Mobility Repair Company of Bedford: what do users think?
P TO: A big shout out to Luke and Mobility Repair Company. The power cord on my father's lift chair was damaged and was no longer working. I contacted Luke at Mobility Repair, and due to an appointment cancellation, he was able to swing by the next day. He had the necessary replacement parts on hand and was able to make the repairs same day and get the chair operational again all at a fair price. They were super easy to contact and deal with, and really helped us out in a difficult situation. I would definitely use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Ethan Strominger: Luke was incredibly helpful with an electric wheelchair that is known to be difficult to repair. He came the same day, got the wheelchair working, and was great to work with.

Wheelchair Express / d/b/a B.O.R.E.: what do users think?
steve andrews: I have been using this guy as a last resort unpredictable careless waving a gun around
Jis: I wholeheartedly agree with the most recent review. This place is absolutely terrible. I would give this company zero stars if possible.A month ago, I ordered new forks for my wheelchair, and the wrong parts were ordered. The technician came by and tried to replace my forks (with the wrong wrench). He then told me that I had ordered the wrong parts when the company had actually ordered the wrong parts.(I've been in my wheelchair for the past 10 years; I know the correct names for my wheelchair parts.) He still charged me for having to come even though he didn't fix my wheelchair. I then had to reorder my parts and never got refunded for the other parts (because the company claimed that I gave them the wrong order).A week later, I received a call from UPS telling me that the address on my package did not exist. It turned out that this company had written my address incorrectly. The only way I could get my package was to physically go to the UPS store, so I had to pay $40 for an uber to get my new parts. And those are not even the worst things that have happened to me. Yesterday, the technicians came at 2:30 to take my wheelchair, and they told me that the repair would take around 3 hours. Although I can't do anything without my wheelchair, waiting 3 hours in my bed is not too bad. However, 6PM came around, and I received no call or wheelchair. I called them only to for them to tell me that my wheelchair would not be fixed today and that they would have to deliver it tomorrow. I was incredibly upset by this news, especially because I was the one who called them first, and they wouldn't have told me this information if I didn't call. So then they told me they would give me a replacement wheelchair. However, this replacement wheelchair wasn't delivered to me until 9PM. I was stuck in my bed for 7 hours, and it was one of the most demoralizing experiences ever. I have never felt sodegraded and ignored in my life. Thankfully, I had supportive friends who visited me and helped me to not spiral, but would never recommend this place to anyone. Also, the recpetionist seems to have zero empathy.
Katie Roberson: I worked with Chip! He was very nice, professional and answered all my questions. They delivered my scooter late the night before my arrival and didn't hold it against me when my plans changed for a later pickup. The only reason I gave it 4 stars we because the scooter battery life wasn't as long as I was told... leaving me stranded down town and pausing my vacation for 4 hours to charge long enough to at least get back to the hotel. Spent $30 to see a movie we had already seen so we could plug it in.
Daniel Call: Very nice staff. They are hidden at the end of the hallway...pretty hard to find. Extremely expensive, I thought.
Bonnie Petersen: My daughter forgot to bring her wheelchair battery charger when she flew into Boston. We called to see if we could get one to fit her chair. Everyone we talked to was very helpful and they accommodated her needs. Thank you so much Wheelchair Express!

Boston Orthopedic Respiratory Equipment: what do users think?
David Clegg: Do not use this place. It’s a total scam. Even the store front is shady. They charged more than double what I normally pay for a CPAP mask. They kept telling me they don’t accept FSA cards and I forced them to try. Guess what, it worked.
Kari Fobe: Waiting 6 weeks for a refund. Staff is so rude and doesn't call back.Would not recommend
Linda Gibson: It was disappointing! When I asked the delivery person if there were any instructions to dissemble the rental scooter it attached to the scooter he said no - you don't need them. We did need it! Also, it is difficult to reach the store as you have to leave a message and then the store will call you back.
Tate Green: i wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy . They sent us broken equipment and the wrong equipment and then refused to replace the broken and wrong equipment. There customer service is atrocious and they completely took advantage of the disabled. If you are in need of this type of equipment, do not trust this company. We have traveled around the country and never had issues like these before.
Daniel: They saved my vacation by having a cpap hose adapter I had left in California. Great service and people. Thanks!
Frank Mercer: they came through in a pinch, when i suddenly needed a budget cpap mask replacement. thanks guys!
