They do not answer calls and when they finally answer they put you on hold for 30+ minutes or hang up on you. Use the app to book (website hasn't been working either) and avoid calling.

Jessica C: I’d love to brag about the staff at Beacon Hill EWC but the manager, Shelli, ruined my appointment. I overheard her screaming at one of the staff (I’m so sorry you had to deal with that)and she lied saying that a full leg was part of the half off promo and she who booked it. EWC, you should really look into your management hiring process and the lack of training which apparently is causing ahostile work environment and would hate to have to come to work under those conditions daily. It must be exhausting and stressful, I feel I should apologize on Shellis behalf since I am a manager myself. Shame on you EWC and Shelli!!

Kerry: I will NEVER go there again. Literally left with one skinny eyebrow and one with chunks of hair in random places and much thicker. It would help if the woman understood English and took the time to LISTEN to you instead of grabbing for supplies after you say 2 words. Beyond disappointed. I literally had to go home and redo my own eyebrows, again. Only giving 1 star because you have to give something. Been so sick, found this place leaving the hospital. Was hoping I'd feel better getting my eyebrows waxed and it just added on to the stress I'm already dealing with. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME AND MY EYE LID IS STILL SKINNED!!!!It's now, February 15, 2023. NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME YET, STILL!!!!Well, we're now in end of March. Do you think management is going to contact me to "make it right" as they said in reply to this original review 🤔 😅 I guess not. Obviously haven't gone back & never willBTW, take into account how large the bowl of wax is and how many different people, in different places on their body, they must use that wax on...repeatedly. That's disgusting. European wax, then someone's face with the same wax. And a lot of people. Disgusting. I think I'll be calling the city right now. Can't say I didnt try.
