness Water Company system. Being able to have skin that is not tight and itchy is such a relief. The women in our house love having hair that is super soft yet doesn’t lie flat and limp. It makes getting ready in the morning a breeze rather than a chore. We’ve already noticed a difference in cleaning, too. We have no more calcium build-up, and the build-up that we already had is dwindling quickly. Everything is starting to look like new again in the kitchen and bathrooms! The taste of the water from the Wellness Water Company alkaline drinking system was somewhat of a surprise, though. After 10 plus years of drinking bottled and Reverse Osmosis water, I thought it would take me a while to get used to another new taste…it did not. This is the most wonderful tasting water I’ve ever had! Even the ice that it makes is great! I never used the ice cubes that were made from my prior RO water because I couldn’t stand the aftertaste, but I use the ice cubes made from the Wellness Water Company water all the time now. This is just wonderful water! I am so very glad that we chose to go with the Wellness Water Company!