Brian Back: I went there to buy a part for my c-pap machine (Airlift P10 Mask system). They charged me $175.00. Online they range from $69.00 up. Unfortunately , I had left mine at a friends over two hours away and needed that day. That's a pretty substantial price gouging in my opinion.
Doug Melcher: I was impressed. Reading some of the other reviews, I was a little leary of this company. I went with them because they had what I wanted at the best price. That said, they did a great job. The people over the phone were nice and respectful of my difficult situation. The delivery was on time and done by a nice person who did a great job. The product(a special recliner lift chair) was better than expected and very clean. All in all, I would use them again without hesitation. Thank You!
Travis Nelson: I placed a order on the first if the month and never received an email for shipping. After 5 days I called and was told they would call me back. Fast forward another 9 days still no email. Once I got ahold of some one they informed me that my items have shipped and I will receive a email shortly apparently shortly on the east coast is a lot longer then shortly on the west coast. Terrible customer service
Farren Clemenzi: If I could give a 0 review, I would. We ordered an electric wheelchair rental so my father could get around at my brothers wedding. The wheelchair came to us absolutely DISGUSTING - food and stuff all over it. Not only that, but IT DIDNT WORK!Unfortunately, we had a jam packed weekend with wedding stuff and didnt have a chance to test it until day of. To our surprise nothing happened. We kept it charged all day + night. We ended up not being able to use it at all and my father was stuck at the dinner table for the entire night. We contacted the company to let them know and get a refund and were immediately told it was our fault it didnt work and that the best they could do is a week free. No thank you. We already missed the big day. Then, he got mad at me for not calling saying that someone could have come fixed it in 3 hrs. We did not have time to have this broken chair fixed. It didnt work, the situation has now passed and we just want a refund. Nope, he refused. Again, blaming us while my disabled father never even got to use it.This was the worst customer service I have ever received. I would highly advise NOT using this company.
Clēment!ne_ Cl0uds: Terrible! First they dropped off the most disgusting and dirty wheel chair I have ever seen in my life. Like sticky food and scum all over it. Then to make matters worse it doesn’t even work! My poor dad had to go without a mechanical wheelchair at his own sons wedding. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Save yourself the time and frustration and look elsewhere.
Tom Stacey: 1st class professional & honest service & people . I walked in asked for help for my Jazzy Scooter which was in my truck. They came out brought the scooter in, diagnosed the problem (batteries) & within the hour I was out the door. Cost was very reasonable & quite frankly batteries cost less then what I could find on line. I would suggest making an appointment
Erin Jansky: I reserved a rental chair from this company in the fall. My surgery was postponed twice, due to COVID and eventually canceled. In mid-January, I both called and emailed my reservation and requested a refund (within the allowable timeframe). I was assured by phone and email that my refund would be processed. It has now been over one month, multiple calls and emails and somehow, my refund has still not been processed. When you call, you end up at some call center being told a representative will call you back. Now they are simply ignoring my calls and emails. I have no idea what the issue is and they have turned what started as a pleasant transaction into a sour one. Don't rent here, don't trust them. Communication is terrible. Buyer beware.
Miss Katie J: The customer service was amazing. We had arranged for my wheelchair to be ready on a Thursday. Since they didn't have my chair they loaned me one. They estimated that my chair would arrive in a week. The next day (Friday) my chair was delivered fully assembled at my husband's request. Thanks everyone for the great service. To update this my wheelchair had some strange defect. Customer service was great. Tried several times to fix it and then replaced it free of charge. Nice when you get results like that
Holly M: I needed a special piece of medical equipment which they had in stock, and were thankfully open on Saturday. Every staff person I spoke with had excellent customer service and helped complete the transaction with ease. I drove over 2 hours to pick it up same day, and was able to get it via curbside pickup which I am grateful for. I especially enjoyed the customer service from Olga, who helped me with directions, staying on the phone with me until I could locate the shop. Thank you!
Ashley Sheridan: Absolute scumbags - essentially stole my money!
Serin Baek: Absolutely horrible service. Please do not use this place.
Andy Bellizzi: I highly suggest you look elsewhere.I ordered a rental chair for an family member coming to our wedding. Due to health reasons they were unable to attend. We canceled the rental 40 days before the wedding and Never received a refund. I’ve called and spoke with someone numerous times being told that my refund was gonna pending, or on its way and never got a refund. There customer service was rude most of the times I called. They constantly say they are short staffed so no one has time to look into it.
Kate OBrien: I am nearly 60 and have not seen customer service like this since I was a kid. I broke a section of my CPAP machine and searched all over for a company to find a part replacement. When I called Boston Orthopedic, I was told that they did have a part, but it was an opened return and could not be re-sold. I was then offered the replacement part at no charge---I was completely taken aback by such generosity. It was a complete throw back to me to the times when businesses really cared about their customers. My elderly uncle is moving in with us this summer and you can bet I will be giving this company my business.
Lynn C.: I cannot say enough good about this company and my experience with them. I walked into my Ortho's office in a walking cast and was unexpectedly put in a hard cast and told NOT to put any weight on my ankle. I needed a wheelchair immediately in order to move about my home that evening. Margaret answered and worked magic to get me the wheelchair which arrived as she promised that evening. I thank her team for the up and above customer service. Excellent!
Brenda Stamper: I rented a heavy duty mobile scooter for business during the week of June 18, 2017. The scooter was waiting for me at the Southbridge Hotel on that Sunday and it worked perfectly during the whole trip. The staff was friendly and they even e-mailed me my receipt. I will use them again!

Belmont Medical Supply Co: what do users think?
Fredda McDonnell: In the past they’ve been very helpful with canes and the bottom of canes. Today I was going to buy two items that amount to over $125 but have to be measured exactly because they’re not returnable if they didn’t work. The man on the phone was extremely rude to someone he clearly knew was temporarily sick and I could hear him say nasty things to his colleague about me. I will not buy from them, and would rather just not get the items at all or go through Amazon. Rude is not acceptable when someone is sick.
Lisa Beth Koufman: I think it is important to support small businesses. I knew that Belmont Medical Supply has been in business a very long time and thought that it would be a good place to look for my medical supply needs for my upcoming hip replacement operation. I learned that it has been a family business since 1936. First starting out as a pharmacy and then adding medical supplies to its business in the mid-50’s and then at some point just concentrating on medical supplies. That is about 75 years of medical supply knowledge, and you can’t get that on the internet! I initially was helped by the owner Bob Rosen, and he listened attentively to my concerns, answered all my questions, and then made thoughtful suggestions. My needs were concentrated on gadgets and things that would come in handy and make me more comfortable after surgery. Bob’s wealth of information and patience was very much appreciated. He focused on my medical needs and did not try to upsell me, only suggesting what he thought would be very useful to me. And Bob was right! I had a wonderful first experience at Belmont Medical Supply. It was very much worth the investment in time to go there because what they know isn’t something you can readily learn online and the personal help I got was priceless! In short, I was very happy with my experience and recommend Belmont Medical Supply highly and without reservation.
scott preston: I rented a wheelchair for my mother who was visiting town. The process was easy, friendly service, quality wheelchair and easy return. Would use again. Thank you.
Walter van Dusen: Had a great experience selecting and purchasing some lumbar support items. Bob was very helpful. Highly recommend.
Steven Lappen: I have always found the staff knowledgeable and accommodating. Today when I purchased compression socks, the gentleman provided a detailed tutorial and was pleasant throughout. I remain bewildered by some of these negative reviews. I remain a happy customer.
Edward Kamens: We have been a customer for ten years. The team at Belmont Medical Supply has always been friendly, helpful and very reliable. The cost to purchase a new wheelchair might be slightly more expensive but theyare available for repairs on site which is absolutely more convenient thenworking with an internet retailer.
donna janis: I've been a frequent customer of Belmont Medical Supply for over 20 years. My mother lived to the age of 99 and I bought many items for her, including two rollators in two different years. For those, I priced them online before going to the store where I found Belmont Medical's prices were the same or better. Plus, I got to personally test their large rollator assortment to assess which would be easiest for my mother to operate. Right up until she passed this year, Mom referred to her burgundy-color 4-wheel rollator as "my Cadillac". I was back to buy a wheelchair, not to mention crutches, canes (for me), compression socks, bed pan, etc. etc. The staff is supremely helpful and knowledgeable--always. They steered me in the right direction when I was trying to choose among their various blood pressure cuffs. The store is packed with items, but don't hesitate to ask for options. When I was looking at a display toilet seat stand with arm supports which help a handicapped person sit and stand up, I mentioned the relative was a large man and they asked me to wait while they brought a heavy-duty stand upstairs for me to see which turned out to be the perfect option. During covid-19 they have been well stocked with masks, gloves, sanitizer, cleaners etc. so I'm visiting more than ever.
Tupi Media Group: My employee took 2 electric wheelchairs for repair, they told him that one of them would cost $300 for repair and the other one wasn't worth repairing. So I came over today to pick them up, the people are very unpleasant, the wheelchair repair went up to $350 without even contacting the guy before, and guess what? They told us that the other wheelchair was tossed away because it was "unrepairable" ! Really? How do you do such thing without notifying the owner? They really took advantage of the guy because he couldn't speak English well, it's sad to have businesses acting this way.
Katerina Kokoros: I’m really happy that Belmont Medical Supply is not far from where I live and that they were open during the Covid. 3 months ago one of my brothers called for a wheelchair for a family member and they were really helpful of putting everything together in one day including medical supplies. I went back more than once since their prices are better than online and no waiting & no S/H. The only thing I wished they were also open on Saturday other than that so far I’m happy with them.
Kovez: Amazing over the phone they had great attitudes with me I don’t know why everyone says they don’t and also their products are amazing
Simon Bunyard: My son purchased a wheelchair from them for my wife several months ago. He's a pretty laid back and friendly kid, but he came home just ranting about how awful the staff were. He said they were bickering among themselves the whole time he was in the store. Gave him the distinct impression he was an inconvenience to them. The wheelchair was fine, but didn't work for my wife, so I returned it a few days later. Got a full refund, and an indifferent shrug from the sales man who handled it. Not a friendly place. Zero stars for attitude, two stars for a no hassle, if indifferent return. The staff are going to kill this store.
Donna Hourihan: I stopped in to see if I could find a bag for the side of a wheelchair. I have ordered many over the years. Nothing was right. The salesman (sorry I didn't get his name.) Looked around the store and magazines. Finally found a small bag I am pretty sure will work. Thank you
Brian SMITH: Just on website and happen to read review's. I'm a quadriplegic and have had a dozen phone and in store purchases. I find staff extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly, if they don't have the service or product I need they help Me or my Son find it.Brian SmithArlington
Steve Tintle: I have to say I was quiet surprised to read some of the reviews I did. My wife and I have visited, bought and asked for help in repair of equipment. On each of our visits to Belmont Medical the staff, including its owners couldn't have spent more of their time with us and been more helpful with great advice and very very low cost repairs!!! We couldn't be happier with The help we've received. Our review, in my opinion accurately summarizes this small business and it's helpful staff. Thank you from both of us got your time and help.
Linda Smith, RN, CMC: consistently unknowledgeable, unprofessional, unfriendly old time staff. I am a professional geriatric advisor to families and am always pleasant.
James Dana: I have used Belmont Medical Supply for several purchases and several repairs. I have consistently had very positive experiences, particularly with repairs. The repairs have been for wheelchairs and scooters that I bought their and ones that I bought elsewhere. Everyone their is friendly, caring and knowledgeable although my purchase decisions are also based on the salesperson, my doctor, and the reading I have done before I go in. When they don't have what I need they are always willing to order.
Nancy Schuh: I live very close to this store, I have been disabled for over 20 years. I bought my first wheelchair/scooter from here. I found the owners (brothers I think) to be friendly and helpful. The son, on the other hand, is a different story. He was arrogant, not helpful, and he gave me the feeling that he was above working there. The final straw for me was when I brought my Pride chair back for repair. It would stop at times for no reason. When I went back to pick it up, it was in the exact same spot where I left it. The son said "it is all ready." He could not tell me what was wrong, and again seemed like I was wasting his time. Three days later on my way to a Red Sox game it stopped dead on Commonweath Ave as I was crossing the street. I was very lucky as it was rush hour. That was the last straw. I now use a wonderful store in Marlbourgh despite living 5 minutes from BMS!
John Tambascio: Talk about misery, worst phone attitudes ever. They have what I need but I Will wait for on line order. So miserable....
Elizabeth Bjorkman: They don't take insurance and aren't helpful with personal questions which arise. Next time I'll look for a different supplier of needed equipment.
Beth Perkins: I took my 86 year old Mom here to buy a power lift chair. The salesperson (not sure if he was owner) was uncaring, unhelpful. When we asked about differences between chairs he told us he did not know. One word answers to questions. We ended up purchasing a chair because my mother was very anxious to have one and it's hard for her to get out to go shopping. We paid $1200 for chair plus a delivery fee. When the chair was delivered, my Mom was alone and needed her old chair moved to fit the new one in. The delivery man refused. My mom (86 and very immobile) tried to move the old chair herself while the delivery man watched. No help. She called the store - no help. She cancelled the sale. Why shop local? I'm getting on Amazon to get the best price and will hire someone to get it installed. Do not go here expecting helpful service from a local merchant
Cynthia Cox (Cyn): Has all the medical supplies you need but a bit on the pricey side.

Cambridge Medical Supply: what do users think?
Christina Heraiki: Everyone is always courteous and Tim goes above and beyond his job. I had to get prescription formula for both my kids and am glad I have used/am using them. I recommended them to my friend and they are relieved to have a reliable supplier for their prescription formula as well! I know everyone is overwhelmed right now with the formula shortage, but it has not affected their customer service by any means!
Yelena Genkina: Rude, incompetent staff. Incorrectly ordered my post surgery compression stockings two times. They forgot to reorder on time. Had to call them multiple times. Will never use this company again.Even one star is way too many.
Amy: Called to ask questions and the person I spoke to was super rude. So unprofessional.
Jamie Mahnken: My infant gets his formula through CMS due to his severe allergies. There is no over-the-counter formula he can use that does not make him incredibly sick. I've found CMS to be easy to work with and very responsive. I always have the formula I need delivered on time. CMS went out of their way to overnight me a can of formula when we ran low (at no cost to me) so that my son would have enough to eat ahead of the regular shipment. Refills are quick and easy over the phone. I would recommend CMS to others.
Joe Travers: Delivery mistakes and poor customer service is the only consistency I’ve experienced so far with CMS.We have ordered formula through CMS for the last 4 months. We have had bad experience after bad experience (both customer service and delivery service). One of the orders came in 3 different shipments over the course of 4 weeks! (one can here, 2 cans there). They claimed back order issues. That’s fine except they never called to explain the situation. I had to call multiple times to understand what was going on. Another time they sent me the wrong formula and when I called they claimed it was a shipping department mistake. Again, mistakes happen - ok. However, they never apologized - ever. And then they said they would send someone to switch it out at the beginning of the next week. I had to call them at the end of that next week to inquire about the situation. Again, she never apologized but instead said they would send someone out that day to switch the formula out.Every time I spoke with Megan at CMS she would provide me an estimated time to receive the order (or mistake picked up), and every time they would miss their estimate by several days (or even weeks!) and I would have to follow up to get another estimated time. It’s hard to plan formula orders when they are so inconsistent with their timelines and have such poor communication skills.
christi gorelli: There are multiple suppliers for breast pumps through insurance -- don't use CMS. Know that they won't help you if there are issues with your order. First, my pump was back ordered so took almost a week to ship. They sent me the wrong pump (said I specified that one based on handwritten notes.) Pump ended up being defective (had scratches on the case and tear in rubber casing where the tubes connected.) CMS refused to exchange it because I opened the box -- how would I know anything was wrong otherwise? -- and told me to call the manufacturer. None of which gets me the pump that I originally wanted and added a lot of stress for a new mom. Also, they charge $10 for shipping which the other pump suppliers DO NOT. I ordered from them thinking that going local was better -- but wish I had just ordered from an out of town supplier that may have actually helped me.Buyer beware.
Alexa H: I have had only good experiences here. Very responsive staff and quick service
Jeffrey Driban: We dealt with them for a breast pump and for over 6months with baby formula and they were amazing and very helpful.
Elizabeth Noonan: I just called and spoke to someone who had no idea what they were talking about. When you need to rent a breast pump - someone should know a thing or two about them!!! Super frustrating.
Uho Muho: Beginning was very nice - they immediately provided the device, promised to deal with insurance etc. But... In a month we received a bill for the part that insurance did not pay. The bill contained services that we never ordered. Tried to communicate with them - attitude dramatically changed: "we do not care, it's your problem, deal with your insurance". We obviously contacted our insurance as well. The insurance checked the situation and announced that it will deal with that people as "services" that Cambridge Medical Supply is trying to bill for are not allowed from the first place (i.e. not compatible with the device). So, you may want to think about that. And, by the way, check their BBB rating.

National Seating & Mobility: what do users think?
carmen ortega: Thank you for your help!! my dad can enjoy his family God bless all!!
Anthony Gramm: This company should be out of business. Very unprofessional. Waiting months and months for repairs and calls never getting returned and personally ending up with a medical complication over said repairs not being made.
Mora Martinez: Bad attention
Keisha Greaves: Rich has been truly a blessing and very accommodating with giving my needs with my new power wheelchair. Anything I need, Rich has been there!
Stacey Marshall: My patient waited 3 weeks for an appointment then the technician no showed because he “couldn’t find the building.” I’ve called multiple times and left multiple messages without any sort of return communication.
Randy Burns: They will take my call only when it's time for insurance to buy a new one, if u need help or repairs they never pick up the phone instead you are directed to leave a message in which you never get a return call, please contact another provider
Alexandra B: My husband and I left multiple messages for customer service in regards to service for our toddler’s safety bed. (You must leave messages because they have no one you can speak with directly.) We did not receive a call back on any of our multiple messages to both the Woburn and the NH location. Due to this, my son has not been able to sleep in the bed that was prescribed to him, because there are no other companies who are contracted with the manufacturer of the bed. I intend on notifying Medicare about this deplorable company so they hopefully will stop neglecting disabled children by their lack of accountability and horrid customer “disservice”
Mohammad Azazi: Poor quality. Unprofessionally design. My son falls down from the wheelchair twice. Feet step/rest keeps hitting the wheels and causing suddenly stops. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
A. Wexler: My most recent experiences have been good experiences!Huge improvements in communications have made a notable difference, everyone is on the same page.Brett Lennerton really gets it.He keeps me in the loop. This means I can get on my support system and everyone can do their part in a more timely way.A very nice change,Thank you
Katie Hart: One Star is too much! They did it again. I had hoped it was just the Burlington, VT location of NSM that is incompetent but no such luck. What should have been a simple service and modification order (for the wheelchair that they originally screwed up so massively...see my review for the VT location for details) has now turned into a several months wait only to find out they didn't fulfill the whole order. Just flat out ignored 2/3 of what was ordered. So the wait starts all over again. This company is garbage but we have no choice in DME companies. They have no reason to do better because they have exclusive contracts.
Joyce Menna: Everything I can say has already been said , if they didn't hold the state contract I doubt they would still be in business
Anna Sergienko: I’d like to express my appreciation to the NSM Woburn branch manager Bratt! He went above and beyond lots of times to help me with my wheelchair. Lately I’ve been experiencing some issues with my tires that had to get an immediate attention, and Bratt was able to take care of me every time despite his busy schedule. I’m so happy to know that there is someone who cares and is actually willing to help. Thank you so much Bratt! I really appreciate all your help!
Lynn Cain: Brett was extremely helpful and expeditious.
Michalene Jackson: This service is very bad take there time put in the paperwork and you’re waiting anywhere between 2 to 3 months if not longer they have Decline in their service and I been with since 2008 bad customer service also☹️😰
Frank Taverna: I have a power wheelchair that is being serviced because my left wheel was not in the right spot because it was pushed in somehow and the wheelchair wasn't moving correctly there were a couple of things wrong that went out from my home I say around July 16th or even earlier than that everything is all set my nurse had sent over the prescription so national seating and mobility could get prior authorization and I'm still waiting a lot of you don't know but there is a new wheelchair law going into effect it has to do with the wheelchair lemon law they are waiting to pass the bill and what's on that bill is they mandate companies to have the parts on site so customers like us who need equipment to get around I've been waiting for a while but what I do and what everybody has to do constantly call keep calling stay on hold forever when they decide to whatever cuz I've been waiting my insurance has been waiting also so just don't give up keep calling Will win the fight
Khalid Kanane: Worst company I have ever dealt with and I am specifically talking about their branch in Woburn, bad customer service and bad management. I waited three months for a foot rest issue to be fixed and when they send a technician to my house he came with the wrong part!!! So now God knows how long it will take them to get back to me again. Unbelievably incorrect.
Richard Solomon: Rich Dion has been there for me in at least three emergency situations.in recent months. He has responded quickly when my wheelchair broke in a manner that threatened my safety
Kate Campbell: A technician came out to my brother's house and spliced the wires of his electric wheelchair. He would not listen to what my mother was trying to reiterate. Parts were not ordered, and were not put through insurance in a timely manner. Now phone calls are not answered or returned. My 76 year old mother needs to manually push my brother around their house for 10 weeks now since the original technician's visit. This is unacceptable. My mother has health concerns and this is my brother's livelihood at stake. I am considering reaching out to a few people I know at the local news channels since my brother's experience does not seem to be the only one of it's kind. A formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau may be needed also. Please do not respond with the scripted response, I am not interested at this point; my brother and mother deserve proper service.
Margaret B: My son has had an outstanding order for a stander and gait trainer since November 2020. His rep, Richard, will not answer or return contact from my son's PT which is necessary for ordering. His supervisor seemed to take the situation seriously initially; he promised that contact would be made and I should call back if it wasn't made in a certain timeframe. Now the PT has not been contacted, my son's order is still in limbo, and neither person is retuning calls. In the interim, we did get 2 different pieces of equipment (ordered at the same time, didn't need PT input) which are amazing! I was at an appointment with our son when they were delivered, and arrived home just at the end of the delivery. Richard had promised my husband that he would call me while he was at the house for the delivery. When I got there my husband told Richard I was in the garage, Richard took off while I was in the garage getting our son out of the wheelchair van, and he still has not contacted me or our son's PT.
Aileen Gorman: I have a power wheelchair, that Is relatively new and has needed repair since Sept. 2020. Customer service is worse than terrible. They have you stuck between a rock and a hard place. They do not return calls even if you are a repeat customer. I would never recommend them but it's as if they have a monopoly on wheelchairs. Once insurance pays for it your stuck for repairs.
Paul Paul: The rep is all but impossible to get ahold of! When you contact service they can’t even make an appointment to fix a broken power wheelchair and when you talk to their so called customer service you might as well yell at a wall in your house!!!!I’ve had my power wheelchair for 2 weeks and it’s broken and nobody will fix it!!

Osborne Medical Supply: what do users think?
Ghost Life: I would of gave 5 stars because I get my supplies every month but it’s to bad I been calling for 2 weeks straight and not once has the phone been answered and I left 2 messages and still haven’t got a call back. That’s disappointing
Susan Donelan Burke: Good choice for home medical needs. Especially helpful over the phone.
Brandi Thomas: Wonderful customer service and prices. I very much appreciate the quick delivery of the walker. Thank you again for being local and so kind!
Suzy D (Suzy): We have been here many times for my Dads supplies. We have gotten everything from small walker aids to a lift chair. The people are always helpful and friendly. We always get a good price. We are happy to support a local business.
joanne moir: Great customer service! Alex helped me to find just what I wanted! The selection of items is broad and It is a pleasure to support a local business that has been family owned and operated for 3 generations!
Tegwen Helgason: Very misleading website & photos of Hospital beds. Hospital bed pictured is similar to those used in a Hospital - regardless of huge difference in $$ between a metal Hospital bed with metal side rails that are totally uncomfortable for pts who are sick, in Hospice care or end of life. Obviously, a Hospital bed in a Hospital can cost upwards to $25,000, however, you shouldn't mislead those who are in desperate need & fighting for their life.... hope of renting or purchasing one similar to those used in a Hospital. Regardless of your metal frame & metal rails costing $1500 plus the cost of a mattress. You should be ashamed of yourself for misleading those who are ill with a picture of something you don't offer. Sincerely.
Tauno Nelson: Very helpful and so friendly
Ellen Gallant: Owner is very helpful & friendly . High quality products. If he don't have in stock he'll order it right away for you. Reasonably priced.
Juan Montanez: Extremely pleased with our visit here. We came to pick up compression socks for my grandfather since all the other places we called gave us outrageous prices ($75). He asked if we had insurance and even gave us information to another place that accepted Harvard Pilgrim insurance and that we could get the socks from. Since we had to schedule an appointment to get fitted at the place he recommended and he needed the socks for now, we came back. He happily helped us and measured my grandfather and the compression socks were only $36. Not everyone would send you elsewhere and miss out on a sale. He was honest and great? I would recommend him to anyone!!!
Brenda Mcafee: Great place for medical supplies. I live in West Peabody and drive to Osborne in Lynn. Best prices in the North Shore.
Henrietta Mccaul: Always very friendly and very helpful. Willing to help in any way possible.
Gene R M: Osborne Pharmacy has a great staff, The staff and pharmacist are always friendly and knowledgeable. They truly seem to care about helping you. I have been a customer for 10 years and I have never gotten the wrong prescription and every time I have a question they go the extra mile to make sure I am given the most up to date and correct information. Finding a good pharmacy that goes the extra mile to take care of the people who visit them to receive the right prescription or healthcare supplies that your doctor or any doctor prescribes to you is important as the doctor and health care coverage you choose. The have won my trust many time over. I know they will give the same dedication to helping you.
